205. Curcumin Improve Tendinopathy via Regulation TLR4 Pathway in Vitro and Vivo Study

Abstract

BackgroundTendon disorders are a common type of soft tissue disease mainly characterized by various tendon syndromes with chronic pain. The purpose of this study was to evaluate curcumin had effects to improve tendon disorders by vitro and vivo study.ResultsCurcumin shows pharmacological activities similar to that of traditional anti-inflammatory agents and favorable therapeutic effects on various chronic inflammation-related diseases. In our present study, we discussed curcumin had effects to improve tendinopathy by vitro and vivo study. In further research, the study clearly explained the mechanisms by vitro study. The results were shown that curcumin had effects to improved tendinopathy which induced by TLR4/NF-κB(p65) pathway activating in vivo and vitro experiments. However, with TLR4 supplement, the treatment effect of curcumin has been disappear. ConclusionCurcumin had effects to improve tedinopathy via regulation depressing TLR4/NF-κB(p65) pathway and suppressing p-NF-κB(p65) nuclear volume.

Abstract

Considering the limited rational behavior of coal-mine enterprises and regulatory authorities, this paper studies the game problems in coal-mine safety production based on evolutionary game theory. The game strategy of coal-mine enterprises is described as the degree of effort on security, furthermore, the probability of safe production in coal-mine enterprises is defined. By introducing the speculative behavior of coal-mine enterprises, an evolutionary game model among national supervisory authorities, local regulatory authorities, and coal mining enterprises was established. Analyzing the model and performing numerical experiments on the results, it was found that the costs that the local supervisory authorities pay to supervise coal-mine enterprises and the rewards given by the national supervisory authorities to the local supervisory authorities can affect the evolution process and even change the evolution stability point. The research conclusions could provide reference for related research on coal-mine safety supervision.

Abstract

Interaction between uranium(VI) and aminopolycarboxylic acids could significantly influence the chemical behavior of uranium(VI) in the processing and disposal of nuclear wastes. Trans-1,2-cyclohexanediaminetetraacetic acid (CDTA) is a commonly used aminopolycarboxylic acid, but its complexation with uranium(VI) has not been sufficiently studied. In this study, stability constants of CDTA protonation and U(VI)-CDTA complexes at different temperatures were measured by potentiometry. Their enthalpies and entropies were obtained from van’t Hoff plots. As a result, four U(VI)-CDTA species, UO2(H2CDTA), UO2(HCDTA)-, UO2CDTA2- and UO2(OH)CDTA3-, were identified at pH 3-6 and their coordination modes in solution were demonstrated by thermodynamic studies. The proposed coordination modes of UO2(H2CDTA) and UO2(HCDTA)- in solution differ from the reported crystals; the former is bidentate bonding with one carboxylate and the latter is tridentate bonding with iminodicarboxylate.
