When the link butterfly valve operates at a small opening degree in high temperature working conditions, it is prone to the problem that the valve is stuck, the strength is insufficient and the butterfly plate is violently vibrating. This paper shows simulation experiments of both thermal-fluid-structure coupling and resonance forecast about DN600 link butterfly valve in the working conditions of 250 °C and 0.5 MPa by ANSYS software. The medium is mixed with compressed air and flue gas. Flow field characteristics of the valve and stress deformation, modal and flow-induced vibration of butterfly plate are analyzed when the valve opening is less than 30%. The results indicate that, when the valve opening is less than 30%, fluid flow is relatively smooth in front of butterfly plate, a large number of vortexes are found behind the butterfly plate, and fluid flow is greatly chaotic in this position. The equivalent maximum stress and deformation of butterfly plate are relatively large when the valve locates in openings between 10% and 30%; the intensity of the butterfly plate is enough; the axial deformation does not impact opening and closing of the valve. The butterfly plate is likely resonant when the valve opening is less than 10%. The research of this paper provides a crucial reference for flow field characteristics of link butterfly valve, an analysis of intensity and rigidity of butterfly plate, and a resonance forecast of butterfly plate when the valve works in small opening.

To achieve high-performance supercapacitors, electrode materials with the accessible electrode area, electrons, and ions diffusion channels are strongly needed. Herein, the network-like holey NiCo2O4 nanosheet arrays grown on Ni foam have been synthesized by a facile and efficient electrodeposition followed by calcination as a binder-free electrode for supercapacitors. The nanosheets are interconnected and interlocked together to form a network-like structure with abundant open channels, and the arrays are about 2.3 μm in thickness. Interestingly, the holey nanosheets include numerous macropores (50–160 nm) and mesopores (3–10 nm), which contribute to the rapid electrolyte ions diffusion between the nanosheet layers and the increase of capacitances. The NiCo2O4 nanosheet arrays electrode displays a high capacitance of 2.23 F cm−2 (1012.5 F g−1) at a current density of 5 mA cm−2, good rate capability of 67.3% at a current density of 50 mA cm−2, and high-cycling stability. These results indicate that the network-like holey NiCo2O4 nanosheet arrays electrode has a significant potential application in supercapacitors.

Twenty-one novel 3,4-dichloroisothiazolocoumarin-containing strobilurins were rationally designed and synthesized. Preliminary bioassay showed that compounds 7c, 7h and 7l exhibited over 80% inhibitory rate against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum at 50 μg/mL, 7c exhibited good activity against S. sclerotiorum with median effective concentration (EC50) of 4.08 μg/mL, while the positive control coumoxystrobin showed EC50 of 1.00 μg/mL. In addition, 7d showed better fungicidal activity with a lower EC50 value of 7.65 μg/mL against Botrytis cinerea than that of positive control trifloxystrobin with its EC50 value of 21.96 μg/mL. This study indicated that 3,4-dichloroisothiazolocoumarin-containing strobilurin was a promising fungicide lead deserved for further study.

At present, tight oil reservoir is a hot spot in the field of oil and gas development, and the effective development of such reservoir needs reservoir evaluation as a guide. Based on the experimental research on the core of tight oil reservoir of Chang7 member in Zhidan area, combined with the method of statistics and numerical simulation, eight parameters of “sand thickness, crude oil viscosity, main throat radius, starting pressure gradient, clay mineral content, rock brittleness index, percentage of movable fluid and reservoir pressure coefficient” are selected, and then, the new method of tight oil reservoir evaluation is obtained after normalizing the each parameter. Through this method, the tight oil reservoir of Chang7 member in Zhidan area can be divided into Class I, Class II and Class III, of which Class I and Class II reservoirs currently have certain development value. When development this kind of tight oil reservoir, large-scale hydraulic fracturing is required, which may affect or destroy the existing original forest protection area, water resource protection area and farmland. Therefore, after considering the environmental safety factors, the reservoir is classified and evaluated, and the development block is selected.

An optimization method of heart sound feature combination based on binary particle swarm optimization (BPSO) is proposed to analyze hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), which is a typical cardiovascular disease. The analysis procedure mainly includes feature extraction, feature combination optimization and HCM analysis. Firstly, 13-dimension energy features are extracted by the wavelet transformation. Secondly, feature combinations are selected by the proposed optimization method for classifying the normal and HCM heart sounds as well as the different types of HCM heart sounds. Lastly, 362 clinical cases including normal and HCM heart sounds are used to verify the validity of the proposed optimization method for heart sound feature combination, compared with principle component analysis (PCA), genetic algorithm (GA) and the analysis method without optimization of heart sound features. The average accuracy by our proposed optimization method, considering the number of features selected out, reaches to 20.91%, higher than the results utilizing feature combinations obtained by the other methods. In addition, the proposed optimization method of feature combination has potential for analyzing different kinds of HCM cases.
