In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency, poor quality of blanks, high labour intensity and inability to meet the market demand with the manual gypsum mould, a novel design of the gypsum mould to be applied into the automatic production of the planks was developed for ceramic handicrafts. This mould inherits the advantages of the manual mould with tenon–mortise connection and adopts six-piece combination. According to the spherical radial movement, the new mould opens and closes, mostly avoiding movement interference and significantly improving service life. The connection technique of ‘six-point positioning principle’ was proposed and adopted to embed the connection device of four side die pieces with manipulator, so as to realise the strength of gypsum die pieces and effectively connect with the manipulator. Based on the group technique, the standard eigenvector and norm for the grouping of geometric elements of target blanks were proposed to realise the grouping of many different kinds of blanks into a few number of groups with all the blanks. Within a group, the gypsum mould keeps the external geometric features and tenon–mortise connection unchanged, while the working cavity of different blanks only alters, for the flexibility of gypsum mould. Thus, the universality of the mould is gained, and the design and manufacturing efficiency is greatly improved, with the considerable reduction of the cost, and the digitisation of design, manufacturing and management processes is realised. The gypsum mould provides a new technological method and technical guarantee for changing the labour-intensive production mode of ceramic handicraft blank cast and forming, realising the intellectualisation and automation of the main production link of ceramic handicraft blank cast and efficiency automatic and intellectualised production of ceramic handicraft blank with high identity.

Background and Objectives: The site types of Eucalyptus urophylla × Eucalyptus grandis clonal plantations in southern Yunnan were compared, aiming to provide basis for site selection and scientific plantations management. Materials and Methods: In this study, 80 standard plots were set up in the 6−9-year-old Eucalypts plantations in Pu'er City and Lincang City. Furthermore, the quantitative theory I model and canonical correlation analysis were used to analyze the relationship between dominant tree growth traits and site factors, and evaluate the growth potential of E. urophylla × E. grandis plantation. Results: The multiple correlation coefficient between 8 site factors (altitude, slope, slope level, soil thickness, slope direction, texture, soil bulk density, and litter thickness) and the quantitative growth of the dominant wood was 0.825 (P < 0.05). According to the correlation coefficient of the quantitative regression model, slope, altitude, and soil thickness were the main factors for the classification of E. urophylla × E. grandis plantations in southern Yunnan. In addition, E. urophylla × E. grandis plantations grew best downhill and mid uphill at relatively low altitude, where the soil layer was thick and composed of weathered red soil. Contrastingly, E. urophylla × E. grandis plantation growth was extremely poor in uphill sites at higher altitude, where the soil layer was thin and composed of semi-weathered purple soil. Furthermore, total N, and available B, Cu, and Zn content, as well as soil organic matter content in the soil had a great influence on the growth of E. urophylla × E. grandis. Conclusions: Nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer as well as trace elements such as B, Zn, and Cu can be properly applied in middle- and low-yield forests to promote the growth and development of E. urophylla × E. grandis plantations.

Cetuximab (C225), an anti-Epidermal Growth Factor receptor (EGFR) monoclonal antibody, has been widely used as a routine treatment for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC); However, many patients who initially respond to cetuximab acquire resistance. The purpose of this study was to characterize new mechanism of acquired Cetuximab resistance. Firstly, tissue microarrays (TMA) comprising 191 CRC patients was constructed to evaluate the expression of chemokine receptor 7 (CCR7) by using immunohistochemistry (IHC). In CRC tumor tissues, CCR7 was significantly over-expressed compared with paired normal tissues (P < 0.001), and correlated with the infiltration depth (P = 0.03) and the regional lymph node metastasis (P = 0.006). Significant differences were also found in forms of overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) between normal and tumor tissues (P < 0.001). More interestingly, EGFR was also highly expressed and co-localized with CCR7 in the tumor tissues from the patients who were insensitive to Cetuximab treatment. Secondly, we further explored the relationship between CCR7 expression and Cetuximab resistance by two CCR7 positive CRC cell lines, Caco-2 with wild-type KRAS (KRAS(wt)) and HCT116 with mutated KRAS (KRAS(G13D)). By the treatment of secondary lymphoid tissue chemokine (SLC, an exogenous high-affinity legend of CCR7), the inhibition rate of Cetuximab significantly decreased in both cells. Furthermore, the activation of SLC/CCR7 axis promoted epithelial mesenchymal transformation (EMT) in CRC tumor cells by increasing the expression of Twist and β-catenin. By using of CCR7 neutralizing antibody and p-AKT inhibitor rescued the above effects. These findings suggested that CCR7 was a key factor in those CRC patients, who have poorer reaction to Cetuximab. So combined inhibition of CCR7 and p-AKT will represent a rational therapeutic strategy for Cetuximab resistance patients.
