Bu makale Osmanlı Devleti’nin 19. yüzyılda değişen nüfus algısını ve nüfusu arttırmak için görevlendirilen müfettişlerin taşrada yaptığı faaliyetleri incelemektedir. Tarihsel süreçte hemen tüm toplumlar nüfus artışıyla ilgilenmiş, politikalar üretmiştir. Osmanlılar da klasik dönemde nüfusu asker ve vergi kaynağı olarak görmüş; fethedilen toprakları imar etmek için kullanmıştır. 19. yüzyıl Osmanlısında ise Avrupa’daki bürokratik devlet ve nüfus teorilerinin etkisiyle nüfus sayımları yapılmaya başlanmış, nüfus hizmetlerine dair teşkilat kurmuştur. Medeniyetin gereği olarak idrak edilmeye başlanan nüfus artışıyla ticaret, sanayi, tarım ve askerî alanlarda güçlü bir Osmanlı yaratılacağına vurgu yapılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda nüfusun artışının doğal kaynağı olarak görülen evliliklerin önündeki en önemli engel olan masrafların azaltılması için taşra idaresi ve ileri gelenlerine emirler göndermiş, müfettişlerle ebeveynler ikna edilmeye çalışılmıştır. This article studies the activities of the inspectors in the country tasked to investigate the changing perception of population and to increase the population in the Ottoman Empire in the 19th century. Throughout history, nearly all the societies have been interested in the population increase and have developed policies, in the classical period, the ottomans regarded the population as the source of tax and troops and they used them in the reconstruction of the captured lands. In the 19th century the ottoman state, census began to be conducted due to the effects of the bureaucratic state and population theories and the organisations concerning the population services were established. With the increase of the population regarded as the development of the civilisation, a powerful ottoman creativeness was emphasized in the fields of trade, industry, agriculture and military. To this end, directions were given to the local authorities and the parents were convinced through the inspectors in order to curtail the expenditures which were the most important hindrance to the marriages regarded as the true reason behind the population increase.

Çocuklardaki topuk ağrısının en sık nedeni kalkaneal apofizittir ve Sever hastalığı olarak tanımlanmıştır. Tipik olarak hızlı büyüme evresindeki çocuklarda ve egzersiz sezonunun başlangıcında görülür. Sadece çocuklardaki topuk ağrısı ile ilişkilidir ve puberteden sonraki dönemde görülmez. Topuk ağrısı ile başvuran bir çocuk hastada ayırıcı tanıda aşil tendiniti, retrokalkaneal bursit, kalkaneal stres kırığı, kalkaneal kistler, osteomiyelit ve plantar fasiit göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır. İyi bir klinik değerlendirme ile ayırıcı tanıda yer alan diğer nedenler Sever hastalığından ayrılır. Sık karşılaşılan bir klinik tablo olmasına rağmen Sever hastalığı hakkında ulusal ve uluslararası literatürde oldukça az dokümantasyon bulunmaktadır. Yazımızda bilateral topuk ağrısı ve aksayarak yürüme şikayetleri ile başvuran 12 yaşındaki erkek hasta eşliğinde, hastalığın, belirti ve bulgularını, tanısal yaklaşımlarını ve tedavi protokollerini güncel literatürler eşliğinde sunmayı amaçladık., Calcaneal apophysitis is the most common cause of heel pain in children and described as “Sever disease”. Sever disease typically occurs during a growth spurt and at the beginning of a new sport season. The disease is associated with only the heel pain in children and does not occur after puberty. In a child presenting with heel pain, the differential diagnosis may include achilles tendonitis, retrocalcaneal bursitis, calcaneal stress fractures, calcaneal cysts, osteomyelitis, and plantar fasciitis. Other reasons included in the differential diagnosis can be ruled out with a well-performed clinical evaluation. Although Sever disease is a common clinical entity there are quite a few documentations about this disease in national and international literature. In this article we aimed to present a 12-year-old male patient who presented with complaints of bilateral heel pain and limping, and to evaluate signs and symptoms, diagnostic approaches and treatment protocols of the disease in the light of current literature.

Toplumsal değerlerimizin ortaya çıkarılması ve bunun gelecek kuşaklara intikâli geleceğe güvenle bakabilmemiz açısından son derece önemlidir. Kültürel zenginliğine sahip çıkmayan toplumların zamanla egemen güçlerin etkisi altında kalacağı bilinen bir gerçektir. Her şeyin hızla değiştiği küresel dünyada kültürel varlığımızı korumak ve geliştirmek, millî bilincin oluşmasına yönelik önemli bir adımdır. Cumhuriyet dönemi yakın tarihimizin önemli sanat ve tefekkür adamlarından biri olan Necip Fazıl Kısakürek, sûfî kişiliği, davası uğruna çektiği çile, meşakkatli hayatı ve arkasında bıraktığı çok sayıda eserleri ile önemli kültürel mirasımız arasındadır. Bu mirasa sahip çıkmak, her şeyden önce onu dinî, edebî, siyasî tüm yönleriyle yakından tanımak ve anlamakla olur. Necip Fazıl hikâye, şiir ve roman gibi pek çok türde kaleme aldığı eserleriyle kültür, sanat, düşünce ve edebiyat dünyamızda her kesimden insan üzerinde etkili olmuş önemli bir şahsiyettir. Özellikle otuzlu yaşlardan itibaren tasavvufî düşünce merkezli görüşleriyle dikkat çeken Necip Fazıl'ı yakından anlayabilmek ve düşüncelerinin derinliğine nüfuz edebilmek için, onun tasavvufî yönünün özellikle mürşidi Abdülhakim Arvâsî ile münâsebetinin araştırılması büyük önem arz etmektedir. Necip Fazıl'ın hayatına ve tasavvufî görüşlerine yer verdiğimiz bu çalışma, bir giriş iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde Necip Fazıl'ın kısaca hayatına değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde onun Abdülhakim Arvâsî ile irtibatı ve tasavvufi düşünceleri ele alınmıştır. Sonuç kısmında ise Necip Fazıl ile ilgili kısa bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bringing our social values to the light and transferring them to the next generations is extremely important for us to look at the future confidently. It is a widely known fact that societies that do not claim their cultural heritage will soon be under the influence of the dominating countries. In today's global world where everything is changing in a fast pace, protecting and enhancing our cultural heritage is an important step in forming a national conscious. Necip Fazıl Kısakürek, as an important thinker and artisan of our republican history, is among our significant cultural heritage with his sufist personality, sufferings for the sake of his ideal, difficult life and many works he left behind. Appreciation of this heritage is possible only by knowing and understanding his religious, literary and political aspects closely. Necip Fazıl is an important personality who has influenced all social segments of society in terms of our worlds of culture, art, thought and literature with his many works of stories, poems and novels. Necip Fazıl has attracted attention with his opinions centered in sufist thought especially after his 30s age and it is important to investigate Necip Fazıl's sufist side and especially his relationship with his mentor Abdülhakim Arvasi to understand him closely and to penetrate depth of his ideas. In this study we focus on life and sufist ideas of Necip Fazıl and the study is formed of one introduction and two other parts. In the first part we have concentrated on life of Necip Fazıl in brief. In the second part, we have dealt with his relation with Abdülhakim Arvasi and sufist ideas. In the final conclusion part we have made a short assessment about Necip Fazıl.

Türk İstiklal mücadelesinin en önemeli tarihi olayı; Amasya Tamiminin yayınlanmasıdır. Tamimle, Türk milletine egemenliği ve bağımsızlığı yolunda çağırıda bulunulup, kendi kaderini kendisinin tayin etmesi istenmiş ve milli mücadelenin esasları yazılı bir metin haline getirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda milli mücadele için dağınık mahalli teşkilatların birleştirilmesi ve milli haklara sahip çıkacak kongrelerin toplanması istenmiştir. Tamimle açıklanan İstiklal mücadelesinin plan ve programı doğrultusunda uygulamaya konulan mücadeleler sonrasında; Mudanya Mütare- kesi’yle askeri alanda, Lozan Barışı’yla da siyasi alanda kazanılan başarılarla İstiklal mücadelesi sonuçlandırılıp, Bağımsız Yeni Türk Devleti kurulmuştur. The most important historical event of Turkish Survival War is the declaration of Amasya Circular. In this circular, a call was announced to Turkish nation for its independence and sovereignty, a wish was made to determine its own destiny and basics of Turkish Survival War were turned into a written document. In addition, gathering of disorganized organizations and congresses to defend national rights were emphasized. In accordance with the plans and programs declared in the Circular and administered accordingly, Independent Turkish State was established as a result of achievements via Mudania Armistice in the military area and Treaty of Lausanne in the political area.

Son yıllarda başarılı İngilizce öğrenicilerinin nasıl başarılı olduğu bilim adamları ve araştırmacıların başlıca ilgi alanı olmuştur. Bu nedenle, bu çalışma farklı uluslardan ingilizce öğrenen askeri personelin ingilizce iletişimde başarılı olmak için hangi dil öğrenme stratejilerini kullandığını belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu araştırmaya dünyanın farklı merkezlerinde görev yapan 14 farklı ulustan 56 personel katılmıştır. Denekler Belçika, İspanya ve Türkiye'de bulunmaktadır. Araştırma hakkında veri toplamak için Dil Öğrenme Strateji Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, bir dilin doğal konuşmacısı başarılı bir dil öğrenicisi olmak için az veya çok öğrenme stratejisi kullanmasına rağmen, her yönüyle öğrenme stratejilerini kullanmada diğerlerinden daha başarılı değildir. Ancak, bazı doğal konuşmacıların diğerlerine göre daha sık öğrenme stratejileri kullandığı ifade edilebilir. How successful learners learn English has been one of the primary interest of scientists and researchers in recent years. Therefore, this study aimed to determine what language learning strategies the military personnel from different nations used while learning English. 56 subjects from 14 different nations deployed in three different military settings in the world participated in the study. Strategies Inventory of Language Learning was used to collect data about the research. According to the result of the study, although a native speaker of a language more or less used learning strategies to be a successful language user, he\she was not much better than the others at using learning strategies in every aspect. However it can be stated that some native speakers used language learning strategies more frequently than others.

Hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerinin öğretmenlerin bireysel gelişimleri, öğrencilerin öğrenmesi ve başarısı üzerine faydalı olduğu ilgili alanyazın tarafından vurgulanmaktadır. Ancak, hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerindeki bazı sorunların hala devam ettiği görülmektedir. Araştırmacılar bu çalışmada ülkemizde düzenlenmekte olan hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerine yönelik olarak öğretmenlerin memnuniyetlilik derecesini belirlemeyi ve bu memnuniyet derecesini etkileyen etmenleri tespit etmeyi amaçlamışlardır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, şu araştırma sorularına yanıt aranmıştır: 1) Ülkemizde düzenlenmekte olan hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerinde öğretmenlerin memnuniyet düzeyi nedir? ve 2) Öğretmenlerin hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerindeki memnuniyet düzeyini etkileyen etmenler nelerdir? Nitel araştırma yönteminin kullanıldığı bu araştırmanın sonuçları göstermiştir ki çalışmaya katılan öğretmenlerin katılmış oldukları hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerine yönelik olarak sahip oldukları memnuniyet düzeyi oldukça düşüktür. Bunun doğal bir sonucu olarak öğretmenler herhangi bir hizmet içi eğitim etkinliğine katılmamayı tercih etmektedirler. Ayrıca araştırmacılar bu çalışmada düşük memnuniyet düzeyine sahip olma ve hizmet içi eğitim faaliyetlerine katılmamayı tercih etmeye ilişkin sebepleri; sadece geleneksel hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerinin önerilmesi, hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerinin planlamasına öğretmenlerin çok dâhil edilmemeleri, hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerinin planlanması sürecinde öğretmenlerin ihtiyaçlarının göz ardı edilmesi, önerilen hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerinin öğretmenlerin eğitim ve öğretim faaliyetlerini icra ettikleri sınıf ortamlarında karşılaştıkları gerçek durumlarla çok ilgili olmaması ve hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerinde eğitmen olarak görev yapan kişilerin gerekli yeterlilikte olmamaları olarak sıralanmıştır. Elde edilen bu bulgular doğrultusunda, araştırmacılar hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerinin düzenleyicisi olan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na hizmet içi eğitim etkinliklerine arttırabileceğini düşündükleri birtakım önerilerde bulunmuşlardır. katılan öğretmenlerin memnuniyet düzeylerini arttırabileceğini düşündükleri birtakım önerilerde bulunmuşlardır. Literature shows that professional development activities are beneficial for teachers’ self-improvement and students’ learning and achievement. In spite of global efforts to address them, some issues surrounding professional development activities persist. The researchers in this study examined the satisfaction level of teachers in professional development activities in Turkey and identified the factors affecting their satisfactions in these activities. For this aim, this study addressed the following research questions: 1) what are the satisfaction levels of teachers in professional development activities in Turkey? and 2) what factors affect the satisfaction levels of teachers in professional development activities? The results of this qualitative study demonstrate that the satisfaction of Turkish teachers with professional development activities is really low; as a result, teachers are choosing not to participate in any activities. The reasons for this dissatisfaction and unwillingness to participate include: 1) offering only traditional professional development activities, 2) not involving teachers in the design of professional development activities, 3) ignoring teachers’ needs during the process of planning of professional development activities, 4) offering activities unrelated to authentic classroom situations, and 5) having low quality of instructors in professional development activities. Finally, the researchers have some suggestions about how the Ministry of National Education might increase teacher satisfaction in professional development activities

Bu araştırmanın amacı sınıf öğretmenlerinin düşünme stillerini, kullandıkları ölçme-değerlendirme yöntemlerini ve bu yöntemlerin düşünme stilleri ile ilişkisini incelemektir. Çalışma 2012-2013 akademik yılında Amasya?da görev yapmakta olan 375 sınıf öğretmeniyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada ilişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler Stenberg-Wagner (1992) tarafından geliştirilen ve Türkçeye uyarlaması geçerlik güvenirlik çalışması Buluş (2006) tarafından yapılan Düşünme Stilleri Envanteri, araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan kişisel bilgi formu ve Ölçme-Değerlendirme Yöntemleri anketi ile elde edilmiştir. Sınıf öğretmenleri, düşünme stilleri envanterinden en yüksek puanları yasama, yürütme ve hiyerarşik düşünme stillerinden; en düşük puanları ise muhafazakâr, global ve lokal düşünme stillerinden almışlardır. Öğretmenlerin düşünme stilleri cinsiyet, mesleki kıdem ve mezuniyet branşına göre farklılaşmamaktadır. Sınıf öğretmenleri çoğunlukla çoktan seçmeli, kısa cevaplı açık uçlu ve boşluk doldurmalı soruları kullanmaktadır. En az kullandıkları veya hiç kullanmadıkları ölçme-değerlendirme yöntemleri ise günlük, yapılandırılmış grid ve tanılayıcı dallanmış ağaçtır. Liberal ve muhafazakâr düşünme stillerinin hiçbir ölçme-değerlendirme yöntemi ile anlamlı ilişkisi bulunmazken diğer düşünme stilleri ile çeşitli yöntemlerin kullanımı arasında anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur. The aim of this study is to examine elementary class teachers' thinking styles, assessment and evaluation methods they use and to determine the correlation between these methods and thinking styles. The study has been conducted in 2012-2013 academic year on 375 class teachers who work in Amasya. The correlational survey method was used in this study. The data have been collected with Thinking Styles Scale which was developed by Stanberg-Wagner (1992) and whose validity and reliability studies were conducted by BuluĢ (2006) and personal data form and assessment-evaluation methods inventory which developed by researchers. The results gathered from the thinking styles scale indicate that the class teachers get the highest scores from executive, legislative and hierarchic thinking styles, and they get the lowest scores from conservative, global and local thinking styles. A significant difference has not been detected in thinking styles in terms of gender, seniority and branch. Moreover, the class teachers tend to use multiple-choice, short-answer, open ended and gap filling questions. The ones at least or never used were identified as being diary, structured grid and diagnostic branched tree. While there is not any significant relation between these assessment -evaluation methods and liberal and conservative thinking styles, there is meaningful relation between other thinking styles and various assessment–evaluation methods. Extended Abstract: Having their own qualities in daily life, people may also have their own thinking forms in the act of thinking, so the concept of "thinking style" has emerged. Thinking style is the preferred form of thinking and the manner of the use of abilities we have. There are many researches related to "Thinking Style" concept in the literature and thinking style are explained in "Cognitive Experiential Self Theory" of Epstein and Myer-Briggs‘ ―Thinking Manner Classification Theory", "Intellectual Autonomy Theory" of Stenberg. "Intellectual Autonomy Theory" is a comprehensive and multi-dimensional model that expresses the thinking styles of the individuals and includes other styles. The theory consists of 13 thinking styles under the category names of Functions, Manners, Levels, the Scope and Trends. Functions include Execution, Jurisdiction, and Legislation. Under the category Manners, four subcategories exist namely; Hierarchic, Oligarchic, Monarchic, and Anarchic. The third category Levels includes Global and Local subcategories, the fourth category Scope has Internal and External subcategories, and finally the Trends category includes Liberal and Conservative subcategories. According to this theory individuals have their own thinking styles and these styles can change according to the time and they are shaped by the conditions. People may have not only one thinking style but may have several thinking styles. For example the styles they use while studying and doing daily life affairs may differ. In short, people do not have a certain style; they have a profile consisting of styles. Thinking styles which shape the daily routines of the individuals also have a striking role in individuals‘ educational lives. Knowing the thinking styles of the individuals will inevitably increase the effectiveness of the teaching process and if the teachers are aware of the thinking styles of both their student s and their own they can produce and plan the activities accordingly. Knowledge and development of the thinking abilities may affect teachers' choice of teaching and assessment-evaluation methods they use. Therefore, in this study, teachers' thinking styles, the assessment- evaluation methods they use and the relationship between these two variables are investigated. This research is conducted in 2012-2013 academic year on 375 elementary class teachers who work in Amasya. The correlational survey method is used. The data is gathered by using the thinking styles scale developed by Stenberg and Wagner (1992), whose validity and reliability studies were conducted by BuluĢ (2006), personel data form and and an inventory developed by the researcher for determining the assessment-evaluation methods. The data gathered by the thinking styles scale suggest that teachers get the highest scores from the hierarchic ( =26,82), execution( =26,00), and legislation ( =25,87) thinking styles and they get lower scores from the conservative ( =17,54), local ( =20,28), and global ( =20,52) thinking styles. It has been revealed that teachers work in a plan, a certain order and a creative manner, and in accordance with the rules, they avoid traditional understanding and they do not like dealing with abstract and detailed works. It has been found out that teachers' thinking styles do not differ according to the gender (t373=-1,24; p>0.05). Teachers' thinking styles also don‘t differ according to their branches (t373=-0,665; p>0.05) and seniorities (F6-368=0,51; p=0,79>0,05). These findings support the literature. When we examine the assessment-evaluation methods that class teachers use, it is seen that they generally prefer to use multiple choice, short answer open ended and gap filling questions. These methods are traditional. This result is in parallel with the related literature. Among the alternative assessment- evaluation methods, structured grid, diagnostic branched tree, puzzle and interview have been found to be the less used methods. The studies of Güven and Eskitürk (2007) and Pullu (2008) indicate that teachers may not know these alternative methods and may have some problems in the process of preparing, implementing or scoring and therefore, they don‘t prefer to use them. When the assessment-evaluation methods the class teachers use are examined according to the thinking styles it has been found out that multiple choice, gap filling and short answer open ended questions are mostly used by all the thinking styles, and diagnostic branched tree and puzzle are underused. The levels of assessment-evaluation methods use have not varied according to thinking style. Although the individuals may have different thinking styles they prefer to use similar methods predominantly. Different studies may be conducted on the importance of thinking styles and how they can be developed for teachers. Alternative assessment-evaluation methods can be introduced to teachers as an in-service teacher training program and they can be encouraged to use these techniques.

Türkçenin şimdiki zaman eklerinin, edebî dillerde ve ağızlardaki durumuyla ilgili birçok çalışma yapılmış, eklerin gelişimi izah edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, haklarında çok az bilgi sahibi olduğumuz Afganistan ve Stavropol Türkmenlerinin günlük konuşma ve yazı dilinde kullandıkları, şimdiki zaman ekleri ele alınmıştır. Karşılaştırma yapılabilmesi için de günümüz Türkmenistan edebî dilinde kullanılan şimdiki zaman ekleri gösterilmiştir. Bu çalışmada verilen bilgiler, bu iki bölgede yakın geçmişte yapılan dil çalışmalarından derlenmiştir.Türkmen ağızlarını sınıflandırmada, en büyük ölçütlerden biri şimdiki zaman ekleridir. Türkmen boyları arasında şimdiki zaman ekinin standart bir kullanımı yoktur. Türkmen Türkçesinde, Türkiye Türkçesi ağızlarında olduğu gibi şimdiki zaman eklerinde çok şekillilik vardır. Afganistan'daki Türkmenlerin büyük çoğunluğunu, Ersarı boyu oluşturmaktadır. Ersarılar, diğer Türkmen boylarının kullanmadıkları, Türkiye Türkçesiyle de ortaklık gösteren -yor, -yo şimdiki zaman eklerini kullanmaktadır. -yor ve -yo şimdiki zaman ekleri günlük konuşma dilinde çok sık kullanılmakla birlikte diğer Türkmen boylarının ağızlarındaki şimdiki zaman ekleri de az da olsa kullanılmaktadır. Edebî eserlerde de en sık kullanılan şimdiki zaman eki -yor'dur. Stavropol "Stavrapal", Rusya sınırları içerisinde Kuzey Kafkasya'da yer alan bir bölgedir. Stavropol'da Türkmenler; Çovdur, İgdir, Söyüncacı boylarından oluşmaktadır. Stavropol Türkmenleri, günlük konuşma dilinde şimdiki zaman eki olarak, sıklıkla "-A/-Ay +dır/dur+ şahıs ekleri" kalıbını kullanmaktadırlar. Bu yapı, Kıpçak döneminden beri değişmemiş ve Stavropol Türkmenlerinin edebî dillerinde ve ağızlarında yaşamaktadır Many studies have made about the status of literary language and dialect of Turkish the present continuous tense appendixes, development of appendixes have tried to explain. In this study, the present continuous tense appendixes have discussed which we have very little information about Afghanistan and Stavropol Turkmens used daily conversation and writing language.In order to compare, the present continuous tense appendixes which are used present-day Turkmenistan literary language have been shown. The information given in this study has been compiled from the work of language at recent past at these two regions. Dialect of Turkmen classification, one of the major criteria is the present continuous tense appendixes. At the dialect of Turkmen tribes, there is no use a standard of the present continuous tense appendixes. At Turkmen Turkish as well as dialect of Turkey Turkish there is a polymorphism at the present continuous tense appendixes. The vast majority of Turkmen in Afghanistan, is the Ersarı tribes. Ersarıs, do not use other Turkmen tribes, use the present continuous tense appendix –yor is partnership with Turkey Turkish. At literary Works the most frequently used the present continuous tense appendix is –yor. Stavropol “Stavrapal” is a region that situated in North Caucasus which is in the Russia borders. Stavropol Turkmens are formed of Çovdur, İgdir, Söyüncacı tribes. Stavropol Turkmens use “-A/-Ay +dır/+dur+ personal appendixes” pattern at daily conversation language for the present continuous tense appendixes. Bu araştırmada fen ve teknoloji eğitiminde portfolyo ile zenginleştirilmiş öğrenme ortamının etkilerinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bunun için çalışma grubunun görüşleri ve araştırma sürecinde ortaya koydukları çalışmalar değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmaya Gazi Üniversitesi Gazi Eğitim Fakültesi Fen Bilgisi Eğitiminde öğrenim görmekte olan 44 (33, Bayan ve 11, Erkek) öğretmen adayı katılmıştır. Belirlenen bazı kimya konularında uygulamalar sırasında fen ve teknoloji öğretmen adayları tarafından ürün dosyaları (portfolyo) hazırlanmıştır. Süreç içerisinde çalışma grubunun ürün dosyaları değerlendirilmiş ve geri dönütler verilmiştir. Çalışma grubu dönem sonunda ilgili konuları içeren ürün dosyalarını tamamlamışlardır. Uygulamaların sonunda 9 öğrenci ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Bunun için yarı yapılandırılmış iki sorudan oluşan bir görüşme protokolü hazırlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak süreçteki kazanımlar göz ününde bulundurulduğunda portfolyo ile zenginleştirilmiş öğrenme ortamının fen ve teknoloji eğitiminde bazı konularda etkili sonuçlar verdiği belirlenmiştir. Görüşme sonuçları da portfolyo ile zenginleştirilen öğrenme ortamının önemli bir süreç olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Nitekim öğretmen adayları bu süreçte çok şey kazandıklarını, konuları derinlemesine ve çok yönlü araştırmalarının kendilerine çok şey öğrettiğini vurgulamışlardır. Ayrıca süreçte öğrendiklerinin ise kalıcı olduğunu ifade etmişlerdir

In this study, we aimed to determine rare species in Nebyan Mountain Samsun/TURKEY . Samsun province has distinct ecological features because both oceanic and Mediterranean climate are seen. Therefore in the study area different vegetation types namely temperate forest, scrub, grassland and stream valley vegetation types are found, and Mediterranean enclaves constitute to the important part of the flora. 90 families, 331 genera and 611 species and taxa were determined in the study area. 19 rare species are found according to Red Data Book of Turkish Plants Ekim, et al., 2000 and these taxa were evaluated according to the IUCN risk categories. The distribution of the threat categories was as follows: 15 taxa in LR ic , 1 taxa in LR nt , 1 taxa in LR cd , 1 taxa in EN, 1 taxa in VU, Bu çalışma Samsun ili Nebyan Dağı florasında bulunan nadir türlerin saptanması amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Samsun ili ekolojik yönden çeşitli özelliklere sahiptir. Bu çeşitliliğin en önemli sebeplerinden biri Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinde olmasına rağmen iklim özellikleri bakımından Akdeniz iklim tipine ait karakterlere sahip olmasıdır. Bu nedenle araştırma alanında orman, maki, çayır ve nemli dere vejetasyon tiplerinin bulunmasının yanında, Akdeniz enklavları da bulunmaktadır. Araştırmalar sonucunda çalışma alanında 90 familyaya ait 331 cins ve 611 tür ve tür altı takson belirlenmiştir. Bölgede Türkiye Bitkileri Kırmızı Kitabı'na göre Ekim, et al., 2000 19 nadir tür belirlenmiş ve bu taksonlar IUCN risk kategorilerine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Türkiye Bitkileri Kırmızı Kitabı’ndaki IUCN tehlike kategorilerine göre araştırma alanında yayılış gösteren 611 taksonun, 15 adeti LR ıc , 1 adeti LR nt , 1 adeti LR cd , 1 adeti EN, 1 adeti ise VU kategorisine dahildir

Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretim tasarımı modelleriyle ilgili yapılmış çalışmaları; tercih edilen öğretim tasarımı modeli, araştırma yöntemi, veri toplama aracı, veri analiz yöntemi, modellerin uygulama alanı ve modellerle ilgili üzerinde durulan değişkenler bakımından incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2003 - 2012 yılları arasında SSCI kapsamındaki dergilerde ve ULAKBİM veri tabanlarında dizinlenen dergilerde yayınlanmış Türkiye adresli makaleler ile YÖK tez bankasında yayınlanmış tezler oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda 43 makale ve 19 teze ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, Türkiye adresli araştırmalarda en fazla tercih edilen modeller sırasıyla "ADDIE", "ARCS", "Dick ve Carey", "Gagne ve Briggs" ve "ASSURE" olduğu görülmüştür. Elde edilen bulguların öğretim tasarımı çalışmalarının birçok boyutunu yansıtması açısından, bu alanda çalışan araştırmacıların ve eğitimcilerin öğretim tasarımıyla ilgili farklı bakış açılarıyla değerlendirme yapmalarına yardımcı olacağı düşünülmektedir., The aim of this research is to analyze the studies conducted on instructional design models in terms of preferred instructional design model, research method, data collection tool, data analysis method, field of applications of methods, changes discussed about models. The sample of the study is composed of articles published in SSCI journals, indexed in databases of ULAKBİM, and thesis and dissertations indexed in YOK which has been related to TURKEY. In this context, 43 articles and 19 theses are reached. According to results, it is seen that the most preferred models in studies on models of instructional design from Turkey are respectively "ADDIE", "ARCS", "Dick and Carey", "Gagne and Briggs" and "ASSURE". It is considered that the results of this study provide different point of views for the researchers and educators in this field in terms of instructional design

Florfenikolün alabal ı klarda yenilebilir dokuları ndaki (deri, kas ve karaci ğ er) kal ı ntı miktarı n ı n araş tı rı ld ı ğ ı bu çal ı ş mada; Elazı ğ ’daki be ş farkl ı alabal ı k i ş letmesinden 25 adet hasat öncesi ve 25 adet hasat dönemine ait toplam 50 adet alabal ı k kullan ı lm ı ş tı r. Numunelerdeki florfenikol düzeyleri yüksek bas ı nçl ı s ı v ı kromatografisi (HPLC) kullan ı larak gerçekle ş tirilmi ş tir. Analizler sonucunda hasat öncesi dönemindeki alabal ı kları n deri dokusunun %44’ünde, kas dokusunun %32’sinde ve karaci ğ er dokusunun %16’s ı nda, hasat dönemindeki alabal ı kları n ise deri dokusunun %40’ ı nda, kas dokusunun %36’s ı nda ve karaci ğ er dokusunun %32’sinde florfenikol saptanm ı ş tı r. Hasat öncesi kas dokusundaki florfenikol miktarı n ı n (3.52±0.89 µg/g) hasat dönemindeki kas dokusundan (0.69±0.21 µg/g) istatistiksel olarak daha yüksek oldu ğ u (p0.05) görülmü ş tür. Çal ı ş ma sonucunda gerek hasat öncesi ve gerekse hasat dönemindeki alabal ı kları n yenilebilir dokuları ndaki (deri, kas ve karaci ğ er) florfenikol ortalama miktarları n ı n Türk Gı da Kodeksi Yönetmeli ği’ndeki kal ı ntı limitinin üzerinde oldu ğu görülmü ş tür. In this study, residue levels of florphenicol in edible tissues of rainbow trout (skin, muscle and liver) were investigated. For this purpose, a total 50 rainbow trouts from 5 different facilities from Elazig (25 at pre-harvest and 25 during harvest) were used. Florphenicol levels of samples were examined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). As a result of the analysis, florphenicol was detected from 44% of skin samples, 32% of muscle samples and 16% of liver samples of the rainbow trouts from pre-harvest and 40% of skin samples, 36% of muscle samples and 32% of liver samples from rainbow trouts taken during harvest. Residual amont of florphenicol at muscle samples taken from pre-harvest rainbow trouts (3.52±0.89 µg/g) were found to be statistically higher than samples taken during harvest (0.69±0.21 µg/g) (p

Calcaneal apophysitis is the most common cause of heel pain in children and described as "Sever disease". Sever disease typically occurs during a growth spurt and at the beginning of a new sport season. The disease is associated with only the heel pain in children and does not occur after puberty. In a child presenting with heel pain, the differential diagnosis may include achilles tendonitis, retrocalcaneal bursitis, calcaneal stress fractures, calcaneal cysts, osteomyelitis, and plantar fasciitis. Other reasons included in the differential diagnosis can be ruled out with a well-performed clinical evaluation. Although Sever disease is a common clinical entity there are quite a few documentations about this disease in national and international literature. In this article we aimed to present a 12-year-old male patient who presented with complaints of bilateral heel pain and limping, and to evaluate signs and symptoms, diagnostic approaches and treatment protocols of the disease in the light of current literature.

Dede Korkut Hikâyeleri, Türk kültürünün en kıymetli hazinelerinden biridir. Elde edilen bulgular, eserin ideal yöneticinin sahip olması gereken vasıfları ihtiva eden olay halkaları, çatışma ve karşılaşmalar etrafında kurgulandığını göstermektedir. Bu vasıflar kut, cesaret, güç, akıl ve duyguları dengeli bir şekilde kullanabilme erdemi, töreye bağlılık, karar alırken, bir eyleme girişmeden ya da bir zorlukla karşılaştığında uygun kişilerle fikir alışverişinde bulunma, çevresindekilerin arzu, ihtiyaç ve beklentilerini yok saymama şeklinde sıralanabilir. Tales of Dede Korkut are one of the most precious sources of Turkish culture. This work of art reminds about a very extensive excavation area. And it is most likely that scientific studies, which will be conducted on it, will achieve valuable outcomes on behalf of our culture and civilization. In our study, the text called Bogaç Khan, the son of Dirse Khan Epic has been analyzed in consideration of its structural characteristics, and deciphered in accordance with the relations between these structural elements. The findings demonstrate the work was fictionalized within patterns of event, conflicts, and confrontations that comprise the attributes an ideal administrator must have. These attributes can be listed as happiness, courage, wisdom, strength, the virtue of using the mind and emotions in a balanced way, attachment for traditions, exchanging ideas with appropriate people while making a decision, before embarking on any act, or in case of a difficulty, and not ignoring desires, needs, or expectations of the people around.

Fen, dünyayı daha iyi anlayabilmemiz için öğrenmemiz gereken bilim dallarından biridir. Bu yüzden öğrencilere feni daha iyi öğretebilmek için farklı yöntemler uygulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada argümantasyona dayalı etkinliklerin öğrencilerin akademik başarısına ve tartışma becerilerinin gelişmesine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma Amasya ili Gümüşhacıköy ilçesinde bulunan bir devlet okulunun 4. sınıfında öğrenim gören 14'ü deney 15'i ise kontrol grubu olan öğrencilerle yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Hazırlanan başarı testi ön ve son test olarak kullanılmıştır. Öğretim sonrasında argümantasyona dayalı etkinliklerin uygulandığı deney grubu ile geleneksel öğretimin yapıldığı kontrol grubunun akademik başarıları arasında deney grubu lehine anlamlı fark olduğu görülmüştür. Deney grubuna uygulanan argümantasyona dayalı etkinlikler analiz edildiğinde ise öğrencilerin tartışma seviyelerinin de geliştiği görülmüştür

Diller tıpkı insanlar gibi birbirleri ile ilişki içerisinde olup birbirlerinden etkilenmektedirler. Dünyada tek bir dilin konuşulduğu ülke bulunamayacağı gibi başka dillerden kelime almadan, sadece kendi kelimelerinden oluşan saf bir dilin olmayacağı da muhakkaktır. Lezgi dilinin, çok sayıda dilin konuşulduğu Dağıstan dillerinden olması hasebiyle diğer diller ile kelime alış-verişinde bulunması gayet tabidir. Bu alış-veriş neticesinde Lezgi dilinde Arapçadan geçen çok sayıda kelime bulunmakta ve bunlar hâlâ canlı bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Makalede, Lezgilerin Araplar ile ilişkisinin tarihi seyri anlatıldıktan sonra Lezgiler ve dilleri hakkında kısa bilgi verilmiş, sonrasında da Lezgi yazı dilindeki Arapça alıntı kelimelerde görülen ses değişmeleri incelenmiştir. Bu yapılırken, tarihî süreç, geçiş dönemleri ve geçiş yolları dikkate alınmıştır Languages have relations with each other and they are also influenced by each other like people. It is certain that there is no pure language composed of only their own words and there is no country whose people speak only one language as well. Language of Lezgi is naturally influenced from other local languages because it is one of the languages in Dagestan region and there are many local languages spoken in this area. As a result of this influence, there are many Arabic words quoted by language of lezgi and these words are still actively used.In this article, after the historical relations between Arabian and lezgis described, brief information is given about lezgis and their language, and then the sound evolution of Arabic words quoted by language of lezgi are examined. While doing this, historical process, period of transition and the way of transition are also taken into consideration

Müslümanlarla Ehl-i kitap arasında kurulan ilk ilişkiler, hicretten sonra çok belirgin şekilde ortaya çıkmıştır. Sosyal, siyasal, kültürel ve dini birçok sebebe bağlı olarak İsrâliyyât, İslam kültürüne dâhil olmuştur. Tefsirde kıssalar bağlamında İsrâilî rivayetlere çokça yer verildiği görülmektedir. Ancak, Kitab-ı mukaddes'te peygamberlerin ismet sıfatına halel getiren birçok pasaj yer almaktadır. Hz. Dâvud da İslam inancı açısından kabul edilemez ithamlara maruz kalmıştır. Kitâb-ı mukaddeste yer alan bu anlatımlar, Sâd suresinde geçen kıssa bağlamında tefsir kitaplarına girmiştir. Müfessirlerin bazısı söz konusu rivayetlere kitaplarında yorumsuz olarak yer vermiştir. Az sayıdaki müfessir, rivayetleri dikkate almamış ancak yorumdan da kaçınmıştır. Çoğunluğu bu rivayetleri olduğu gibi kabul etmeyi dinî ve itikadî açıdan sakıncalı bulmuş ve tevile gitmiştir. Ancak yapılan teviller çoğunlukla İsrâiliyyât'ın etkisinden kurtulamamıştır. Yine bu rivayetleri tamamen reddeden az sayıdaki müfessir de değişik açıklamalar yapmıştır. Ancak bunların da yeterince isabetli olduğunu söylemek mümkün değildir. Bu çalışmada Kur'an bütünlüğünden hareketle, ilgili kıssa ile verilmek istenen mesajlar ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. The first relations of Muslims with ahl al-kitab prominently emerged after the Hijra. Due to social, political, cultural and religious reasons, Israiliyyat entered the culture of Islam. In the context of the Qur'an stories, Israeli traditions are very often seen to be used. However, there are many passages violating the innocence (Ismah) attribute of prophets in Bible. Prophet Davud (PBUH) is exposed to unacceptable allegations in terms of Islamic belief. These commentaries in the Bible have entered into Tafsir books in the context of the story mentioned in the Surah of Sad. Some of the commentators have mentioned these traditions in their books without a comment. Few commentators have not taken the narrations into consideration, and have moreover refrained from commenting. The majority of them have found accepting these allegations objectionable in terms of religion and creed, and have tried to correct them. Nonetheless, the interpretations have not mostly been recovered from the effect of Israiliyyat. Besides very few interpreters totally rejecting these narrations have made various explanations. However, it is not possible to say it is accurately correct. In this study, With reference to the unity of Qur'an, the messages aimed to convey through the stories have tried to be presented.

Amaç: Osmophobia ve migren konusunda birçok çalışmanın varlığına rağmen, migren hastalarının ataklar arası dönemde koku alma yetenekleri hakkında çok az bilgiye sahibiz. Bu nedenle bu çalışmanın amacı migren hastalarının başağrısı olmayan dönemde koku tanımlama testi ile koku alma fonksiyonlarının değerlendirilmesidir. Yöntem: Yaşları 16-65 arasında olan 290 sağlıklı birey (152 kadın, 138 erkek) ve yaşları 18-55 arasında olan 84 migren hastası (47 kadın, 37 erkek) çalışmaya dahil edildi. Migreni olan katılımcılar değerlendirilmek üzere başağrısı polikliniğine başvuran hastalardan seçildi. Çalışmaya uygun olan katılımcılar nörolojik ve fiziksel olarak detaylı bir şekilde değerlendirildi ve daha sonra GATA Haydarpaşa Kısa Koku Test Bataryası (GULTEST) ile değerlendirme yapılması için test odasına alındı. Bulgular: Migren grubunun ortalama GULTEST skoru sağlıklı gruba göre daha az idi ve fark anlamlıydı. GULTEST skorlarına cinsiyetin, sigara içmenin ve hastalık durumunun (migren) etkisi lineer regresyon modeli ile değerlendirildi. Hem migren hastalarında hem de sağlıklı kontrollerde kadınların erkeklere göre daha yüksek koku tanımla skorları aldıkları saptandı. Buna karşılık, sigara içmenin GULTEST skorları üzerinde anlamlı bir olumsuz etkisi vardı. Ayrıca, migrenin de GULTEST skorları üzerinde anlamlı bir olumsuz etkisi vardı. Sonuç: Araştırmamız migren hastalarında başağrısı olmadığı dönemlerde dahi koku alma yeteneklerinin azalmış olabileceğini göstermiştir. Objective: Despite the fact that there are many studies about the osmophobia and migraine, we have very little knowledge about the olfactory abilities of migraineurs during the period between the attacks. So, the aim of this study was to evaluate the olfactory function of migraineurs during the period without headaches with odor identification test. Methods: Two hundred and ninety healthy people aged 16 to 65 years (152 female, 138 male) and 84 migraine patients aged 18 to 55 years (47 female, 37 male) were studied. The participants with migraine were selected from the patients who applied to headache outpatient clinic for assessment. Participants, appropriate to the study, were physically and neurologically examined in detail and then they were taken to the test room in order to be screened with Short Smell Test Battery of GATA Haydarpaşa (GULTEST). Results: The mean GULTEST score of the migraine group was less than the healthy group and the difference was significant. The effect of gender, cigarette smoking and disease status (migraine) on GULTEST scores was evaluated by linear regression model. It was found that females had higher odor identification scores than males in both migraineurs and controls. On the other hand, cigarette smoking had a significant negative effect on GULTEST scores. Furthermore, migraine had a significant negative effect on GULTEST scores. Conclusion: Our study showed that even during the headache-free period, migraineurs might have reduced olfactory abilities.

Diş hekimliğinde bulunan farklı sorunları çözmek için dental implantların kullanımı hızla artmaktadır. Dental implantların başarı oranları da hastalar için oldukça önemlidir. Kısa dental implantlar, hastaların kemik seviyesine bağlı olarak çok popüler ve yaygın olarak pek çok diş hekimleri tarafından kullanılmaktadır. Birçok diş hekimi sık sık kısa diş implantları kullanmasına rağmen, implant-kron oranlarından dolayı stabilite sorunlarının gerçekleşebileceği tahmin edilebilir. Bu çalışmada, implant ve abutment uzunluklarının kısa dental implantlardaki stabilite üzerine etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Üç farklı kısa implant tasarımı Solidworks 2013 programı kullanılarak tasarlanmıştır. Her bir model için abutment uzunlukları 3,5 mm, 4 mm, 4,5 mm ve 5 mm, implant uzunlukları da 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm olarak tasarlanmıştır. Insan çene kemiği Bilgisayarlı tomografi görüntülerinden transfer edilmiştir. Her bir implant modeli çene kemiğine implante edilerek Sonlu Elemanlar Analiz yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. İmplant sayısının stabilite üzerindeki etkisini görmek amacıyla, tamamen dişsiz çeneye 4 adet implant yerleştirilerek analiz gerçekleştirilmiştir., The use of dental implants to solve different problems in dentistry has been growing rapidly. The success rates of dental implants are also very important for patients. Depending on the bone level of patients, short dental implants are very popular and widely used by many dentists. Although many dentists are using short dental implants frequently, It can be guessed that there can be stability problems because of crown to implant ratios. In this study, it is aimed to find out the effects of dental implant and abutment lengths on stability of short dental implants. 3 different short dental implant design made with the use of Solidworks 2013. Abutment lengths were 3,5 mm, 4 mm, 4,5 mm, 5 mm and implant lengths were 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm for each model. Human mandible model is transferred from Computed Tomography. Then, each implant model is mounted to modeled mandible and Finite Element Analysis is performed for each model. In order to see the effects of implant number on stability, we performed same analysis by placing 4 implants to the mandible.

Eğitim sürecinde görsel okuryazarlık; bireyin görsel mesaj oluşturma ve yorumlama yeteneklerini zenginleştiren, aynı zamanda öğrencilerin görsel imgeleri kullanarak okuma ve yazma becerilerinin gelişimini sağlayan yeni eğitim programlarıyla mümkün olacaktır. Günümüzde düşünme, öğrenme ve imgeler yoluyla kendini ifade edebilme ancak görsel sanatlar yoluyla mümkün olabilecektir. Görsel sanat eğitimi, bireylerin sanat ve kültür alanlarında yetiştirilip, bilinçlendirilme etkinliğidir. Bu eğitim süreci hem teorik hem de uygulamalı çalışmaları içermesinden dolayı yaratıcılığı da önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir. Görsel sanatlar dersi çocuğun ruhsal ve bedensel gelişimini destekleyen önemli araçlardan bir tanesidir. Bu nedenle tüm bireylerin faydalanması gereken bir alandır. Sanat eğitimi, bireylerin sanat ve kültür alanlarında yetiştirilip, bilinçlendirilme etkinliğidir. Teorik ve uygulamalı çalışmalarla verilen sanat eğitimi kimi zaman sadece plastik sanatları, kimi zaman da diğer sanat dallarını da içerisine alır. Sanat eğitimi süreci uygulamalı çalışmaları da içerdiğinden dolayı yaratıcılığı etkilediği bilinmektedir. Çok yönlü verilen bir sanat eğitimi ile dış dünyayı algılaması değişen bireyin, daha yaratıcı, kendine güvenen, üretici, çevresini olumlu yönde değiştirmeye ve yeni biçimler vermeye çalışan biri olacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, ilkokul birinci sınıf görsel sanatlar eğitimi dersinin öğretim programında yer alan kazanımlar analiz edilmektedir. Nitel bir araştırma olan bu çalışmada doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Görsel Sanatlar Eğitimi Öğretim Programına bir bütün olarak bakıldığında, kazanımların kademe öğrencisinin bilişsel ve duyuşsal düzeyine yeterince uygun olmadığı söylenebilir The field of visual literacy is credited with the development of educational programs that enhance students' abilities to interpret and create visual messages, as well as improvement of reading and writing skills through the use of visual imagery. In today's world, expressing one's self with thinking, learning and imageies is only possible with the skills of visual literacy. Visual arts education can be called as “the effort of having people to grow up and make them conscious of art and culture”. As visual arts education also includes practical works, it is known that it has a huge effect on creativity. Visual arts course is an important instrument that supports the child’s psychological and physical development. Art education can be called as “the effort of having people to grow up and make them conscious of art and culture”. Art education, both in theoretical and practical ways, includes plastic arts and sometimes other areas of art. It is thought that, as the human being changes his perceptions on the external world by the help of art education; he/she becomes more creative, more self-confident, productive and willing to have positive effect upon his social environment. In this study, goals of the visual arts education for first graders in primary schools have been analyzed. In this qualitative study, document analyze technique has been used. If we look to the curriculum for the visual arts education course as a meaningful whole, we can say that goals aren’t suitable for the students’ cognitive and effective levels

Çanakkale savaşlarının meydana geldiği cephe, Osmanlı Devleti’nin I. Dünya Savaşı’nda dokuz ay süreyle mücadele ettiği ve en kanlı mücadelelerin olduğu yerdir. Cephede pek çok süngü hücumunun yaşandığı düşünüldüğünde buradaki savaşların ne denli bir mücadeleye sahne olduğu daha iyi anlaşılır. Çanakkale’de İngiliz ve Fransızlar ile bunların sömürgelerinden topladıkları askerlere karşı Türk Mehmetçiği büyük bir mücadele örneği ortaya koymuştur. Bu devletlerin cepheyi açmalarındaki amaçları; Çanakkale boğazını geçmek, Osmanlı Devleti’ni savaş içerisinde çökertmek ve Rusya’ya yardımda bulunmaktı. İngiliz ve Fransız donanmaları bu amaçlarını gerçekleştirebilmek için ilk önce Şubat 1915’de Çanakkale’ye denizden taarruz etmişlerdir. Bu taarruzun düşman için bir felakete dönüşmesiyle 18 Mart 1915’de mağlup olarak geri çekilmek zorunda kalmışlardır. Düşman güçleri denizde uğradıkları başarısızlığın ardından, yine aynı amaçlarını tahakkuk ettirmek amacı ile bu defa karadan Gelibolu yarımadasını işgale kalkışarak, Çanakkale boğazına hakim olmak istemişlerdir. Kara savaşları da genellikle Gelibolu yarımadası üzerinde meydana gelmiştir. Bu çarpışmaların ruhu Anafartalar grup komutanı Mustafa Kemal olmuştur. İtilaf güçlerinin donanmalarının desteklediği düşman kuvvetleri karada da Mehmetçiğin çelikten iradesi karşısında mağlup olmuşlardır. Böylece düşman kara savaşlarında da aldığı başarısızlık üzerine Gelibolu’yu boşaltıp Ocak 1916’dan itibaren geri çekilmeye mecbur kalmıştır. Çanakkale cephesindeki bu savaşlar Osmanlı Devleti’nin ve dünyanın geleceği bakımından çok önemli sonuçlarda ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu sonuçlar aşağıda açıklanarak sıralanmıştır. The front of Çanakkale Wars is the place at which Ottoman Empire struggled for nine months, and that struggle was the bloodiest one. When we think that there were many bayonet attacks at the front it will be understood better how hard was the struggle. Turkish soldiers showed a great struggle against. English and French soldiers and their colonial ones. The aim of those states for that front, to pass the Hellespont to finish the Ottoman Empire and help Russia. English and French Navy first attacked Çanakkale from the sea in February 1915 in order to make their aim real. When the attack turned into a disaster for the enemy, they started to turn back as defeated. After the defeat at sea, the enemy wanted to rein the Hellespont by trying to occupy Gallipoli from the ground. Ground Wars happened generally at Gallipoli. The spirit of those wars was Mustafa Kemal Ataturk Anafartas Group Commander. The enemy power supported by the Allies navy was defeated by the iron willpower of Turkish soldiers. Finally the enemy had to turn back in January 1916 after they had lived a great defeat at the ground wars in Gallipoli. Those wars at Çanakkale Front had very important results in terms of the future of Ottoman Empire an the rest of the world. Those results are told below.

Çeviri, toplumsal bir iletişim eylemidir. İki farklı dil ve sosyokültür arasında anlam kapalıyken çeviri ile açık hale gelmektedir. Bu iletişim sürecinde çevirinin üretilmesi ve alımlanması yeni bir bağlamın oluşmasına neden olur ve bu yeni bağlamı bu sürece katılan tarafların konumları ve çıkarları etkiler. Bu durum yazılı ve sözlü çeviri için de böyledir. Çeviri sürecine katılan veya yararlanan çeviri paydaşları, kendilerine sunulan bilginin içeriğinden ve kalitesinden nasıl emin olabilirler? Çevirmenler, çeviri sürecine tarafsız ve sadık bir şekilde mi katılmaktadırlar? Çeviri uygulamaları incelenecek olursa, 'kaydırma' şeklinde gerekçelendirebileceğimiz müdahalelerinrin ötesinde çevirilerde bilinçli ve amaçlı müdahale örneklerinin de betimlendiği araştırmalar bulunmaktadır. Bu müdaheleler, etkisiz müdaheler midir yoksa bağlamın yeniden oluşturulduğu bu süreçte anlamı yönlendirmek için kullanılabilmektedirler mi? Çeviride müdahalenin odağında ise değişiklik vardır. Çeviride yapılan bu değişimler, gerekçelendirilen çeviri eylemleri midir? Bir çeviri olgusu olarak müdahalenin birçok yöntemi bulunmaktadır. Müdahale, anlamın yeni bir bağlam içinde ele alınması olarak da ele alınmaktadır. Çeviri paydaşları çevirinin bu yönüyle bir tür sembolik şiddete açık hale gelmektedir. Çeviri sürecinden yararlanan bu paydaşların özgürlüğünü nasıl ele alınabilir? Etik, bireyin davranışını yöneten ilkeler bütünü olarak çeviri sürecinde karar verme konusunda büyük bir rol oynar. Bu araştırmada uluslararası diplomasi örneğinde çeviri sürecinde müdahale kavramı, anlama etki eden nedenler ve "gerekçelendirilebilen müdahale" kavramı ele alınmaktadır. Translation is a socially regulated act of communication. Therefore, it is a matter of making implicit meanings explicit across languages and socio-cultural systems. The relative interests and positions of the participants play a crucial part in contextualizing the production and reception of translation. How can the stakeholders involved in or benefitting from this process ever be sure of the content of the information they are exposed to? Are translators/interpreters subservient or impartial agents? There is reaserach that demonstrate acts of intervention in translation/interpreting in action. Are all acts of intervention innocent or are they ever used to manipulate meaning? Can they be justified? Apart from usual linguistic interventions made to provide an idiomatic translation through 'shifts', there are instances where translators intervene in a more conscious, conspicuous and purposeful way. Change is the focus of intervention in translation. Intervention as a translation phenomenon has many ways. It is also regarded as the re-contextualization of meaning. Those benefitting from translation are open to vulnerability, which is a kind of symbolic violence. How should the freedom of stakeholders be treated in translation? Ethics as a system of principles governing individual action plays an important role in decision-making in translation process. This paper deals with the concept of "justified intervention" and the factors influencing meaning through intervention with a focus on international diplomacy.

The aim of our research is to determine the change in the pedagogical content knowledge levels of the teachers on numbers in the period from their university education to their active teaching profession. The sample of the study is composed of a total of 210 people, 67 of whom are third grade pre-service mathematics teacher, 98 of whom are 4th grade pre-service mathematics teachers and 45 of whom are mathematics teachers who are working in various provinces of Turkey. As for the data collection tools of this research, “Mathematics Pedagogical Content Knowledge Test (MPCKT)” was used. Çalışmanın örneklemini, ilköğretim matematik öğretmenliği programında öğrenim gören 67 üçüncü sınıf öğretmen adayı, 98 dördüncü sınıf matematik öğretmeni adayı ve Türkiye’nin farklı illerinde görev yapan 45 matematik öğretmeni olmak üzere toplam 210 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Ellenberg developed a system that assigns indicator scores for habitat characteristics of individual plant species. Swamp forests are highly diverse ecological communities and include diferent plant species, all of which have diferent ecological requirements. Ellenberg’s indicator values (EIVs) were calculated for soil pH and nitrogen (N) concentration in some swamp forest species in the Central Black Sea region of Turkey. In this study, the EIVs for soil pH were usually similar in the swamp forest species studied, while some diferences were found with respect to EIVs for soil nitrogen concentration. Tolerance values (TVs) of all of the studied species were higher than those reported in similar studies because EIVs and species abundance were high in the present study compared to similar studies. TVs (soil pH) were higher in Galeriç Forest than in the other 2 swamp forests. Te diferences among the swamp forest species studied with respect to EIVs might be explained on the basis of soil heterogeneity, even on a local scale. The most prominent feature that distinguishes human beings from other creatures is artistic creativity. Art education can be called as “the effort of having people to grow up and make them conscious of art and culture”. Art education also includes practical works, it is known that it has a huge effect on creativity. At the heart of an artist's work as due directly or psychological objects are located. Psychological objects, mostly occurs in the artist's work. Subconscious processes through positive or negative experiences from the past is something that represents. Artist’s psychological object can be anything. A human being, an object, a thought, a belief, a feeling, briefly reflected in the works of artists and objects situated in the center is a psychological thing. Yabancı dil eğitimi bölümlerinde öğrencilerin çeviri edinci kazanmaları için sunulan çeşitli programlar bulunmaktadır. Kimi programların yürütülmesinde izlenen yaygın yöntem ise bir metin bir dilden diğer bir dile çevirisini esas almaktadır. Deneyimle öğrenme (learning by experience) etkili bir yöntem olmasına rağmen bu yöntemde bazı noktaların göz önünde bulundurulması gerekmektedir. Temelde çeviri süreci, yaratıcı ve işlevsel bir etkinlik olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Çeviri olgusunun bu yönünü içine almayan tüm yaklaşımlar, kaynak odaklı ve buyurgan kabul edildiklerinden eleştiri ile karşı karşıya kalabilmektedirler. Çeviri edinci kavramı, yabancı dil eğitimi bölümlerinin müfredatlarında bulunan çeviri derslerinin izlencelerinde geleneksel yöntemden farklı olarak öğrenim hedeflerini belirlemek için yer verilebilir. Bu amaçla İspanya'da çeviri edinci ve edinimi üzerine çalışan PACTE Araştırma Grubu'nun çeviri edinci modeli esas alınarak çalışmanın kuramsal çatısı oluşturulmuştur. Bu çeviri modeli beş alt edinçten oluşmaktadır. Bu alt edinçler, birbiri ile hiyararşik bir şekilde ilişkilidir. Model, dil edincini çeviri edincinin bir bileşeni olarak ele almaktadır. Bu nedenle, bu çalışmada çeviri edinci kavramı ele alındıktan sonra çeviri edinci ile dil edinci ayrımı vurgulanmaktadır. Sunulan kuramsal çatı, bir örnek uygulama ile birlikte sunulmaktadır. The courses are often carried out by translating a text from one language into the other. Learning by experience is an effective approach. However, it is inevitable that there are some aspects that we need to re-consider with this methodology. Translation is a creative and functional activity. Any approach neglecting this aspect of translation can be regarded as source-oriented and prescriptive. The concept of translation competence can be used in such a way that is different from the traditional way of translation practice at the department of foreign language teaching. The model put forward by the PACTE Research Group, which investigates the translation competence and its acquisition in Spain, serves this purpose. The model consists of 5 subcompetencieslinguistic competence is a component of translation competence. It is the plan of the study to start by introducing the concept of competence. After that, a difference will be drawn up between linguistic competence and translation competence. The theoretical framework is followed by a sample practice. As a result, there will be a change from sourceorientedness to target-orientedness and from being static to dynamic and functional in translation. This approach will contribute to the build-up of self-efficacy for the learners

Yaşamımız renklerle kuşatılmıştır. Bu kuşatılmışlık o kadar güçlüdür ki renkler çoğunlukla sorgulanması gerekmeyen olgulara dönüşmektedir. Bütün yaşam, renklerin ve onların sorgulanmayan anlamları üzerine inşa edilmektedir. Duygu ve düşüncelerin bir yansıtıcısı olarak renklerin öğretmenler açısından öneminin bilinmesi oldukça önemlidir. Renklerden olumlu etkilenen bir öğretmenin, sevdiği renklerin içinde daha başarılı olacağı söylenebilir. Bu bağlamda, öğretmenlik mesleğinin renginin belirlendiği bu araştırmanın önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu araştırma, Amasya Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi 4.sınıf öğrencilerinin renk dünyalarını tanımak ve renklere ilişkin sahip oldukları algıları, ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak "görüşme" yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcılarını, Amasya Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi 4. sınıfında okuyan 101 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada, elde edilen verilerin analizinde "içerik analizi" tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmacılar tarafından, öğretmen adayları ile ön görüşme yapılmış, araştırmanın amacı anlatılarak görüşme formu gösterilmiş, kimlik bilgilerinin gizli kalacağı garantisi verilmiştir. Gönüllülük esasının arandığı belirtilerek, gönüllü olan öğretmen adaylarından randevu alınmıştır. Randevu alınan gönüllü deneklerle, 16 Aralık 2013 - 31 Aralık 2013 tarihinde, görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşmeler, not alma suretiyle kayda geçirilmiş, görüşme sonunda deneğe gösterilerek son onayı da alınmıştır. Çalışmada öğretmen adaylarının en çok tercih ettikleri renkler, mavi ve beyaz olarak sıralanmaktadır. Her iki renk de huzur, mutluluk, iyimserlik gibi olumlu duygu ve yaşantıları temsil etmektedir. Daha sonra çok renklilik tercih edilirken, onu kırmızı ve siyah takip etmektedir. Öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenliğin rengi olarak da en çok saflık, temizlik ve yeni başlangıçlar anlamında beyazı tercih ettikleri görülmektedir Human life is an environment surrounded with colors. This siege is very strong. Therefore, the colors are converted to an unquestioned habit. Life is based on this sense. However, colors affect all our decisions from birth to death. As a reflection of the thoughts and feelings, the importance of colors must be known by the teachers. When a teacher is positively affected by the colors he/she loves, he/she becomes more successful. In this context, this study is very important as colors determine his/her teaching life. This research’s aim is to reveal the students perceptions about colors who attend 4th grade in Amasya University Faculty of Education. In this study, data were collected with an "interview" approach. 101 students (4th Graders) of the Amasya University Faculty of Education were the participants of this study. The interviews were performed by the researchers with the volunteered teachers from 16 December to 31 December 2013. Notes were taken during the interviews and they were shown to the interviewers in order to receive their confirmation at the end of the each interview. Interview forms were then read and investigated individually by the researchers and categorized with respect to similarities of expressions. Consequently, categorized expressions were compared by the researchers and finalized accordingly. In the study, the most prefered colors by the prospective teachers are blue and white in rank. Both colors symbolize peace, happiness, optimism, positive emotions and experiences as represented. Then colorfulness is preferred, they are followed by red and black colors. Teacher nominees mostly prefer to see white as it stands as the color of the purity, cleanliness and new beginings

Dünya üzerindeki tüm dinler ilâhi öğretilerini kutsal metinlere dayandırmaktadır. İnsanın mensup olduğu dine ait temel kanunları, hüküm ve yargıları uygun biçimde benimseyip uygulamaya aktarması ancak bu metinleri doğru anlayabilmesiyle mümkündür. Bunun yanında bir dine intisap etmiş kişi, dini, asıl kaynağından öğrenebilmek için muhakkak dini metinlerle iç içe olmak durumundadır. Kutsal metinler, her din için yapısal ve içeriksel farklılıklar gösterse de hepsinin ortak özelliği, kendine has bir üslubu olmasının yanında hitap ettiği kitlenin belirli yaşlarla sınırlandırılmasıdır. Günümüzde hem Batı hem de İslam coğrafyalarında, ahlaki ve sosyal yozlaşmanın da etkisiyle dine dönüş hareketi başlamıştır. Bu doğrultuda din eğitimine verilen önemin artmasıyla kutsal metinlerin dili ve anlaşılabilirliği gündeme gelmiştir. Bu çalışmalar çerçevesinde, çocukları dinin kaynağıyla erken yaşlarda muhatap kılmak, dini öğretileri daha net ve Tanrısal ifadelerle anlamalarını sağlamak gayesiyle, vahyin çocukların algı düzeyine uygun hâle getirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu noktadan hareketle çalışmamızda Hıristiyan din eğitimcileri tarafından ‘Çocuk İncilleri’ temasıyla hazırlanmış yayınlar, içerik, üslup, resimlemeler, oyun ve etkinlikler kapsamında incelenmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda İncil ayetlerinin çocuğun algı düzeyine uygun hâle getirilerek verildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. All religions are based on divine doctrines from sacred texts. The basic laws of human beings belong to religion, adoptedand implemented in accordance with the terms and judgments, only if it is possible to understand these texts correctly. In addition, people who became believers, have to engage with revelation in order to learn religious doctrines. Sacred texts of every religion differ from others in terms of structure and content. The common points of these texts are that they stick to a certain literary style and that their target group is not of limited age. Nowadays, in both Western and Islamic world, with the increase of moral decline and social corruption, people began the return to religion. With the increasing importance of religious education, the access to and understanding of sacred texts have been in the focus of debates. Within this framework, material is addressed to children at an early age to make the source of religion and religious teachings provide a clearer understanding of the purpose and divine expressions, aimed to make the revelation of children according to the level of perception. In this study, the Christian religion in this direction by educators ‘Children’s Bibles’ publications prepared under the theme, content, style, illustrations, games, and activities were evaluated.. A survey of the verses of the Bibleas been concluded reviewing what is given for the child according to the level of perception.

Afganistan’da Özbeklerden sonra en fazla nüfusa sahip olan kavim Türkmenlerdir. Afganistan Türkmenlerinin büyük çoğunluğu, Ersarı boyundan oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada da haklarında çok az bilgi sahibi olduğumuz Türkmen Ersarılarının dilleri, tarihleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmamıza konu olan bilgiler için, Ersarı boyuna mensup şâirlerin eserlerinden, şehirlerde ve köylerde yapılan ağız derlemelerinden faydalanılmıştır. Afganistan Türkmen edebiyatı, şiir üzerine kurulmuştur. Nesir türünde eser yok denecek kadar azdır. Türkmen şâirlerinin eserlerinde Özbek dilinin tesirleri çok açık görülebilir. Türkmenlere okullarda Farsça ve Peştunca ağırlıklı olmak üzere Urduca, Hintçe, Arapça, Tacikçe öğretilmektedir. Afganistan Türkmen Türkçesine özellikle Arapça ve Farsçadan birçok kelime girmiştir. Afganistan Türkmenlerinin dillerini incelerken Özbek Türkçesinin tesiri özellikle dikkate alınmalıdır. Afganistan Ersarılarının dili, Türkmenistan Ersarılarının dillerinden şekil ve ek bakımından kimi yerde ayrılır. Turkmens have the highest population tribes, after Uzbeks, in Afghanistan. Turkmens live in cities and towns with Uzbeks. In this study, information is given about Turkmen Ersaris’, which we have very little knowledge about them, languages and histories. For information subject to study, benefited from the Works of poets belonging to Ersari tribes and collections of dialect which done in cities and villages. Afghanistan Turkmen literature based on poetry. There is almost no prose Works. Effects of Uzbek languages could be seen clearly on Works of Turkmen poets. Schools in Afghanistan, taught mainly Persian and Pashto also Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Tajiki. Many words enter to Afghanistan Turkmen Turkish from especially Arabic and Persian. When examining Afghanistan Turkmen language, influence of Uzbek Turkish should be considered specially. Afghanistan Ersaris language in some places leave from Turkmen Ersaris language in terms of shape and suffix.

Milletlerin bugünkü konumlarını devam ettirebilmeleri ve geleceğe yön vermeleri, ilmî fikrî temele dayanan kültür mirasına sahip çıkmaları, bunları gelecek nesillere doğru ve tam olarak aktarmaları ile mümkündür. Kültür mirasının en önemli unsurlarından birisi de alanında iyi yetişmiş tarihte iz bırakan ilim, fikir ve düşünce adamlarıdır. Bu anlamda Türk-İslâm tarihine bakıldığında toplumsal hayatta öne çıkan ulemâ ve mutasavvıflardan oluşan pek çok mümtaz şahsiyetin ön planda olduğu görülmektedir. XVIII. Yüzyıl'da yaşayan, Orta Asya temsilcilerinden bir kabul edilen Abdullah Nidâî Kâşgarî bunlardan biridir. kökenli Nakşibendîliğin İstanbul'daki en önemli temsilcilerinden bir kabul edilen Abdullah Nidâî Kâşgarî bunlardan biridir. Tasavvufî düşüncenin etkin olduğu bir çevrede yetişen Osmanlı dönemi mutasavvıflarından Abdullah Nidaî Kâşgarî, tasavvufun hem teorik hem pratik meseleleri üzerine muhtelif görüşler beyan etmiştir. Nakşibendiyye tarîkatının Kâsâniyye koluna mensup olup, inanç ve fikir açısından Kur'ân ve sünnet çizgisinde bir hayat yaşamıştır. Eserleri, fikirleri ve dîni hizmetleri ile geniş halk kitleleri üzerinde etkili olmuş önemli bir şahsiyettir. Abdullah Nidâî Kâşgarî'nin hayatı eserleri ve tasavvufî düşüncelerini ele aldığımız bu makale, bir giriş üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde Abdullah Nidâî Kâşgarî'nin hayatı, tasavvufa intisâbiyeti, silsilesi yaptığı seyahatleri ve hizmetlerine yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde eserleri ve eserlerinin kütüphanelerimizde bulunan muhtelif nüshaları tanıtılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde onun Nakşibendî tarîkatını esas alan, tasavvufa dair muhtelif görüşleri ele alınmıştır. One of the major factors of cultural heritage is the intellectual people who are sophisticated and leave a trace in history. When we look the Islam history we may see that there is so little characters who have an identity socially and high quality of knowledge. Abdullah Nidai Kasgari who comes from Central Asia and lives 18th Century is accepted as one of the most important representative of Naqshbandi in İstanbul. Abdullah Nidai Kasgari, who was brought up in an environment where the mystic thought was prevailing is one of the sufis of the Ottoman Times made many statements and declared opinions on both the practical issues and theoretical issues of Islamic mysticism. He is a member of the Kasaniyye branch of the Naqshbandiyye dervish order, and he lead a life according to the Holly Koran and the Sunnah in terms of belief and opinions. He is a person whose writings, opinions, and religious services were influential on a vast majority of publicThis article which includes the Life, works and Abdullah Nidai Kasgari's viewson sufism, consists of three parts. The sample of this descriptive study includes 360 children hospitalized in the Gaziantep Pediatric Hospital. Inclusion criteria: with an acute or chronic disease, without any psychiatric disease diagnosis, at least 3 days of hospitalization, willing to participate in the study, 6-12 years old children. “Personal Data Form” and “psychosocial symptoms identification scale in the hospitalized children” scales were used to collect the characteristics data of the patients. Data were evaluated by t test and Kruskal Wallis test. Results. The average age of the children was 8.8±2.0, 56.9% of the children were male, 62.2% of them hospitalized in two or more hospitals. The psychosocial symptoms were more common among the children: -having a poor family whose income is less than expenditure, -living in village,-not going school-having 2 brothers/sisters, having an urinary or endocrine disease, hospitalized for more than 15 days, having a psychiatric symptom history. Conclusion. In conclusion, it is important to pay more attention to the children especially: -having a psychiatric symptom history, -experiencing disease symptoms for a long period,-hospitalized in two or more hospitals, -living in a poor socioeconomic status. According to the study, we emphase that the hospitalized children should be evaluated in terms of their psychosocial status., ÖzetAmaç. Araştırma, bir çocuk hastanesinde yatan 6-12 yaş çocuklarda psikososyal semptomların incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem. Tanımlayıcı nitelikteki bu araştırmanın örneklemini, Gaziantep Çocuk Hastanesi’nde yatmakta olan, akut veya kronik bir hastalık tanısı almış ve herhangi bir psikiyatrik hastalık tanısı almamış, en az üç gündür hastanede yatan, çalışmaya katılmaya istekli, 6-12 yaş grubundaki 360 çocuk oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında hastaların tanıtıcı özelliklerini belirleyen “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve “Hastanede Yatan Çocuklar İçin Psikososyal Semptomları Tanılama Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Veriler t testi ve Kruskal Wallis testle değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular. Yaş ortalaması 8,8±2,0 olan çocukların, %56,9’u erkek, %62,2’si iki ve daha fazla sayıda hastanede yatmıştır. Ailesinin geliri giderinden az olan, köyde yaşayan, okula gitmeyen, iki kardeşi olan, üriner sistem ve endokrin sistemle ilgili hastalığı olan, 15 günden daha fazla süredir hastanede yatan ve psikiyatrik belirti öyküsü olan çocuklarda psikososyal semptomların daha fazla görüldüğü belirlenmiştir. Sonuç. Sonuç olarak özellikle psikiyatrik semptom öyküsü olan, uzun süredir hastalık semptomları yaşayan, iki ve daha fazla hastaneye yatma öyküsü olan ve sosyoekonomik durumu yetersiz çocuklara dikkat edilmesinin önemine vurgu yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma "The use of tablet PC and interactive board from the perspectives of teachers and students: evaluation of the FATİH project." paralel adıyla İngilizce de yayınlanmıştır., Bu çalışmanın temel amacı FATİH projesinin yürütüldüğü okullardaki katılımcı paydaşların (öğretmen ve öğrenci) bakış açısından projenin bir değerlendirilmesini yapmaktır. Proje kapsamında dağıtılan etkileşimli tahta ve tablet bilgisayarların öğretmen ve öğrenciler tarafından hangi amaçlarla ve ne sıklıkla kullanıldığı, pilot uygulamada ortaya çıkan sorun ve eksikliklerin neler olduğu incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda Samsun, Yozgat, Kayseri ve İzmir illerinde pilot okul olarak seçilen 11 okulda projeye katılan öğretmen ve öğrencilerin görüşleri; anketler, yarı yapılandırılmış mülakatlar, sınıf içi gözlemler ve odak grup görüşmelerle toplanmış olup karma araştırma yöntemi prensiplerine göre analiz edilmiştir. Bulgulara göre etkileşimli tahta ile ilgili genel olarak olumlu bir tutum ve belirli oranda bir kullanım var iken, tablet bilgisayarların kullanımı çok düşük düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Teknolojik sorunların yanı sıra içeriklerin eksik olması ve öğretmenlerin proje kapsamında sağlanan teknolojilerin kullanımı konusunda pedagojik ve mesleki yönden desteğe ihtiyaç duydukları çalışmanın önemli bulgularındandır.

Bu çalışma fen bilimlerinde yüksek lisans yapan fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin bilimsel süreç becerileri ve bu becerilerin kazandırılması hakkındaki görüşlerini almak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden fenomenoloji (olgu bilim) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Amasya Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü’nde yüksek lisans yapan ve zorunlu ders döneminde olan beş kişi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat formu kullanılmıştır. Mülakattan elde edilen veriler NVIVO 9.0 programında kodlanarak anlamlı hale getirilmiştir. Mülakat bulgularının analizine göre; bilimsel süreç becerilerinin laboratuvar derslerinde kazandırıldığı, bu becerilerinin kazandırılmasında en çok laboratuvar yöntemi ve deney tekniği kullanıldığı, bu becerilerin kazanılması durumunda insanların yaşamlarının kolaylaştığı, karşılaştıkları problemleri daha iyi çözdükleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğrencilere bilimsel süreç becerilerinin kazandırılmasında deney yapmanın, araştırmanın, sorgulamanın, gözlem yapmanın ve proje geliştirmenin önemli olduğunu dile getirdiklerinden dolayı öğretmenler özellikle fen ve teknoloji derslerinde deney, araştırma sorgulama, gözlem, proje gibi etkinliklerle ders işlemeye daha fazla önem vermelidirler.

Öğretmen eğitimi Türk Milli Eğitim sisteminin en önemli sorun alanlarından birisidir. Bunun nedeni ise, yüzyılı aşkın bir zamandır, istikrarlı bir öğretmen yetiştirme politikasının geliştirilememesidir. Farklı zamanlarda, farklı öğretmen yetiştirme modelleri denenmiştir. Bu modellerden biri de, pedagojik formasyon kurslarıdır. Pedagojik formasyon kursları, kimi zaman kaldırılmış kimi zaman ise kurtarıcı olarak görülmüştür. Ama şu bir gerçektir ki, öğretmen yetiştirme meselesi bir sorun olmaya devam etmektedir. Bu araştırma, Amasya Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Pedagojik Formasyon Eğitimi Sertifika programına devam eden öğrencilerin pedagojik formasyona ilişkin sahip oldukları algıları, metaforlar yardımıyla ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden "olgu bilim" kullanılmıştır. Bu amaç için öğrencilerden almakta oldukları pedagojik formasyon eğitimine ilişkin metafor üretmeleri istenmiştir. Araştırmanın katılımcılarını, Amasya Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Pedagojik Formasyon Sertifika programına devam eden 154 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada, öğretmen adaylarından "Pedagojik formasyon.... gibidir, Çünkü;........." şeklinde anket doldurmaları istenmiştir. Araştırma sonunda, katılımcılar pedagojik formasyona ilişkin olarak toplam 36 adet geçerli metafor üretmişler ve toplamda 3 farklı kategoride metafor ortaya çıkmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen metaforlar 3 kategoride toplanmaktadır; olumsuz, olumlu ve nötr metaforlar. Olumsuz önemli metaforların; zorunluluk, boşa harcanmış zaman, eziyet, özlem, yetersizlik, zahmet ve para olarak sıralandığı görülmektedir. Olumlu önemli metaforların; hazırlık, umut, ekonomik özgürlük ve annelik olarak sıralandığı görülmektedir. Nötr metaforların ise; ön şart, psikoloji ve ilk adım şeklinde sıralandığı görülmektedir Teacher training is one of the major problem areas of the Turkish National Education system. The reason for this is a time when more than a century, for not developing a consistent policy of teacher education. Teacher training models were tested at different times. One of these models is the pedagogical formation courses. Pedagogical formation courses are sometimes removed. Pedagogical formation courses is sometimes seen as a savior. But this is a fact that continues to be a problem with the issue of teacher training. This research’s aim is to reveal the students perceptions who continue Pedagogical Formation Program in Amasya University Faculty of Education about pedagogical formation training with the help of metaphors. Phenomenologic method was used in the study. A total of 154 students from Education Faculty of Amasya University who proceed Pedagogical Formation Program participated in the study. Participants completed the prompt “Formation is like . . . because ...” by focusing on one metaphor. According to the results, 36 personal metaphors and 3 conceptual categories, based on the participants’ metaphorical images, were identified. Collected from the survey metaphors in 3 categories: negative metaphors, positive metaphors and neutral metaphors. Important negative metaphors, of necessity, wasted time, suffering, longing, failure, trouble, and money is ranked as. Mir Hamza Nigârî, hem Türkçe hem de Farsça ile şiirler yazmış Azerbaycan asıllı mistik bir şairdir. Nigârî 1805'te seyyit bir ailenin oğlu olarak Azerbaycan'ın Zengezur kasabasının Cicimli köyünde dünyaya gelmiş; Şeki ve Şamahı kentlerinde eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra, Kafkasya'da hızla yayılan Nakşibendiye'nin Halidiye koluna katılmak amacıyla Harput'a gitmiştir. Harput'ta bu tarikatın o devirdeki şeyhi İsmail Şirvanî'ye intisab edip Nakşîliğin Halidiye kolundan Mevlana Halid-i Bağdadî'ye bağlanmış olarak Karabağ'a dönmüş, daha sonra bir süre Sivas'a gidip gelmek zorunda kalmıştır. Ruslar Dağıstan'ı işgal ettiğinde Nigârî, İsmail Şirvânî ile birlikte Sivas'a dönmüş ve daha sonra Amasya'ya yerleşmekte ona eşlik etmiştir. Konya'da Mevlana türbesini ziyaret etmiş, Mekke'ye gidip hacı olmuş, o yıl İsmail Şirvânî adına Nakşîbendiliği yaymak için Karabağ'a dönmüştür. Osmanlılar ile Ruslar arasında savaş patlak verdiğinde, Nigârî Osmanlılar tarafında mücadeleye girmiş ve Kars'ı savunanlar içinde onun müritleri de yer almıştır. Daha sonra Amasya ve çevresindeki âlimlerle görüş ayrılıkları yüzünden sürülen şair, savaştan sonra İstanbul, Erzurum gibi yerleri ziyaret etmiş ve Harput'a zorunlu ikamete mecbur kalmıştır. Orada ölmüş ve müritlerinin onun için inşa ettiği caminin yanında Amasya'da toprağa verilmiştir. Onun Farsça şiirleri Mevlana, Câmî ve Hafız etkisinde iken Türkçe olan divanı Fuzûlî etkisindedir ve vasat kalitededir. Bu çalışma, yukarıda özellikleri sayılan Nigârî ile herkesçe tanınan Fuzûlî arasındaki benzerlikleri tespit etmekte, yani benzer şiirleri, nazireleri ortaya koymaktadır. Mir Hamza Nigârî, Sufi and poet from Azerbaijan, who wrote in both Persian and Turkish . Seyyid Mîr Hamza Nigârî was born in Cicimli village of Zengezur town, Azerbaijan, in 1805 as a son of a seyyid family. After completing his education in the towns of Şeki and Şamahı in Şirvan, Nigârî set out for Harput in order to join the Hâledi branch of the Nakşibendi Sufi order, which was then spreading rapidly in the Caucasus. From Harput he proceeded to Sivas, then returned to Karabağ with İsmail Şirvânî, a successor of Mavlânâ Hâlid-i Bağdâdî, eponym of the Nakşibendiye Halidiye. When the Russians invaded Dağıstan, Nigârî returned to Sivas together with İsmâil Şirvânî, and then accompanied him to Amasya. After visiting Rumi's tomb in Konya and performing the pilgrimage to Mecca, he returned to Karabâğ to propagate Nakşibendiye-Halidiye Sufism on behalf of İsmail Şirvânî. At the outbreak of war between the Ottomans and the Russians, Nigârî led his followers to Kars to fight on the side of the Ottomans. After the war, he lived in turn in Erzurum, Istanbul, and Amasya, teaching at Amasya, until a difference of opinion with the local mufti compelled him to leave for Harput, where he died. He was buried in Amasya next to the mosque that his followers had been building for him. His Turkish verse is influenced by the poetry of Fuzûlî. This study describes the similarities between Fuzûlî with Nigârî. Namely, it is engaged to determine similar poems. (Nazirs).

The purpose of this study is to present a model for the manufacturers aimed at specifying consumer characteristics through investigating the behaviors of pregnant women in purchasing clothes. The population of the research conducted the scanning method consists of 37245 pregnant women who live in Adana and gave birth in 2009. Research samples, on the other hand, include 106 pregnant women participants who were selected via multistage sampling. For the study, interviews were used as the data collection tool. The results of the study showed that the participant needed their first maternity clothes in their 6th and 5th month. The number of maternity clothes purchased during the pregnancy ranged from 3 to 9 items. According to pregnant women's opinions about the sizes of the shirts they purchased: the clothes had a "tightness" problem for 63.2% of participants in abdominal width. Throughout pregnancy, the pregnant women said the most necessary clothing type was shirts and tops, and the most comfortable ones were pants or skirts. As a result of this research, a sample model based on the findings which is thought to help improve consumer satisfaction about maternity wear has been suggested.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, "Gülibik" adlı yazınsal nitelikli çocuk edebiyatı yapıtındaki devrik tümcelerin varlığını belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, "Gülibik" adlı yapıttaki kurallı ve devrik tümceler, içerik çözümlemesi tekniği ile incelenmiştir. Yapıtta belirlenen tümce sayısı tam olarak 997'dir. Bulgular incelendiğinde, yapıttaki kurallı tümce sayısı 597 (% 60.12) olmasına karşın devrik tümce sayısının 400 (yaklaşık % 40) olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Bulgulara göre, "Gülibik" adlı yapıttaki devrik yapılarda eylemden sonra en fazla geçen tür, "ad" 262 (% 49.15)'tir. Bunu sırasıyla "adıl" 105, "belirteç" 86, "önad" 46, "ilgeç" 29, "ünlem" 5 izlemektedir. Aynı zamanda, eylemden sonra kullanılan öğe sayısına göre "bir öğenin bulunduğu tümce" en fazla 305 (% 76.25) olmak üzere sırasıyla "iki öğenin bulunduğu tümce" 67 (% 16.75), "üç öğenin bulunduğu tümce" 18 (% 4.5), "dört öğenin bulunduğu tümce" 10 (% 2.5) olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuçta, kurallı tümcelerle devrik tümcelerin iç içe verilmesi, anlatıma canlılık katmıştır. Yapıtın dili, devrik tümcelerle konuşma diline yakın bir biçimde kullanılmıştır. Bu durum, yapıtın anlatım gücünü daha çok etkilemiştir The purpose of this study is to determine the existence of inverted sentences in a child literature book called “Gülibik”, which has literary quality. For this reason, the sentences in the book called “Gülibik” were investigated with content analysis technique. The number of the sentences determined in the book is exactly 997. The findings revealed that the number of inverted sentences in the book is 400 (about 40 %) while the number of regular sentences in the book is 597 (60.12 %). According to the findings, the mostly mentioned genre in the inverted sentences in the book called “Gülibik” after the verbs is noun with 49.15 % (N=262). "Pronoun” 105, “adverb” 86, “adjective” 46, “particle” 29, “interjection” 5 follows this, respectively. Moreover, according to the number of items in the sentences, there are mostly “the sentence with one item” with 305 (%76.25). After that, there are mostly “the sentence with two item” with 67, “the sentence with three item” with 18, and “the sentence with four item” with 10, respectively. In conclusion, the use of regular sentences and inverted sentences together provides more effective expression. The language of the book is used approximate to oral language with inverted sentences. In other words, inverted sentences narration, text, effectively increasing the value of the feeling made it. An expression of preference after the action brought words, the text has added a different mood and thoughts. Thus, it can be concluded that the feelings and ideas that are desired to be sensed saved the expression from monotony from the syntactic aspect with the use of inverted sentences in the expression. This situation has greatly affected the structure of the narrative power

Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim 6., 7. ve 8. sınıf fen ve teknoloji dersinin öğrencilerin girişimcilik becerileri üzerine etkisine dair fen ve teknoloji öğretmenlerin görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışmada olgu bilim yöntemi kullanılmış ve veriler 8 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Amasya ilinde görev yapmakta olan 5 fen ve teknoloji öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında elde veriler NVIVO 9 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre öğretmenlerin, girişimcilik kavramı ile ilgili yeterli bilgiye sahip olmadıkları, dolayısıyla öğrencilerine girişimcilik becerisi kazandırma konusunda farklı anlayış ve uygulamalara sahip oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bununla birlikte, öğrenci merkezli öğretim yöntem ve tekniklerinin girişimcilik becerisini geliştirmede etkili olacağı yönünde ortak görüşe sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda, öğretmenlere girişimcilik becerisi ile ilgili ortak bir anlayış geliştirilmesi adına zümre toplantılarının daha işlevsel hale getirilmesi ve olumlu uygulamaların yaygınlaştırılması için gerekli çalışmaların yapılması önerilmektedir. The purpose of this study was to determine the views of science and technology teachers about the effects of 6th, 7th and 8th grade science and technology courses on students’ entrepreneurship skills. In the study, phenomenographic method was used and data were collected through a semi-structured interview method with 8 questions. 5 science and technology teachers, who were working in the province of Amasya, participated in this research. The obtained data were analyzed with the NVIVO 9 software. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that teachers did not have enough knowledge about entrepreneurship concept, so that they had different understanding and practices to gain their students the entrepreneurial skills. However, it was identified that teachers having a common vision about student-centered teaching methods and techniques were effective in developing entrepreneurial skills. At the end of the study, to develop a collective mentality about entrepreneurship skills, it was recommended to the teachers that class meetings should be made more functional and more studies should be required for the dissemination of good practices.

Tasavvuf, dinî bir yapıdır. Tasavvuf, bireyin öz varlığını terbiye etmesini sağlayan bir müessesedir. Genellikle "mistisizm" kavramı ile birlikte anılır. Hatta bazen bu kavramın yerine kullanılır. Bu iki unsur birbirlerinin yerine kullanılıyor olsalar da kavram karşılıkları ve işlevleri bakımından birbirlerinden ayrıldıkları görülür. Mistisizmin dünyaya yönelik akılcı yaklaşımı karşısında tasavvufun doğrudan Allah'a yönelik teslimiyetçi yönü iki kavramı temelde birbirinden ayırır. Dolayısıyla tasavvufu bir "din felsefesi" olarak kabul etmek ve akılla doğrudan ilişkilendirmek de bu açıdan doğru bir yaklaşım olmayabilir. Bu araştırma, Amasya Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Türkçe Öğretmenliği Bölümüne devam eden öğrencilerin tasavvufa ilişkin sahip oldukları amaçlamaktadır. İnsanlar, kavramsal olarak izah etmekte zorlandığı olguları benzetmeler ve mecazlar yoluyla cisimlendirmeye ve bu şekilde duyu organlarının algılama eşiğine indirgeyerek anlamlandırmaya çalışırlar. İnancın soyut yapısı madde üzerinden izah edildiğinde; gündelik yaşamdan aşina oldukları nesnelerle ilgileri kurulduğunda bireyler için daha kabullenilebilir bir yapı ortaya çıkmaktadır. Öğretmen adayının Türkçe eğitiminin konularından birini teşkil eden tasavvufi metinler karşısındaki tavrı bu yönüyle anlamlıdır Sufism is a religious building. Sufism is an establishment in educating the individual himself. Sufism is referred to with the concept of mystery. This concept is used in its place. The two concepts are different. Sufism is not a religion of philosophy. This research’s aim is to reveal the students perceptions who continue Turkish Language Teacher Training Program in Amasya University Faculty of Education about sufism with the help of metaphors. Man embodies the events which are conceptually expressed with difficulty by means of imageries and metaphors. Via this method they make sense of them by minimizing the perception thresh old of sense organs. Upon explaining the concretes tructure of the belief in terms of material, more acceptable structure emerges for individuals when associated with the familiar objects from daily life. The attitude of prospective teachers towards sufistic text which constitued the one of the subjects of Turkish training in meaningful in this sense. Phenomenologic method was used in the study. A total of ninety five students from Education Faculty of Amasya University who proceed Turkish Language Teacher Training Program participated in the study. Participants completed the prompt “Formation is like . . . because ...” by focusing on one metaphor. According to the results, forty eight personal metaphors and two conceptual categories, based on the participants’ metaphorical images, were identified. These categories defineted as a physical fact of sufism and as a transcendental fact of sufism

Interactive whiteboards (IWBs) are touch-sensitive new generation boards controlled by a computer that is connected to a digital projector (Saltan and Arslan, 2009). In many countries, teachers have begun to use this instructional tool in primary and high schools. In order to investigate teachers’ perceptions and acceptance towards IWBs, this case study was conducted in a primary school in Turkey. 34 teachers from different subject matters participated in the present study. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of three parts -- perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitude towards interactive white boards. Descriptive statistic was utilized to analyze the data. Mainly frequencies and percentages were run on the likert-type questions. Results showed that teachers found interactive whiteboard relatively easy to use and useful, in addition they had a positive attitude toward the IWB. However means of the perceived ease of use and attitude toward IWB is lower than perceived usefulness., Öğretmenlerin etkileşimli tahtaya yönelik algıları: Bir durum çalışması. Etkileşimli tahtalar bir bilgisayar tarafından kontrol edilen ve görüntünün bir projektör aracılığıyla yansıtıldığı yeni nesil dokunmatik tahtalardır (Saltan ve Arslan, 2009). Türkiye’de son yıllarda bu eğitim aracı, ilköğretimde ve lisede kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Öğretmenlerin etkileşimli tahtaya karşı algılarını ve kabullenmelerini ölçmek için bir ilköğretim okulunda bu durum çalışması yapıldı. Bu çalışmaya değişik branşlarda 34 öğretmen katıldı ve veri üç kısımdan oluşan bir anket aracılığıyla toplandı. Bu kısımlar; algılanan faydalılık, algılanan kullanım kolaylığı, ve etkileşimli tahtaya karşı tutum dan oluşmaktadır. Veri analizi betimleyici istatistik yönetimi kullanılarak yapıldı. Sonuçlar öğretmenlerin etkileşimli tahtayı faydalı ve kullanımını kolay bulduklarını göstermektedir. Ayrıca etkileşimli tahtaya karşı olan tutumlarının olumlu olduğu saptanmıştır. Fakat algılanan kullanım kolaylığı ve etkileşimli tahtaya karşı olan tutumun ortalamasının, algılanan yararlılığın ortalamasından düşük olduğu saptanmıştır.

Efsane türünün konu zenginliği beraberinde ortak bir tanım yapma güçlüğünü de getirir. Konularının çeşitliliği halkbilimi dışında pek çok farklı disiplinin ilgisini çeker. Her alanın efsaneyi kendi bakış, düşünüş ve algılayış biçimlerine göre tanımlamaları farklı yönlerini görmeleri sonucunu doğurmuştur. Bu sebeple efsane tanımları türün belirgin özelliklerinin sıralanması sureti ile yapılabilmektedir. Çünkü efsane aynı anda birden çok şeydir. Özellikle mitolojik kaynaktan beslenen ve oluşum-dönüşüm efsaneleri adı ile anılan şekil değişikliğine bağlı anlatmalar, geçmiş kültürel deneyimlerin bugünkü inanmalara yansımaları olmaları sebebiyle binlerce yıllık bir deneyimi ifade ederler. Bu şekilde ait oldukları toplumun yaşam serüveni içerisinde geçirdiği evreleri ve sahip oldukları değerlerin bugüne etkilerini yansıtırlar. Bu çalışmada, Amasya ilinde maddi izi bulunan ve halk tarafından tanınarak etrafında çeşitli pratikler oluşmuş olan 19 taş kesilme efsanesinin motif yapısının ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Alan/saha araştırması ile "yönlendirilmiş ve yönlendirilmemiş görüşme/mülakat" ve "gözlem" yöntemleri kullanılarak tespit edilen efsanelerin genellikle tarım arazileri dışında ve sarp bölgelerde bulunduğu görülür. Arazi yapısı içerisinde açıklanma hissi ve ihtiyacı uyandıracak şekilde topografik bir farklılık gösterirler. Bu sebeple çoğu zaman benzetme yoluyla anlamlandırılmaya çalışılırlar. Şekil değiştirme efsaneleri içerisinde taş kesilme anlatmaları, bir taşın, kayanın ya da dağın teşekkülünü ve menşeini izah ederler. Bu anlamda bildirme ve açıklama fonksiyonunu yerine getirmiş olurlar. Çalışmada yer alan ve tarafımızdan Amasya ili sınırları içerisinde derlenmiş 19 "taş kesilme efsanesi"nde istenmeyen bir durumdan kurtulmanın çareleri tükendiğinde, düşmana ya da istenilmeyene teslim olmaktansa taşa döndürülmeyi dileyerek, durumdan kurtulma dile getirilmektedir The wealth of topics of the the type of legends brings with the difficulity of making a common definition. Variety of topics except folklore interest many different disciplines. Each field’s definition of legend in accordance with its own view, thought and perception resulted in seeing different dimensions. For this reason, descriptions of legend can be made by sequencing the significant characteristics of the species. Because, legend is more than one thing at the same time. Narratives express thousands of years of experience that reason of reflections of past cultural experiences to present belief and especially they supplied from the mythological legends and named the aforementioned fed and formation of the shape of the change in the conversion. In this way, the stages in the adventure of life of the community to which they belong and they reflect the effects of the values they have today. In this study, to present 19 petrifaction which is located in the province of Amasya and the public recognition of the trail around the property that composed of several practices is aimed. Fixing legends generally located outside of farmland and steep areas. There stones exhibit topographical differences in the form of requiring explanation on the field. For this reason, they are tried to mean by analogy most of the time. Petrifaction legends tell the strain in a stone, rock or mountain formation, and they explained the origin. In this sense, the function of reporting and disclosure are fulfilled. In the study, when exhausted remedies to get rid of an unwanted situation of 19 petrifaction legends that compiled by us in the province of Amasya, it is mentioned converting to stone rather than surrender to the enemy or downgrade unwanted wishing to get rid of the unwanted situation status

Araştırmalar bilimin doğasını anlama konusunda ilköğretim öğrencilerinin yetersiz olduğunu göstermektedir. Son yıllarda yapılan çalışmalarda, bilimsel tartışmanın önemi üzerinde durulmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, fen ve teknoloji derslerinde ilköğretim öğrencilerinin bilimin doğasıyla ilgili kavramları anlama düzeylerine bilimsel tartışma yönteminin etkisini incelemektir. İlköğretimde sekizinci sınıf öğrencileriyle yapılan bu araştırmada yarı deneysel desen uygulanmıştır. İki yıl olarak planlanan çalışmada veri toplamak amacıyla bilimin doğası anketi ve önbilgi testi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 12.0 programından yararlanılmıştır. Bilimsel tartışma yönteminin uygulandığı gruplarla geleneksel yöntemin uygulandığı gruplar arasında öğrencilerin bilimin doğası ile ilgili kavramları anlama düzeyleri bakımından anlamlı fark olduğu belirlenmiştir (ilk uygulama $F1_{-48=8}$,032; p=0,007; ikinci uygulama $F_{1-34}$ =10,422; p=0,003). Bilimsel tartışma yöntemi, bilimin doğasının öğretimi için uygulanabilir bir yöntem olarak değerlendirilebilir. Researches showes that primary school students have insufficient understanding of the nature of science. Recent studies emphasise the importance of scientific argumentation. The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of argumentation on the levels of understanding of nature of science of primary school students in science lessons. Quasi experimental design was applied in this research which was studied with eighth grade students in primary school. Nature of science survey and pre-knowledge test were used for data gathering in this research which has been planned for two years. Data were analyzed with SPSS 12,0. Meaningful differences were found between argumentation based learning class and traditional learning class with respect to understanding levels of the nature of science (first practice $F1_{-48=8}$,032; p=0,007; second practice $F_{1-34}$ =10,422; p=0,003). Scientific argumentation method is suggested as a usable method to teach the nature of science.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, lise öğrencilerinin öğrenme stilleri ile cinsiyet, bilgisayar oyunu oynama durumu veöğrenim görülen lise türü değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. İlişkisel tarama modeline göredüzenlenen bu çalışmaya 3 ilden 4 farklı lise türünden 2295 öğrenci katılmıştır. Örneklemin seçiminde amaçlıörnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan öğrencilerin 892'si (%38.9) kız ve 1402'si (%61.1)erkektir. Araştırmada Kolb (1984) tarafından geliştirilen ve Aşkar ve Akkoyunlu (1993) tarafından Türkçeyeçevrilip geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılan Kolb Öğrenme Stili Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilenverilerin analizinde ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre,öğrencilerinin yarıdan fazlasının (%55,2) öğrenme stili değiştirendir. Öğrencilerin cinsiyetleri ve öğrenimgördükleri okul türü ile öğrenme stilleri arasındaki ilişki anlamlı çıkmıştır. Bununla birlikle, öğrencilerin en çokoynadıkları bilgisayar oyun türü ile öğrenme stilleri arasında anlamlı düzeyde bir ilişki olmadığı görülmüştür The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between high schools students’ learning styles andsome variables such as gender, playing computer games and type of high school. The method of this study wascorrelational research. In this context, 2295 students in 3 different provinces and 4 different type of high schoolparticipated in this study. Purposive sampling method was used to determine of participation. 892 (38.9%) ofthe participants were female and 1,402 (61.1%) were male. The Kolb Learning style inventory which wasdeveloped by Kolb in 1984 and translated in to Turkish by Aşkar and Akkoyunlu (1993) was administered in thisstudy. Chi-squared test was used to analyze obtained data. According to the results, more than half of surveyedhigh school students learning style were diverger. Besides, there are statistically significant differences betweennot only gender and learning styles but also type of school and learning styles. However, the relationshipbetween students’ learning style and their most played computer game type were not significant

Bu çalışmamızda Amasya ilinde eğitim durumu üzerinde coğrafi faktörlerin etkisinin hangi düzeyde olduğunu ortaya koymaya çalışılmıştır. Günümüz dünyasında milletlerin nüfuslarının artış oranları büyük önem taşımaktadır. Nüfus miktarları, dünya toplumları arasında süregelen amansız var olma mücadelesinde asla göz ardı edilmeyecek bir etkiye sahiptir. Elbette nüfusun artış oranının yanında nüfusun nitelikleri, özellikle de nüfusun eğitim durumunun ayrı bir önemi vardır. Nüfusun eğitim durumu, toplum kalkınmasının hızını belirlerken, toplumların gelişmişlik düzeyini de ortaya koyar. Başta okuryazarlık olmak üzere, eğitim kademeleri arasındaki öğrenci akışı da üzerinde hassasiyetle durulması gereken konulardandır. Bir coğrafyada nüfusun eğitim istatistiklerini her bakımdan etkileyen en önemli etkenler tereddütsüz coğrafi koşullardır. Bu çalışmamızda Amasya ilinde yapılan eğitim faaliyetleri üzerinde baskın olan coğrafi koşullar ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır In this paper, we aimed to introduce the level at which the geographical factors have an effect on the educational status in the province of Amasya. In today’s world of nations, the population growth rates are of great importance. Population density has a significant impact on the societies’ on-going struggle for survival. Naturally, besides the population growth rates, the qualifications and especially the educational status of the population have a crucial role. While the educational status of the population determines the pace of development, it exhibits the level of sophistication of a nation as well. The flow of the students through the educational grades and particularly the literacy are among the points that should be elaborately examined. The geographical conditions are precisely the major agents which influence the educational statistics of the population in all aspects. This study elaborates on the main geographical conditions effecting the education of the population in Amasya.

Bu çalışmada Fen ve Teknoloji Öğretmenlerinin Proje Tabanlı Öğretim Yöntemi (PTÖY) ile ilgili ihtiyaçlarının demografik özelliklerine göre nasıl bir dağılım gösterdiği nitel bir perspektiften ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma 2008-2009 eğitim öğretim yılında 14 Fen ve Teknoloji Öğretmeni ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Özel durum yönteminin kullanıldığı çalışmada öğretmenlerin demografik özelliklerini belirlemek için öğretmen profil anketi, ihtiyaçları belirlemek için ise yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin içerik analizi NVivo 9.0 paket programı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Mülakatların analizi sonucunda PTÖY ile ilgili tespit edilen 12 ihtiyaç, öğretmenlerin mesleki deneyimi, mezun olunan fakülte türü, hizmet içi eğitim alma durumu, proje hazırlama durumu, hazırlatılan proje türü ve görev yapılan okulun konumu değişkenlerine göre ele alınmıştır. İhtiyaçların çalışmada ele alınan değişkenlere göre çeşitli farklılıklar gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmış ve bu doğrultuda öneriler sunulmuştur. In this study, how the Science and Technology Teachers' needs related with the Project-Based Teaching Method (PBTM) shows a distribution according to the demographic characteristics will be examined as a qualitative perspective. The study was carried out with 14 Science and Technology teachers in 2008-2009 academic year. The teacher profile survey was used to determine the demographic characteristics of teachers and the semi-structured interview was used to determine the needs. The content analysis of the data obtained from the semi-structured interview was carried out by using Nvivo-9.0 software. The 12 needs, related with PPBTM which identified as a result of analysis of the interviews, discussed according to the some variables such as teachers’ professional experience, graduated faculty type, status of in-service training, the prepared project type and location of the school. As a result of the analyses made, it was concluded that the needs showed several differences accordingly variables which were taken into consideration. At the end of the study some suggestions were presented.

Stenolemus novaki Horváth, 1888, Holotrichius apterus Jakovlev, 1879, Holotrichius denudatus A. Costa, 1842, Holotrichius rotundatus Stål, 1874, Rhynocoris annulatus (Linnaeus, 1758), Rhynocoris transitus Hoberlandt, 1952, and Pygolampis bidentata (Goeze, 1778) are little known species from Turkey. Furthermore, Stenolemus novaki is recorded for the first time from Marmara and central Anatolia, and Pygolampis bidentata is recorded for the first time in the eastern Black Sea region. A revised list of Turkish Reduviidae species comprising 57 taxa is compiled. Amaç: Çalışmada idyopatik hirşutizm tanılı hastaların QT dispersiyonu açısından değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Metod: 28 İH hastası ve kontrol grubu olarak 35 sağlıklı kadın çalışmaya dahil edildi. Hastaların hormonal incelemeleri ile birlikte elektrokardiyografi (EKG) analizleri yapılarak QT dispersiyonları(QTd) ile düzeltilmiş QT(QTc) değerleri kullanılarak düzeltilmiş QT dispersiyon(QTcd) değerleri elde edilmiştir. Bulgular: İH ve kontrol hastalarının minimum QT (336±30; 337±32 ms), maksimum QT (358±30; 358±34 ms), minimum QTc (391 ± 24; 399 ± 25 ms); maksimum QTc (417 ± 24; 424 ± 26 ms), QTd (22±5; 21±7, P=0.6) ve QTcd (26 ± 6, 25 ± 9 ms, P= 0.7) değerleri arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamsızdı. Hirşutizm hastalarında açlık insülin, Homeostasis model assessment (HOMA) indeksi ve androjen düzeyleri anlamlı olarak yüksek saptandı. Sonuç: Hormonal ve metabolik bozukluklara rağmen İH hastalarında sağlıklı kadınlara göre anlamlı QT dispersiyonu saptanmamıştır Objective: Our study purposed to evaluate QT dispertion in idiopathic hirsutism (IH) patients. Method: Study included 28 IH patient and 35 healty women as control group. Patient's hormonal workups and electrocardiograms (ECG) analyzed and QT dispertion (QTd) and corrected QT dispertion (QTcd) values were calculated. Results: Minimum QT (336±30; 337±32 ms), maximum QT (358±30; 358±34 ms), minimum QTc (391 ± 24; 399 ± 25 ms); maximum QTc (417 ± 24; 424 ± 26 ms), QTd (22±5; 21±7, P=0.6) and QTcd (26 ± 6, 25 ± 9 ms, P= 0.7) values were not significantly different between IH and healthy women. Fasting insulin, Homeostasis model assessment (HOMA) index and androgen levels were significantly high in IH patients. Conclusion: Despite differences in hormonal and metabolic pattern, our data demonstrate no significant difference in ECG pattern in IH compared to healthy controls

The main aim of this study was to compare Grime’s strategies in 91 plant taxa occurring from the eastern to the western part of the central Black Sea region of northern Turkey (Samsun). To do this, 45 sample plots were taken from different community types (from swamp forests to halophytic communities), and the strategies of plant species were compared with each other. Many tree and shrub species present in Hacı Osman Forest, a protected swamp forest, exhibited a purely competitive (C) strategy; some other tree and shrub species exhibited secondary strategies such as competitive/competitive stress-tolerant (C/CS) and competitive/competitive ruderal (C/CR). The ecological features of Hacı Osman Forest and Galeriç Forest are similar, and species of either forest tended to adopt stress-tolerant strategies. Coastal dune species within the study area exhibited transient strategies. Finally, it was evaluated that the CSR classification model can be successfully applied to determine the responses of plant species to changing land use patterns and disturbance factors, even for woody shrub and tree species, although our data were not entirely consistent with Grime’s succession theory.
