One compound metasurface with multiple functions and precise complex amplitude modulation is beneficial to photonic integration. Here, all-silicon bifunctional metasurfaces capable of independent amplitude and phase modulation in two circular polarized channels are proposed, which encode complex amplitude information by integrating propagation phase and Pancharatnam-Berry phase. A switchable power-controllable axial bifocal metalens directly illustrates the feasibility of the proposed modulation scheme. Another switchable power-controllable horizontal/vertical bifocal metalens characterizes the versatility and flexibility of this approach. The experimental results agree well with the simulations and theoretical expectations. In addition, we also discuss the broadband performance of the proposed metalens and the dynamic focusing behavior under optical pumping. The proposed approach can directly generate editable amplitude and phase profiles and can find applications in dynamic holography, dynamic display, and other fields.

Achieving the combination of multiple external stimuli responses and mechanical flexibility has become the current emerging research in the field of crystalline materials. Meanwhile, the modulation of its properties remains challenging. In this work, a 1‐[(E)‐[(6‐methyl‐1,3‐benzothiazol‐2‐yl) imino] methyl] naphthalen‐2‐ol (BNO) crystalline material is reported. The modulation of the mechanical elasticity and thermomechanical responses is achieved by means of polymorphism (form‐I and form‐II). Further, the structural basis of the 2D mechanical properties of form‐I is investigated. Meanwhile, two types of thermomechanical responses appearing in form‐I are explored in detail from the perspective of crystal structure and thermodynamics, and the second thermomechanical response during cooling is successfully predicted. Then, the acid response of the materials is endowed by molecular design, the fluorescence switch is realized through acid and thermal treatments. Prefabricated reinforced concrete staircases (PC staircases) are prefabricated components that are widely used in prefabricated buildings and are used in large quantities. During the production and construction of a PC staircase, the lifting point setting directly affects the construction safety, construction efficiency, and construction quality. In this paper, we analyze the quality problems and safety risks in the design, production, and construction of PC staircases under the constraints of multidimensional spatial characteristics, clarify the key technical difficulties of prefabricated staircase lifting under the multidimensional spatial and temporal constraints, and analyze the factors that should be considered in the setting of lifting points. In this paper, a prefabricated staircase lifting point setting database is established and a thin-plate spline interpolation algorithm is introduced to expand it. Based on the support vector machine algorithm, the process of optimization is carried out for the kernel function scale parameter and penalty factor, and it is concluded that for every increase of two in the number of cross-validation folds, the percentage reduction in minimum RMSE is 9.4%, 17.8%, and 4.2%, respectively, the percentage increase in the optimization time is 39.7%, 61.8%, and 27.3%, respectively, and a PC staircase lifting point setup method based on the small-sample database is proposed. The number of lifting points and lifting point locations of the PC staircase satisfying the multidimensional spatial feature constraints can be obtained by inputting the five design parameters of the PC staircase, namely, the number of treads, the height of the treads, the width of the treads, the width of the staircase, and the weight of the staircase, into the lifting point setup method proposed in this paper. The reliability of the precast reinforced concrete staircase lifting point setting method proposed in this paper when considering the multidimensional spatial constraint characteristics is verified by the precast staircases in deep shafts for assembly construction at the Chongqing metro station. For injured and after-stroke patients who temporarily lose their hand's grasping abilities, assisting them in regaining their index finger mobility is very important in the rehabilitation process. In this paper, a finger rehabilitation device based on one degree-of-freedom (DOF) linkage mechanism is designed, aiming to lead the index finger through the flexion–extension trajectory during grasping tasks. Two types of one-DOF mechanisms, a four-bar linkage and a Watt-I six-bar linkage, are synthesized for the task trajectory. Various algorithms such as PSO, GA, and GA–BFGS are adopted and compared for the synthesis of these two types of mechanisms, among which the Watt-I six-bar linkage obtained with GA–BFGS shows the optimal performance in accuracy. Clinical biomechanical data are utilized to perform static analyses of the mechanisms, and the feasibility of the Watt-I six-bar linkage models is tested, compared, and demonstrated. Finally, the prototype of the six-bar linkage as well as a wearable exoskeleton finger rehabilitation device are designed to show how they are applied in the finger rehabilitation scenario. In recent years, low-rank sparse representation (LRR) schemes have been applied to the field of hyperspectral image (HSI) anomaly detection (AD) and received attention. However, it is often accompanied by a small amount of noise in the AD, which leads to a high false alarm rate of detection results. In this paper, the HSI-AD algorithm is proposed to address this problem. First, the HSI is unmixed using the deep network to obtain the endmembers and abundance, and the abundance matrix is fused with the HSI to obtain the mixed data, which to a certain extent complements the spatial information of the HSI because the abundance matrix can reflect the subpixel-level information of the target image elements. Then, the mixed data are decomposed based on the model proposed in this paper. To overcome the situation that the sparse part of the traditional model is prone to mix with a small amount of noise, the sparse decomposition of the mixed data into anomaly and noise is used to remove the small amount of noise from the sparse part. A joint dictionary consisting of background and anomaly is used in the above model. In addition, to address the problem of information loss caused by the uniform accumulation of kernel norm over all singular values in the process of model decomposition, this paper designs the γ norm decomposition method to replace the general kernel norm decomposition for a more effective extraction of useful information. High-sensitivity and fast-response photodetectors (PDs) are vital part of optical wireless communication (OWC) system. In this work, we develop an organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite material (MAPbI3) based p–i–n structured PD. By optimizing the precursor solution concertation, the PD showed a high responsivity of 0.98 A W−1, a fast response time t rise/ t fall of 12/12.5 μs, a specific detectivity of 2.62 × 1013 Jones, and the f−3dB of 24 kHz under the 532 nm laser and −0.2 V bias voltage. Furthermore, we designed an OWC system based on the prepared PD. With the baud rate of 19200 bps, the system exhibits a bit error rate less than 10−6, and it can realize 9.63 m long-distance communication and quick transmission applications such as strings, texts, photos, and audios. Purpose: To explore the mechanism of insulin secretion dysfunction in pancreatic beta cells induced by N-glycosylation mediated by an infection from the hepatitis C virus (HCV). Methods: Min6 cell models infected with HCV and stimulated with glucose were constructed. Meanwhile, an HCV-infected animal model and a type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rat model were constructed. Glucose uptake in the Min6 cells was detected, and insulin secretion was detected by ELISA. Flow cytometry, immunofluorescence staining, Western blotting, RT-qPCR, and lectin blotting were used to detect the expression levels of related proteins and mRNA, as well as the level of N-glycosylation. HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes in the pancreatic tissue, and an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was used to evaluate the glucose tolerance of the rats. Results: Compared with the NC group, the expression levels of GnT-IVa, GLUT2, galectin-9, and voltage-dependent calcium channel 1.2 (Cav1.2) were significantly downregulated in the HCV-infected group. The ATP-sensitive potassium channel (KATP) component proteins SUR1 and Kir6.2 were significantly upregulated, while intracellular glucose intake and insulin secretion decreased, N-glycosylation levels and ATP levels significantly decreased, and the overexpression of GnT-IVa reversed the effect of the HCV infection. However, treatment with the glycosylation inhibitor kifunensine (KIF) or the KATP channel activator diazine (Dia) reversed the effects of the overexpression of GnT-IVa. In the animal experiments, HE staining revealed serious pathological injuries in the pancreatic tissue of the HCV-infected rats, with decreased glucose tolerance and glycosylation levels, decreased insulin secretion, downregulated expression of GnT-IVa, GLUT2, and Cav1.2, and upregulated expression of SUR1 and Kir6.2. The overexpression treatment of GnT-IVa or the KATP channel antagonist miglinide reversed the effects of HCV. Conclusion: HCV infection inhibits GLUT2 N-glycosylation on the pancreatic β cell surface by downregulating the expression of GnT-IVa and then activates the KATP pathway, which ultimately leads to disturbances in insulin secretion. Metamaterials can achieve superior electromagnetic properties over natural materials by adjusting the structure of the meta-atoms. Chiral metamaterials have been widely used in circular dichroism (CD) spectra, polarization imaging, and optical sensing. Here we propose a kind of all-silicon coding metasurfaces to achieve the function similar to chirality by spin decoupling. One of the two circularly polarized (CP) channels is scattered randomly, and the desired function is only designed in the other opposite CP channel. Three kinds of coding metasurfaces are designed to verify the reliability of such approach: one simultaneously possessing dual function of transmitting directly and scattering randomly, one capable of generating the superposition state of vortex beam, and the other generating the Bessel vortex beam, respectively. And some experimental verifications are carried out. This scheme is simpler and more versatile than previous schemes which require elaborate designed structure of the meta-atoms. Our novel approach provides a new option for implementing tunable chirality.

RNF180 is a type of ring finger protein with ubiquitin ligase activity, which can affect various physiological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis by participating in the ubiquitinproteasome system. Studies have shown that RNF180 is mostly low-expressed in tumors, which can inhibit the proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells, and affect the lymph node metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer. The gene expression silencing caused by the methylation of the promoter of RNF180 is the main reason for the low expression of RNF180 protein in tumors. Important methylation sites are related to precancerous lesions, lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer and patient prognosis. Therefore, RNF180 has the potential to become a biomarker of gastric cancer tumors.
