Murine Norovirus (MNV) is one of the most known viruses among viruses in mice. Because of the high prevalence of MNV in frequently used laboratory animals in biomedical researches, there is a significant impact of MNV. There may be different prevalence degrees and molecular characteristics of MNV in different regions around the world. Here, we reported an MNV strain “designated HBTS-1806” isolation from commercial mice's feces that caused a detectable cytopathic effect (CPE) in RAW264.7 cells. According to electron microscopy, the virus was 50–70 nm in diameter. The complete genome of HBTS-1806 is 7383 nucleotides with a structure similar to that of MNV reference strains. According to phylogenetic analysis on the basis of the whole genome, HBTS-1806 shared nucleotide sequence identities of 90.2–95.4% with other Chinese isolates reported. Analysis of amino acid sequence on the basis of ORF1 and ORF2 suggested that the isolated strain may be derived from recombination. Although no gross lesions or histopathological changes were found from mice infected with 5 × 105 TCLD50 of MNV by oral gavage inoculation, the intestinal virus loads lasted 12 weeks, suggesting a persistent infection strain of MNV isolate in China.

Due to the ship dynamic positioning control system is a complex nonlinear system, the conventional PID parameters are difficult to achieve the desired control effect, and the immune electromagnetism-like mechanism(IEM) algorithm is proposed for PID controller parameter self-tuning. In view of the weakness that the electromagnetism-like mechanism(EM) algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimum, the immune information processing mechanism is introduced, and the unique concentration selection mechanism is used to preserve the fine and the particles are close to the optimal position by the immune operator. The performance analysis shows that the IEM algorithm has better stability and better convergence in the self-tuning of PID parameters compared to EM and PSO algorithm. Finally, the position and bow of DP four stage sea condition model are simulated. The simulation results show that compared with the conventional PID controller, the PID controller solved by IEM method has faster response, better stability and smaller steady-state error.

Background: Patients with triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) often have a poor prognostic outcome. Current treatment strategies cannot benefit all TNBC patients. Previous findings suggested pyroptosis as a novel target for suppressing cancer development, although the relationship between TNBC and pyroptosis‐related genes (PRGs) was still unclear. Methods: Gene expression data and clinical follow‐up of TNBC patients were collected from the Molecular Taxonomy of Breast Cancer International Consortium (METABRIC) and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). PRGs were screened using weighted gene co‐expression network analysis. Cox regression analysis and the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (i.e. LASSO) technique were applied to construct a pyroptosis‐related prognostic risk score (PPRS) model, which was further combined with the clinicopathological characteristics of TNBC patients to develop a survival decision tree and a nomogram. The model was used to calculate the PPRS, and then the overall survival, immune infiltration, immunotherapy response and drug sensitivity of TNBC patients were analyzed based on the PPRS. Results: The PPRS model was closely related to clinicopathological features and can independently and accurately predict the prognosis of TNBC. According to normalized PPRS, patients in different cohorts were divided into two groups. Compared with the high‐PPRS group, the low‐PPRS group had significantly higher ESTIMATE (i.e. Estimation of STromal and Immune cells in MAlignantTumours using Expression data) score, immune score and stromal score, and it also had overexpressed immune checkpoints and significantly reduced Tumor Immune Dysfunction and Exclusion (TIDE) score, as well as higher sensitivity to paclitaxel, veliparib, olaparib and talazoparib. A decision tree and nomogram based on PPRS and clinical characteristics can improve the prognosis stratification and survival prediction for TNBC patients. Conclusions: A PPRS model was developed to predict TNBC patients' immune characteristics and response to immunotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy, as well as their survival outcomes. Adenylate kinase is a ubiquitous enzyme in living systems and undergoes dramatic conformational changes during its catalytic cycle. For these reasons, it is widely studied by genetic, biochemical, and biophysical methods, both experimental and theoretical. We have determined the basic crystal structures of three differently liganded states of adenylate kinase from Methanotorrus igneus, a hyperthermophilic organism whose adenylate kinase is a homotrimeric oligomer. The multiple copies of each protomer in the asymmetric unit of the crystal provide a unique opportunity to study the variation in the structure and were further analyzed using advanced crystallographic refinement methods and analysis tools to reveal conformational heterogeneity and, thus, implied dynamic behaviors in the catalytic cycle. Hybrid tabular-textual question answering (QA) is a crucial task in natural language processing that involves reasoning and locating answers from various information sources, primarily through numerical reasoning and span extraction. Cur-rent techniques in numerical reasoning often rely on autoregressive models to decode program sequences. However, these methods suffer from exposure bias and error propagation, which can significantly decrease the accuracy of program generation as the decoding process unfolds. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a novel multitasking hybrid tabular-textual question answering (MHTTQA) framework. Instead of generating operators and operands step by step, this framework can independently generate entire program tuples in parallel. This innovative approach solves the problem of error propagation and greatly improves the speed of program generation. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated through experiments using the ConvFinQA and MultiHiertt datasets. Our proposed model outperforms the strong FinQANet baselines by 7% and 7.2% Exe/Prog Acc and the MT2Net baselines by 20.9% and 9.4% EM/F1. In addition, the program generation rate of our method far exceeds that of the baseline method. Additionally, our non-autoregressive program generation method exhibits greater resilience to an increasing number of numerical reasoning steps, further highlighting the advantages of our proposed framework in the field of hybrid tabular-textual QA. Here we report a simple topochemical method to prepare Ni–Fe layered double hydroxide (LDH). Ni(II)Fe(II) hydroxide was prepared via coprecipitation of Ni2+ and Fe2+ by NH4HCO3 under anaerobic conditions at room temperature. Ni–Fe LDH was obtained via oxidation intercalation by exposing the precipitate to air. The structure of the LDH was characterized and the performance in the electrochemical oxygen elution reaction (OER) was determined. Residual Fe(II) was observed by XPS due to incomplete oxidation, resulting in Fe replacing the Ni site in the LDH. It is found that LDH embedded with both Fe–O–Fe and Ni–O–Fe moieties is beneficial to the OER in terms of a low overpotential (240 mV at 10 mA cm−2), small Tafel slope (25 mV dec−1) and high electrochemical stability.
