Due to the wide application of range-based location algorithm for received signal strength, and according to the requirements of high accuracy and low power cost in the location algorithm for WSNs, in this paper, a Bayesian optimization RSSI and an indoor location algorithm for ILS were introduced by setting RRS ranging as location framework. Firstly, through analyzing the RSSI-based ranging model, an indoor location model was introduced. Secondly, in view of the influence on RSSI value caused by the indoor environment,the Bayesian probabilistic model was adopted to process the RSSI measured value and to screen out the "big probability" of RSSI value. Thirdly, Obtaining accurate measured data by estimating distance using method of minimum mean square error. Finally, Estimating the node location using least square method, and according to the TelosB node of Telos Series produced by company Crossbow, the ranging experiment can be designed and thus groups of experimental data were obtained and analyzed..The experimental results showed that the proposed location project greatly increased the location accuracy and decreased the computation complexity, and has obviously more advantage of running time over other location projects.

Trigeminal neuralgia (TN) is one of the most intense forms of facial pain. It has been reported that the P2X(3) receptor plays a crucial role in facilitating pain transmission, and the calcitonin-gene-related peptide (CGRP) from trigeminal ganglia (TGs) might perform differing function in nociceptive afferent input transmission. The present study investigated whether emodin can affect TN pain transmission by suppressing the expression of P2X(3) receptors and CGRP in TGs. Chronic constriction injury of the infraorbital branch of the trigeminal nerve (CCI-ION) was used as TN model. The TN rats were randomly divided into the following 4 groups: (1) a sham group (Sham), (2) a sham rats treated with emodin group (TN + E), (3) a TN rats treated with 0.5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as vehicle group (TN) and (4) a TN rats treated with emodin group (TN + E). The mechanical hyperalgesia threshold of TN rats was tested by Electric Von Frey filaments. The change of the expression of P2X(3) receptors and CGRP in rat’s TG was detected with RT-PCR, immunohistochemical staining, and Western blotting. The phosphorylation of p38 and ERK1/2 pathway of TG was detected by Western blotting. After CCI-ION injury, the threshold of mechanical hyperalgesia for the territory of ligated infraorbital nerve in TN group decreased significantly compared with that in sham group. On day 14 after operation of CCI-ION, there was also an evident increase in the expression of P2X(3) receptors and CGRP in the TG of TN group. However after treatment with emodin, the response of mechanical hyperalgesia of TN rats was clearly increased while the enhanced expression of P2X(3) receptor and CGRP in TN rats was significantly decreased. The phosphorylation of p38 and ERK1/2 in TN group was stronger than that in Sham group. But these phosphorylation changes in the TN rats were much weaker after treatment with emodin. In conclusion, P2X(3) receptor may cooperate with CGRP in the pain transmission of TN, and emodin can inhibit the expression and activation of P2X(3) receptor and CGRP in TG to relieve TN.

The production of the $f_1(1285)$ resonance in the reaction of $��p \rightarrow f_1(1285) p$ is investigated within a Regge-effective Lagrangian approach. Besides the contributions of the $t$-channel $��$ and $��$ trajectories exchanges, we also take into account the contributions of $s/u$-channel $N(2300)$ terms, $s/u$-channel nucleon terms, and the contact term. By fitting to the CLAS data, we find that the $s$-channel $N(2300)$ term plays an important role in this reaction. We predict the total cross section for this reaction, and find a clear bump structure around $W=2.3$ GeV, which is associated with the $N(2300)$ state. The reaction of $��p \to f_1(1285) p$ could be useful to further study of the $N(2300)$ experimentally., 6 pages, 5 figures, version accepted by Phys. Rev. D

In this paper, the principle of model reference adaptive method (MRAS) is analysed and studied. Aiming at the shortcomings of installing speed sensor to collect the speed signal and feedback to the control system, a method for speed estimation and parameter identification of asynchronous motor without speed sensor is presented, And taking the model reference adaptive method (MRAS) as the main line, the Popov super stability theory is used to derive and analyse the adaptive law. Finally, the proposed method is verified by MATLAB software and hardware circuit experiments.

BACKGROUND: Just as high‐risk populations for cardiac arrest exist in patients with Brugada syndrome or long QT syndrome, high‐risk and low‐risk populations for cardiac arrest also exist in patients with early repolarization pattern (ERP). HYPOTHESIS: Electrocardiographic (ECG) characteristics can aid the risk stratification of patients with ERP. METHODS: Electrocardiographic parameters such as magnitude of J‐point elevation and J/R ratio were measured. The magnitude of J‐point elevation, leads with J points elevated, J/R ratio, morphology of the ST segment, and QT/QTc interval were used in comparative analysis in 2 groups: 57 patients with ERP and cardiac arrest (cardiac arrest group) and 100 patients with ERP but without cardiac arrest (control group). RESULTS: There was no statistical difference in clinical characteristics of the 2 groups. The J/R ratio in the cardiac arrest group was significantly higher than in the control group (26.8% ± 18.1% vs 16.3% ± 10.3%, respectively; P < 0.001) and the proportion of horizontal/descending ST segments (70.2%) was significantly higher than in the control group (29.0%), but the proportion of ascending/upsloping ST segments (29.8%) was significantly lower than in the control group (71.0%; P < 0.001). Multivariate logistic regression revealed that higher J/R ratio and horizontal/descending ST segment were independently associated with increased risk of cardiac arrest in patients with ERP. CONCLUSIONS: In patients with ERP and cardiac arrest, J/R ratios were relatively higher and mostly with horizontal/descending ST segments, suggesting that J/R ratio and ST‐segment morphology may be used as indicators for risk stratification in patients with ERP.

The Belt and Road Initiative is proposed as an international strategy in China. In the eyes of the Chinese people, the Belt and Road Initiative is an international strategy rather than a regional strategy, the goals of which are to coordinate an all-around opening of China to the world and promote further integration of the country into the global economy. So the strategy is talked in almost every field in China. However, Outside of China, the discussion about the Belt and Road initiative does not always provide encouragement and support and typically there are more disputes than agreements. Implementation of Belt and Road is going to reconstruct regional interests and balance powers throughout the world. There are many difficulties in achieving the goal, so China has to realize the true situation in neighboring countries and provide more chances for Non-Governmental Organizations as well as illustrating to the world how China will do in the future.

Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is one of the most common complications of diabetes and a major cause of blindness worldwide. We studied the transcriptome of the diabetic retina using Series Analysis of Gene Expression (SAGE) technology and observed a 45.6% reduction in transcript levels of glutamine synthetase (GS) in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats compared with normal rats. RT-PCR and colorimetric enzyme activity assays revealed significant differences in GS mRNA expression and enzyme activity as early as the first month of diabetes development, with a progressive decrease in GS mRNA level and enzyme activity over a 12-month period. Northern blot analysis indicated a linear correlation between the reduction in GS expression and the time course of diabetic retinopathy (r = 0.802, p < 0.0001), which was validated by real-time RT-PCR (r = 0.731, p < 0.001). Our results implicate GS as a possible biomarker for evaluating the severity of developed diabetic retinopathy over the time course of diabetes progression.

Alcohol production by using sweet sorghum [Sorghum bicolor(L.) Moench] might be a potential way to provide bio-energy in the future,so it is necessary to learn about the mechanism of sucrose accumulation in sweet sorghum for exploita-tion of bio-energy.The experiment was conducted using two sweet sorghum varieties,to detect expression of sucrose synthase(SS) in leaves and stems by using Western blotting,and to analyse the correlation between SS expression and sucrose accumula-tion.The results indicated that the SS expression in sweet sorghum leaves and stems was lower at early growth stages(jointing and heading stage),increased dramatically at late growth stages(flowering,grain filling,and dough stage),and reached the high-est level at flowering stage.Compared with two common sorghum varieties,SS expression in leaves and stems in two sweet sor-ghum varieties increased significantly at late growth stages and correlated with sucrose content in stems.Expression of SS might play an important role in the difference of sucrose content between sweet and common sorghums.The results proposed a strategy for screening sweet sorghum cultivars and enhancing sucrose content of stems in breeding program.
