BACKGROUND: Fixed-point rotation manipulation of cervical spine is a mechanical operation with high technical requirements, but the biomechanics of fixedpoint manipulation of cervical spine still lacks relevant quantitative data. Moreover, the research on the influencing factors of cervical fixed-point rotation manipulation includes many parameters and there are differences, so it is necessary to further analyze its influencing factors to improve its related data. OBJECTIVE: To quantify the biomechanical parameters of cervical spine fixed-point rotation manipulation, explore the correlation between different biomechanical parameters, and the influence of individual characteristics of the subjects on the biomechanical parameters of cervical spine fixed-point rotation manipulation. METHODS: Totally 35 cases of cervical spondylosis were Outpatients from Orthopedic Department of Renai Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine and selected as the subjects investigated. Wearable mechanical measuring gloves were used to collect biomechanical parameters of cervical spine fixed-point rotation manipulation, including: thumb preload, thumb maximum thrust, palm preload, palm wrench force, and palm wrench maximum force. Personal characteristic parameters were collected, including age, height, weight, and neck circumference. The key biomechanical parameters in the process of cervical spine fixed-point rotation manipulation were analyzed and different individual characteristics were quantified. The results of biomechanical parameters were analyzed using Spearman correlation analysis. The possible effects of different individual characteristic parameters on biomechanics were analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Compared with bilateral mechanical parameters, there was no significant difference between left manipulation and right manipulation (P > 0.05). (2) The average of thumb preload force was (7.21±1.19) N; the average of thumb maximum thrust was (28.40±4.48) N; the average of palm preload was (5.67±2.49) N; the average of palm wrench force was (10.90±5.11) N, and the average of palm wrench maximum force was (16.00±7.27) N. (3) There was a significant positive correlation between palm preload and palm wrench force (Rs=0.812, P < 0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between palm preload and palm wrench maximum force (Rs=0.773, P < 0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between palm wrench force and palm wrench maximum force (Rs=0.939, P < 0.01). (4) The weight was positively correlated with thumb preload, palm preload, palm wrench force and palm wrench maximum force (P < 0.05). (5) These findings confirm that there is a certain biomechanical standard value in the operation of cervical spine fixed-point rotation manipulation to treat cervical spondylosis. There is no significant difference between the left and right manipulations, which indicates that the manipulation has good consistency and repeatability. There is consistency and coordination among palm preload force, palm wrench force, and palm wrench maximum force. Their contributions to the therapeutic effect are similar. With the dynamic system method, the qualitative performance and the exact solution of the general nonlinear Schrodinger equation with derivative were studied. Through the traveling wave transformation, the corresponding ordinary differential equation was deduced and the first integral was calculated. Under different parameter space conditions, the bifurcations of the general nonlinear Schrodinger equation with derivative were investigated, and the exact traveling wave solutions were obtained, such as solitary solutions, periodic solutions as well as kink and anti-kink solutions. The system has friendly user interface and realizes image inputting, processing, displaying, storage, etc. The image processing algorithms can lie switched via buttons in toolbar. Also, the result will he placed side hy side with the original image, which facilitates the comparison before and after processing and the evaluation of the algorithm. To solve the problem that conventional linear Kalman filtering was increasingly unable to meet the demand of multi-motorized target tracking accuracy, a cooperative tracking method based on adaptive multi-model particle filtering was proposed. The host vehicle and the cooperative vehicle respectively executed the adaptive interactive multi model particle filter (AIMM-PF) algorithm to obtain the motion states of the target vehicles in the environment. By the cooperative vehicle, the tracked target state was sent to the host vehicle through vehicle-to-vehicle communication. The data association and data fusion techniques based on the Hungarian algorithm and the fast covariance crossover algorithm were utilized to achieve cooperative tracking of multiple maneuvering targets. The V2V communication, radar and localization simulation system were built to sense and track seven target vehicles within 200 meters range with two intelligent vehicles as the host vehicle and the cooperative vehicle, and the simulation experiments were completed. The results show that compared with the traditional single-vehicle tracking, by the cooperative tracking, the sensing range is expanded, and the tracking error is reduced by 31.1% without affecting the tracking efficiency. To investigate the chaotic characteristics of mixed traffic flow and discern the factors influencing the degree of chaos in mixed traffic platoons, the Cao method and the improved Cao method were employed based on the traditional traffic flow theory to determine the delay time and embedding dimension of the mixed traffic flow. The phase space of mixed traffic flow sequences was reconstructed to determine the chaotic characteristics by calculating the maximum Lyapunov exponent. The influential parameters of the proportion of intelligent connected vehicle (ICV) using cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC) and the delay time in mixed traffic flow were analyzed. The results show that when the maximum Lyapunov exponent of the headway sequence during the car-following process is less than zero, chaos exists in the mixed traffic flow. Increasing the proportion of CACC vehicles can mitigate chaos in certain time intervals. The car-following system tends to be stable when the proportion of CACC vehicles reaches 0.6. The delay time of CACC vehicles significantly affects chaos, and maintaining low communication delays is essential for CACC vehicles to effectively suppress chaos. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[Objective] The present paper aimed to explore the role of AcinJHBP gene in the growth, development and diapause of Apocheima cinerarius. [Method] Based on the transcriptome data (non-diapause pupa/diapause pupa and diapause pupa/diapause depupa), JHBP gene was cloned and named as AcinJHBP (GenBank entry number: OR860357). The sequence and physicochemical properties of AcinJHBP gene were analyzed by bioinformatics software. The temporal and spatial expression of Acin JHBP (different developmental stages and tissues) was detected by qPCR. [Result] The complete CDS sequence of Acin JHBP gene of A. cinerarius was 726 bp, encoding 241 amino acids, the predicted molecular weight of protein was 26.97 kDa, and the predicted isoelectric point was 5. 13. The predicted molecular formula of Acin JHBP gene was C121 H1915 N313 0364 S9, the total charge of negative charge residues (Asp + Glu) was 34, the total charge of positive charge residues (Arg + Lys) was 26, the half-life and aliphatic index were 30 hours and 97.51, respectively. The average hydrophilicity of the protein was 0.098, and the predicted instability coefficient was 27. 13. Therefore, the protein was a hydrophilic stable protein, and the N-terminal amino acid was methionine (Met, M). AcinJHBP contained a signal peptide of 17 amino acid residues at the N-terminus, but had no transmembrane region. Phosphoric acid sites were found in serine, threonine and tyrosine phosphate sites were 9,6 and 3, respectively, and no glycosylation sites were found. Subcellular localization results showed that it was mainly located outside the cell. Phylogenetic analysis showed that AcinJHBP had the closest relationship with the hemolymph juvenile hormone binding protein JHBP of Operophtera brumata. The results of gene expression showed that the expression of Acin JHBP was lower at different developmental stages (except the 3rd instar larvae), and there was no significant difference between the egg and the 5th instar larvae (P>0.05), for all that the expression of Acin JHBP showed a decreasing trend in non-diapause pupa-adult stage. In different tissues, the expression of AcinJHBP gene was the highest in the male head of A. cinerarius. [Conclusion] Acin JHBP gene is closely related to the growth, development and diapause of A. cinerarius. 【Objective】By studying the hyperspectral characteristics of apple damage and establishing the best classification model of apple damaged area based on hyperspectral imaging, we can provide an important basis for realtime, rapid and accurate identification of apple damage.【Method】This paper investigates the use of hyperspectral image technology to detect mechanical damage on fruit surfaces using apple samples collected from Pinggu District, Beijing as the research object. Using the hyperspectral image (HSI) data in the range of 390-1 000 nm, the spectral response characteristics of the damaged and normal ROI areas was analysed by ratio spectroscopy, and three types of spectral indexes, namely the normalized difference spectral index (NDSI), the ratio spectral index (RSI) and the difference spectral index (DSI) were selected and constructed to better highlight the characteristics of the damaged areas..On the basis of these indexes, the spectral indexes with better ability to extract damage areas were selected, and the unsupervised data clustering algorithm of iterative self-organizing data analysis techniques algorithm (ISODATA) was used to extract apple damage areas.【Result】 The spectral reflectance changed significantly when the apple surface was damaged. After waveband optimization, it was found that the reflectance of 528 nm and 676 nm could effectively identify the abnormal areas. Based on the selected feature bands, the recognition spectral indexes for apple damage detection were constructed, including NDSI, RSI and DSI. By the pixel value analysis of the spectral index images, the damaged area features were distinguished from the normal area features in each SI enhanced image obviously. Among them, the difference between the NDSI pixel averages of the two types of image features was the largest, reaching 0.629, which indicated that the established NDSI has a strong ability to distinguish between the damaged area and normal area features. Using the unsupervised classification method ISODATA classification, it was verified that the spectral feature index has high specificity in detecting apple damage, and the accuracy rate of apple damage reached 92.50%. 【Conclusion】The results are applicable to the real-time and rapid detection of apple damage, providing a technical basis and reliable reference for the accurate management of apple production. Refractory castables are widely used in high-temperature industrial fields because of their advantages of no molding, easy construction, and easy repair. Calcium aluminate cement (CAC) is widely used in castables due to its advantages of rapid hardening, high early strength, excellent erosion resistance and wear resistance. The hydration mechanism of calcium aluminate cements was highlighted, and the advantages and disadvantages of various binding agents were summarized. The influencing factors of the hydration reaction of calcium aluminate cement were analyzed from three aspects: curing temperature, micropowder and admixture. The influencing factors of its hydration reaction were explained. The higher the curing temperature, the higher the degree of hydration of CAC and the more uniform the distribution of hydration products. The addition of micropowders and admixtures can increase the rate of hydration and reduce porosity. At the same time, the modification method of calcium aluminate cement combined with castable was introduced, and the positive effect of carbon material and dispersant on its construction performance and mechanical performance were analyzed. Finally, based on the modification of calcium aluminate cement combined castables and the problems faced, the outlook was made. It is pointed out that exploring suitable dispersants, carbon materials and admixtures to improve the hydration rate of calcium aluminate cement and enhance the mechanical properties of its combined castables is the focus of future research. Objective: To investigate the relationship between the quick Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (qSOFA) score, blood lactate (Lac) and red blood cell distribution width (RDW) and the severity of illness of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding (AUGIB) and their efficacy in predicting patient prognosis. Methods: 230 patients with AUGIB who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into low risk group with 44 cases, medium risk group with 140 cases, high risk group with 36 cases, and extremely high risk group with 10 cases according to the severity of the disease. They were also divided into death group (n=31) and survival group (n=199) according to their survival within 28 days after admission. The clinical data of patients with AUGIB were collected, the blood Lac and RDW levels were detected, and the qSOFA score was calculated. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of poor prognosis of patients with AUGIB, and the predictive value of qSOFA score and blood Lac, RDW on poor prognosis of patients with AUGIB was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Resultds: The qSOFA score, blood Lac and RDW levels in the low risk group, medium risk group, high risk group and extremely high risk group increased in turn (P<0.05). The mortality of 230 patients with AUGIB within 28 days after admission was 13.48%(31/230). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that increased of age, GBS score greater than or equal to 6 scores, shock index, qSOFA score, blood urea nitrogen, blood Lac and RDW levels were independent risk factors for poor prognosis of patients with AUGIB (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve of qSOFA score, blood Lac and RDW combined to predict poor prognosis of patients with AUGIB was larger than that of qSOFA score, blood Lac and RDW alone. The increased of qSOFA score, blood Lac and RDW levels in patients with AUGIB is closely related to the aggravation of the disease and poor prognosis. This paper proposed an algorithm of extracting feature points based on multiple parameters hybridization method,which aimed to solve the problem that previous algorithms existed,including sharp feature points extraction were incomplete,and could not retain boundary points. Firstly,this algorithm constructed a k-d tree to establish K-nearest neighborhood of the point cloud. Then,it calculated the data point curvature,average vector angle between the point and its K-nearest neighborhood points,distance from point to its neighborhood gravity center,average distance from point to its neighborhood points for each K-nearest neighborhood. Finally,according to the four parameters,it defined the characteristic threshold and feature discriminant parameter. A point recognized as the feature point when its value of discriminant parameter was bigger than the threshold.
