Abstract

The perfect correlations of three-particle entangled states are discussed in the framework of stochastic models based on local realism. A Bayes analysis of these correlations is performed using the two-point and three-point click-counting distributions. An exactly soluble quantum model in which entanglement of an atomic state with cavity photon leads to a perfectly correlated three-particle state is discussed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

In this paper, we extract from concurrence its variable part, denoted Λ, a function of density matrix ρ, either positive or negative. We use it to investigate entanglement dynamics of two isolated but initially entangled qubits, each coupled to its own environment. Abstract

We discuss Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR)-type entanglement in two-particle break-up, using Raman scattering with atom recoil as an example. The Schmidt number K is used as a measure of entanglement and the conditions to acquire high entanglement are obtained. We also illustrate the EPR conditional uncertainty in a situation where Δ x Δ p reaches a value much smaller than the Heisenberg limit. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
