Currently,the recognition technology targeted at human action in an interior scene is widely used in video content understanding,home-based care,medical care and other fields,and existing researches pay more heed to the modelling of human action,while ignoring the connection between interior scene and human action in videos.With a view to making full use of the relevance between the scene information and the human motion,this paper studies the recognition approaches for human action in an interior scene based on scene-prior knowledge.Yet,the paper proposes scene-prior knowledge inflated 3D ConvNet(SPI3D).Firstly,the ResNet152 network is adopted to extract scene features for scene classification.Then,based on the results,combined with scene-prior knowledge,this paper introduces quantified scene prior knowledge,optimizes the overall objective function by constraining the weights.Additionally,aiming at the problem that most of the existing data sets focus on the characteristics of human action,whereas the scene information remains complex and plain,an interior scene-action database(SADB) is established.It is shown in experimental results,on the SADB,the recognition accuracy rate of SPI3D reaches 87.9%,6% higher than the recognition accuracy of I3D directly.It can be seen that the modelling for the recognition on human action in interior scene is featured by better performance after introducing the prior knowledge of the scene.

Hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis plays critical roles in stress responses under challenging conditions such as hypoxia, via regulating gene expression and integrating activities of hypothalamus-pituitary-targets cells. However, the transcriptional regulatory mechanisms and signaling pathways of hypoxic stress in the pituitary remain to be defined. Here, we report that hypoxia induced dynamic changes in the transcription factors, hormones, and their receptors in the adult rat pituitary. Hypoxia-inducible factors (HIFs), oxidative phosphorylation, and cAMP signaling pathways were all differentially enriched in genes induced by hypoxic stress. In the pituitary gene network, hypoxia activated c-Fos and HIFs with specific pituitary transcription factors (Prop1), targeting the promoters of hormones and their receptors. HIF and its related signaling pathways can be a promising biomarker during acute or constant hypoxia. Hypoxia stimulated the transcription of marker genes for microglia, chemokines, and cytokine receptors of the inflammatory response. Corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 1 (CRHR1) mediated the transcription of Pomc, Sstr2, and Hif2a, and regulated the function of HPA axis. Together with HIF, c-Fos initiated and modulated dynamic changes in the transcription of hormones and their receptors. The receptors were also implicated in the regulation of functions of target cells in the pituitary network under hypoxic stress. CRHR1 played an integrative role in the hypothalamus-pituitary-target axes. This study provides new evidence for CRHR1 involved changes of hormones, receptors, signaling molecules and pathways in the pituitary induced by hypoxia.

Monte Carlo tree search (MCTS) has gained great success in low discrete control tasks.However,there are many tasks in real life that require selecting action sequentially in continuous action space.Kernel regression UCT (KR-UCT) is a successful attempt in low-dimensional continuous action space by using a pre-defined kernel function to exploit the similarity of different continuous actions.However,KR-UCT gets a poor performance when it comes to high-dimensional continuous action space,because KR-UCT does not use the interacting information between agent and the environment.And when it interacts with the environment,KR-UCT needs to perform a lot of simulations at each step to find the best action.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a method named kernel regression UCT with policy-value network (KRPV).The proposed method can filter out more representative actions from action space to perform MCTS and generalize the information between different states to pruning MCTS.The proposed method has been evaluated by four continuous control tasks of the OpenAI gym.The experimental results show that KRPV outperforms KR-UCT in all tested continuous control tasks.Especially for the six-dimensional HalfCheetah-v2 task,the rewards gained by KRPV are six-timesof that of KR-UCT.

Calmodulin (Calm), a crucial Ca2+ sensor, plays an important role in calcium-dependent signal transduction cascades. However, the expression and the relevance of Calm in stress and immune response have not been characterized in Megalobrama amblycephala. In this study, we identified the full-length cDNA of Calm (termed MaCalm) in blunt snout bream M. amblycephala, and analyzed MaCalm expression patterns in response to cadmium and Aeromonas hydrophila challenges. MaCalm was 1603 bp long, including a 5′-terminal untranslated region (UTR) of 97 bp, a 3′-terminal UTR of 1056 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 450 bp encoding a polypeptide of 149 amino acids with a calculated molecular weight (MW) of 16.84 kDa and an isoelectric point (pI) of 4.09. Usually, MaCalm contains four conservative EF hand motifs. The phylogenetic tree analysis indicated that the nucleotide sequence of MaCalm specifically clustered with Ctenopharyngodon idella with high identity (98.33%). Tissue distribution analysis demonstrated that the ubiquitous expression of MaCalm mRNA was found in all tested tissues, with the highest expression in the brain and the lowest expression in muscle. MaCalm showed significant upregulation at 14 d and 28 d post exposure to varying concentrations of cadmium in the liver; HSP70 transcripts in the liver significantly upregulated at 14 d post exposure to different concentrations of cadmium. Moreover, in response to the A. hydrophila challenge in vivo, MaCalm transcripts in the liver first increased and then decreased, but MaCalm transcripts in the kidney declined gradually with prolonged infection. After the A. hydrophila challenge, the expression level of HSP70 was significantly downregulated at 24 h in the liver and its expression level was notably downregulated at 12 h and at 24 h in the kidney. Inflammation is a pivotal factor in the development and advancement of conditions like NAFLD and asthma. Diet can affect several phases of inflammation and significantly influence multiple inflammatory disorders. Siraitia grosvenorii, a traditional Chinese edible and medicinal plant, is considered beneficial to health. Flavonoids can suppress inflammatory cytokines, which play a crucial role in regulating inflammation. In the present experiments, kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnoside-7-O-β-D-xylosyl(1→2)-O-α-L-rhamnoside (SGPF) is a flavonoid glycoside that was first isolated from S. grosvenorii. A series of experimental investigations were carried out to investigate whether the flavonoid component has anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective effects in this plant. The researchers showed that SGPF has a stronger modulation of protein expression in LPS-induced macrophages (MH-S) and OA-induced HepG2 cells. The drug was dose-dependent on cells, and in the TLR4/NF-κB/MyD88 pathway and Nrf2/HO-1 pathway, SGPF regulated all protein expression. Atmospheric turbulence causes signal beam wavefront distortion at the receiving end of a coherent detection system, which decreases the system mixing efficiency. Based on the coherent detection theory, this study establishes a mathematical model of wavefront distortion with mixing efficiency and mixing gain. It also analyzes the improvement limits of wavefront correction on mixing efficiency and mixing gain under different atmospheric turbulence intensities and experimentally measures them. Simulation results show that the mixing efficiency can be improved to 51%, 55%, and 60% after correcting for tilt, defocus, and astigmatism terms, respectively, when turbulence intensity D/r0 is 2. The mixing gain with homodyne detection is 3 dB higher than heterodyne detection. Meanwhile, the wavefront correction orders required for optimal mixing efficiency are higher than the heterodyne correction order. In the experiment, Haso4 NIR + DM 40 was used, and the turbulence intensity D/r0 was 2. After the closed-loop control algorithm corrects the tilt, defocus, and astigmatism terms, the indoor experimental results showed that the mixing efficiency is improved to 36%, 47%, and 62%, respectively. The outdoor experimental results showed that the mixing efficiency improved to 36%, 51%, and 68%, respectively.

Impact velocity (v0), target strength (fc) and target thickness (hc) are important factors affecting opening damage (D¯) of PELE penetration into RC target. In this paper, based on the three influence factors of v0, fc and hc, experimental and numerical simulation studies on PELE penetration into RC target were carried out. The study results show that: (1) Since interaction force (or penetration resistance) between projectile and target is positively correlated with v0 and fc, with the increase of v0 and fc, deformation mode of jacket is changed from small bending deformation to large bending deformation and then to curling deformation. Therefore, the variation of jacket deformation mode causes opening diameter of RC target to increase first and then to decrease. It is found that the two factors approximately satisfy a quadratic function relationship, respectively. (2) For PELE projectile penetrating RC targets with thickness of 80–400 mm, the opening diameter of six sets of RC targets grows from 240 to 500 mm, and hc with D¯ approximately satisfy a linear relationship. (3) Based on the above study results, the relationship between two dimensionless parameters (I=mv02d13fc and H=hcl ) and dimensionless opening diameter (D¯/d1) was determined. Combined with the results of previous research, a dimensionless opening diameter model D¯d1=f1(Q,G,I)f2(H) was established. By tests verified, the test results are all within ±10% error of the theoretical model, which verifies the accuracy of the model.

Background: The relationship between methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene C677T and A1298C polymorphism with the risk of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) has remained to be controversial in recent years. This meta-analysis is aimed to confirm the association of these.Methods: Systematically searching the related studies from the PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, China national knowledge internet database from 1 January 1990 to 1 June 2022. The odd ratio (ORs) and 95% confidence interval (CIs) of gene-disease correlation in various gene models were calculated by fixed or random effect model of meta-analysis. We included 20 case-control studies in this meta-analysis with a total of 1,989 ICH patients and 4,032 health controls originated from Asian, Caucasian, and African populations.Results: The statistical analysis demonstrated the association of MTHFR C677T gene polymorphism with ICH in allele model [ORT VS. C = 1.20 (95%CI: 1.06–1.36)]; homozygote model [OR TT VS. CC = 1.50 (95%CI: 1.20–1.88)]; dominant model [OR CT+ TT VS. CC = 1.23 (95%CI: 1.03–1.48)] and recessive model [ORTT VS. CT+CC = 1.37 (95%CI: 1.17–1.60)]. Besides, we also found the relationship of MTHFR C677T gene polymorphism with Asian in four comparison model (ORT VS. C = 1.19.95%CI:1.09–1.37, ORTT VS. CC = 1.46.95%CI: 1.15–1.85, OR CT+ TT VS. CC = 1.25.95%CI: 1.01–1.54, ORTT VS. CT+CC = 1.34.95%CI: 1.54–1.17) and Caucasian in four comparison model (ORT VS. C = 1.90.95%CI: 1.22–2.97, ORTT VS. CC = 2.67.95%CI: 1.42–5.00, OR CT+ TT VS. CC = 1.56.95%CI: 1.05–2.32, ORTT VS. CT+CC = 2.25.95%CI: 1.46–4.00). But no statistically significant correlation between A1298C polymorphism and the occurrence of ICH was detected in four studies.Conclusion: MTHFR C677T gene polymorphism increases the risk of ICH in Asian and Caucasian populations but has no impact on the incidence in African communities. More importantly, the risk of ICH increases in TT genotype individuals in comparison to CT and CC genotype individuals in Asian and Caucasian populations.
