An antibacterial biobased compound emulsion is prepared by modifying cationic oxidized starch grafted styrene‐acrylic emulsion with 3‐(trimethoxysilyl)‐propyldimethyloctadecyl ammonium chloride (AEM5700) and tea polyphenols. The biobased compound emulsion exhibits better stability, chemical properties, and antibacterial properties. The structure and surface morphology of biobased compound emulsion are characterized by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The thermal stability of biobased compound emulsion is improved, which can be concluded from the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The surface morphology of film is observed by the atomic force microscope (AFM). The wetting property of emulsion film is tested by contact angle test. When the compound ratio is 1.5, the biobased antibacterial compound emulsion has better stability and antibacterial properties. Compared to a single antibacterial agent, the inhibition zone increases by 4–5.5 mm. In addition, the polymerization mechanism of the biobased antibacterial emulsion is analyzed. Objective: To investigate the effect of femoral component valgus/varus angle (FCVA) on the mid-term outcome after unicondylar knee arthroplasty. Methods: Patients who underwent unicompartmental knee replacement in the Department of Bone and Joint Surgery, were retrospectively analyzed. According to the postoperative femoral prosthesis internal and external rotation angle, patients were divided into six groups the postoperative femoral prosthesis internal and external rotation angle: standard group, mildly abnormal group. The patients were followed up for 12 months, and complications were recorded during the follow-up period. The Range of motion (ROM), visual analog scale (VAS), and Knee society score (KSS) were compared between the six groups. Results: One hundred twenty-four patients with 124 knees were included in this study. There were no statistical differences in age, gender, body mass index, preoperative ROM, or preoperative VAS, KSS-C, and KSS-F scores among the six groups. Comparison of postoperative outcomes and efficacy grades showed that: (1) the differences in ROM grades, as well as VAS, KSS-C, and KSS-F efficacy at 12 months postoperatively were statistically significant in all six groups by rank sum test; and patients in the normal group had better ROM grades and KSS-F grades than those in the mild and severe abnormality groups; (2) During the follow-up, no patient records had other serious complications such as periprosthetic infection, prosthetic loosening, periprosthetic fracture, and spacer dislocation. Conclusion: Controlling the femoral prosthetic internal rotation angle between 6° and 0° in unicompartmental knee replacements can lead to better mid-term outcomes for patients. Artificial bionic skin material is playing an increasingly important role in the field of medicine and bionic engineering and becoming a research hotspot in many disciplines in recent years. In this work, the digital moiré method was used to measure the mechanical field of the bionic skin material under different suturing conditions. Through the digital image process, the deformation characteristics and the stress distribution near the contact area between the bionic skin material and the suture were obtained and discussed. The different healing effects caused by suturing mode were further explored, which can provide mechanical guidance for wound suturing in clinical medicine.

In view of the 18 m~3 concrete mixing truck subframe has failure problem,based on the feasibility ofestablishing the subframe mechanical model,using the finite element to analyze the subframe static. Established the subframe finite element model,determined the different conditions in the working process of the mixer truck,it obtained the distribution of stressstrainunder different working condition through analysis the subframe static characteristic,the result of analysis indicated that there was failure phenomenon in maximum stress area of subframe under three working condition. Aimed at reducing stress and weight,it designed topological Optimization algorithm for optimizing the subframe structure,analyzed the light weighting result and stress statics characteristic of optimized subframe,the result indicated that the stress and weight of the optimized subframe lower than before,the failure problem of maximum stress areahas been solved,the optimized subframe can satisfy the enterprise design requirements.

Introduction: The Panyu low uplift is located in the middle of the Central Uplift Belt of the Pearl River Mouth Basin, which has experienced multiple episodes of tectonic movements since the Cenozoic, and the faults are extensively developed there. The fault activities had a significant influence on the migration and accumulation of oil and gas, as well as the sedimentation. Methods: In order to recognize the effect of the faults on the tectono-straigraphy evolution in the Panyu low uplift, based on the high-resolution seismic and latest drilling well data, the study has comprehensively analyzed the geometry and kinematics of these faults, as well as the sedimentary filling evolution of the residual depressions. Results: The results show that two major fault systems has developed in the Panyu low uplift: the deep and shallow fault systems. The former was dominated by a series of NEE and NW-trending high-angle listric/plane faults, along with several low-angle detachment normal faults, which were under the joint control of the NW-SE and NS-trending extensional stress during the Eocene. The latter was dominated by NW-NWW trending strike-slip normal faults with tension-shear properties under the NEE trending dextral strike-slip stress field in the late Miocene. The uplift had undergone five tectonic evolution stages: the initial rifting stage (Tg-T83), the intensive rifting stage (T83-T80), the rifting and depression transitional stage (T80-T70), the thermal subsidence depression stage (T70-T35), and the tectonic reactivation stage (T35-T10). Discussion: Based on the 3D seismic phase interpretation and drilling sample analyses, the study also indicates that during the initial rifting stage, the Panyu low uplift manifested as multistage depositional center. The sedimentary strata were distributed in the downthrown wall of the depression-controlling faults, exhibiting multiple subsidence and sedimentary centers, and the depressions was supplied by multi-provenance systems. During the intense rifting period, the depression widened, the lacustrine basins were connected with each other, and the sedimentary center migrated. During the rifting and depression transitional stage, the faults controlling on deposition weakened. The thick Enping formation from the northwest provenance direction is unconformably overlaid on the Panyu low uplift. Meanwhile, the depressions was characterized by the sedimentary deposits of lacustrine basin. Various types of sedimentary facies were developed, including the delta, semi-deep lacustrine, shallow lacustrine, and shore-shallow lacustrine deposits, and the mudstone of the semi-deep lacustrine facies could serve as a high-quality source rock for the hydrocarbon production. Severe resource shortage and waste of resource in agricultural production make it necessary to assess efficiency to increase productivity with high efficiency and ensure sustainable agricultural development. This paper adopted an input-oriented data envelopment analysis (DEA) method with the assumption of variable returns to scale to evaluate agricultural production efficiency of 100 major irrigation districts in Northwest China in 2010. Major findings of this paper were as follows: firstly, the average value of total technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of those irrigation districts in Northwest China were 0.770, 0.825 and 0.931, respectively; secondly, 30% of irrigation districts were technically efficient, while 42% and 32% of them showed pure technical and scale efficiency respectively. Among inefficient decision-making units, total technical efficiency score varied from 0.313 to 0.966, showing significant geographical differences, but geographical differences of pure technical efficiency was more consistent with that of total technical efficiency; thirdly, input redundancy was evident. Inputs of agricultural population, irrigation area, green water, blue water, consumption of fertilizer and agricultural machinery could be reduced by 34.88%, 40.19%, 43.85%, 47.10%, 41.53% and 42.21% respectively without reducing agricultural outputs. Furthermore, irrigation area, green water and blue water had relatively high slack movement though Northwest China which is short of water resources. Based on these results, this paper drew the following conclusions: First, there is huge potential for Northwest China to improve its agricultural production efficiency, and agro-technology not input scale had greater influence on improvement. Second, farmers needed proper guidance in order to reduce agricultural inputs and it is time to centralize agricultural management for overall agricultural inputs regulation and control.
