Mining activities and community activities around the Way Umpu River have the potential to be the main source of the decline in the water quality of the Way Umpu River. Therefore, to determine the level of pollution in the Way Umpu River, it is necessary to test the quality of river water using several chemical and physical parameters such as TSS (Total Suspended Solid), DO (Dissolved Oxygen), BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), and Phosphate. The study aims to study the differences in levels of TSS, DO, BOD, COD, and phosphate in river water before and after the mining location. The research is an observational study. Samples were taken from two points, namely the upstream (before the mining location) and the downstream (after the mining location). The average result after the analysis test is then compared with the river water quality standard in accordance with the provisions of Government Regulation no. 11 of 2012 concerning class III river water quality standards. There is no significant difference before and after mining location for the average levels of TSS, DO, BOD, and Phosphate parameters (p-value > 0.05). In the COD parameter, there is a significant difference (p-value < 0.05). Overall, the average yields of TSS, DO, BOD, COD, and Phosphate after the mining location have met the quality standards set out in accordance with Government Regulation. Therefore, it can be concluded that mining activities and community activities around the Way Umpu River have not completely decreased the water quality of the Way Umpu River in the last four years. In this study, the role of a proactive personality as a mediator in the relationship between parental involvement and self-efficacy in high school students’ career decisions was examined. The participants included 758 grade 11 students in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). The instrument that used in this study are Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form (CDSES-SF), Parent Career Behavior Checklist (PCBC), and Proactive Personality Scale (PPS). The results revealed that a proactive personality partially mediates the relationship between parental support and parental action with self-efficacy in career decisions. Furthermore, parental support and parental action directly influence self-efficacy in career decisions.

TRAINING AND WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AT KEDAWUNG VILLAGE GOVERNMENT AND SMES. Some Kedawung villagers own several UKM (Small and Medium Enterprises) such as Opak business to ginger cultivation. One of the lucrative business opportunities is the high market interest in home-based business products or Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). However, the lack of attention and attention by the local government, and the absence of promotional activities carried out by business actors have resulted in some SMEs in Kedawung Village being less developed. The analysis carried out in Kedawung Village includes, analysis of village needs and analysis of village business needs. The research method used in this research is work plan planning, UI design, database design and user flow design and usage procedures. The results of this research are the creation of village websites and UMKM websites, the existence of a good village management information system and the increased skills and abilities of village officials.

Bank Sampah Bantur Berseri merupakan tempat menabung dimana seseorang menggunakan sampah sebagai tabungan dan sampah yang ditabung dikonversikan menjadi nilai uang. Sampah tersebut sudah ditetapkan harga oleh petugas bank sampah. Permasalahan pada bank sampah Bantur Berseri adalah petugas masih sering kerepotan dalam hal transaksi tabungan dan pembuatan laporan.Selain itu harga sampah dan jenisnya sering tertukar karena sering berubah. Petugas juga kesulitan dalam hal pencarian data nasabah serta tidak adanya backup data yang baik pada tabungan nasabah. Pada penelitian ini solusi yang diusulkan yaitu pembuatan sistem informasi pada tabungan bank sampah Bantur Berseri agar dapat membantu pengelolaan data transaksi nasabah sehingga adminstrasi lebih teratur, pencarian data lebih mudah dan arsip laporan lebih rapi. Pengembangan sistem menggunankan metode prototype.tt Abstract Bantur Berseri Waste Bank is a place to save where someone uses garbage as savings and the waste that is saved is converted into money value. The waste price has been set by the garbage bank officer. The problem with the Bantur Berseri garbage bank is that the officers are still often troubled in terms of savings transactions and reporting. In addition, the price of garbage and its types is often confused because it changes frequently. Officers also have difficulties in finding customer data and there is no good data backup on customer savings. In this study, the proposed solution is the creation of an information system in the savings bank of Bantur Berseri bank so that it can help manage customer transaction data so that administration is more organized, data search is easier and the report archive is neater. System development uses the prototype method.

Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah berkembang sangat pesat sehingga kebutuhan yang sangat penting saat ini , tidak terkecuali bagi perusahaan, instansi maupun lembaga . Rumah sakit menerapkan TI dalam bentuk sistem informasi manajemen tumah sakit atau juga disebut SIMRS . Dalam menyelenggarakan SIMRS, COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) merupakan kerangka kerja yang sangat direkomendasikan untuk melakukan tata kelola TI, hal itu disebutkan dalam bab empat mengenai tata kelola pada lampiran peraturan menteri kesehatan nomor 82 tahun 2013 tentang penyelenggaraan SIMRS. Saat ini, RS UMM belum menggunakan COBIT untuk tata kelola TI, terutama dalam menganilisis tingkat kematangan dari SIMRS yang sudah diterapkan. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mengukur nilai tingkat kematangan SIMRS yang ada di RS UMM menggunakan proses TI pada COBIT 4.1 diantaranya PO8, AI2, AI3, AI5, DS3 dan DS5. Hasil tingkat kematangan SIMRS UMM saat ini berada pada tingkat tiga (defined) dengan nilai rata-rata 3,02 yang artinya secara umum prosedur SIMRS UMM sudah distandarisasi dan didokumentasikan . Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, penulis memberikan rekomendasi yang mengacu pada framework COBIT khususnya untuk mencapai tingkat empat (managed and measurable) yaitu pihak pengelola perlu mengawasi dan mengukur kepatutan SIMRS UMM serta mengambil tindakan jika terdapat proses TI yang tidak berjalan secara efektif . Abstract Information Technology (IT) has grown so rapidly that the need that is very important at this time, not least for companies, agencies and institutions. Hospitals apply IT in the form of management information system of hospital or also called SIMRS. In organizing SIMRS, COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) is a highly recommended framework for IT governance, it is mentioned in chapter four on governance in the attachment of Minister of Health Regulation No. 82 of 2013 on the implementation of SIMRS. Currently, UMM Hospital has not used COBIT for IT governance, especially in analyzing the maturity level of SIMRS that has been applied. In this study, the authors measure the maturity level of SIMRS in UMM Hospital using IT process in COBIT 4.1 such as PO8, AI2, AI3, AI5, DS3 and DS5. The maturity level of SIMRS UMM is currently at the level of three (defined) with an average value of 3.02 which means that UMM's SIMRS procedure is generally standardized and documented . Based on these results, the authors provide recommendations referring to the COBIT framework in particular to achieve level four (managed and measurable) that the manager must monitor and measure the merits of SIMRS UMM and take action if there is an IT process that is not running effectively.

Pengembangan perangkat lunak terus berkembang hingga saat ini. Berbagai metode diterapkan guna membangun suatu proyek yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari klien. Kebutuhan yang terkadang tidak jelas dan masih dapat berubah-ubah yang tidak dapat dilakukan jika masih melakukan metode pengembangan perangat lunak konvensional. Implementasi yang tidak berfokus pada fungsi utama terkadang dapat mengakibatkan pengembangan proyek semakin lama. Personal extreme programming dapat digunakan untuk membangun proyek secara fleksibel dan dapat memberikan hasil yang sesuai dengan yang klien butuhkan. Metode prioritas ranking berguna dalam tahap perencanaan dan implementasi yang berfokus pada kebutuhan utama klien. Dengan menerapkan metode personal extreme programming dengan menggunakan metode prioritas ranking untuk menenntukan prioritas kebutuhan dari klien dapat membangun sistem informasi program keluarga harapan sesuai dengan yang klien butuhkan. Abstract Software development continues to grow until now. Various methods are applied to build a project that fits the needs of the client. Needs that are sometimes unclear and can still be varied which cannot be done if still carrying out conventional software development methods. Implementation that does not focus on the main function can sometimes lead to longer project development. Personal extreme programming can be used to build projects flexibly and can produce results that match what the client needs. Ranking priority methods are useful in the planning and implementation stages that focus on the client's main needs. By applying the personal extreme programming method using priority ranking methods to determine the priority needs of clients, they can build a hopeful program keluarga harapan system according to what the client needs.

Kemajuan teknologi di bidang komputer berkembang dengan sangat pesat, sehingga dapat membantu dalam penerapan pada berbagai bidang, seperti pada bidang ekonomi, pemerintahan, kesehatan, dan bidang lainnya. Seperti halnya studi kasus dalam penelitian ini yaitu pada bidang kesehatan khususnya penyakit HIV/AIDS, yang dapat mendiagnosa penyakit tersebut menggunakan sistem pakar. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) adalah suatu penyakit yang belum diketemukan obat untuk menyembuhkannya. Virus HIV menyerang kekebalan tubuh para penderitanya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitan kali ini yaitu backward chaining dan certainty factor. Metode backward chaining digunakan untuk pencocokan fakta atau pernyataan, sedangkan metode certainty factor untuk menunjukkan ukuran kepastian dari fakta atau pernyataan tersebut. Berdasarkan pengujian pakar yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil nilai yang didapat dengan menggunakan 20 data uji menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 75%. Abstract The advances in computer technology are developing very rapidly, so then it can be helpful to apply in various fields, such as economic, government, health, and others. For the case study of this research is in the field of health, specifically HIV/AIDS, in purpose of diagnosing the disease by using an expert system. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a disease which has not found the cure yet. HIV is a virus that attacks the immune of sufferers. The method used in this research was backward chaining and certainty factor. The backward chaining method was used for matching the facts or statements, while the certainty factor method was used to indicate certainty of the facts or statements. Based on expert testing that had been done, it concluded that the results obtained by using 20 test data gave the accuracy value result of 75%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku pencarian informasi mahasiswa di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam menggunakan arsip untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasinya. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan teknik pengambilan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan secara daring yaitu melalui media berupa WhatsApp. Data yang didapatkan, peneliti analisis menggunakan tematik analisis, dan melakukan uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas. Uji kredibilitas peneliti lakukan dengan melakukan triangulasi serta melakukan member check dengan beberapa informan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka didapatkan hasil berupa pola perilaku pencarian informasi mahasiswa dalam mendapatkan arsip di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah yaitu dimulai dari latar belakang sehingga mahasiswa melakukan pencarian informasi, kemudian melakukan penelusuran referensi, penelusuran informasi, seleksi informasi, uji keabsahan informasi, pengolahan informasi sampai kepada penyajian informasi.

Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional, BPJS Kesehatan meluncurkan aplikasi mobile JKN. Aplikasi mobile JKN merupakan bentuk transformasi digital model bisnis BPJS Kesehatan, yang semula berupa kegiatan administratif di kantor cabang atau fasilitas kesehatan, kini ditransformasi ke dalam bentuk aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah peserta dimana saja kapanpun tanpa batasan waktu. Kemudahan dalam mengakses aplikasi jkn merupakan pengaruh dari usability yang ada. Tingkat usability dapat menentukan sejauh mana sebuah aplikasi dapat digunakan pengguna untuk mencapai tujuannya dan seberapa mudah dalam menggunakan antarmuka apikasi tersebut. Dan pada penelitian ini dilakukan penilaian pada aplikasi mobile Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) karena masih terdapat kekurangan yang ada pada system seperti adanya fungsionalitas yang masih belum berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya sehingga membuat pengguna kurang puas ketika menggunakan aplikasi JKN. Pengujian ini dimulai dengan mengevaluasi aspek usability melalui pengujian kegunaan ( usability testing ) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kepuasan pengguna dalam berinteraksi dengan aplikasi. Untuk penilaian tersebut digunakan tools Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI)¸ berdasarkan efficiency, affect, helpfulness, control dan learnability pengujian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian lima variabel yang ada tiga diantaranya memiliki nilai yang masih rendah yaitu efficiency , control dan learnability sehingga menunjukan bahwa tingkat usability yang ada pada aplikasi masih rendah dan belum memenuhi kepuasan pengguna aplikasi. Abstract To improve services to participants of the Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional, BPJS Kesehatan launched the JKN mobile application. The JKN mobile application is a form of digital transformation of the BPJS Kesehatan business model, which was originally in the form of administrative activities in branch offices or health facilities, now transformed into applications that can be used to facilitate participants anywhere at any time without time limits. The ease of accessing the application is an influence of usability. Usability level can determine the extent to which an application can be used by the user to achieve its goals and how easy it is to use the application interface. And in this study an assessment was carried out on the Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) mobile application because there were still shortcomings in the system such as the functionality that still did not work according to its functions, making users less satisfied when using the JKN application. This test begins by evaluating usability aspects through usability testing to find out how much user satisfaction in interacting with the application. For this assessment, Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI) is used - based on efficiency, affect, helpfulness, control and learnability , this test uses the SPSS application. From the results of the study of 5 variables, 3 of them have a low value, those are efficiency, control and learnability so that it shows that the usability level in the application is still low and does not meet the satisfaction of application users.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the national library standard, especially the point of integration of the school library with the curriculum at SDIT At-Taqwa Surabaya, and the relationship between these standards and the satisfaction of the user community. This research is a qualitative method based on case studies. Data collection using observation, semi-structured interviews, and literature studies that take the subject from the SDIT At-Taqwa Library Surabaya. Researchers used purposive sampling to select informants with criteria relevant to the research objectives so that the librarian suitable became an informant. This finding explains that the eight points in integrating elementary school libraries with the curriculum based on SNP 10:2017, are half relevant to the existing standard. Meanwhile, the other four points still do not conform with the current standards because several reasons influence them. Future research is expected to be able to review aspects of elementary school library integration with the curriculum in the National Library Standards for the coming year and its relationship to user community satisfaction.

220. Strengthening Good Governance as an Entry Point for Eradicating Corruption During the Covid-19 Pandemic

In 2015, the Corruption Perception Index (CPI) Report ranked Indonesia 107th out of 180 countries surveyed, and Transparency.org ranked Indonesia 89th out of 180 countries surveyed. Many studies have been conducted on corruption in Indonesia, but few articles have linked corruption to good governance for development in the country. Corruption can be addressed by strengthening good governance as a starting point for eradicating corruption, followed by anticorruption policy reform. The goal of this research was to look at corruption cases in Indonesia through the lens of good governance. This study was a policy-oriented study using a literature search of journal articles on corruption, with data from a variety of sources including the Indonesia Corruption Watch, Corruption Eradication Corruption (KPK), World Bank, and Transparency International. Focus group discussions were also conducted. The Spradley model was used in the data analysis through domain analysis, componential analysis, and theme analysis. The outcomes demonstrated that corruption is a unique crime that is difficult to eradicate. As a result, since good governance is not widely practiced in Indonesia, it must be emphasized. Strengthening good governance is recommended as a key to eradicating corruption in Indonesia, such as by strengthening law enforcement with the law structure as an example. Standar Pelayanan Minimal adalah ketentuan mengenai jenis dan mutu pelayanan dasar yang merupakan urusan pemerintahan yang wajib diperoleh setiap warga secara minimal. SPM bidang Kesehatan mencakup 2 jenis dan mutu layanan dasar SPM Kesehatan di Daerah Provinsi dan 12 jenis mutu layanan dasar SPM Kesehatan di Daerah Kabupaten/Kota. Standar Pelayanan Minimal yang telah ditetapkan Pemerintah ternyata belum sepenuhnya dapat di Implementasikan oleh hampir semua Daerah Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Magelang. Belum semua Indikator dari SPM dapat tercapai target yang telah diteteapkan. Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan pokok yaitu Mengapa Kinerja SPM Kesehatan Kabupaten Magelang Tahun 2017-2019 dengan 12 indikator, belum dapat memenuhi target 100% setiap tahunya dan bagaimana solusi dari pemerintah daerah dalam upaya pemenuhan SPM Kesehatan Kabupaten Magelang dalam mewujudkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian dengan pendekatan kasus dan undang-undang dengan Jenis penelitian Normatif. Sumber data berasal dari primer (wawancara), sekunder (undang-undang). Teknik pengambilan data diambil secara Kepustakaan, wawancara. Analisis data ang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, Dipslay data dan kesimpulan. Lokasi penelitian yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Magelang. Dalam Implementasi Pelaksanaan Kebijakan SPM Kesehatan peneliti menggunakan Teori Edward III yaitu dilihaat dari Aspek Komunikasi, Aspek Sumber Daya, Aspek Disposisi, dan Aspek Struktur Birokrasi. Alasan Kinerja SPM Kesehatan Kabupaten Magelang Tahun 2017-2019 dengan 12 Indikator belum dapat terpenuhi 100% setiap tahunya dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya Aspek Disposis (komitmen) dari Pelaksana SPM Kesehatan dan Kurangnya Aspek Sumber Daya (SDM, Anggaran, fasilitas). Dari Permasalahan yang ada pemerintah daerah memiliki solusi dalam Upaya Pemenuhan SPM Kesehatan. solusi pertama yaitu dengan menyusun Tim tingkat SPM Dinas Kesehatan, Analisa SPM, Penyusunan SPM Coasting, Advokasi Lintas Sektor. Konsep Kesejahteraan dalam penelitian ini diukur dari Indikator Angka Harapan Hidup. Dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Magelang, Angka Harapan Hidup di Kabupaten Magelang baik laki-laki maupun perempuan mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya.

Corn plants (Zea mays L.) are one of the second staple food plants after rice plants in Indonesia. Some people in Indonesia consume corn as a staple food. Given the importance of corn crop commodities, as one of the staple foods. So there needs to be an effort to increase the growth and production of corn plants. One such effort is the application of bokashi and varieties. This research was conducted in Kranji Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. With the altitude of ± 5 meters above sea level. The time of the study was conducted from March to June 2019. This study uses Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD), which consists of two factors, namely: bokashi and varieties. Each factor consists of 3 levels that are repeated 3 times, namely: the first factor, bokashi consists of 3 levels, namely without bokashi, bokashi cow cage, bokashi chicken coop. The second factor, the variety consisted of 3 levels namely BISI 18, NK7328 SUMO, and BISI 2. Observation of growth and production of maize plants includes vegetative phase (plant height and number of leaves) and generative phase (ear length, ear diameter, weight of peel cob ear off harvest, weight of peel cob off harvest per hectare and weight of 1000 seeds). The results showed the interaction between the treatment of bokashi and varieties on the height of maize plants and the treatment of NK7328 SUMO varieties had a good effect on all parameters of observation.

As regional autonomy, a Regency has an obligation to organize government affairs. In addition, it also has the option of attribution authority in accordance with the constitution. The Regional Government organizes the field of government affairs that can foster healthy human resources. One of its authorities is the provision of sports facilities. This study aims to analyze the urgency of the Regulations on Organizing Sports. This research method is Legal Research through a qualitative approach by examining regulations/laws related to the authority of regional autonomy in organizing sports facilities. The results show that the formation of a Regional Regulation on the Implementation of Sports is prepared by taking into account the rules for the formation of legislation mandated by Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning Formation of Legislation. Thus the regulations decided can be implemented and in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Algae-silica hybrid material from biomass Porphyridium sp. (AS) has been modified by coating Fe3O4 particles (MPs) via a sol-gel process using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) to produce algae-silica-Fe3O4 (AS-MPs). The AS-MPs produced were applied as adsorbent for the adsorption of methylene blue (MB). Identification of functional groups was performed by infrared spectrometer (IR) indicating that in AS-MPs there were active organic group derived from Porphyridium sp., silanol, and siloxane. Diffraction pattern of the AS-MPs material analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the material has peak with higher intensity at 2θ = 30.04 and 35.52o. Analyst results using a particle size analyzer (PSA) showed that the average particle size distribution of the AS-MPs material was 1.40 µm. In addition the results of the analysis using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), material of AS-MPs has a more heterogeneous surface morphology. The models of MB adsorption by AS and AS-MPs tend to follow the pseudo second-order kinetics model and Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The adsorption of MB solution by AS-MPs produces rate constants (k2) of 0.003 g/mg·min and adsorption capacity (qm) of 96.927 mg/g under the experiment conditions of dose of adsorbent 2.5 mg/L, interaction pH of 6, contact time of 60 min, and temperature of 27 °C. The AS-MPs material obtained from the results of this study can be used as an effective adsorbent because it can remove MB dyestuff in solution, it is chemically stable in acidic and neutral media, and it can be used repeatedly

Scale formation is a serious problem in many industries, especially in oil and gas industries. Therefore, in order to control the problems, this research studied the effect of the addition of gambier extract modified with kemenyan extract on the growth of calcium sulfate (CaSO4) scale formation as a green inhibitor. The crystallization experiments were carried out by using unseeded experiment method at temperature of 90°C. The CaSO4 crystals obtained with and without the addition of inhibitor were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), particle size analyzer (PSA), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results of this experiment show that the addition of the combination of gambier and kemenyan extract with ratio of 5:9 can inhibit the growth of CaSO4 crystals with the inhibition effectivity of 39.88%. These results were supported from the SEM and PSA data showing that the crystal size and particle size distribution of the CaSO4 in the addition of the inhibitor are smaller than without the addition of inhibitor. In addition, analysis using XRD showed that CaSO4 crystals undergo a change in crystalline phase with the addition of inhibitors.

Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) is a plant with high economic value because it can produce sugar. Shoot borer Scircophaga excerptalis (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) and stem borer Chilo sacchariphagus (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) attacks are one of the issues that limit sugarcane productivity. Establishing transgenic sugarcane is one of the most efficient ways to prevent borer damage. Previously, Cry1Ab and Cry1Ac genes were successfully used to create transgenic sugarcane plants. This study aimed to detect the presence of transgenes and analyze the expression level of the Cry1Ab-Cry1Ac gene fusion in transgenic sugarcane using RT-PCR. The methods used in this study are transgene detection with PCR and gene expression analysis in normalized expression (2-ΔΔCq) with RT-PCR. The Cry1Ab-Cry1Ac gene has been integrated into all lines with varied expression levels. In 311 GV and 333 GV lines, the Cry1Ab-Cry1Ac gene was expressed in the leaf but not in the stem. Shoot and stem borer attack percentage values showed that all lines were lower than the control, with 222 EH as the lowest and 311 GV as the highest. Leaf and stem borer attack levels were compared to gene expression values of Cry1Ab-Cry1Ac. Results may indicate that the 222 EH line was resistant, but the 311 GV and 333 GV lines were not.

Untuk menjamin kesuksesan layanan penempatan dan penyaluran, konselor harus memahami adanya prosedur pelaksanaan layanan penempatan dan penyaluran. Fenomena yang ada tidak semua konselor memahami dan melaksankan layanan penempatan dan penyaluran sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Pada pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa sekolah yang tidak melaksanakan layanan penempatan dan penyaluran sesuai dengan prosedur akan tetapi berhasil, sedangkan ada juga sekolah yang melaksanakan layanan penempatan dan penyaluran sesuai dengan prosedur dan berhasil. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey deskriptif untuk mengetahui faktor yang menjadi determinan keberhasilan layanan penempatan dan penyaluran. Angket Faktor Determinan Keberhasilan Layanan Penempatan dan Penyaluran diberikan kepada seluruh konselor di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Kudus (N= 35). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan sekolah menjadi faktor determinan, dikarenakan alokasi waktu jam tatap muka konselor dengan siswa di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Kudus sudah cukup baik dan efisien, sehingga konselor dalam melaksanakan layanan penempatan dan penyaluran yang sesuai dengan prosedur dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa keberhasilan layanan penempatan dan penyaluran terdapat empat indikator yaitu kompetensi konselor, sarana dan prasarana, dukungan orangtua, dan kebijakan sekolah. Kata Kunci: Faktor Determinan, layanan penempatan dan penyaluran, Sekolah Menengah Atas ABSTRACT To ensure the success of the placement and distribution services, counselors must understand their procedures for implementing the placement and distribution services.The phenomenon that is not all counselors understand and implement the placement and distribution services in accordance with existing procedures. In practice there are several schools that did not implement the placement and distribution services in accordance with the procedure but successful, while there are also schools that implement the placement and distribution services in accordance with the procedures and successfully.This type of research is a descriptive survey to determine the factors that are determinant of the success of the placement and distribution services. Determinants of Success Factors Questionnaire Placement and Distribution Service is provided to all counselors in Senior High School Kudus (N = 35). The results showed that the school's policy becomes the determinant factor, inbecause of the allocation of the time clock-face counselors with students in Senior High School wole in Kudus is quite good and efficient, so that counselors in carrying out the placement and delivery services in accordance with the procedure can be carried out well. This study implies that the success of the placement and distribution, there are four indicators competence of counselor, facilities and infrastructure, support for parents, and school policies. In female boarding schools, the use of technology really needs to be considered considering the activities that are so dense both intraculricular and extracurricular activities, on the other hand, Aisyiyah Boarding School Malang High School has quite high activities outside the school, this is evidenced by the many achievements they have from the local to the national level. . At the time this research was conducted, all countries in the world were experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic and required all activities to run online, so this research was conducted to determine the use of information technology at ABSM High School to support teaching and learning activities. The variables used in the study include new desire and interest in learning, motivation and interest in learning, understanding in learning. The research method includes research assumptions and definitions, data collection, analysis of initial conditions, preparation of questionnaires, descriptive analysis. Respondents were students of class X, XI, and XII of SMA ABSM, with a total of 30 respondents who were all ABSM high school students. The results show that in general the use of information technology media can support the teaching and learning process in the school environment for both intraculricular and extracurricular activities.

The Covid-19 pandemic is closely related to immunity, a biological protection system found in the human body. This system can ward off free radicals that will enter, so it is not easy to catch the disease. If this system works properly, then a person can avoid virus attacks. Consuming fruits and vegetables is the best immune boosting way that can be done. The importance of knowing local fruits and vegetables so that it can increase immunity. Make sure fruits and vegetables are always on the diet, so that the body is always in the best condition. This research examines the diversity of local fruits and vegetables in Jember District which can increase immunity. The research method uses exploratory survey, which aims to collect information with a qualitative approach. The research instrument consists of: observation sheets, interview guidelines and documentation. The survey area covers 31 districts in Jember District. The results of the study found 28 types of local fruit that can increase immunity, namely : avocado, sweet starfruit, wuluh starfruit, cantaloupe, red dragon fruit, guava, crystal guava, lime, semboro orange, kedondong, manalagi mango, gadung mango, pineapple, papaya, banana ambon, banana berlin, banana kepok, banana nangka, banana raja, soursop, big orange, ciplukan, passion fruit, pomegranate, mangosteen and apple melon. Also found 18 types of local vegetables that can increase immunity, namely: pumpkin, tomatoes, green spinach, red spinach, leeks, oyong, large chilies, rawit chilies, katu leaves, moringa leaves, papaya leaves, kenikir, cabbage, ferns, celery, and cauliflower. Of the 28 types of local fruit found, as much as 44.8% has been cultivated. From 18 types of local vegetables, which has been cultivated by 38.9%.

Pelatihan sistem informasi yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis masyarakat, yang berisikan data dasar yang diperlukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka penyusunan rencana pembangunan. The collected data is analyzed by multiple linear regressions with SPSS software version 22. The study results are follows. First, products partially affect on purchase decision of health food. Second, the prices can improve purchase decision of health food. Third, the price becomes the determining factor in purchase decision of health food.

Kecemasan merupakan hal yang normal terjadi dalam kehidupan manusia. Pada kadar yang rendah, kecemasan dapat membantu seseorang untuk waspada dan bersiap untuk menghadapi bahaya. Namun, jika kadarnya berlebihan kecemasan dapat menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan dan mengganggu kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran kecemasan yang dialami oleh narapidana sekaligus melihat upaya apa yang telah dilakukan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Semarang untuk menangani kasus kecemasan tersebut. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, dengan subyek penelitian berjumlah tiga orang narapidana yang melakukan tindak pidana pembunuhan. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian penelitian ini memanfaatkan model Miles dan Huberman untuk menganalisis data yang telah didapatkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketiga subyek penelitian mengalami kecemasan yang termasuk kedalam kategori sedang cenderung berat. Beberapa indikasi kecemasan muncul pada subyek penelitian, yaitu: 1) keringat berlebih, 2) gelisah, gugup dan resah. 3) insomnia dan mimpi buruk, 4) perilaku menghindar, 5) mudah marah dan sedih, 6) merasa terancam dengan seseorang, situasi atau peristiwa yang sebenarnya tidak mengamcam, 7) berpikir tentang hal menggangu yang sama berulang-ulang, dan 8) sulit memusatkan pikiran. Kecemasan yang mereka alami tidak hanya menghambat aktivitas keseharian mereka, tapi juga dapat menurunkan kualitas kesehatan mereka baik secara fisik maupun psikis.

In the field of information technology, data communication is closely related to file delivery. The size of the file is sometimes a constraint in the delivery process. Large files will take longer delivery times compared to files with smaller sizes. Therefore, to handle the problem, one of them by means of compression. This study uses an experimental method with a waterfall development model with analysis, design, coding, and testing. This application applies the Ziv Welch Lempel (LZW) algorithm. The Ziv Welch Lemp Algorithm (LZW) is included in the lossless compression technique, which is a compression technique that does not change the original data. The result of a compression assessment used the Lempel Ziv Welch (LZW) algorithm shows the average rate of compression ratio and for all types of text files by 51.04% with an average of 2.56 seconds, for an image file type of 37.26% with an average time of 0.44 seconds. Based on the average percentage of the compression ratio for all file types tested using the LZW algorithm (Lemp Ziv Welch) is 40.40% with an average time required is 1.81 seconds.

Adanya pandemi Covid-19 di awal tahun 2020 banyak memberikan dampak terhadap aktivitas normal yang dilakukan manusia, termasuk kegiatan perpustakaan yang selama ini dilakukan. Aktivitas penghentian layanan perpustakaan secara manual untuk menghindari kontak langsung dengan pemustaka sebagai tindakan dalam pencegahan dan penularan Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep layanan digital yang bisa dilakukan dan memberikan analisis dari penerapan komunikasi informasi beberapa layanan secara online dari perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dalam memberikan layanan kepada sivitas akademika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melalui studi literatur terhadap konsep keilmuan yang terkait dalam ilmu perpustakaan dan menganalisis beberapa publikasi dan praktek pelaksanaan oleh lembaga perpustakaan selama pandemi berlangsung. Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan terhadap beberapa website perpustakaan perguruan tinggi di dalam dan luar negeri dalam memberikan layanan secara online. Data diolah dan disajikan dalam pemaparan secara deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adanya kebutuhan akan layanan perpustakaan secara online melalui penerapan konsep digital library, sebagai bentuk komunikasi informasi dari lembaga perpustakaan ke pemustakanya. Layanan informasi terkait sumber informasi dalam menunjang penelitian bagi mahasiswa dan dosen masih sangat dibutuhkan melalui langganan beberapa database jurnal dan e-book, perpustakaan bisa melakukan kerjasama antarperpustakaan dalam hal ini. Beberapa perpustakaan di halaman depan website memberikan informasi terkait informasi terbaru dari perkembangan kasus Covid-19 ini, dari update data per hari, layanan literasi kesehatan dalam pencegahan penularan, dan database hasil penelitian terkait Covid-19. Layanan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dituntut untuk bisa memberikan perubahan dari layanan manual menuju layanan digital saat pandemi berlangsung.

This study aimed to describe the rank of importance among 13 entrepreneurship competencies and the difference of the rank between entrepreneurs and scientists. About 47 entrepreneurs and 22 scientists gave their evaluation by giving rank from 1 to 13. The Mann-Whitney U-test showed that most of the competencies were perceived important at the same rank by the two groups, except for the competence of "Information seeking" (U-test = 722, p < 0.01; Mrank entrepreneurs = 6.36, Mrank scientist = 9.33). The top three competencies that perceived highly important by both groups are initiative, seeking and utilizing opportunities, and perseverance.

Background and Objective: Waste of fish catching and waste of fish fillet processing will cause environmental pollution, but these materials can still be used as raw material for fish feed. The objective of this research was to change fish wastes to be made as fish powder as raw material of fish feed. Materials and Methods: This research employed a completely randomized design with three treatments; Treatment A is artificial feed that uses raw material from trash fish, Treatment B is artificial feed that uses raw material from fish fillet waste and as control is factory-made feed. The silver pompano fish stocking was done with stocking density of 20 fishes m–3. The fishes were cultured for 60 days and they were adapted with formulated feed during 7 days before testing. Results: Fish powder material in Treatment A coming from trash fish waste had good enough protein content by 43.84%, while fish powder material in Treatment B coming from fish fillet waste had lower protein content by 36.3%. The results showed that the control produced better growth activity indicators compared to Treatment A and B. The results of economic analysis showed that Treatment A and B were cheaper to produce compared to control. Conclusion: Fisheries waste both fish catch and fish fillet waste can be used as raw material for making silver pompano fish feed. Utilization of the two wastes has two functions namely saving on aquaculture costs and reducing fisheries waste.

Sehingga objek Penginapan perlu dikembangkan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih maksimal. Ada berbagai pengaruh dari perkembangan Penginapan Villa dan Guest House , salah satunya adalah perbaikan ekonomi dari warga sekitar tempat. Kota Batu merupakan salah satu kota yang memiliki berbagai pariwisata dan menjadi tempat yang populer untuk dituju oleh masyarakat yang tinggal didaerah Jawa Timur khususnya. Akan tetapi, wisatawan seiring kebingungan mengenai masalah penginapan dari mulai harga, jarak tempat wisata dan fasilitas. Keputusan rekomendasi Penginapan Villa dan Guest House dilihat dari berbagai faktor, seperti; harga, fasilitas, jarak dan layanan dari lokasi user berada saat ini dalam bentuk maps , fasilitas. Profile Matching merupakan sebuah mekanisme pengambilan keputusan dengan mengasumsikan bahwa terdapat tingkat variabel prediktor yang ideal yang harus dipenuhi oleh subyek yang diteliti, Selain itu untuk membantu dalam penentuan jalur akan digunakan Google API .Untuk Core factor adalah kriteria (kompetensi) yang paling penting atau menonjol atau paling dibutuhkan oleh suatu penilaian yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan hasil yang optimal sedangkan untuk secondary factor merupakan faktor pendukung yang kurang dibutuhkan oleh suatu penilaian. Semakin berkembangnya dunia bisnis dan semakin kompleksnya transaksi serta semakin luasnya jangkauan usaha sebuah perusahaan, maka kebutuhan perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan setiap proses bisnis harus lebih efektif dan efisien di areanya [6]. Maka dari itu perubahan proses bisnis terkadang perlu dilakukan untuk mengganti sistem yang lama dengan sistem yang baru. Perubahan proses bisnis yang signifikan ini disebut Business Process Reenginering. Konsep BPR (Business Process Reengineering) sendiri adalah merupakan sebuah konsep rekontruksi ulang dengan melakukan tindakan secara dramatis dan radikal sehingga dapat menghasilkan perbaikan proses, penghematan biaya, serta peningkatan kecepatan [1]. Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Mojokerto merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bekerja dibidang jasa penyedia air untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari. Struktur organisasi secara umum terdiri dari Pimpinan/Direktur, Bagian Hubungan Langganan dan Pemasaran, Bagian Perencanaan, Bagian Produksi dan Distribusi, Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian, dan Bagian Akuntansi dan Keuangan. Masalah yang terjadi adalah terlalu banyak proses yang tidak optimal, waktu yang terlalu lama untuk penanganan konsumen, pencatatan yang masih manual, dan terlalu banyak mengeluarkan biaya untuk sebagian proses. Berdasarkan masalah diatas, Bisnis proses PDAM Kab. Mojokerto yang perlu dirubah atau direengineering adalah proses bisnis pemasangan baru. Dengan Business Process Reenginering mampu merubah proses yang lama ke proses yang baru yaitu pada tahapan rekomendasi sehingga mendapatkan proses yang lebih efisien dalam hal pelayanan waktu. Abstract The development of the business world and is getting more complex business transactions and expansion in the size of a company , demand for the company to optimize any process of business must be more effective and efficient in area .So that the change of business process sometimes need is to replace the old with a new system .A significant change of business process is called business process reenginering. Bpr concept (business process reengineering ) are is a concept rekontruksi remake with take action dramatically and radicals which can lead to repair processes, cost savings, and increasing speed. PDAM district mojokerto is one of the companies working in the fields of service providers to the needs of water every day. The organizational structure in general / consisting of the director, the subscription and marketing, planning, production and Distribution, general and human resources, and accounting and finance. The problems is that too much process that is not optimal, for too long the consumer, manual still recording, and too much of the cost. Based on the above problems, the business process of PDAM Mojokerto that needs to be changed or reengineered is a new installation business process. With Business Process Reengineering can change the old process into a new process. that is on renewal so as to get a more efficient process in terms of time service.

Website indekos ini akan menggunakan Rational Unified Process (RUP) sebagai metode pengembangan sistem untuk membangun website ini. Dari permasalahan yang ada, maka di dapat topik yang dapat diangkat menjadi bahasan dengan judul “Penerapan Metode SDLC RUP (Rational Unified Proses) Dalam Pembuatan Sistem Informasi E-kos Berbasis Web”.Rational Unified Process memiliki 4 fase yaitu inception, elaboration, Construction, Transition dan disetiap fase memiliki tugasnya masing-masing [1]. Indonesia merupakan daerah tropis yang kaya akan hasil sumber daya alam. Salah satu hasilnya adalah umbi-umbian seperti singkong. Masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui bahwa singkong dapat diolah menjadi beras yang dikenal dengan beras analog yang merupakan beras tiruan berbahan dasar selain beras dan terigu. Telah dilakukan penelitian terhadap klaster industry kecil pengolahan ubi kayu dan klaster industry pengolahan tepung mocaf, yang bertujuan untuk membantu mengembangkan model jaringan bisnis social dan pengembangan prototip teknologi jaringan bisnis sosial pelaku usaha berbahan baku ubi kayu di desa Tirtoyudo Kecamatan Tirtoyudo kabupaten Malang. Telah dibentuk 6 tim untuk membantu penelitian tersebut yang memiliki tugas masing-masing salah satunya Game pembuatan beras mocaf berbahan dasar tepung mocaf, game ini menggunakan metode GDLC (Game Development Life Cycle). Hasil dari game bergendre simulasi ini dapat membantu pola pikir masyarakat dalam memahami dan mengetahui setiap proses cara pengolahan beras mocaf berbahan dasar tepung mocaf.

Roti merupakan makanan yang sering dikonsumsi di Indonesia. Bahan dasar dalam pembuatan roti tersebut berupa tepung terigu yang terbuat dari bahan baku dari gandum, sedangkan budidaya gandum di Indonesia belum ada, oleh Karena itu tepung mocaf adalah peluang besar untuk bahan dasar sebagai pengganti gandum tersebut dan di Indonesia sangat lah mudah dalam mebudidayakan singkong tersebut. Melihat kondisi ini maka harus dilakukan pengenalan sistem atau pendekatan kepada masyarakat berupa game edukasi. Game edukasi sendiri merupakan game yang mendidik bagi para penggunanya yang bertujuan membuat permainan tidak jenuh dan tidak membosankan, Dengan harapan game edukasi ini bisa membantu dalam pola pikir masyarakat dalam hal memahami dan mengetahui cara pengolahan roti menggunakan tepung mocaf. Dengan melihat perkembangan ini diharapkan tepung mocaf bisa dijadikan bahan pengganti sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan roti. Dengan melihat peluang ini sehingga bisa membantu masyarakat untuk lebih mengenal tepung mocaf dan bagaimana cara membuat tepung mocaf tersebut menjadi bahan pangan olahan roti dengan cara membuat pemecahan masalah tersebut dengan membuatkan game edukasi sebagai alat bantu untuk mengenalkan tepung mocaf bisa dijadikan bahan baku sebagai pembuatan roti. The final assignment is a scientific paper, in the form of writing research results that must be completed by each student to get a bachelor's degree. In the Department of Industrial Engineering there are several stages of the process that must be done by students, including registration of supervisors, seminar proposals and final hearings. So far the registration is still using google form where it is only limited to registration, and for the final assignment guidance report has not been recorded properly and done manually using the assistance sheet in the thesis logbook so the final assignment supervisor and coordinator has difficulty monitoring the student's guidance. The purpose of this study is to build a website-based system using the codeigniter framework and the waterfall method. The stages passed in the waterfall method include needs analysis, system design, implementation and system testing. The results of this research are the final assignment guidance management system in the industrial engineering department of Muhammadiyah Malang University which can monitor, assist in reporting guidance activities, and registration in the final assignment process. The objective of this study is to describe the influence of principals' leadership, work environment, and affiliation motivation on improving the performance of certified teachers at Private Vocational Schools in Tegal City, Indonesia. To achieve this objective, the current study carried out a research survey in Private Vocational Schools of Tegal City. Therefore, data collection was achieved by using survey questionnaire and respondents of the study was school teachers. Thus, this study used quantitative research approach with cross-sectional research design. Data were analyzed by using latest technique, namely; Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study showed that the leadership of the principal, the work environment, and the motivation to affiliate were well per-ceived by the teachers. Both principal leadership and work environment had direct effects on improving the certified teacher’s performance. The teacher’s performance can be explained by independent head leadership and work environment variables, however, for independent variables namely; motivation to affiliate did not have enough significant influence. Hence, teacher’s performance can be improved through the leadership of principals and a conducive work environment.
