The article reports that dairy farmer Paul Waterfall has been cleared of manslaughter by gross negligence in 2014 following the death of his bull that attacked and killed Roger Freeman who was attacked with his wife while on a public footpath in Nottinghamshire, England in November 2010. An overview of the incident is presented. The Nottingham Crown Court upheld that the bull did not have horns, contrary to the testimony.
