Array gain is investigated based on the acoustic channel characteristics manifested by the fluctuant transmission loss and decrease in the acoustic channel spatial coherence. An analytical expression is derived as the summation of the products of the acoustic channel correlation coefficients and root-mean-square pressures. The formula provides insight into the physical mechanisms of the gain degradation in the ocean waveguide. Furthermore, this formula provides a new method to study array gain in the ocean waveguide from underwater acoustic field. The obtained expression is a more general formula that is applicable to shallow water, deep sea, and continental slope, with the traditional methods as a special case. Numerical results show that the array gain calculated by previous formulas are generally overestimated, caused by ignoring the effect of transmission loss fluctuation.

In structured light 3D measurement field，when the object is smooth surface，it can form a highlight area due to the specular reflection of the surface，and the distortion of the object will make a large measurement error. In order to solve this problem，a new algorithm is designed which is based on the theory of reflection component separation and pixel filling. Firstly，the specular pixels in the image are found by comparing the pixel parameters，Then the reflection component is separated and processed. Finally，in order to avoid some of the highlight are processed into black pixels the pixel filling method is adopted to deal with them. Experimental results show that when we deal with the image of 1920 * 1080 by using this algorithm，the number of specular pixels is reduced by 8 － 11 times. This method can effectively remove the specular pixels in the field of 3D measurement.

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a lethal disease of unknown aetiology that largely presents in the elderly. The mechanisms related to aging such as fibroblast senescence have been strongly implicated in pathology of IPF. We have previously demonstrated the protective effects of IL-18 binding protein (IL-18BP) against bleomycin (BLM)-induced pulmonary fibrosis (PF) via inhibition of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition. However, the role of IL-18 in fibroblast senescence in PF is still unknown. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of IL-18 on fibroblast senescence in the development of PF. We found that SA-β-gal positive cells, the proportion of cells in G1 phase, and expressions of p21 and p53 were increased in primary lung fibroblasts isolated from BLM-challenged mice, while the fibroblasts from IL-18BP-treated mice showed decreased senescence propensity. We further demonstrated that IL-18 was sufficient to trigger senescence of primary lung fibroblasts. The senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP) of fibroblasts treated with IL-18 robustly stimulated a fibrotic phenotype in pulmonary fibroblasts. Moreover, the expression of Klotho, an anti-senescence protein, was down-regulated after IL-18 treatment in primary lung fibroblasts. Overexpression of Klotho reversed the senescence and SASP induced by IL-18 in lung fibroblasts. In summary, we reported for the first time that IL-18 promoted the lung fibroblast senescence and SASP in PF through blocking Klotho pathway. Neutralize IL-18 by IL-18BP exhibited antifibrotic effects partly by suppressing lung fibroblast senescence in PF. It contributes to the growing evidence that IL-18 could be a therapeutic target for PF.

Resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum is a β-glycoside, which can be hydrolyzed to resveratrol by β-glucosidase. it is an efficient production process to degrade polydatin from Polygonum cuspidatum extract by immobilized β-glucosidase. It is of great significance to explore suitable immobilization conditions to improve the catalytic efficiency and reusability of β-glucosidase for polydatin degradation and cost reduction. In this paper, the recombinant Escherichia coli bgl2238, which was screened and constructed from corn soil of Heilongjiang Province in the early laboratory, was immobilized by chitosan adsorption and glutaraldehyde crosslinking. The preparation conditions and immobilization process of bgl2238 were determined by single factor method: the optimal crosslinking time was 1 h, the optimal crosslinking temperature was 20 °C, the recovery rate of enzyme activity of bgl2238 was 87 %, and the enzyme activity was 859.65 mU/g. The optimum temperature of the immobilized bgl2238 is 50 °C, which is 6 °C higher than that of the free bgl2238, and the temperature stability and pH stability are improved. After six consecutive hydrolysis of Polygonum cuspidatum, the degradation rate of polydatin is still over 70 %, which proves that the immobilized bgl2238 has good reusability. This will be helpful to evaluate the application prospect of β - glucosidase immobilized in this system and determine the best conditions for its production.
