In this paper, a kind of ultra-clear glass with high antibacterial properties was prepared with high temperature melting method by introducing AgNO3 as the effective antibacterial component. The glass has good visible light transmittance, colorimetric value and antibacterial properties, in which the visible light transmittance of the glass at 380 ~780 nm is about 91.5%. With the increase of AgNO3 content, the brightness of glass gradually decreases and the yellow phase increases, but the degree of yellowing is small. The antibacterial rate of glass against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is more than 90%. The phase analysis and valence state analysis of Ag were carried out by XRD and XPS, and the dissolution of Ag+ in glass samples was analyzed by ICP-OES. XRD and XPS test results show that the glass is amorphous, and the doped Ag element exists in the form of Ag+ rather than Ag elemental. In addition, the amount of Ag+ dissolved in the glass increases with the increase of time, but the dissolution rate of Ag+ decreases. The amount of Ag+ dissolved in the glass samples of each group is consistent with the result of antibacterial detection within 24 h, which confirms the antibacterial property of the AgNO3 in glass. Wind energy is an important clean energy, according to China's carbon peak and carbon neutral strategy, the policy of replacing small with large wind turbine blades and replacing old with new is imperative. The main material of wind turbine blades is glass fiber reinforced polymer, which has problems of difficult recycling technology and high recycling cost. Nowadays, there is no ideal large-scale recycling method. Therefore, the systematic and high-value utilization of waste wind turbine blades is imminent. In this paper, the material type, recycling methods and their respective characteristics of wind turbine blades are summarized. The recent developments of waste wind turbine blades in cement-based materials and thermoplastic polymer materials are thoroughly discussed. This study introduces an alternative approach to immobilize thiolated single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) for the DNA sensing. In contrast to the standard, monomolecular assembly of such moieties on gold substrate, over the thiolate–gold anchors, we propose to use bioinert, porous polyethylene glycol (PEG) films as a 3D template for ssDNA immobilization. The latter process relies on the reaction between the thiol group of the respectively decorated ssDNA and the epoxy groups in the epoxy-rich PEG matrix. The immobilization process and subsequent hybridization ability of the resulting sensing assembly were monitored using cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, with the latter tool proving itself as the most suitable transduction technique. Electrochemical data confirmed the successful immobilization of thiol-decorated ssDNA probes into the PEG matrix over the thiol–epoxy linkage as well as high hybridization efficiency, selectivity, and sensitivity of the resulting DNA sensor. Whereas this sensor was equivalent to the direct ssDNA assembly in terms of the efficiency, it exhibited a better selectivity and bioinert properties in view of the bioinert character of the PEG matrix. The effects of ethylene remover (EA) combined with 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) on chilling injury and active oxygen metabolism of hanging dried apricots during storage were investigated. To screen suitable preservatives for storage and provide a theoretical and scientific basis for the freshness preservation of hanging dried apricots in production, hanging dried apricots from 4th Tuan of Xinjiang First Division was used as test material, whereas ethylene removal agent (EA) and 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) were used to treat hanging dried apricots before storage, with no treatment as control (CK). Fruits were stored in a fresh storage room at 0 °C and 90%~95% humidity, and all physiological indexes were measured every 7 days. Our results showed that treatment with EA and 1-MCP alone or in combination positively inhibited the occurrence of chilling injury and maintained the metabolism of reactive oxygen species during storage of hanging dried apricots. Interestingly, EA combined with 1-MCP treatment was better than CK. The occurrence of chilling injury was delayed for 14 d, its incidence was reduced by 42.59%, whereas the production rate of superoxide anion radicals (O-2) was reduced by 24.52%. In addition, the content of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was reduced by 65.03 µmol/g, whereas the activity of SOD, CAT, and POD enzymes was increased by 0.11 U/g, 0.20 U/g, and 1.06 U/g, respectively. These results indicated that EA combined with 1-MCP treatment can inhibit the incidence of chilling injury, production rate of O-2⋅, and accumulation of intracellular H2O2 in hanging apricots during storage. This combined treatment delayed the decreasing rate of the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT), prevented the excessive oxidative damage of fruits, maintained the balance of reactive oxygen species metabolism, and retained the quality and flavor of hanging dried apricots during storage. In order to study the effect of 1-methylcyclopropene combined with low temperature treatment on the preservation effect of post-harvest Cressen grape, grapes picked on the same day were fumigated with 0.5, 1,1. 5, 2 µL/L 1-MCP for 4 h, without 1-MCP as control, then, they were stored in preservation storage at (0±0.5) t and relative humidity 80% for 90 days. Samples were taken every 15 days during storage to observe the preservation effect of grape fruit and determine the related physiological indexes. The results show that on the 90th day of storage, compared with the control fruits, the abscission rate and decay rate of the fruits stored with 1.5 µ L/L 1-MCP in combination with low-temperature storage decreased by 55.1% and 47.8%, respectively, and the hardness, soluble solids and titratable acid of fruits increased by 17.6%, 35% and 36.4%, respectively. Combination of 1.5 µL/L 1-MCP with storage at (0±0.5) °C could effectively maintain the storage quality and prolong the preservation life of Cressen grapes. Background: It is unclear which cortical regions are specific to or commonly associated with the impairments of the upper/lower limbs and the activities of daily life (ADL) in stroke patients. Purpose: To investigate the relationships between MRI‐assessed surface‐based morphometry (SBM) features and motor function as well as ADL in participants with chronic stroke. Study Type: Prospective. Subjects: Thirty‐five participants with subcortical stroke more than 3 months from the first‐onset (age: 56.44 ± 9.56 years; 32 male). Field Strength/Sequence: T1‐weighted images, 3.0 T, three‐dimensional fast field‐echo sequence. Assessment: FreeSurfer (6.0) was used to parcellate each hemisphere into 34 regions based on the Desikan–Killiany atlas and to extract the surface area, volume, thickness, and curvature. The motor function and ADL were assessed by the Fugl‐Meyer Assessment for the Upper/Lower Extremity (FMA‐UE/FMA‐LE) and the Chinese version of the Modified Barthel Index (MBI‐C), respectively. Statistical Tests: A linear mixed‐effect model was applied to evaluate the relationship between the morphological features and the FMA‐UE, FMA‐LE, and MBI‐C. A false discovery rate corrected P value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Correlations between the size of stroke lesion and MRI measurements did not pass the FDR correction (adjusted P > 0.05). SBM features in motor‐related and high‐order cognitive cortical regions showed significant correlations with FMA‐UE and FMA‐LE, respectively. Moreover, the thickness in the prefrontal cortex significantly positively correlated, while the surface area in the right supramarginal gyrus significantly negatively correlated, with both FMA‐UE, FMA‐LE, and MBI‐C. The thickness in the left frontal lobe significantly positively correlated with both FMA‐UE and MBI‐C. Data Conclusion: This study's findings suggest that different hemiparetic motor‐related outcomes in participants with subcortical stroke which suffered a corticospinal tract‐related injury show specific, but also share common, associations with several cortical regions. A new type of heat-resistant borosilicate glass was designed based on waste TFT-LCD glass raw materials. Aiming at the difficulty in clarification of the heat-resistant glass, which leads to a large amount of bubbles in the glass, the effects of four clarifying agents: CeO2, NaCl, Na2SO4 and SnO2 on the clarification quality of the heat-resistant glass were studied by high temperature video research method of glass batch. The experiment observed the clarification process of glass melt through a high-temperature video system. The results show that at the melting temperature of 1 600 °C, the best clarification effect is achieved when the addition amount of NaCl and Na2SO4 were added as a single clarifying agent at 0. 50% (mass fraction) and 0. 20% (mass fraction), respectively. The best clarification effect is achieved when the addition amount of clarifying agent combining CeO2 and SnO2 with NaNO3 is 0. 40% (mass fraction) CeO2 +2. 60% (mass fraction) NaNO3 and 0. 40% (mass fraction) SnO2 +2. 40% (mass fraction) NaNO3. The time for the glass melt foam to start falling back is 22, 10, 20 and 28 min, respectively. The initial falling temperatures are 1 110, 1 050, 1 103 and 1 143 °C, respectively.
