Abstract

Um die Effizienz selbstheilender Eigenschaften eines zementgebundenen Werkstoffes zuverlässig zu evaluieren, werden Mess- und Testverfahren validiert, welche den Prüfkörper dauerhaft und kontinuierlich über die volle Versuchsdauer zerstörungsfrei überwachen sollen. Dazu zählen u. a. Ultraschall, Schwingungsanalyse und Schallemissionsanalyse. Hergestellte Testserien vom Labormaßstab bis hin zu strukturellen Bauteilelementen mit verschiedenen Selbstheilungskonzepten werden dabei systematisch mit analytischen und eigens entwickelten Versuchsaufbauten untersucht. In order to reliably evaluate the self-healing efficiency of cementitious materials, test and monitoring techniques are being validated. Therefore, test specimens are permanently and continuously monitored over the full test duration in a non-destructive manner. These methods include i. a. ultrasound, vibration analysis and acoustic emission analysis. Test series ranging from lab scale to structural component elements with different self-healing concepts are systematically examined with analytical and self-developed test setups.

Abstract

We introduced a new broadband approach to material inspection, termed local ultrasonic resonance spectroscopy (LURS), which is based on local mechanical impulse response analysis. Amplitude values and peak frequencies of local resonances, lying in the ultrasonic frequency range, contain information on geometric, material and condition properties of specimens. Subsequently, we compare thirteen innovative and well-established inspection methods on the same specimen: a carbon fiber-reinforced polymer laminate with induced impact damage. In dieser Arbeit wird ein neuer Ansatz für die Materialinspektion eingeführt, der als lokale Ultraschallresonanzspektroskopie (LURS) bezeichnet wird und auf der breitbandigen Analyse lokaler mechanischer Impulsantworten basiert. Amplitudenwerte und Frequenzen lokaler Resonanzen, die im Ultraschallfrequenzbereich liegen, enthalten Informationen über Geometrie-, Material- und Zustandseigenschaften von Proben. Des Weiteren werden dreizehn innovative oder bereits etablierte Inspektionsmethoden an der gleichen Probe, einem kohlefaserverstärkten Polymerlaminat mit induziertem Impactschaden, verglichen.
