A letter to the editor regarding a case of docetaxel hypersensitivity is presented.

The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old patient who had experienced reddening of the hands and feet. The patient was diagnosed with erythema scarlatiniforme desquamativum recidivans (ESDR) or Féreéol-Besnier disease. The patient was asked to use topical corticosteroids, emollients and chinosol, a topical disinfectant, in the bath.

The article discusses the case of a 56-year-old man with pityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) and tuberculosis (TB) prophylaxis, which are manifested as lesions. It states that physical and histological examination yielded results consistent with PRP diagnosis including follicular hyperkeratotic papules, hyperparakeratosis, and hypergranulosis. It also says that the patient is treated with infusions of intravenous infliximab and had complete hyperkeratosis and erythema remission in 30 weeks.

A case report of a diagnosis of food-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis (FDEIA) is presented. The case is about a 46 year old woman with allergic rhinoconjunctivitis and a three year history of anaphylaxis during physical exercise. FDEIA is an IgE-mediated hypersensitivity, which reportedly requires both intake of food and consecutive exercise to induce symptoms of anaphylaxis.
