Previous studies have focused on the linear relationship between recreation behavior and environmental variables. However, to inform the planning and design of recreational spaces, it is essential to understand the factors that contribute to differences in the spatial distribution of recreation behavior. This study investigates the characteristics of visitor behavior in urban mountain parks in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China. It describes the distribution of tourist numbers and the diversity of behaviors in these parks and explores the landscape driving factors of visitor behavior, as well as the interaction effects between the factors from the perspective of spatial driving forces. The results indicate that (1) The observed behaviors in the three parks are primarily access behaviors. The number of visitors and the diversity of behaviors show a high level in the morning and evening and a low level in the midday. (2) There was minimal variation in behavioral composition and behavioral diversity among the study plots of different elevation gradients in the three parks. However, the contrasts between different landscape types were more pronounced, with impermeable plazas exhibiting the highest behavioral diversity and park roads demonstrating the most homogeneous behavioral diversity. (3) The impact of environmental factors was more pronounced than that of landscape pattern factors. The environmental factors that most strongly influenced passing, dynamic, and static behaviors were spatial connectivity value, hard space proportion, and number of recreational facilities, respectively. In contrast, the hard space proportion was the strongest driver of behavioral diversity. Moreover, the interaction between the hard space proportion and spatial connectivity value was more pronounced in driving behavioral diversity, as well as the three behaviors. Recent numerical simulation studies suggest the existence of a seismic type that is distinct from regular earthquakes—the slow self‐arresting rupture (SSAR). Unlike regular earthquakes that propagate dynamically following the initiation, The SSARs automatically arrest within the nucleation zone without interference. Additionally, numerical simulations indicate that SSARs exhibit a significantly lower energy release compared to regular earthquakes, while also exhibiting a relatively long source duration. Given these distinctive properties, comprehending the source processes of SSARs assumes great strategic importance. However, our current understanding of SSARs, particularly regarding their response to different frictional conditions and their correlation with natural phenomena, remains limited in scope. To further explore the intricacies of SSARs, we employ a three‐dimensional fully dynamic source model to simulate SSARs under various slip‐weakening frictional conditions. The findings indicate that SSARs occur in frictional environments characterized by large normalized critical slip distances, with the seismic source process being primarily influenced by this parameter. Apart from displaying significantly smaller average slip and stress drop, which are two to three orders of magnitude lower than those of regular earthquakes of comparable magnitude, SSARs also showcase a decrease in duration, seismic moment, slip rate, and stress drop as the normalized critical slip distance increases. The moment‐duration scaling law of SSARs exhibits a linear pattern. Moreover, the observation of slow earthquakes offers further implications for the presence of SSARs, indicating their potential association with a wider range of intricate seismic phenomena. Plain Language Summary: The source process of earthquakes is an important issue that has been widely studied. Through numerical simulations, we have identified a distinct type of earthquake characterized by slow evolution process and relatively low moment release: slow self‐arresting rupture (SSAR). Here, we conduct simulations with different frictional conditions to gain insights into the unique source processes of SSARs and explore the influencing factors. Unlike regular earthquakes that dynamically propagate after the initiation of sliding, SSARs autonomously terminate within the same region of their initial occurrence, without encountering any barriers or obstructions. Additionally, SSARs occur on faults of different shapes and their occurrence is mainly influenced by frictional conditions. Unlike regular earthquakes, the source duration, slip, slip rate, stress drop, and seismic moment of SSARs decrease as the normalized critical slip distance increases. This article aims to explore the most optimal pulsed laser energy density when using the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) process to prepare the MoS2 films. We gradually increased the pulsed laser energy density from 70 mJ·cm−2 to 110 mJ·cm−2 and finally determined that 100 mJ·cm−2 was the best-pulsed laser energy density for MoS2 films by PLD. The surface morphology and crystallization of the MoS2 films prepared under this condition are the best. The films consist of a high-crystallized 2H-MoS2 phase with strong (002) preferential orientation, and their direct optical band gap (Eg) is 1.614 eV. At the same time, the Si/MoS2 heterojunction prepared under the optimal pulsed laser energy density shows an opening voltage of 0.61 V and a rectification ratio of 457.0. Blind tees, as important junctions, are widely used in offshore oil and gas transportation systems to improve mixing flow conditions and measurement accuracies in curved pipes. Despite the significance of blind tees, their unsteady flow characteristics and mixing mechanisms in turbulent flow regimes are not clearly established. Therefore, in this study, Unsteady Reynolds-Averaged Navier–Stokes (URANS) simulations, coupled with Explicit Algebraic Reynolds Stress Model (EARSM), are employed to explore the complex turbulent flow characteristics within blind-tee pipes. Firstly, the statistical flow features are investigated based on the time-averaged results, and the swirl dissipation analysis reveals an intense dissipative process occurring within blind tees, surpassing conventional elbows in swirling intensity. Then, the instantaneous flow characteristics are investigated through time and frequency domain analysis, uncovering the oscillatory patterns and elucidating the mechanisms behind unsteady secondary flow motions. In a 2D-length blind tee, a nondimensional dominant frequency of oscillation (Stbt = 0.0361) is identified, highlighting the significant correlation between dominant frequencies inside and downstream of the plugged section, which emphasizes the critical role of the plugged structure in these unsteady motions. Finally, a power spectra analysis is conducted to explore the influence of blind-tee structures, indicating that the blind-tee length of lbt = 2D enhances the flow-mixing conditions by amplifying the oscillation intensities of secondary flow motions. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) plays an important role in Raw264.7 macrophage ferroptosis and inflammation. Purine-rich element-binding protein B (Purb) influences cellular processes by regulating gene expression as a transcription factor. However, the effect and molecular mechanism of Purb in regulating Raw264.7 macrophage ferroptosis is still unknown. In this study, we used malondialdehyde, glutathione (GSH) assays, Fe2+ fluorescence, reactive oxygen species staining, and western blotting to determine the effect of Purb on LPS-induced Raw264.7 macrophage ferroptosis. Pharmacological inhibitor of ferroptosis was utilized to explore its potential effects for inflammation by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis. Meanwhile, chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed to verify the binding of Purb and the GSH-dependent peroxidase 4 (Gpx4). The results showed that LPS-induced inflammation in Raw264.7 macrophages was inhibited by ferroptosis inhibitor Fer-1 treatment. LPS inhibited the expression of Purb in Raw264.7 macrophages. In addition, Purb overexpression relieved the ferroptosis, and inflammatory response of Raw264.7 macrophages induced by LPS. Mechanistically, the binding of Purb to the Gpx4 promoter was decreased after LPS stimulation. Therefore, we concluded for the first time that Purb played a critical role in LPS-induced ferroptosis and inflammatory response by regulating the transcription of Gpx4. In order to eliminate the influence of roadway on underground 3D electric method advanced detection technology, ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the actual working situation of 3D electric advance detection in underground. Based on the control variable method, four models were established for comparison, and meshing, loading and solving of the established models were carried out. From the perspective of the potential change of the isosurface, it is obtained that the apparent resistivity is affected by the roadway, and then the false anomaly phenomenon that first decreases and then increases. The interference formula to eliminate the influence of the roadway obtained by the comparison method is used for correction, and the corrected result is consistent with the result when there is no roadway interference. Finally, the data in the engineering application was corrected, and the least-squares inversion based on the inequality constraint and the round constraint was applied. The three-dimensional visualization process was used to obtain the three-dimensional resistivity data volume of the top and bottom layers of the coal mines. Combined with the work area data, the top sand sandstone and bottom grey ash rich water anomalies are delineated, which improves the accuracy of the mine 3D electric advanced detection technology. more...
