In some places in the Qur'an and Hadith, the words like استغفار زلہ وزر غفلت لا ادرى ظلم ذنب ضل هم and سقم are attributed to the prophets messengers. It gives the impression that the Prophets (peace be upon them) may also commit sins. Although these persons are obliged to obey, their being sinners proves that their sins should also be followed and to consider the confirmation of these mistakes from Allah. While the wisdom of Allah requires that He does not command His servants for mistakes and evils. It has been the belief of the majority of the Ummah in every age that the Prophets (peace be upon them) are innocent of all kinds of disbelief and polytheism, bad faith and all kinds of sins. However, according to Fziliya and Azraqa among the Kharijites, it is possible to disbelieve in the Prophets (peace be upon them) because according to them, it is possible for the Prophets (peace be upon them) to commit major sins and their belief is that major sins are disbelief, therefore disbelief in the Prophets (peace be upon them) is also possible. In the same way, their theory is that before the declaration of prophethood, the Prophets (peace be upon them) may disbelieve (al-Iyāz billah). Apart from these two sects of Kharijites, according to the Shities, when the Prophets (peace be upon them) fear for their lives, taqiyyah is performed as can do taqiyyah. Warfare is an unevitable part of every religion, society, and civilization. Man desires survival naturally which is not possible without self-defense. Islam also permits its followers to fight for survival. The Islamic concept of war is completely different from other concepts. According to Islamic teachings, Jihād is not fighting just for personal interests but it is about a struggle for the sake of Allah Almighty and Islam. However some of the opponents and critics try to disgrace Islam by speculating and conjecturing with insufficient knowledge or understanding. Anwar Sheikh is one of the apostates of the Subcontinent who spread repugnance against Islam through his mistaken ideas. He targeted the holy Qur'ān, ḥadīth, Sīrah of the Holy Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم(, Islamic history, culture, and civilization. Jihād is also included in his allegations. He reverted from Islam and passed his several years in Europe where the environment changed his mind. Though, there is the concept of holy war in other religions but, in this case, Anwar criticized Islam mostly. Islam is a complete code of life which contains guidance for all aspects of life up to the living world. The main sources of Islam are Quran and Sunnah. If a clear solution to a problem is not found in the Qur'an and Sunnah, then its solution is deduced from the breadth and depth of the Qur'an and Sunnah in the light of Qiyas Ijtihad and the principles and rules of general rules. The purpose of this study is to discuss morals in the perspective of Islamic education. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive method with a research approach using qualitative methods. As for this research method, it uses the method of literature review or library research on books, scientific journals, the Qur'an and Hadith and other sources. The results of this study explain that morals have a very important role to learn and to be applied in everyday life. Morals have such a high position and are considered to be the key determinants in educational success. The role of morals according to the perspective of Islamic education refers to human behavior, attitudes and morals which include aspects such as ethics, morals and manners regulated in Islamic religious teachings. In the Qur'an, as in the Bible, the young Moses is born in perilous circumstances, and with a promise of greatness that can only be fulfilled if he survives; and in both scriptural accounts, his life is repeatedly saved through the heroic efforts of the women around him: his mother, his sister, and the wife of Pharaoh, who adopts him. The article begins with an examination of the qur'anic account of Moses's early life and the women whose interventions ensure his survival and considers the way in which certain narrative details found in the qur'anic account, as well as the Qur'an's unique narrative style, serve to highlight the perspicacity, courage, and independent agency of these women. The second part of the article explores the exegetical treatment of this qur'anic narrative by the twentieth-century female Muslim exegete Nuṣrat Amīn (1895–1983), a conservative religious scholar who outwardly reached an unusually high level of religious authority for her time, but who also wrote about her own rich inner life of spiritual and mystical experience, and who devoted much of her life to building a network of institutions for women's religious education. Amīn's exegetical treatment of the qur'anic Mosaic account reads the narrative from the perspective a woman who, like the women around Moses, has experienced both motherhood and maternal loss, successfully navigated a patriarchal world through her own intelligence and determination, and appreciated the value of women working together to support one another toward religious ends. Research shows that Qur'anic studies in the West have navigated away from the Nöldekean-Schwallian paradigm in recent years. By using this paradigm, Western thinkers attempt to write the history of the Qur'an with the support of Islamic narrations. American orientalist Stephen Shoemaker claims that the revisionist school broke this paradigm and brought a new perspective to the field in 1977. Stating that the Nöldekean-Schwallian paradigm, which followed the standard Sunni Qur'anic history, blocked the field until the 1980s, Shoemaker criticizes Islamic narrations and does not take them as references. Shoemaker believes that the studies will not go beyond the Sunnī paradigm by using purely Islamic narrations. The author, who claims that the Qur'an emerged and was written in a political environment, argues that historians should consider the works of the surrounding cultures. Shoemaker, who uses the historical criticism method used in holy book readings in the West, focuses on what happened to the Qur'an rather than what the Qur'an tells us. Is it possible to write the history of the Qur'an by bypassing Islamic narrations? The main focus of this article is to reveal the answer to this question through Stephen Shoemaker's work Creating the Qur'an. The work, published in 2022, was seen by Fred Donner as a milestone for the field and stated that everyone working in this department should read it. Reading the Quran is a worship that is obligatory to all Muslims. Allah (swt) commands his servants to always be what He has commanded and stay away from His prohibitions. But many Muslims today still cannot read the Qur'an, this problem arises due to environmental factors, education and also very poor facilities. Therefore, many scholars made a breakthrough by creating an easy and fast method of reading the Qur'an. One of these methods is Hattaiyah which has been used by the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School in helping students and their communities give hope to be able to read the Qur'an. This research is a type of qualitative research of a field nature (Fieled Reserch) the main source in this research as the main reference material is the book Hattaiyah Method and students of the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School. Some other sources used in writing this research are collecting some data through interviews, field notes, personal notes or other official documents. The results of this study show that the Hattaiyah method has a very large contribution in the development of the science of Qiroat of the Qur; an at Pesantren Mawaridussalam. Both in terms of education, parenting and social different communities around the Mawaridussalam Islamic boarding school. In terms of education, the Hattaiyah method is able to increase academic scores and also the ability of students in terms of writing Imla (Arabic Dictation) and also helps students who are good at reading the Qur'an to be able to with a healthy time. Then this method also greatly contributes to parenting such as reducing the percentage of student violations, making it easier for students to use Arabic, and making students feel at home in pesantren. And finally contribute to the community around the pesantren which is helped to overcome the problem of Qur'anic illiteracy in the area. The conclusion of this research is that Harrttaiyah's method has a very large contribution in eradicating the problem of Qur'anic illiteracy that currently occurs. And with this method, it is hoped that it will be a solution to make the musmlim love the Qur'an by practicing it in order to create a life that is part of the world and the Hereafter. The first addressees of the revelation belonged to various tribes. Arabic was spoken by these tribes with their own dialects. Reading the Quran, which was revealed in the Arabic language, without errors, in a beautiful and understandable way, was among the issues that the Prophet gave importance to. Permission was given to the Prophet by Almighty Allah in order to ensure that the divine message of the Noble Qur’an reaches people in an understandable way. The Prophet conveyed this trace, which he received through Gabriel, to the companions. In addition, the Prophet praised the recitation of the Qur’an to be done with the most beautiful sound. Therefore, it is seen that he cares about both the application by understanding the Qur’an and the aesthetics of recitation. In this study, the historical process is considered primarily in the context of the science of qira’at. After brief information given about the Qira’at imams and narrators, the verses of Surat al-Hijr 86/87, which Ismail Biçer recited in the hijaz maqam with vecih, are discussed. After the related ashr-i sharīf recitation is notated and explained, the qira’at variants applied with maqam transitions are analysed separately. İsmail Biçer shows the common denominators of the two disciplines and at the same time, he presents representative reading by paying attention to the meaning in his recitation. While applying the wujuhāt in the recitation of the Qur’ān, he presents an artistic recitation example by presenting the applicability of different maqam passages in each version, not uniformly. Late 19th-century Singapore is considered the centre for the printing and distribution of Muslim-Malay lithographed texts in the Malay archipelago. In 1890, the island's print output was approximately six million pages, with many of these printed from lithography. Thus informed, our recent readings of Singapore's role in regional histories of the printed book tend to locate its prominence along contemporary, national lines – this is anachronistic. The island, historically, was neither nation nor state, but a British colonial settlement. Singapore's advantageous geographical position certainly established it as a prominent site for book production and distribution. However, the existing corpus of lithographed publications, printed at multiple localities, indicate a broader range of regional locations involved in Muslim printing. These texts, from mushaf to syair, often feature printed defects and paratextual marks on their pages. Informed by approaches from analytical bibliography and printing history, the materiality of these marks and defects can be 'read' to identify specific print production techniques. These, in turn, suggest printing methods that were common in British and Dutch territories, and beyond – an indication of the mobility of techniques, materials, and practitioners within the lithographic trade, and the collaborative nature of print enterprises in the Malay world. By discussing these printed marks, this article will (a) re-situate and revise our understanding of interactions and practices within the Muslim-Malay lithographic printing trade; and (b) posit the notion that late 19th-century Singapore is not the locus, but one of several sites of significance within a regional 'constellation' of printing activity. The aim of this study is to reveal the questions asked by children aged 4–6 about religious issues and to reveal adults' methods of answering these questions. The study, which was designed as a multiple case study, was carried out with Qur'an course teachers and the mothers who sent their children on the Qur'an courses. As a result of the study, it was found that children asked questions about Allah and the afterlife. There is a prominent feature, and a distinct feature, which was the reason for the Islamic nation to assume a prominent position among the nations, and to give it the qualifications of pioneering leadership for humanity, and the elements of witnessing all people. Ibn Ḥajar states that al-Bukhārī explained the unfamiliar words (gharib) in the hadiths with the knowledge of the field of the Gharīb al-Qur'ān, thus realizing the exegesis/interpretation of the Qur'ān and hadith together. It is possible to consider the statement 'al-Bukhārī's fiqh is in the titles of Bâb' in this context. Therefore, it is implied that al-Bukhārī explains the verse that he narrates or the verse in the narration, and in this sense, he performs a kind of exegesis. In this study, these approaches and the tafsīr intensity of the Saḥīḥ are considered problematic and an answer is sought. In this respect, firstly, the distinctive features of Saḥīḥ al-Bukhārī and its relationship with the tafsīr based on these features have been revealed. It has been inferred that al-Bukhārī engaged in tafsir activities based on his method of arranging the narrations ale al-abwab/chapters order, the fact that his work belongs to the genre of jami', his preferences among the narrations, his philological analyses, and his preferences over al-abwab. In addition, it was observed that he established a relationship between the narration and the verse, pointed out the common denominators with the verse, and commented on ambiguous expressions or unfamiliar words in his work. Also, the books of the work directly related to the tafsīr have been identified and the relationship between them has been strengthened. It has been concluded that the chapters of Bed'u al-Waḥy, Anbiyā, Tafsīr and Fedāil al-Qur'ān are directly related to the tafsīr and contain intensive tafsīr information and exegesis. The book names and chapter titles of these chapters were evaluated in terms of the tafsīr, and the data obtained were recorded numerically and proportionally. It should be noted that historical data analysis and data transcription methods were used throughout the study. As a result of the research, Bukhārī's exegeted of 30% of the Qur'ān in total, including 16 verses in the chapter of Bed'u al-Waḥy, 332 verses in the chapter of Anbiyā, 1514 verses in the chapter of Tafsīr, and 10 verses in the chapter of Fedāil al-Qur'ān, and if the scattered tafsīr information in work is taken into account, this ratio will exceed 50%. On the other hand, showing that al-Bukhārī used linguistic and dirayah methods of tafsīr, that he carried various tafsīr information, especially the themes of ulum al-Qur'ān and the history of the Qur'ān, and that he attached particular importance to establishing a connection between narrations and verses, with examples and numerical data, were other achievements of the study. At the end of the study, the data of the index prepared by Dāru al-Ta'sīl was reviewed and tabulated, since it partially overlaps with the achievements of this study. Muʿtazila contributed significantly to the formation and development of Islamic thought and theology. However, for various reasons, the Muʿtazilite school has been weakened and access to the sources that convey their system of thought has become difficult. For this reason, the information about the Muʿtazilite thought was mostly evaluated through the information transmitted by their opponents. This led to the spread of demaging accusations against them that they prioritized reason to narration and abandoned narration which needed confirmation. In Muʿtazilite sources, on the other hand, it can be seen that they use narrated information, and even narrated information occupies an essential place in these works. It is understood that their adoption of a narrower approach compared to their opponents on some issues, such as intercession (shafaa't) and the torment of the grave, was interpreted as a total denial of the relevant problems. In this regard, it is important to identify Muʿtazilite thought from its own sources. An important issue that needs to be addressed in this context is the determination of the Muʿtazilite school's approach to the Qurʿānic parables. Since the Qurʿānic parables, are usually ambiguous regarding events and persons, various narrations are cited from different sources to elaborate on the related narratives. The miraculous narratives in the Qurʿānic parables also allow for some rational inferences. The Muʿtazilite approach to Qurʿānic parables is closely related to their understanding of reason and narration. The narratives of the Prophet Noah and his people, which are among the parables of the Qurʿān, contain issues related to the basic principles of Muʿtazila, such as prophethood, denial, building an ark based on revelation, the flood, and the destruction of the people. For this reason, it would be helpful to examine the approach of Muʿtazilite thought to the parable of Noah in the example of al-Jishumī. The study, which uses the method of document and content analysis, analyses the approach of Muʿtazilite scholars to the parable of Noah and the impact of their theological thought on their approach to Qurʿānic parables through the source of al-Jishumī. As a result it's been determined that Muʿtazilite scholars attach importance to narrations and extract various evidences from Qurʿānic parables to support their sectarian principles and theories. One of the values and virtues that ensure the peace and happiness of human, created to fulfill the duty of worshiping Allah, in this world and the Hereafter, is the blessing of gratitude. In the Qur’an, which is a source of peace and healing, gratitude is used as equivalent to faith. For this reason, this article will delve into the indispensable importance of gratitude, which is the most basic factor ensuring a life full of peace and tranquility according to the Qur'an. It will also touch upon its indispensable significance in daily life. The unique and positive contribution of gratitude, as a value that connects people to life and adds meaning to it, will be emphasized in relation to the personality, development, maturity, mental-physical health, and living a virtuous and happy life of the human being, who was created in the best manner. The article will explain how living a happy and peaceful life depends on being deeply grateful to the Lord with every breath, and it will provide examples of the material and spiritual gains of gratitude. As a result of the study, it was observed that gratitude provides individuals with a high level of awareness and the ability to view life positively by appreciating Allah’s blessings and getting closer to Him. Islam was an important factor in the decolonisation of Muslim countries from European colonial rule during the 19th and 20th centuries. However, Muslims are among the migrant-settler populations of Australia, Canada, the United States, and other British colonial states that continue to dispossess and disenfranchise Indigenous populations. This article contributes to the debate on "decolonising Islam". It contends that covenants with God and between people in Islam's pre-eminent sources, the Qur'an and sunnah, are antithetical to colonialism and reinforce a praxis-orientated decolonial–Islamic agenda. This article focuses on three aspects of decolonisation, addressing: (1) supremacist ideology; (2) human existence and coexistence; and (3) claims of entitlement. Using Australia as the primary case study, it examines Islamic obligations towards Indigenous peoples in settler-colonial states, emphasising the potential of covenants to promote mutual recognition and dialogue towards redressing injustices and building respectful coexistence. Kafka explores many elements in 'Jackals and Arabs' that are found in the Judeo-Christian tradition of Gog and Magog, the Alexander Romance, and the Qur'anic story of Dhu'l-Qarnayn. A comparative analysis of these works reveals Kafka's criticism of the Zionist movement. Kafka rejects Zionist exceptionalism and separatism through the narrator's rejection of the jackals' cause. Kafka's jackals are compared to Gog and Magog, who are portrayed as corruptors of the land in the aforementioned texts. The categorisation of corruptors of the land is significant because this reverses Zionist claims of a profound connection to the land, which Kafka, likewise, reverses when the jackals claim that the desert is their home from which the Arabs should be removed. Zionist avowals of Arab backwardness are countered by Kafka as he makes the Arabs superior, which is also how the indigenous population are depicted in the Judeo-Christian and Muslim traditions since they are contrasted with the barbarity of Gog and Magog. Finally, the Zionist trope of the European Jewish hero who flees persecution is inverted by Kafka who confers on the narrator a quasi-prophetic/royal status similar to that of Dhu'l-Qarnayn and Alexander the Great. The present research seeks to investigate the equivalence of translating argumentative topics, which include the dialectic (controversial) style in the Holy Qur'an. It designs to know how the discourse of the Qur'anic controversy is manifested, based on a set of logical arguments and points of view. The research also aims to find out the extent to which the English translations succeeded in conveying the same dialectical logical structure connotation, taking into account the challenges faced by the translators: Hilali, Khan, and Abdel Haleem in translating the meanings of the Holy Qur'an, especially the dialectic style. Therefore, the translator must strive to convey the dialectical discourse with its stylistic features in terms of clarity, accuracy, and objectivity. The study adopts an eclectic method. It is a combination of a semantic approach, text discussion, analysis, and extracting a suggested translation, with applying the back-translation technique. All of this is in light of an applied approach to examples of the Holy Ayat (verses) for the controversial style. The study concluded that translating of the dialectical style and its links represent a real challenge for translators. So, they must resort to consult exegesis (tafsir), rhetoric books and other Arabic sources, in addition to the translation theories to overcome these challenges. The study recommends that the translator of the meanings of the Holy Qur'an must be familiar with the sciences of the Holy Qur'an and the Arabic language, such as interpretation, rhetoric, etc. The translator also need to seek help from language dictionaries to choose the specific meaning of the dialectical style. Moreover, the translator, before embarking on the translation, must consult scholars and experts when submitting a suggested translation. This suggested translation must be emanating from authentic Islamic visions. This due to verify the intended Qur'anic meaning for argumentative (Al-Hajjaj) dialectical and others rhetorical styles. The current research paper aims to critically study translating Ayahs Aleudul ... in the Quranic contexts from an interdisciplinary jurisprudential linguistic perspective. The findings of the study showed that Aleudul ... in the Qur'anic context is a phenomenon that reoccurs in many ayahs. The researcher selected one of the many: the Quranic Arabic Aleudul ... .in Ayah 33 of Surat al-Ahzab to explain the phenomenon and discuss it in detail. The study also showed that the Quranic Arabic Aleudul ... came in the Qur'anic context to reveal the importance of the meaning to be explained in the context to which it is assigned. The foremost of the problems encountered by translators of the Holy Quran was the dearth of most exegesis relating to this recurring phenomenon in the Holy Qur'an. This article aims to analyse the law of doubting the authenticity of the Quran from the perspective of the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council. The urgency of this research is to revisit the sacredness of the Quran as an answer to the criticism of the challengers. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Primary data through Q.S. Al-Hijr verse nine, and Q.S. Al-Baqarah as Naqli arguments and Aqli arguments referring to MUI Fatwa as core data. Secondary data in the form of scientific articles and books of interpretation. Data analysis techniques using the Tahlili interpretation method and content analysis. The results showed that at the level of Naqli's arguments, the authenticity of the Quran is undeniable because the literature says there is no doubt in the Quran, and Allah maintains its authenticity. This is the reason why the content of the Quran remains the same despite the efforts of those who want to falsify it. Authenticity at the level of Aqli evidence is the consistency of the Quran's language and structure, accurate scientific content, predictions, and prophecies that prove accurate, ethical, and aesthetics of the message that contains moral values. The research aims to analyze the principles of implementing education according to the Al-Qur'an. The Al-Qur'an is a source of guidance for Muslims in carrying out their lives, including conducting education. The principles of implementing education are contained in the Al-Qur'an which can be used as a guide for stakeholders and teachers in carrying out their duties. Developing principles for implementing education based on Islamic education philosophy in the Al-Qur'an will produce comprehensive guidance for believers. The research method used in this brief study was a content analysis of the Al-Qur'an to determine the philosophy of educational principles based on the Al-Qur'an. Systematic linguistic analysis in the original Al-Qur'an text and the translation of the Al-Qur'an in English to reveal the principles of educational implementation was carried out. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are several principles for implementing education contained in the Al-Qur'an. The first component of the educational principle is reasoning which is promoted in the Al-Qur'an, namely inferential, independent reasoning and facilitated reasoning. The second principle of implementing education is that implementing education is oriented towards developing moral character through various learning process activities or what is called orthopractic theology. The contribution of this research is the discovery of a strong principled basis for implementing education and becoming the basis for hermeneutical research to investigate the philosophy of implementing education based on the Al-Qur'an that can be applied in real life situations. This research has implications for the practice of implementing education in Indonesia. Teachers must pay attention to the learning methods used that can likely optimize students' reasoning abilities and must accommodate methods of remembering, listening and reading literacy activities. This article aims to analyze the contestation of the Presidential Election in Indonesia in 2024 using thematic studies of the Qur'an and Hadith. On a theological level, Muslims must determine a Qur'an candidate leader because Muslims in Indonesia will be the largest contributor of votes. The urgency of this research is to formulate the ideal presidential candidate according to Islamic guidance. This article uses qualitative research with a study of literature. Primary data sources in this research are verses of the Qur'an and Hadith. The collected data will be analyzed using the method of Tafsir Madhuri and content analysis. The results show that the value of leaders in the Qur'an and ideal leaders in Indonesia have some correlation with one another. Some criteria are that a statesman must be one with integrity, have ability and competence, be a visionary, be inclusive, should have risk management skills and also problem solving abilities, and especially understanding of the people and a patriotic charisma. Islamic leaders have a significant role in measuring the contestation of the 2024 Presidential Election, but this is not very substantive, considering that all pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates are homogeneous in terms of their religion. This paper goes into the challenges faced in the teaching of geometry, emphasizing its foundational principles. It investigates an alternate viewpoint by relating geometric principles to verses from the Holy Quran, implying that geometric conceptions have a spiritual and intellectual dimension. The historical contributions of Islam to geometric sciences are also examined, emphasizing the confluence between religion and geometry. The historical context of geometry in Islamic education is also explored, with an emphasis on the substantial contributions of some Muslim scholars to the topic between the 9th and 15th centuries. The literature overview presents much research on geometry education, including inquiry-based techniques, academic talent profiles, and the impact of various teaching methods on student achievement. Despite the variety of teaching methods, obstacles such as curriculum issues, teacher training, and student attitudes continue. In addressing the complexity of geometry teaching, the methodologies section highlights the significance of appropriate research design. The traditional teaching style and activity-based teaching/learning are addressed as two opposing methods. The latter is praised for its ability to foster innovative learning experiences. The results and discussion section critically assesses the "Foundations of Geometry" curriculum at top universities, identifying issues that need to be revised to line with contemporary expectations. The obstacles to teaching geometry are examined, including students' apathy and lack of prior knowledge, and solutions such as real-world examples, continual professional development, and activity-based teaching approaches are proposed. The industry of Islamic banking and finance (IBF) has undergone rapid expansion over the past forty years. However, it's imperative that this sector continues to evolve—making sure it aligns with contemporary market trends while staying abreast with modern financial practices. With financial offerings becoming more complex than ever before, adhering closely to shari'ah principles certainly poses a newer level of daunting challenges that need urgent attention in this burgeoning field. Moreover, the infamous products and current shari'ah governance of Islamic banks have been widely debated following the publication of an article titled "Terrible November for Islamic banks" in a reputable newspaper, Prothom Alo, 2022. In order to bridge the gap this study investigates drivers, enablers, and inhibitors of shari'ah‐compliant products and the successful implementation of shari'ah governance for sustainable Islamic banks in Bangladesh. The qualitative data have been collected through in‐depth personal interviews and focus group discussions with 41 well‐known scholars. The analysis shows shari'ah board and research division are required to collaborate to develop shari'ah‐compliant products as outlined in the Qur'an and Hadith. Additionally, a strong legislative framework for shari'ah‐compliant product development and shari'ah governance is essential to promote a sustainable Islamic banking industry. Good shari'ah governance and compliance in a banking institution are significantly dependent on the good intentions of its board members and operational managers. The study offers a legal framework and core value‐based banking that develops unique and fully shari'ah‐compliant products to uphold sustainable development goals (SDGs). The article deals with a seventeenth-century manuscript copy of the Qur'an from Malta held at the University of Pennsylvania (Ms. Codex 1904). The manuscript's copyist can be identified with Muḥammad al-Tāzī, also known as Baldassare Loyola Mandes (1631–1667), an alleged Moroccan prince who converted to Christianity and gained considerable fame in Catholic countries for his missionary activity and anti-Islamic polemics. In spite of the large number of contemporary sources and modern studies on him, some aspects of his life still remain elusive. Several passages of the accounts of his Islamic past appear nebulous, and, in particular, his royal descent continues to raise doubts. On the one hand, the University of Pennsylvania Qur'an represents a unique document of his pre-conversion life. On the other hand, it bears witness to a peculiar but little-studied form of manuscript production in early modern Europe, represented by books copied by Muslim scribes under conditions of captivity. Elementary level Tahfizhul Qur'an school which emphasizes learning on tahfizhul Qur'an (memorizing the Al-Qur'an) and applying adab before knowledge. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of etiquette at STTD Al Busyro. This research uses a qualitative research approach with the type of field research. Data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used in the research is by using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are the Concept of Applicable Religious Adab Education. The ethical values that are emphasized and prioritized at STTD Al Busyro are divided into three aspects, namely; Judging from the pattern of attitudes and behavior towards Allah such as praying and worshiping, behavior towards humans such as helping each other, and behavior towards nature or the universe such as protecting nature. The denial of religion is considered one of the major themes of Christopher Marlowe's Doctor Faustus (1604). Doctor Faustus, Marlowe's protagonist, realizes that all of the knowledge he has acquired, including theology, is no more satisfying. Therefore, he decides to learn magic since he believes that magic will bring him absolute knowledge and power. Despite the warnings he receives from the Good Angel, Faustus' excessive pride leads him to sell his soul to the devil and harden his heart toward God--a decision that leads him to hell. Pharaoh in the Qur'an denies and repudiates the invitation of Moses to submit to God and have mercy over his people. Pharaoh arrogantly claims that he needs no God since he himself is the great god of his people. This article is an interdisciplinary study between theology and literature to demonstrate how the archetypal villain in literature mirrors the one introduced in the holy texts. It also argues that Marlowe's Faustus is, in many ways, a replica of Pharaoh mentioned in the Qur'an. They both share diabolical traits, including but not limited to pride, arrogance, and blasphemy. This article examines Qurʾānic recitation as a modality of divine presence among Bā ʿAlawī Sufis in Tarīm (Yemen) and Jakarta (Indonesia). It engages with Sufi ontologies that have shaped Bā ʿAlawīs' understanding of Qurʾānic recitation as capable of engendering a theatro-graphic experience of divine presence marked at once by scriptural distance and stability, and theatrical immediacy and instability. The article complicates some of the basic presuppositions that have shaped existing works on religion as mediation, particularly the conceptualizations of transcendence as distance, of medium as exterior to what it mediates, and of mediation/immediacy as an antithesis. If reliance on sensational forms to produce divine presence is often described as engendering anxieties regarding the possibility of immediacy, for Bā ʿAlawī Sufis the epistemic and practical problem lies in maintaining the productive tension between re-presentational mediation and existential immediacy without privileging one over the other. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Ummi Method in SDI Kartika Nawa Turen Malang. The student's achievement, the advantages and the weakness of Ummi method. This study is qualitative research by using some instruments: observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study are the implementation of Ummi method based on ten pillars: goodwill management, teacher certification, stage good and true, clear and measurable targets, mastery consistent learning, adequate time, ratio proportional teachers and students, internal control and externally, progress reports for each student and reliable coordinator. Students' studies Quran based on their grades after having a placement test. The advantage of the Ummi method is that the teachers get easily in teaching Qur an because there is a guideness learning and teaching process. The research findings suggest that the Qur'an emphasizes professionalism and equality while also acknowledging gender roles. The study aims to provide guidance on how gender guidance from the Qur'an contributes to security, success, and happiness in later life. The growth of a company is determined by the quality its human resources. One solution to improve employee performance is to keep the employee job satisfaction. There are many theories that explain employee job satisfaction, one of them is the theory of job satisfaction discussed through an Islamic perspective. This study aims to describe the Islamic job satisfaction of employees based on demographics at PT. IRAB. The research used a quantitative descriptive method and a probability sampling to determine the sample. The subjects in this study were permanent employees at PT. IRAB totaling 142 employees. The instrument used in this research is Job Description Index scale which has adapted indicators using verses of the Qur’an and Hadith. The results of this study indicate that 51% of employees have a high level of Islamic job satisfaction, and 49% have a low level of Islamic job satisfaction. The results of analyzing aspects of Islamic job satisfaction show that the job description aspect gets the highest average value and the lowest value is the promotion aspect. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A critical study of Shaykh Uthaimin's tafsir is an in-depth attempt to analyze the approach and methodology of exegesis used by this figure. Shaykh Uthaimin, a famous scholar, is known for his work that includes Quranic exegesis. This study explores in detail his famous tafsir, "Tafsir Ahkam min al-Qur'an min al-Karim," focusing on his approach and method. The bi al-Ma'thur tafsir and Tahlili tafsir approaches, used by Shaykh Uthaimin, became the focal point of the analysis. This study explores how this method is reflected in the interpretation of surah alFatihah, al-Baqarah, and surah Ali Imran verse 29. The ahkam style applied by Uthaimin is also an important part of this critique, with a broader understanding of the Shari'a, its benefits, and the law of wisdom. This study not only limits itself to elements of Sharia law in the interpretation of certain verses, but also covers the entire Qur'an. In particular, this study highlights Uthaimin's view of the basmalah in surah al-Fatihah and its implications for prayer. Overall, this critical study provides in-depth insight into Shaykh Uthaimin's approach and methodology of exegesis, opening up space for a better understanding of his contribution to understanding and explaining the Qur'an. The application of divine commands in contemplating the universe and in man's creation requires looking at cosmic phenomena, recognizing the relationships and connections between them, knowing the laws and foundations that regulate them, and the same in man himself. Since the mind alone could not stand on the knowledge of these laws, the Holy Qur'an came to mention and define these laws, and guided man to how to know and deal with them. This research dealt with the study of the subject of the universal and human divine Sunnah in an Jurisprudential rooting study, by standing on the most important of what was stated in the Holy Qur'an in the statement of the divine Sunnah, and analyzing the opinions of Scientists on this subject, to reach the required result, which is to know how to understand these Sunnahs and how to deal with them, in each of their different types. This study adopted the inductive and analytical methodology, as I proceeded in the study to extrapolate the most important verses of the Qur'an that speak about the universal and human divine laws. I did not intend to achieve complete extrapolation because it is not possible to be done in the nature of thıs article. After extrapolating these Qur'anic verses and collecting what the scholars said on this subject, I proceeded to analyze all of that, dividing it into multiple sections, and simplifying it in an easy way that shows the differences between the universal divine laws and the human divine laws, explaining the role of man in dealing with each of these sections. Background/Aims: The incidence of postpartum depression in Indonesia is greater than the global average, and has detrimental effects on mothers, families, society and the country. Mobile applications are widely used to treat postpartum depression, but combining this with readings from the Holy Quran is uncommon in Indonesia. This study aimed to investigate the effect of combining mobile applications with the Holy Quran on postpartum depression symptoms. Methods: A randomised controlled pre-post-test time series was conducted from June to December 2020, involving 128 pregnant women in their third trimester. The 'app' group (64 participants) received the intervention until 2 months postpartum, while the control group (64 participants) received no intervention. The Edinburgh postpartum depression scale, state-trait anxiety inventor, and the Rosenberg self-esteem scale were used to gather data. Results: Postpartum depression scores in the app group were significantly lower than in the control group. There were no differences in the anxiety or self-esteem scores between the app and control groups. The proportion of depression scores of 10 and above decreased by 25% in the app group and 7.8% in the control group. Conclusions: Use of a mobile application in combination with the Holy Quran voice may help reduce postpartum depressive symptoms in Indonesia. Religion-based AI chatbots serve religious practitioners by bringing them godly wisdom through technology. These bots reply to spiritual and worldly questions by drawing insights or citing verses from the Quran, the Bible, the Bhagavad Gita, the Torah, or other holy books. They answer religious and theological queries by claiming to offer historical contexts and providing guidance and counseling to their users. A criticism of these bots is that they may give inaccurate answers and proliferate bias by propagating homogenized versions of the religions they represent. These "embodied spiritual machines" may likewise bear bias against women, their gender, and their societal roles. This paper crafts a concept intended to address this GPT issue by reimagining, modifying, and implementing a feminist approach to these chatbots. It examines the concepts and designs of these bots and how they address women-related questions. Along with the challenge of bringing gender and diversity-sensitive religious wisdom closer to the people through technology, the paper proposes a re-engineered model of a fair religion-based AI chatbot. The article studies the performance of Islamic authority through texts. It combines this with a close investigation of the textuality of these texts—that is, their letterforms as well as shapes of words and sentences—and their material affordances. Given that Muslims understand the Qur'an to be powerful, this article argues that it is the concrete possibilities that textuality provides which feed into Islamic authority. This article takes an ethnographic encounter in Zanzibar Town in which I was repeatedly prompted to visually follow the textual aids of my interlocutor, Hakimu Saleh, in order to gain access to that which is "hidden between the words" as starting point. I investigate how Hakimu Saleh used these occasions to perform his authority as a knowledgeable Islamic healer through "material citations." I then explore the singularity of the Qur'an to examine the textuality of kombe, a practice in which the Qur'an is used as a decidedly textual artifact to be washed off for patients to ingest. In doing so, I show how practices tapping into the power of the materially textual Qur'an feed into other practices with material text, including those that support the performance of authority in an Islamic context. The Qur'an is a linguistic miracle that was revealed in the Arabic language to mankind. However, not everyone can fully understand this divine revelation as Arabic is not everyone's mother tongue. Therefore, to facilitate non-native Arabic speakers to understand the Qur'an, many efforts have been made, including in studying the concepts that are present in the Qur'an, through for example, the Izutsu's approach (IA) (to investigate the semantic structure of the Qur'an) and the Conceptual Metaphor Theory (CMT) (to investigate the figurative language). While these two approaches have been helpful in assisting individuals to understand the Qur'an, studies that investigate the connection between the two approaches are still lacking. In addition previous research that used either one of the approaches sometimes lack dependency on the exegesis (tafsirs) of the Qur'an; as a result, such studies become less comprehensive. Thus, this conceptual paper proposes how the combination of these two approaches can be used to achieve a better understanding of the concepts stated in the Qur'an The concept of حُبّ HUBB (LOVE) is used to achieve this aim. “Sacredness/sanctity” means purity and “sacred” means a clean place which is associated with purity. There is no religion that is free from such central concepts and no religion is worthy of being called so without incorporating such concepts and meanings. Hence, the use of the terms sacred or sacredness is an important and valuable action. The main focus of this study is to explore the concept of sacredness in Quran and Islamic wisdom based on the relevant concepts and theories and through this analysis it seeks to explain the sacredness for the realization of sacred place. With such a foundation, the theoretical and practical meaning of sacred architecture can be understood and established. This study is theoretical research that employs a descriptive method. The data are collected through library references or by referring to books and articles. The results show that the use of space, human functions, a specific event, or the divine ontological will can destroy or create sacredness of place. Typically, physical form determines the way a space may be used. But this does not mean that physical form is the only determining factor. Intentions, motivations, and actions taken by people are also effective in this regard. The authors believe that sacredness of a place can be considered as an innate and adaptive concept. But depending on the type of formation, it receives varying degrees of sacredness . This means that sacredness may be created the divine ontological will or the human legislative will. Studying the Qur'an is a pivotal act of worship in Islam, which necessitates a structured understanding of its verses to facilitate learning and referencing. Reflecting this complexity, each Quranic verse is rich with unique thematic elements and can be classified into a range of distinct categories. This study explores the enhancement of a multi-label classification model through the integration of FastText. Employing a CNN+Bi-LSTM architecture, the research undertakes the classification of Quranic translations across categories such as Tauhid, Ibadah, Akhlak, and Sejarah. Based on model evaluation using F1-Score, it shows significant differences between the CNN+Bi-LSTM model without FastText, with the highest result being 68.70% in the 80:20 testing configuration. Conversely, the CNN+Bi-LSTM+FastText model, combining embedding size and epoch parameters, achieves a result of 73.30% with an embedding size of 200, epoch of 100, and a 90:10 testing configuration. These findings underscore the significant impact of FastText on model optimization, with an enhancement margin of 4.6% over the base model. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Translating the sacred in a so-called divine language has been shown to be so difficult and challenging a task for translators of the Bible or the Qur'an. The human reproduction of the divine product(ion) has biblically and qur'anically been found to raise (in)soluble challenges and (in)surmountable hurdles in bicultural and cross-cultural communication and transfer in translation. One great challenge or big obstacle thereof is the (un)transferability of noncanonical ancillary oppositions from SL (QA) to TL (E) which is sought to be explored and investigated by the current study from a linguistic-translational perspective. Based on corpus data across several languages, noncanonical ancillary opposition has been shown to co-occur in preponderant syntactic frames loaned from fellow categories, such as coordination, subordination, transition, and so forth, to perform cross-categorial discourse functions in canonical, semicanonical, and noncanonical configurations, and to entertain a propensity and penchant for special multi-principled and rulegoverned sequences based on morphology, gender, agency, and so on. The specific objectives of this study are to compare and contrast SL and TL frequent frameworks and ordering sequences in the process and product of translation. It was found that a number of these frames and functions have gone untended and unrendered by the two Qur'an translators under scrutiny due to their incognizance of colligational forms and discursive functions as translation units of functional sentence perspective contributing to the semantic ends of intraversially sentential structures.
