The underlying mechanism of broadband dispersive‐wave emission within a resonance band of gas‐filled anti‐resonant hollow‐core fiber is studied. Both numerical and experimental results unveiled that the pump pulse with a soliton order of ≈3, launched into the hollow‐core fiber, experienced two stages of pulse compression, resulting in a multi‐peak structure of the emitted dispersive‐wave spectrum. Over the first‐stage pulse compression, a sharp increase of the pulse peak power triggers the first time of dispersive‐wave emission, and simultaneously causes the soliton frequency blue‐shift due to soliton‐plasma interactions. As the central frequency of the blue‐shifting soliton approaches to a resonance band of the hollow‐core fiber, it experiences a fast‐decreasing dispersion value in the fiber waveguide, resulting in the second stage of pulse compression. The second‐stage pulse compression triggers the second time of dispersive‐wave emission with a phase‐matched frequency slightly lower than that at the first stage. Multi‐peak spectra of the output dispersive‐waves and their formation dynamics can be understood using a delicate and unique coupling mechanism among three nonlinear effects including multi‐stage soliton compression, soliton‐plasma interaction, and phase‐matched dispersive‐wave emission. The output broadband dispersive‐wave, exhibiting good coherence and stability, can be potentially compressed to sub‐30 fs duration using a precise chirp‐compensation technique. Supercontinuum generation (SCG) from silica-based photonic crystal fibers (PCFs) is of highly technological significance from microscopy to metrology, but has been hindered by silica's relatively low intrinsic optical nonlinearity. The prevailing approaches of filling PCF with nonlinear gases or liquids can endow fibre with enhanced optical nonlinearity and boosted SCG efficiency, yet these hybrids are easily plagued by fusion complexity, environmental incompatibility or transmission mode instability. Here this work presents a strategy of embedding solid-state 2D MoS 2 atomic layers into the air-holes of PCF to efficiently enhance SCG. This work demonstrates a 4.8 times enhancement of the nonlinear coefficient and a 70% reduction of the threshold power for SCG with one octave spanning in the MoS 2 -PCF hybrid. Furthermore, this work finds that the SCG enhancement is highly layer-dependent, which only manifests for a real 2D regime within the thickness of five atomic layers. Theoretical calculations reveal that the critical thickness arises from the trade-off among the layer-dependent enhancement of the nonlinear coefficient, leakage of fundamental mode and redshift of zero-dispersion wavelength. We demonstrate a compact ultrafast fiber laser system that can deliver 1.87 GHz pulse train at 1550 nm with a pulse energy of 52 pJ and an ultrashort pulse duration of 57 fs. While an acousto-optic mode-locking fiber laser was used as the seed light source at GHz rate, a stage of Er-doped fiber amplifier boosted the laser power to ∼320 mW, giving a pulse energy of ∼170 pJ. Then, a pulse compression setup was constructed, providing a high compression ratio of ∼10 with a total efficiency of ∼32%. In the cascaded compression configuration, multiple fiber samples with alternately normal and anomalous dispersion were fused together, providing efficient nonlinear spectral broadening while suppressing excessive pulse broadening over propagation. This GHz-rate ultrafast fiber laser, with compact configuration, broad optical spectrum, and high time-resolving ability could be used as the seed light source for constructing high-rate, high-power ultrafast laser systems and may find a few applications in optical measurements and microwave photonics.

Background: Previous studies have mostly investigated the risk factors affecting the occurrence of leukoaraiosis and the risk factors affecting the severity of leukoaraiosis in patients with ischemic stroke, but there are relatively few studies on the risk factors and clinical characteristics affecting the severity of leukoaraiosis in the population with the most common type of first-episode ischemic stroke caused by intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis in China. Methods: We retrospectively studied patients with first-ever ischemic stroke due to intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis. All patients underwent diffusion weight magnetic resonance imaging and adjunctive examinations such as magnetic resonance angiography and/or computed tomography angiography and/or digital subtraction angiography. The characteristics and clinical data were also statistically analyzed. Results: Of the 504 patients enrolled, 176 (34.92%), 202 (40.08%), and 126 (25.00%) patients were in the mild, moderate, and severe groups, respectively, and the patients were older in the severe group compared with the moderate and mild groups (p < 0.05). Hypertension was more severe in the severe group compared with the severe and mild groups (p < 0.05). The time to hospital admission was shorter in the severe group compared with the moderate and mild groups (p < 0.05). The admission National Institutes of Health stroke scale was higher in the severe group than in the moderate and mild groups (p < 0.05). homocysteine, glucose, glycohemoglobin A1c, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, and ultrasensitive C-reactive protein to albumin ratio levels were significantly different between the three groups (p < 0.05). There was no significant correlation between the distribution of infarct foci in the anterior and posterior circulation in the three groups (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Age and homocysteine were independent risk factors for leukoaraiosis severity in patients with acute ischemic stroke, and all were positively associated with leukoaraiosis severity. This article studies an emerging practical problem called heterogeneous prototype learning (HPL). Unlike the conventional heterogeneous face synthesis (HFS) problem that focuses on precisely translating a face image from a source domain to another target one without removing facial variations, HPL aims at learning the variation-free prototype of an image in the target domain while preserving the identity characteristics. HPL is a compounded problem involving two cross-coupled subproblems, that is, domain transfer and prototype learning (PL), thus making most of the existing HFS methods that simply transfer the domain style of images unsuitable for HPL. To tackle HPL, we advocate disentangling the prototype and domain factors in their respective latent feature spaces and then replacing the source domain with the target one for generating a new heterogeneous prototype. In doing so, the two subproblems in HPL can be solved jointly in a unified manner. Based on this, we propose a disentangled HPL framework, dubbed DisHPL, which is composed of one encoder-decoder generator and two discriminators. The generator and discriminators play adversarial games such that the generator embeds contaminated images into a prototype feature space only capturing identity information and a domain-specific feature space, while generating realistic-looking heterogeneous prototypes. Experiments on various heterogeneous datasets with diverse variations validate the superiority of DisHPL.

Objective: To summarize and analyze the clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of acute lung injury in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) after chemotherapy with rituximab chemotherapy, so as to improve the understanding of the disease and guide the clinical treatment., Methods: Twenty-Six patients with DLBCL were treated with rituximab chemotherapy and developed to acute lung injury in Third Hospital of Peking University from January 2013 to September 2018 were selected. The clinical features, imaging findings, chemotherapy course, therapeutic effect and prognosis were analyzed., Results: The main clinical symptoms of patients were fever, cough and chest tightness, among which 12 patients showed hypoxia and 3 patients showed respiratory failure type I. The mainly manifested chest CT was diffusive glass grinding in both lungs, and some patients were complicated with a small amount of pleural effusion. The onset chemotherapy time was mainly distributed in 2 to 4 courses, the time between the onset of symptoms and the infusion of rituximab was 8 to 49 days. 25 patients shows no obvious limitation in daily life after effective treatment, and 1 patient died of ineffective treatment., Conclusion: There are no typical clinical symptoms in the early stage of acute lung injury after rituximab chemotherapy in DLBCL. Early detection and early hormone therapy are very important to achieve good therapeutic effect.

Objective: To investigate the effect of sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 2 (S1PR2) specific antagonist JTE-013 on the proliferation of human chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) cell line K562., Methods: K562 cells were treated with JTE-013 (0, 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 20 μmol/L) for 24 and 48 hours respectively, CCK8 assay was used to detect the cell viability. K562 cells were treated with JTE-013 (0, 5, 10, 20 μmol/L) for 24 hours, propidium iodide (PI) DNA staining was used to analyze the cell cycle, Western blot was used to determine the levels of P21 and Cyclin D1 protein expression., Results: JTE-013 inhibited the proliferation of CML cell line K562 in a dose dependent manner (r=-0.971). The proliferation rate of CML cells showed that the activity of CML cells decreased gradually with the increase of JTE-013 concentration (r=-0.971). The detection demonstrated that JTE-013 suppressed tumor cell proliferation through cell cycle arrest in G 0 /G 1 phase. Further detection of the protein expressions of G 1 phase regulators showed that level of P21 increased, and expression of Cyclin D1 decreased., Conclusion: JTE-013, a S1PR2 antagonist, can inhibit the proliferation of human CML K562 cells, which may be achieved by arresting the cells in G 0 /G 1 phase.

Here we report a method for the site-selective intermolecular C(sp 3 )-H amination of carboxamides by merging transition-metal catalysis and the hydrogen atom transfer strategy. The reaction proceeds through a sequence of favorable single-electron transfer, 1,5-hydrogen atom transfer, and C-N cross-coupling steps, thus allowing access to a series of desired products. This reaction could accommodate a wide diversity of nitrogen nucleophiles as well as demonstrate excellent chemoselectivity and functional group compatibility.

N 6 -methyladenosine (m 6 A) is the most abundant eukaryote mRNA modification, modulated by regulators known as epigenetic writers, erasers and readers, which are known to serve crucial roles in mRNA metabolism. However, the role of m 6 A during B-cell development and B-cell tumorigenesis remains poorly understood. By analyzing the gene expression profile of 123 mantle cell lymphoma cases from the Gene Expression Omnibus database, the present study demonstrated that one-half of the m 6 A regulators were able to predict patient survival in mantle cell lymphoma, notably the m 6 A.index. The expression levels of the m 6 A regulators were regarded as good classifiers in mantle cell lymphoma. The m 6 A.index-low mantle cell lymphoma type exhibited a poor patient survival and lower mRNA levels from the total transcriptome. The m 6 A regulators may be associated with the cell division and the RNA metabolic pathways, which may result in poor survival of patients with mantle cell lymphoma.

Objective: To investigate the relationship of T lymphocyte subsets, B lymphocytes and NK cells with the genesis, progression and prognosis of B cell lymphoma., Methods: The levels of T lymphocyte subsets, B lymphocytes and NK cells in peripheral blood of healthy control group and B cell lymphoma group were detected by flow cytometry (FCM). The clinical data were collected, and the relationship of these immune indexes with the general conditions, laboratory indexes, curative effect and prognosis were analyzed., Results: Forty-four patients entolled in this study including 24 male and 20 females with the median age of 57 years old (17-82 years), all the patients were the first visit to our hospital and diagnosed. The total counts of lymphocytes, T, B and NK cells in the peripheral blood of patients with the first treatment of B-cell lymphoma were significantly lower than those in healthy controls, and the ratio of CD3 + HLA-DR + activated T cells was significantly higher than that of healthy controls (<0.05). In the newly diagnosed patients, the levels of total lymphocytes, total T cells, total B cells, CD4 + cells and NK cells in peripheral blood of patients with complete remission (CR) were higher than those in patients without complete remission ［partial remission (PR) and disease progression（PD）］ (<0.01, <0.01, <0.05, <0.01, <0.05, respectively). The logistic regression analysis showed that NK cells, FAC-1（FAC-1 is a component factor for linear regression of total lymphocytes, total T cells, and total B cells）, the ECOG score and β2-microglobulin level were significantly different between CR group and PR+SD group (<0.05, <0.01, <0.05, <0.01, respectively), among which ECOG score and β2-microglobulin were independent risk factor respectively for the prognosis of patients. The NK cells and FAC-1 were the protective factors for the prognosis of patients. The survival analysis performed according to the NK cell level of patients at initial diagnosis, the Kaplan-Meier survival curve found that the overall survival (OS) of the 2 groups was significantly different (<0.01), the survial rate in patients with NK cell absolute count> 61.5 /μl was higher than that in patients with low level of NK cells., Conclusion: The level of total lymphocytes, total T cells, total B cells, NK cells and advanced activated T cells in the patients with B cell lymphoma were significantly different from those in normal subjects. Total count of lymphocytes, T cells, B cells, CD4 + cells and NK cells in peripheral blood are important prognostic indicators for BCL. The ECOG score and β2-microglobulin level are independent risk factors for prognosis. The NK cell level and FAC-1 are independent protective factors for the prognosis of B cell lymphoma.

Objective: To analyse the clinical characteristics and therapeutic efticacy of patients with mantle cell lymphoma(MCL)., Methods: The clinical data including cliniced parameters and laboratorial test results of 54 patients with MCL were collected and restrospectively analyzed to clarity the clinical characteristics of MCL and to evaluate the survival and factors affecting prgnosis of patients., Results: The incidence of MCL accounted for 4.0% of NHL in our center. The median age of MCL patients was 63 years old, the male and female ratio was 1.4∶1. The MCL patients inⅢ-Ⅳ stage accounted for 96.3%; the extranodal organ involvement existed in 98.1% patients, the most common extranodal involvement sites were bone marrow(72.2%), spleen(51.9%), gastrointestinal tract(25.9%). The overall response rate(ORR) was 66.7%, among which the complete remisson (CR) rate was 37.1%, 3 year and 5 year-progression free survival rate was 52.7% and 34.7% respectively, 3 year and 5 year overall survival rate was 60.4% and 49.6% respectively. The therapeutic efficacy in chemotherapy combined with cytarabine group was suprior to that in chemotherapy group without cyteratine, the chemotherapy comtined with auto-HSCT could further improve the prognosis of patients. The unvariatc analysis showed that the KI67 level, B sgmptom, liver function, LDH and C-RP levels, initial therapeutic efficacy, high dose cytarabine regimen, auto-HSCT and relapse-refractroy status were prognosis-related factors; the multi-variate analysis showed that the initial therapeutic efficacy and relapse rcfractory stasus were independent prognostic risk factors. Analysis showed that the surival of patients stratified according to MIPI and MIPI-c indexes was significantly different from that stratified by IPI index., Conclusion: The MCL patients commonly complicated by extranodal involvement and have poor prognoss. Using the chenotherapy regimen combined with high doge of cytarabine as induction therapy and auto-HSCT as consotidatory therapy shows the significont efficacy for survival of young patients with MCL. The MIPI and MIPIc indexe are more much suitable for prognosis evaluation of MCL patients.The initial therapeuntic efficacy and relapse-refractrong status are the independant prognosis-related factors.

To explore the effects of biochar and straw application on soil carbon constitution and transformation, an incubation experiment was conducted to study the characteristics of the release of carbon dioxide,as well as the changes in microbial biomass carbon and organic carbon in soil after applying biochar or straw only, or biochar plus straw. The results showed that the straw mineralization rate of organic carbon in soil was 21.50% at 2% application level, which was much higher than that of biochar (8.09%). With the same addition amount of biochar and straw at 4% level for 200 days incubation, the soil organic carbon content was 24.40 and 17.40 g·kg -1 ,respectively. It suggested that the positive impact of biochar application on improving soil organic carbon was greater than that of straw. The application of biochar had protective function on soil original organic carbon. Biochar promoted the straw mineralization and resulted in positive interaction effect between biochar and straw on mineralization of soil organic carbon. The application of straw increased soil microbial biomass carbon (MBC) greatly, while biochar had less impact on MBC. The application of straw and biochar also increased soil microbial biomass carbon, but the interaction effect could be positive or negative, which was dependent on the incubation time or application rate.
