Insurance industry has been changed with development ICT as well as other industries. Studies showed that; using e-insurance has created representation of more effective, direct and cheaper goods and services for insurance companies. Business competitive pressures at insurance industry and changing expectations of customers have necessitated using of IT certainly; evolution of ICT is affected on insurance industry in this century. Affection of this evolution is caused innovation on quality and quantity of services and more important effect on marketing styles and sales of insurance. Moreover very new discussion is expressed particularly in related with e-insurance. In this research, we try to rank the insurance services and products in order to electronic sale. Survey methods are used to gather the data and silver modelling is used to analyze it.

Background: Emotional intelligence (EI) training is popular among human resource practitioners, but there is limited evidence of the impact of such training on health care workers., Purpose: In the current article, we examine the effects of EI training on quality of resident care and worker well-being and psychological empowerment in an Australian aged care facility. We use Bar-On's (1997) conceptualization of EI., Methodology/approach: We used a quasiexperimental design in 2014-2015 with experimental (training) and control (nontraining) groups of 60 participants in each group in two geographically separate facilities. Our final poststudy sample size was 27 participants for the training group and 17 participants for the control group. Over a 6-month period, we examined whether staff improved their well-being, psychological empowerment, and job performance measured as enhanced quality of care (self-rated and client-rated) by applying skills in EI., Results: The results showed significant improvement among workers in the training group for EI scores, quality of care, general well-being, and psychological empowerment. There were no significant differences for the control group., Practice Implications: Through examining the impact of EI training on staff and residents of an aged care facility, we demonstrate the benefits of EI training for higher quality of care delivery. This study demonstrates the practical process through which EI training can improve the work experiences of aged care workers, as well as the quality of care for residents.

Context: During human evolution, the morphology of mandibular molar occlusal surface has changed from pattern "y" to pattern "+". Six types of occlusal patterns were classified as: +4, 4-y,+5, 5-y,+6 and 6-y., Aims: To determine the prevalence of these six types of mandibular second molars in Iranian adolescents., Settings and Design: This descriptive investigation was undertaken in the high schools of Isfahan city, Iran. The students were selected by cluster sampling method, and then they were screened and only those with erupted mandibular second molars bilaterally were selected., Materials and Methods: A total of 794 cases were randomly selected and the number of cusps and groove pattern of mandibular second molar were examined intra-orally and by studying dental casts., Statistical Analysis Used: Descriptive statistics and chi-square test were used for data analysis., Results: The most frequent occlusal configuration was the "+4" form (76.9%). A total of 683 cases (86%) were found to have four-cusp form, 104 cases (13.1%) were five-cusp form and 7 cases (0.9%) were six-cusp form., Conclusion: The most frequent occlusal configuration was the "+4" form; thus, there is a high evolutionary trend in Iranian mandibular second molars.
