Con el fin de contribuir a la investigación epidemiológica del Trastorno por Déficit de Atención con Hiperactividad-TDAH se analizaron las semejanzas y diferencias en los cuestionarios contestados por padres y maestros para la identificación de síntomas del TDAH en niños que acuden a consulta psicológica al Hospital Civil Fray Antonio Alcalde en Guadalajara, México. Padres y maestros de 168 niños (46 niñas, 122 niños, edad promedio de 8.2 años) contestaron respectivamente un cuestionario de 18 preguntas, estructurado a partir de los criterios diagnósticos para el TDAH propuestos en el DSM-IV. Como resultados, el análisis estadístico arrojó una concordancia moderada entre padres y maestros, observando diferencias significativas (p < 0.05) en 6 de los 18 reactivos. Los criterios concordantes se refieren, en su mayoría, a síntomas de desatención, mientras que las diferencias observadas tienen que ver con conductas asociadas a hiperactividad e impulsividad, con puntuaciones más altas otorgadas por parte de los padres. También se observó que al analizar en forma separada a niños y niñas no se encuentran diferencias significativas en la mayoría de las puntuaciones otorgadas a las niñas, mientras que las discrepancias son observadas principalmente en los puntajes otorgados a los niños, tanto de los primeros como de los últimos grados escolares, con mayores puntuaciones asignadas por los padres de familia. Se concluye que, efectivamente, tanto padres como maestros dan diferente significación a la conducta de los menores, dependiendo de su edad y su género, principalmente por su capacidad de control atencional y de su actividad motora, tanto en casa, como en la escuela. Background: In geriatric psychiatry, informant reports are often important due to cognitive problems and related impaired insight and judgment. Informant questionnaires to identify personality traits among older adults are sparse. The Dutch informant personality questionnaire (the HAP) is especially developed to address this need. The objective of this study is the psychometric evaluation of the HAP among older adults in the Netherlands and Belgium. Methods: We investigated the internal consistency, gender differences, the test-retest and inter-rater reliability, the factorial structure and the concurrent validity. Informants completed the HAP ratings of nursing home residents (n = 385) and elderly psychiatric patients (n = 204). Results: The internal consistency of the scales is good. Medium gender differences on three scales were found in the population Psychiatry. The inter-rater and test-retest reliability are good to excellent. There are significant similarities between a number of HAP scales and dimensions of the Big Five. The congruence between the factor structures in both samples is very high. We labeled the three factors externalizing/antagonistic, internalizing/neurotic, and compulsive. Conclusions: The HAP meets the need for validated and reliable informant instruments for personality assessment among older adults in geriatric psychiatry. The content scales of the questionnaire address traits of the premorbid personality. Therefore the HAP might be useful for personality assessment and selecting treatment options in mental health care and can be applied in scientific research in the area of personality aspects in late life.

In this study, we explored informant characteristics as determinants of parent-teacher disagreement on preschoolers' psychosocial problems. Teacher characteristics were included in the analyses, in addition to child and parent factors. Psychosocial problems of 732 4-year olds from a Norwegian community sample were assessed by parents and teachers (CBCL-TRF). Furthermore, teachers reported on their education, experience and relationship to the child. Parental stress and psychopathology were also measured. Teachers rated children considerably lower than their parents did, especially on internalizing problems. When teachers rated more child problems, this was strongly associated with conflict in the teacher-child relationship, which predicted disagreement more than other factors. The highest agreement was on boys' externalizing problems. Girls' behavior was rated much lower by teachers than boys' behavior compared to parents' ratings. Possible teacher perception biases are discussed, such as teacher-child conflict, non-identification of internalizing problems, and same-gender child preference.

The levels of agreement between self- and parent/proxy-reports of anxiety and depressive symptoms in pediatric epilepsy were evaluated. Data were drawn from 56 pairs of children with epilepsy and at least one parent. Anxiety symptoms were assessed using the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (SCARED), while depressive symptoms were assessed using the Mood and Feeling Questionnaire (MFQ). Moderate to substantial levels of agreement between raters when reporting various anxiety symptoms, such as panic/somatic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, social phobia, and school phobia symptoms, were observed. Levels of agreement between raters were substantial when reporting depressive symptoms. However, levels of agreement differed if raw or criterion-referenced questionnaires' scores were used. In case of using raw questionnaire scores, substantial agreements appeared when reporting overall anxiety and depressive symptoms. On the other hand, moderate agreements appeared when reporting particular anxiety symptoms with raw questionnaire scores or when using criterion-referenced scores that indicate the presence of certain symptoms in a clinical range. Therefore, it is advisable to include both raters when assessing anxiety and depressive symptoms in pediatric epilepsy.

Šiame magistro darbe tyrinėjamos augalų pavadinimų žodinės asociacijos lietuvių ir baltarusių kalbomis, kurios kyla perskaičius tam tikrų augalų pavadinimus. Asociaciniame eksperimente dalyvavo 102 informantai: 52 lietuvių ir 50 baltarusių tautybės. Jiems buvo pateiktas 20 augalų pavadinimų sąrašas: ąžuolas, eglė, liepa, rožė, tulpė, kaštonas, klevas, beržas, šermukšnis, žibutė, erškėtrožė, tuopa, obelis, kriaušė, pušis, nendrė, gvazdikas, lelija, gluosnis, ramunė. Magistro darbo tikslas – aprašyti, kokias asociacijas sukelia apibrėžtos teminės grupės žodžiai-stimulai, t.y. augalų pavadinimai, ir nagrinėti žodines asociacijas psicholingvistiniu ir etnolingvistiniu aspektais. Žodinės asociacijos nagrinėjamos pagal tokius parametrus: asociacijų turinį, asociacijų santykį su žodžiu-stimulu, asociacijų dažnumo charakteristiką, asociacijų loginį ir gramatinį kriterijų. Tyrimui pasirinkti tokie metodai: anketavimas, lyginamasis ir aprašomasis. Atlikus analizę, paaiškėjo, kad abiejų tautybių informantų atsakymuose vyrauja daiktavardinės asociacijos, žodžiai-stimulai ir asociatai daugiausia susiję paradigminiais santykiais. Pastebėta, kad augalų pavadinimai dažniausiai sukelia vienažodes asociacijas. Ne visos asociacijos buvo logiškai motyvuotos ir pagrįstos, tačiau tokias asociacijas dažniausiai vartojo abiejų tautų mokyklinio amžiaus vaikai. One hundred two people took part in this associative experiment: 52 Lithuanian and 50 Belarusian nationality. The objective of the study is to compare the differences in the use of language, which arise from social and psychic factors. The verbal association are studied by the following parameters: the contents of the association, the relationship of association with the word-stimulant, the character of the frequency of associations, and the logic and grammatical criterion of the associations. The following methods were chosen for the study: questioning, comparison and description. The study demonstrated that in the answers off two nationality of informants nouns prevail, and the words-stimulants and the association are mostly connected with paradigmatic relations. It was noticed that the plant names most often trigger one-word associations. Not all associations have been substantiated in a logical and reasonable, but such associations in both nations used mostly school-age children. Reflexive criticism focused its attention on writing texts, neglecting the experience of observation, on which the practice of field research is built, and it rarely paid attention to the experience of researchers. The triple relationship established between the anthropologist, the world and the “other” reveals the deep interrelation between the three levels of this “complex isotopy”. This essay addresses the problem of how a person can interact with another within the ethnographic practice. Ethnographic research doesn’t consist only in dialogues but also in bodily experiences that have a key role in the production of ethnographic representations. Experiential anthropologists believe that we must reflect on the knowledge that is produced, by participating actively in the performances that is being executing, permeating in the field research, physically experiencing it and being able to find in ourselves those meanings otherwise inaccessible.

Истраживач и саговорник (казивач, информатор, информант) су кључне речи теренског дискурса, а њихова интеракција – кључни проблем теренске праксе етнолога и антрополога. Рад има за циљ да размотри улоге истраживача и саговорника, као и карактеристике односа који се између њих успоставља у истраживачком процесу. Однос истраживача и његових саговорника на терену веома је осетљив, оптерећен бројним проблемима трансфера (преноса) и контратрансфера (против преноса). A researcher and his/hers informants stand as the key players in a fieldwork discourse, thus their interaction is a key problem of fieldwork performed by eth­nologists and anthropologists. This paper aims to shed light on the roles of a researcher and informants and their mutually sustainable relationship formed in a research process. This fieldwork based relationship is very sensitive, burdened by many problems related to transfer and counter-transfer set about for a researcher to analyze and keep under control at all times. The notion of transfer was introduced into psychotherapy by Freud, but it is applicable as well onto all other human interactions. During the course of a fieldwork, informants can transfer a variety of feelings, thoughts and fantasies upon a researcher, who may or may not resemble some special persons from the informants' respective lives hence influencing the informants' behavior accordingly. A positive transfer is beneficial, as it tends to 'open up' the informant, while the negative one manifests in the informant's resistance toward cooperation, hiding of important information and so on. On the other hand, the actual appearance of an informant, his/hers behavior and accounts could also trigger various emotional, often subconscious, counter-transfer reactions. In this sense, a counter-transfer is a transfer by a researcher toward his/hers informants. For example, informants could, in their accounts, by saying this or that stir a researcher's negative associations and thus provoke counter-transfers with negative connotations (avoidance of particular informant, cessation of conversation, disinterest in informants' subjects, lack of empathy etc). This is why a researcher has to keep under control his/hers potential counter-transfer expressions; uncontrolled manifestation could cause various problems and burden the research process furthermore.

This article describes the process adopted by UTEQ in order to accomplish the Institutional Self-Assessment previous to the external review on its way to be acredited according to CONEA requirements. Procedures are outlined in detail and its impacts on the fulfillment of standards in the process of Self-Assessment and the External Review processes performed by the university. The results obtained shown the importance of this process in the built of the university’s quality, with the participation of all its members. En este artículo se expone el proceso adoptado por la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo, para cumplir con la Autoevaluación Institucional previa a la Evaluación Externa, en el camino de su acreditación, según los requerimientos del Consejo Nacional de Evaluación y Acreditación Ecuatoriano (CONEA). Se describen los procedimientos en detalle y sus consecuencias sobre el cumplimiento de estándares en el proceso de Autoevaluación y en el proceso de Evaluación Externa, cumplidos por la universidad. Los resultados logrados evidencian la importancia del proceso en la construcción de la calidad universitaria, con la participación de todos los actores universitarios.

Straipsnio objektas – Norberto Vėliaus užrašytos tautosakos rinkiniai, saugomi Lietuvių literatūros ir tautosakos institute. Darbo tikslas – ištirti ir nustatyti rankraščių vidinę sandarą, siekiant juose užčiuopti kokią nors tautosakos rinkėjo ir jos pateikėjo tarpusavio santykių refleksiją. Straipsnio autorės nuomone, N. Vėliaus sudaryti tautosakos rinkiniai yra dar toli gražu neišsemti šaltiniai įvairiems daugialypės lietuvių tradicinės kultūros aspektams tirti. Be jo ranka užfiksuotos pačios tautosakos, tautosakos perteikėjų pristatymas atveria plačią XX a. antrosios pusės folklorinės kultūros panoramą: nuo ideologinės laiko diktato refleksijos iki iš pačios pažemės iškeliamo "mažojo" tautosakos žmogaus portreto. Straipsnio autorė, remdamasi atlikta rankraščių analize, teigia, kad N. Vėliaus vidinė inteligencija ir besąlygiška tolerancija pašnekovui leidžia matyti rinkėją ir pateikėją kaip lygiaverčius kultūrinius partnerius. Anot straipsnio autorės, beveik visai N. Vėliaus užrašytai tautosakai ir jų rinkiniams būdinga retai pasitaikanti vidinė jų turinio dermė, kai gebėta ir laikytis nustatyto tautosakos rinkinio žanrinio kanono, ir nuolat atnaujinti jį individualiais kūrybiniais sumanymais. Straipsnio autorė daro išvadą, kad bendras rankraščių kontekstas rodo, jog N. Vėlius buvo ne tik sąžiningas ir reto darbštumo tautosakos metraštininkas, bet ir nepamainomas tautosakos rinkimo vadybos meistras. Iš esmės visa N. Vėliaus tautosakos rinkimo veikla, anot straipsnio autorės, turėjo dar vieną slaptą paskirtį – pakloti tvirtą pamatą jo teorinėms studijoms. Norbertas Vėlius was the famous scholar and cultural figure, folklorist. One part of his heritage comprises a large folklore collection, consisting of over 30 000 folklore pieces that Vėlius had recorded by hand, preserved at the Institute of Lithuanian Literature and Folklore and hardly ever so far properly investigated. This huge corpus of materials consists of over 120 separate manuscripts. This time the author of the article was not so much interested in the collected folklore itself or in its quality, as her main focus was on the almost never hitherto investigated specifics of work by the folklore collector and also by the compiler of the folklore collection, or rather, on the laboratory of such work developed in the second half of the 20th century. Therefore the analysis of these manuscripts was based on descriptive, interpretative and partly, on analytical method, pursuing just one aim, namely, to analyze and establish the inner structure of the manuscripts with regards to the folklore collection as a separate research genre with its definite canon of compiling, as well as attempting to grasp certain reflection of the relationship between the folklore collector and his informant. The author concluded, that manuscript collections by N. Vėlius not only present a vivid and unprejudiced image of the folklore informant, but also reveal entirely new perspective of the interrelationship between two main actors in making the folklore collection, i.e. the collector and the informant, as a meeting of two equal sides of cultural dialogue.

The institute of informants has a central place in the corpus of conspiratorial methods of fighting against crime. It is a method of police infiltration into criminal surroundings by making some kind of partnership or cooperation with different categories of people. The main characteristic of this partnership and cooperation is secrecy. It can be said that this method of police work is, above all, the method for collecting important information in order to fight and, more importantly, prevent criminal actions. This method is very simple but, at the same time, very controversial, delicate and subtle. Having in mind the importance of informer in police work, there is a feeling that this problem does not get all the necessary attention it deserves, both in theoretical and in practical sense, as well as in normative sense, especially in our country. Essentially, informers are operational and tactical institute which is used outside the formal criminal procedure, most frequently by the police, and, as such it is outside the boundaries of law, which does not closely define it. Comparative studies show that in other countries this problem is regulated in more detail, especially in the USA. The institute of informer has achieved a new quality in recent years, especially evidence quality in fighting organized crime. The objective of our work is, as much as it is possible, to theoretically and practically examine the institute of informer, to provide answers for certain ambiguities related to it, especially in light of modern tendencies in criminology. That is why we want to repeat again the truth which is almost forgotten, that the most successful criminologist is the one who has the best informers. U korpusu konspirativnih metoda suprotstavljanja kriminalitetu, centralno mesto zauzima institut informatora. Reč je o metodu infiltracije policije u kriminalnu sredinu, uspostavljanjem saradničkog odnosa sa raznim kategorijama lica, čija je osnovna karakteristika tajnost saradnje. Stiče se utisak da je ovaj metod kriminalističkog rada i dolaženja do informacija od značaja za sprečavanje i suzbijanje krivičnih dela veoma jednostavan, ali on je itekako složen, kontraverzan, delikatan i suptilan. S obzirom na značaj informatora u kriminalističkom radu, utisak je da se ovoj problematici ne posvećuje ni približna pažnja koju zaslužuje, kako u teorijskom i praktičnom, tako i normativnom smislu, posebno kod nas. Po svojoj prirodi i suštini, informatori su operativno-taktički institut koji se koristi van formalnog krivičnog postupka, najčešće od strane policije, zbog čega je kao takav izvan zakona, koji ga uglavnom ne definiše niti bliže uređuje. Komparativne analize ukazuju da je u drugim državama ova problematika mnogo detaljnije regulisana nego kod nas, posebno u SAD-u. Poslednjih godina, institut informatori dobija novi kvalitet, pre svega dokazni, u suprotstavljanju organizovanom kriminalitetu. Cilj nam je da u radu, koliko je to moguće s obzirom na obim, teorijski i praktično sagledamo institut informatora, damo odgovor na određene nedoumice u vezi sa njim, posebno u svetlu savremenih tendencija u kriminalistici, te po ko zna koji put ponovimo, pomalo već zaboravljenu istinu, da je najuspešniji kriminalista onaj koji ima najbolje informatore.

Раскрываются предпосылки проведения данного мероприятия: возможность выявления максимально полного круга причастных лиц, необходимость и соразмерность. Рассмотрена возможность осуществления контролируемой в отношении наркотиков, оружия, взрывчатых веществ, допустимость полной или частичной подмены груза, а также содержание и порядок направления запроса компетентными органами полиции и иных правоохранительных органов. Делается вывод о возможности использования некоторых аспектов зарубежного опыта проведения контролируемых поставок в правовой системе Республики Беларусь. = The legal regulation and organizational aspects of conducting controlled deliveries of drugs in such European Union countries as Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, France, Sweden are discussed in the article. The prerequisites for holding this event are revealed: the possibility of identifying the fullest possible circle of people involved, the necessity and proportionality. The possibility of making controlled delivery in relation to drugs, weapons, explosives, the admissibility of full or partial substitution of cargo, as well as the content and procedure for sending a request to the competent police and other law enforcement agencies. It is concluded that it is possible to use some aspects of foreign experience in conducting controlled deliveries in the legal system of the Republic of Belarus.
