The FLOWERING LOCUS T (FT) gene plays crucial roles in regulating the transition from the vegetative phase to the reproductive phase. In this study, we isolated an FT homologous gene (denoted as ClFT) from Chrysanthemum lavandulifolium. The sequencing analysis indicated that the promoter of the ClFT gene contains many elements, such as light response, abscisic acid, drought-inducibility response and CIRCADIAN clock elements. The expression patterns of ClFT in different tissues/organs at different developmental stages and its responses to different photoperiods were observed. ClFT is expressed in all tested organs/tissues, with the highest expression level being observed in the leaves of plants with visible floral buds under the short day (SD) condition. Next, we studied the rhythmic expression of ClFT during different photoperiod treatments and found that the level of ClFT increases with additional hours of continuous dark. ClFT accumulates when the continuous dark period is 12 h, regardless of the duration of light period. The ectopic expression of the ClFT gene in wild type Arabidopsis (Col-0) results in early flowering, with high expression levels of endogenous LFY and SOC1 being observed in transgenic Arabidopsis. All results indicated that the ClFT gene plays an evolutionarily conserved role in promoting flowering in inductive short days in C. lavandulifolium and that this gene could serve as a vital target for the genetic manipulation of flowering time in chrysanthemums.

5,10,15,20-Tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)-porphyrin-functionalized Fe3O4 nanocomposites (H2TCPP-Fe3O4) were successfully prepared by a simple two-step method. These nanocomposites exhibited ultra-high peroxidase-like activity compared with pure Fe3O4 nanoparticles. Colorless peroxidase substrate 3,3,5,5-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) was changed by H2O2 to its blue oxidized state. Kinetic studies indicated that the H2TCPP-Fe3O4 nanocomposites exhibited enhanced affinity toward H2O2 with a higher catalytic activity than Fe3O4 nanoparticles alone. Results of a fluorescent probe suggested that the catalase-mimic activity of the H2TCPP-Fe3O4 nanocomposites effectively catalyzed the decomposition of H2O2 into hydroxyl radicals. A simple, sensitive, and selective visual and colorimetric method with TMB as the substrate was designed to detect glucose when combined with glucose oxidase. This colorimetric method can be used for colorimetric detection of H2O2 with a minimum detection limit of 1.07×10(-6) M and a dynamic range of 5×10(-6) mol·L(-1) to 8×10(-5) mol·L(-1). This method can also be used to detect glucose at a minimum detection limit of 2.21×10(-6) M and a dynamic range of 25×10(-6) mol·L(-1) to 5×10(-6) mol·L(-1). Furthermore, the robustness of the nanocomposites makes them suitable for a wide range of applications in biomedicine and environmental chemistry fields.

Because of Small towns' special status and role in the country's development and construction as well as the seriousness of the destruction of geological disasters to the cities, geological hazard assessment of small cities plays an important practical significance and theoretical significance part in towns' construction and sustainable development. Based on detailed field survey and study indoors, this paper determines the main influencing factors of the disaster hazard assessment and the index system, and adopts the method of Extension Analytical Hierarchy Process(EAHP) to carry out geological hazard appraisal to the Agan town in Gansu province. This method avoid the disadvantage that the traditional AHP is too computationally intensive and not considering the fuzzy boundary of human thinking when determining the judgment matrix and so on, so the evaluation results are more closer to the actual situation and can provide scientific basis for the small towns' construction and development.

In this paper, through the detailed analysis of user data in the short message to the PDU mode structure, obtained a Chinese SMS encoding and decoding rule, detailed introduced the use of AT commands to control phones send and receive text messages and realize the short message data transmission through the GSM network.

L10 CoPt nanoparticles with face-centred tetragonal (FCT) structure are synthesized by the sol–gel method. Differential thermal analyses show the dehydration of various water molecules and decomposition/combustion of organic groups at a temperature below 600 °C and melting of Co and Pt at 700 °C. X-ray diffraction results show a transition from face-centred cubic to the FCT phase and an increase in particle size with increasing temperature. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) images show that highly monodisperse particles are obtained. High-resolution TEM (HRTEM) images reveal the appearance of L10 ordered phase at temperatures above 600 °C. The survey scans of x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy show that no magnetic impurity is detected within the detection limit. The maximum coercivity (353 344 A m−1) is obtained for the samples heated at 800 °C. The relationship between the temperature and the structure is discussed and the possible growth mechanism is given in terms of atomic diffusion.
