Due to economic and managerial disorders, metropolitan peri-urban areas have lost their quality and habitability. Aspects and problems diversity on the one hand, and territorial and functional dispersion on the other hand, have made spatial planning problematic. SDI establishment can improve spatial data management and decrease parallel works, through the creation of metadata, standardization, and development of data-sharing policies in Tehran. However, many internal and external factors have made the implementation of SDI difficult. For this reason, the current research has presented strategies to fulfill the requirements of SDI establishment with a pathological approach and using the SWOT method and the analytical network process method (ANP); consequently, the most important strategies are extrapolated as follows: (1) Research for increasing the efficiency in SDI implementation, (2) Geoportal establishment to improve data management due to peri-urban thematic data diversity and (3) Human resource and new technologies development to reduce the dissipation of financial resources in creating parallel and low-efficient systems.

Introduction: Identifying the components affecting people's health literacy is one of the important areas in the field of medical sciences. In this study, the construction and validation of a health literacy questionnaire has been done.Methods: The current research is descriptive. The statistical sample of the research is 327 graduate students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University who were selected by simple random method. To identify the items of the questionnaire, databases and related sources were checked first. The result of the investigation was the preparation of the initial version of the health literacy questionnaire with 28 items. Exploratory factor analysis was used to extract dimensions and items, and Cronbach's alpha was used to check the reliability. Data statistical processing was done using SPSS and Monte Carlo software. Cronbach's alpha of the questionnaire was equal to 0.89.Results: Before the factor analysis, the correlation coefficients of the scores between the questionnaire questions were checked. According to the results of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin test and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity, exploratory factor analysis on the questionnaire was deemed justified. The findings of factor analysis showed that by removing two items from the whole questionnaire and analyzing the rest and rotating the results with the Varimax method, four dimensions of "access to health information"; "understanding health information"; "evaluation of health information"; and "use of health information" is obtained. Conclusion: According to the findings, the proposed health literacy questionnaire has the necessary validity to assess the health literacy of adults.

Background and objectives: Earlier researches have exhibited the antioxidant, antinociceptive, and antiepileptic effects of Ferula gummosa. Considering that antioxidants play a key role in the pathogenesis of depression, the antidepressant potential of the F. gummosa essential oil was assessed by using a mouse models. Methods:Lorke’s method was used to access the acute toxicity of the F. gummosa essential oil. The F. gummosa essential oil (5-40 mg/kg), standard agents, and vehicle were administered to animals. The forced-swimming test (FST), tail suspension test (TST), and open-field test (OFT) were used for the evaluation of depression. Results: The F. gummosa essential oil LD50 was found to be 316.22 mg/Kg b.w. β-Pinene, α-pinene, guaiol, δ-3-carene, bulnesol, α-Bisabolol, and β-myrcenewere the major components of the F. gummosaessential oil, respectively. In both FST and TST, 10-40 mg/kg of the essential oil decreased the duration of immobility. Furthermore, 10-40mg/kg of the F. gummosa essential oil enhanced the duration of swimming with no significant effect on the duration of climbing in FST. The F. gummosaessential oil did not change the animal locomotion in the OFT. Conclusion: According to the results, the F. gummosa essential oil showed antidepressant activity similar to fluoxetine which may have a potential clinical value for the treatment of depression.

Background: Congenital upper eyelid ptosis is a common benign disorder in children that may cause visual and functional problems as well as cosmetic problems. Treatment of ptosis is indicated in cases of visual impairment or cases of cosmetic problems. Vision is disturbed not only when the pupil is covered by eyelid, but also by causing refractive errors. Ptosis can cause astigmatism through interference with the visual axis (stimulus deprivation) and lead to amblyopia.Objectives: This study was performed aimed to investigate the changes in the shape and function of the cornea by topography, aberrometry and Orbscan in the eye with congenital ptosis before and after surgery of ptosis.Methods: This descriptive analytical study was performed on 15 patients aged 5-30 years with unilateral congenital ptosis who met the inclusion criteria. Complete ophthalmological examinations were performed in all patients. Patients underwent ptosis correction surgery in the form of levator resection. The patients were referred to the paraclinical unit for corneal imaging before and one month after the surgery, and topography, orbscan and aberrometry were performed in the ptotic eyes before and after the operation (30 eyes)..Results: The mean age of the patients was 21.8 ± 5.9 years. The minimum astigmatism changes in orbscan of ptotic eyes were 43.31±1.5 D before the surgery and 43.8±1.5 D after the surgery, which was significant (P=0.02). No significant changes were observed in other findings of the orbscan. Also, the mean changes of Vertical Coma in aberrometry of ptotic eyes were significant before and after the surgery (P=0.02). None of the topographical variables in ptotic eyes showed significant changes before and after the surgery. In patients with corneal astigmatism > 1 D, some aberrometric changes were statistically significant (HO w/o Z400 6mm, P=0.023).Conclusion: Ptosis surgery corrects vertical coma in aberrometry and minimum keratometry (Sim'K Min) in orbscan, but it has no effect on other measured items. If there is a corneal astigmatism > 1 D, the aberrometric changes following surgery are more obvious.

This study focuses on investigating the effect of hybrid nanofillers on the hydration characteristics and soil biodegradability of the thermoplastic corn starch (TPCS) hybrid nanofiller biocomposite (TPCS-HB) films. The data were benchmarked with that of the pure TPCS and TPCS single nanofiller biocomposite (TPCS-SB) as control films. The water absorption properties of TPCS, TPCS-SB, and TPCS-HB films were analyzed and fitted with the standard Guggenheim–Anderson–de Boer equation to study the water activity of the films. Besides, the water permeability test, water vapor permeability, and soil biodegradability of the films were also studied and correlated with the films’ surface morphology. The results indicated that the TPCS-HB films possess excellent hydration resistance and comparable biodegradable rate with the TPCS-SB films. The optimal water resistance properties were achieved when the optimal ratio of nanobentonite/nanocellulose (4:1) was incorporated into the TPCS matrix. The outcomes of this study provide an innovative idea and new insights that, by using natural and hybrid nanofillers, the hydrophobicity of the TPCS films could be enhanced. TPCS-HB films show great potential to be developed into a fully green biodegradable TPCS biocomposite film, especially for single-use plastic applications.

Abstract Aim The inability of nurses to express their own emotions, understand others' emotions and show empathy could result in communication gaps that could affect patient care outcomes. This study investigates the factors associated with the levels of alexithymia, empathy and communication skills among nursing students. Design A survey was conducted among 365 nursing students, and data were collected using an online questionnaire. Methods Data analyses were done using SPSS software version 22. Results There was a significant positive association between age and empathy and a negative association between the number of times a nurse took the entrance exam. The level of education and interest in nursing correlate with communication skills. All the predictor variables of alexithymia in this current study were not significant. Emphasis should be placed on improving nursing students' empathy and communication skills. Student nurses should be taught how to recognize and express their emotions. To assess their mental health, they must be screened regularly.

At the current stage, the rapid Development of autonomous driving has made object detection in traffic scenarios a vital research task. Object detection is the most critical and challenging task in computer vision. Deep learning, with its powerful feature extraction capabilities, has found widespread applications in safety, military, and medical fields, and in recent years has expanded into the field of transportation, achieving significant breakthroughs. This survey is based on the theory of deep learning. It systematically summarizes the Development and current research status of object detection algorithms, and compare the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the two types of algorithms. With a focus on traffic signs, vehicle detection, and pedestrian detection, it summarizes the applications and research status of object detection in traffic scenarios, highlighting the strengths, limitations, and applicable scenarios of various methods. It introduces techniques for optimizing object detection algorithms, summarizes commonly used object detection datasets and traffic scene datasets, along with evaluation criteria, and performs comparative analysis of the performance of deep learning algorithms. Finally, it concludes the development trends of object detection algorithms in traffic scenarios, providing research directions for intelligent transportation and autonomous driving.

An integrated high field NMR-X-ray crystallographic study is made on the conformation of structurally modified nucleosides 4'-thiothymidine (1) and (E)-5-(2-bromovinyl)-2'-deoxy-4'-thiouridine (2). The results indicate that the conformational characteristics of 1 and 2 in solution and in the crystalline state are consistent with predominant conformations being south and anti. The conformation in the solid state is also analogous.

An innovative method is proposed to improve the cross-polarization performance and impedance matching of a microstrip antenna by integrating a complimentary split ring resonator and slots as a defected ground structure. An equivalent circuit model (ECM) enables the design take into consideration the mutual coupling between the antenna patch and the Defected Ground Structure. The input impedance and surface current density analysis confirms that the integration of a CSRR within a rectangular microstrip patch antennaleads to uniform comparative crosspolarization level below 40 dB in the H-plane, over an angular range of ± 50°. Introducing parallel slots, as well, leads to a reduction of spurious antenna radiation, thereby improving the impedance matching. Measurements conducted on a fabricated prototype are consistent with simulation results. The proposed antenna has a peak gain of 4.16 dB at 2.6 GHz resonating frequency, and hence is good candidate for broadband service applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background and Aim: Health literacy plays a role in “reducing human casualties and financial costs” in a society. Emotional intelligence and media literacy also contribute to people’s success in life. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of media literacy in the relationship between emotional intelligence and health literacy among graduate students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University. Materials and Methods: This research is based on the nature and general characteristics, quantitative; Based on the purpose, it is applied and based on the research method and data collection method, is a descriptive correlation based on structural equation model. The statistical population was graduate students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University in 2020 (2218 students). The statistical sample of the research is 327 people who were selected by stratified random sampling method. To collect data, Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1998), Montazeri et al. Health Literacy Questionnaire (2014) and media literacy questionnaire were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.91, 0.84 and 0.79, respectively. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (structural equation model) using SPSS and LISREL software. Results: The findings showed the mean of emotional intelligence, health literacy and media literacy of graduate students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University is 3.10, 3.47 and 3.58, respectively. Also, the results showed a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and students’ health literacy. According to the findings, there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence with media literacy, and media literacy with health literacy. Also, the media literacy variable plays a mediating role in the relationship between emotional intelligence and health literacy (coefficient) of 0.58 units. The results of the structural equation model test also showed that the proposed conceptual model fits the relationship between emotional intelligence, health literacy and students’ media literacy. Conclusion: Media literacy can not only directly affect students’ health literacy, but also has a mediating role between emotional intelligence and health literacy. Due to the effect of emotional intelligence on students’ health and media literacy, it is recommended that the necessary planning to be done in graduate education and to strengthen emotional intelligence.

Abstract The optimal booster vaccine schedule against COVID-19 is still being explored. The present study aimed at assessment of the immunogenicity and antibody persistency of inactivated-virus based vaccine, BBIP-CorV and protein-subunit based vaccines, PastoCovac/Plus through heterologous and homologous prime-boost vaccination. Totally, 214 individuals who were previously primed with BBIBP-CorV vaccines were divided into three arms on their choice as heterologous regimens BBIBP-CorV/PastoCovac (n = 68), BBIBP-CorV/PastoCovac Plus (n = 72) and homologous BBIBP-CorV (n = 74). PastoCovac booster recipients achieved the highest rate of anti-Spike IgG titer rise with a fourfold rise in 50% of the group. Anti-RBD IgG and neutralizing antibody mean rise and fold rise were almost similar between the PastoCovac and PastoCovac Plus booster receivers. The antibody durability results indicated that the generated antibodies were persistent until day 180 in all three groups. Nevertheless, a higher rate of antibody titer was seen in the heterologous regimen compared to BBIP-CorV group. Furthermore, no serious adverse event was recorded. The protein subunit-based booster led to a stronger humoral immune response in comparison with the BBIP-CorV booster receivers. Both the protein subunit boosters neutralized SARS-CoV-2 significantly more than BBIP-CorV. Notably, PastoCovac protein subunit-based vaccine could be successfully applied as a booster with convenient immunogenicity and safety profile.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of students' attitudes, system quality, and knowledge management in the behavior of using e-learning through the mediation of e-learning acceptance among students of the Farhangian University of Fars Province.Methods: This research is applied in terms of purpose and nature and a descriptive correlation based on structural equation modeling in terms of data collection province in 2021-2022 with a number of 4450 people. According to Krejcie & Morgan's table, 351 people were selected as a sample through the proportional stratified random sampling method. To measure the research variables, the standard questionnaire ofstudents' attitudes towards e-learning, Akbar (2013), researcher-made system quality questionnaire, Sharon Lawson's standard knowledge management questionnaire (2003), researcher-made e-learning acceptance questionnaire, and the standard questionnaire of the actual use of the e-learning system (Akbar, 2013) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by content and structure validity methods (confirmatory factor analysis) and respectively, the reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.89, 0.79, 0.94, 0.82, and 0.86 was estimated and confirmed. Data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive and inferential (structural equations) using SPSS 24 and Lisrel 8.8 software.Findings: The results indicate that among the variables of Students' Attitudes with acceptance of e-learning (β=0.52), System quality with acceptance of e-learning (β=0.89), knowledge management with acceptance of e-learning (β=0.67) and acceptance of e-learning with real use of the system (β=0.17) There is a positive and significant causal relationship. Students' Attitudes, System quality, and knowledge management mediate e-learning acceptance and indirectly affect the actual use of the e-learning system. Therefore, the mediating effect of e-learning acceptance in this study was confirmed.Conclusions: According to the findings of this study, it can be seen that an increase in students 'attitudes, system quality, knowledge management, and acceptance of e-learning scores will be associated with an increase in students' e-learning usage behavior. According to the research findings, policymakers and university administrators are suggested to prepare the ground for real use and acceptance of e-learning in the learning process of Farhangian University by holding workshops and training courses while paying attention to the variables of the present research.

The use of acellular dermal matrices (ADMs) in immediate two-stage prosthetic breast reconstruction following mastectomy is now a common practice. The procedure confers several compelling benefits, including coverage of the inferior pole, enhanced definition of the inframammary fold, and reduction of capsular contracture. However, operative techniques used to create the ADM inferolateral sling can be unwieldy in practice, typically involving the placement of the ADM followed by positioning and anchoring of the prosthetic expander. At best, this may be a relatively minor nuisance, but may potentially influence outcomes, including discrepancies in symmetry. We present a novel modification that aims to streamline this procedure. Perforations are made through the allograft, through which the tissue expander tabs are brought through and sutured together ex vivo to allow the ADM and expander to be placed into the inframammary fold position as a single unit. A retrospective chart review was then performed of patients who underwent breast reconstruction utilizing this technique between July 2015 and December 2018. Outcomes including postsurgical complications such as infection, malposition, and reoperation were analyzed. Sixty-two patients met the inclusion criteria, corresponding to 108 breasts. The average follow-up was 18 months. The overall complication rate was 29.6% of breasts. The most commonly observed complications were mastectomy skin necrosis (9.3%) and major infection (8.3%). There was a 7.4% rate of malposition. This simple but effective modification in ADM technique is associated with a comparable complication rate and allows for greater ease and consistency in tissue expander placement.
