Im folgenden Beitrag wird zum einen der Versuch der Systematisierung verschiedener Interventionsansätze im Bereich Trennung/Scheidung unternommen. Zum anderen befassen sich die Autoren mit dem Stand der Evaluation und den übergreifenden Interventionszielen.

Trennung und Scheidung der Eltern konfrontieren eine Familie mit einer Vielzahl neuer Aufgaben. Die konstruktive Bewältigung dieser Aufgaben wollen phasenspezifische Unterstützungsprogramme fördern, die im folgenden vorgestellt werden.

Anhand neuerer empirischer Untersuchungen aus der Bundesrepublik Deutschland wird ein Bild davon entworfen, wie die Aufgaben zwischen den Familienmitgliedern - also nicht nur den Ehepartnern bzw. Eltern, sondern auch den Kindern und Helfern aus dem verwandtschaftlichen Netz, geteilt werden. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf den Bedingungen, unter denen sich Männer vermehrt an den Aufgaben innerhalb des Haushaltes, nämlich Hausarbeit und Kinderbetreuung, beteiligen.

Zusammenfassung Die zunehmende Häufigkeit und Komplexität medizinischer Strahlenanwendungen am Menschen erhöht unweigerlich das Risiko von gesundheitsschädigenden unbeabsichtigten oder unfallbedingten Strahlenexpositionen. Zur Gewährleistung eines hohen Schutzniveaus und dessen kontinuierlicher Verbesserung fordert daher die Richtlinie 2013/59/Euratom, sowohl tatsächlich als auch beinahe aufgetretene Vorkommnisse systematisch zu erfassen und aufzuarbeiten sowie, im Fall der Bedeutsamkeit, die daraus gewonnenen Erkenntnisse zur Verbesserung des Strahlenschutzes in der Medizin zeitnah landesweit zu verbreiten. Diese Vorgaben wurden mit dem neuen Strahlenschutzgesetz und der neuen Strahlenschutzverordnung in deutsches Recht umgesetzt, die gemeinsam am 31. Dezember 2018 in Kraft getreten sind. Das vorgesehene Melde- und Informationssystem sowie die Aufgaben, Pflichten und Befugnisse der involvierten Akteure werden im ersten Teil dieser Übersichtsarbeit vorgestellt. Im zweiten Teil werden die anwendungsspezifisch festgelegten Kriterien für die Bedeutsamkeit - und damit die Meldepflicht – von (beinahe) Vorkommissen zusammengestellt und erläutert. Abstract The increasing frequency and complexity of medical radiation exposures to humans inevitably result in higher risks of harmful unintended or accidental radiation exposures. To ensure a high level of protection and its continuous improvement, the Directive 2013/59/Euratom thus requires to systematically record and analyze both events and near-miss events as well as, in the case of their significance, to disseminate information regarding lessons learned from these events promptly and nationwide to improve radiation protection in medicine. These requirements have been transposed into German legislation by the new radiation protection law and radiation protection ordinance that entered into force simultaneously on December 31th, 2018. The reporting and information system as provided by these regulations as well as the tasks, duties and powers of the parties involved are presented in the first part of this review article. In the second part, the established application-specified criteria for the significance – and thus the notification requirement - of (near-miss) events are itemized and explicated. This paper explores the fundamental logical and metaphysical difference between first an either-or dualism, which posits a fundamental alternative, divide or antagonism, second what I call an either-or-and-neither nonduality, which posits a fundamental alternative and at the same time negates it, and third a both-and duality, which interprets a fundamental distinction as an ultimate complementarity. More specifically, the holistic "one/many" complementarity, between Being as a whole and the many beings parts of it, is different from the "emptiness/form" nonduality in the Heart- Sutra/Nagarjuna tradition. Even in spiritual post-postmodern, postmetaphysical, integral approaches there still is a major worldview choice to be made about what the spirit or consciousness of Ultimate Reality is: Is it self-conscious, intentional and caring, about its coherence and beauty, worth and life within. Intercept interpreters ensure the interlinguistic transfer from oral conversations wiretapped by the police into written evidence that is used in criminal proceedings. So far, this element of the criminal proceedings has received little attention in research, and knowledge on practical implementation of the formal requirements and the related informal practices is scarce. Using Switzerland as a case study, this article examines the daily practices of intercept interpreters within the legal framework. Theoretically, this study aligns with Lipsky's (1980/2010) concept of "street-level bureaucracy". It is based on 24 semi-structured interviews with intercept interpreters and police officers and on an observational study conducted at the intercept interpreters' workplace in a Swiss police department. The major finding of our qualitative content analysis is that the formal framework is felt as a corset by police officers, and that the police and the intercept interpreters are loosening it in their daily cooperation. However, this is not disclosed in the final production of the formal evidence. Furthermore, the findings show that both are aware of the daily trade-offs between formal requirements and the need for informal working processes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
