This study aims to determine and understand the differences in Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity, Firm Value, Volatility before and after the stock split. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. In this study, from a population of 145 Indonesian manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2010-2019 period, 40 companies conducted stock splits. In order to solve the problems contained in the formulation of the problem in this study, the method used is the Paired T Test or Wilcoxon Signed Rank analysis model depending on the distribution of the data, the analysis is carried out using the help of the Stata software program. The results of this study prove that abnormal returns before and after the stock split have a significant difference with the test results of 0.0344 difference. Trading volume activity before and after the stock split there is a significant difference in the test results of 0.0175. The value of the company before and after the stock split there is a significant difference in the test results of 0.0178. Volatility before and after the stock split there is a significant difference in the test results of 0.0196.

Accountability within government agencies, the principles of accountability can be observed. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, the role of village officials and understanding of village fund management on the accountability of village fund management in Sidoarjo Regency. This research method uses quantitative, data collection is done by questionnaire. The sample that can be used as respondents is 75 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, Competence affects the accountability of village fund management in Sidoarjo Regency, the role of village officials affects the accountability of village fund management in Sidoarjo Regency and understanding has no effect on village fund management accountability in Sidoarjo Regency.

This study aims to examine the effect of voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners and information asymmetry on the cost of debt. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population used in this study is the company. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The sample in the study was 12 companies listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2018. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis uses Eviews 10 analysis with the aim of testing voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners, and information asymmetry on the cost of debt. The results of this study indicate that voluntary disclosure has a significant effect on the cost of debt, independent commissioners have no significant effect on the cost of debt, information asymmetry has a significant effect on the cost of debt, and voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners and information asymmetry have a joint effect on the cost of debt.

South Sumatera is located in tropical area with high ground flash density; therefore the occurrence of transmission line due to lightning strike is very high. Installation of lightning protection such as Transmission Line Arrester (TLA) is an alternative solution to improve transmission performance toward lightning strike threat. The selection of installation location must be well determined and calculated in order to obtain the effective and efficient performance of the TLA itself. This paper describe the methods to determine the optimum TLA installation location by calculating vulnerability index using cluster and weighted method on transmission line (SUTT) with voltage level 70 kV and 150 kV in South Sumatera. The required data for the evaluation are lightning density, insulator fault, ground resistance and the height of the tower. TLA location determination on transmission tower is performed by using simulation and then validated by comparison with insulator fault data.The optimum location has been studied for the TLA installation on several transmission towers in South Sumatera. The most effective installation is obtained when the TLA is installed on the upper most phase conductor.

The low value of Competency Unit Test (UUK) and Mid-Semester Exam (UTS) in Basic Work Automotive Engineering (PDTO) basic competency of mechanical measuring instruments, especially using and read the measurement results of the vernier caliper, micrometer and dial indicator at SMKN 8 Bandung. Users Android among students are very many and continue to develop, it is possible that Android technology is used as a learning medium for mechanical measuring instruments. The objectives of this research are (1) To create and develop learning media for basic competency of android-based mechanical measuring instruments, (2) to see the learning achievement of students with the basic competencies of mechanical measuring instruments, and (3) to see the responses of students using android-based applications in learning. This study uses thedevelopment model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research design used the Pre Experimental Design with the type of One Group Pre Test Post Test. The results of this study indicate an increase in understanding of using and reading the measurement results of mechanical measuring instruments after applying Android-based learning media in the moderate category.

This research is motivated by the lack of optimal practical infrastructure in vocational schools on the subject of light vehicle engine maintenance. This study aims to optimize the practice facilities at SMK PU Negeri Bandung. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with instruments of observation, interviews and documentation, then the collected data is processed statistically. The results showed that the light vehicle technique had the smallest ratio between the area of the room and the number of students among other skill competencies. The level of availability of infrastructure for an engine work area of 96 m², an electrical work area of 48 m², a chassis work area of 64 m², an instructor's room work area of 48 m² and an overall workshop area of 256 m² so that if categorized as standard workshop infrastructure at SMK PU Negeri Bandung 25% less than the standard BSNP and Permendiknas RI No. 40 of 2008. Therefore, optimization is done by making a practice schedule to increase the arrangement and use of practical infrastructure to 80%.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Operating Leverage and Dividend Policy on Stock Returns in Coal Subsector Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 Period. The data collection technique used is using the purposive sampling technique and the number of samples used is 11 companies. The variables used in this research are Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Operating Leverage and Dividend Policy as independent variables and stock return as dependent variable. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Economic Value Added (EVA) has a significant positive effect on stock returns, Market Value Added (MVA) has a significant negative effect on stock returns, Operating Leverage has no significant positive effect on stock returns and Dividend Policy has a significantly positive effect on stock returns.

Pendahuluan: Tersedak merupakan kondisi kegawatan pernapasan yang harus cepat ditangani. Bayi dan anak – anak adalah kelompok umur yang paling berpotensi untuk mengalami tersedak disebabkan oleh tidak dikunyahnya makanan dengan sempurna, makan terlalu banyak pada satu waktu dan memasukkan benda-benda padat kecil ke dalam mulut.Tujuan:Melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam hal ini guru, care giver/bunda KB (kelompok bermain) dan orang tua siswa KB-TK Khadijah Surabaya dalam penanganan kasus tersedak pada anak dan bayi. Metode:Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, simulasi/demonstrasi oleh fasilitator yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan redemonstrasi oleh peserta/audience sebagai evaluasi.Hasil:Setelah dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdapat peningkatan kemampuan peserta yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan pengetahuan dan efikasi diri sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Para guru dan orang tua juga dapat melakukan redemonstrasi secara benar setelah dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat ini. Diskusi:Pengetahuan terjadi setelah orang melakukan penginderaan terhadap suatu objek tertentu. Metode simulasi/demonstrasi mempermudah guru dan orang tua untuk mengetahui cara penanganan tersedak melalui indera mata dan telinga, sehingga mudah untuk dipahami. Pengetahuan kognitif merupakan domain yang sangat penting dalam membentuk tindakan seseorang.Simpulan:Pengabdian masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan efikasi diri terhadap penanganan kasus tersedak pada anak dan bayi. Investors always have high hopes for stock returns, but that is sometimes beyond expectations so investors must be careful in buying shares. The purpose of this study is to provide information to investors about what factors influence stock returns, with this notification, investor expectations of stock returns are met. The population used in the study is a manufacturing company listed on the IDX. The population technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis begins with the classic assumption test and the estimated panel data model, and continues with the t-test and F-test as well as the determination test. The results obtained are to meet the expectations of investors on stock returns is to increase the market value added ratio and return on assets ratio

Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan informatif sangat dianjurkan dalam pembelajaran geografi. Hal ini karena materi geografi cukup luas dan komplek. Akan tetapi salah satu kendala yang dihadapi sekolah adalah justru terbatasnya fasilitas media pembelajaran. Di samping itu juga tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan kualitas media pembelajaran geografi. Penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran geografi sekolah masih mengandalkan peta dinding maupun media lain yang sederhana, sehingga mengurangi daya tarik siswa akan materi geografi itu sendiri. Padahal banyak ragam media pembelajaran geografi, salah satunya sampel batuan adalah alat bantu dalam menganalis batuan secara fisik maupun kimia. Sehingga siswa dapat mengamati macam macam batuan. Sampel batuan dapat dimanfaatkan Guru Geografi sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif terutama dalam materi lithosfer kelas X SMA, karena selama ini media yang digunakan terbatas gambar dan presentasi yang kurang interaktif. Siswa hanya memahami konsep saja tanpa mengetahui sebenarnya macam macm batuan secara langsung. Padahal Sampel batuan bahan bisa dicari dan dimanfaatkan disekitar rumah dan sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melatih guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran sampel batuan yang memanfaatkan material batuan di alam sekitar.

The problem on this research is that there may be a lower overall performance at PT Inkasa Jaya Aluminium which is due to the shortage of advantageous factors which include self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence of PT Bina Utama Sakti personnel whose work at PT Inkasa Jaya Aluminium influences the decline in organizational dedication and worker overall performance.Objective: To investigate the impact of self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence on organizational dedication with worker overall performance as an intervening variable.Methodology: Based on the approach of facts collection, the researcher used quantitative studies techniques with surveys. The number of samples in this study was 100 employees of the production division at PT Bina Utama Sakti. The data analysis method in this study is using SEM analysis with mediating effects using the SmartPLS3 application to determine P-values and Path Coefficient Test as hypothesis testing.Finding: The effects that are looked at are: Self-efficacy, motivation, and competence that don’t have any great and insignificant impact on organizational dedication; Training has a great and huge impact on organizational dedication; Self-efficacy, training, and motivation don’t have any great and insignificant impact on worker overall performance; Competence has a great and huge impact on worker overall performance; Employee overall performance has a great and huge impact on organizational dedication; Self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence can't have an impact on organizational dedication via worker overall performanceConclusion: To optimize performance, the company should make a special policy to be able to further improve the self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence of their employees to maximize their performance in increasing the company's success in achieving its goals.Keywords: Competence;Employee Performance; Motivation; Organizational Commitment; Self-Efficacy

This study aims to determine the Effect of Good Corporate Governance on Investation Decision in the Trade, Service and Investment Sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017.This study uses quantitative descriptive research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and uses Program Eviews 10. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a partial and simultaneous influence on Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility as an independent variable on ROE as the dependent variable.The research results obtained are for partial hypothesis testing of the Board of Directors does not have a significant effect on ROE, the Board of Commissioners has a significant effect on ROE, the Audit Committee, CSR has no significant effect on ROE. While simultaneously the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee and CSR have a significant effect on ROE

This study aims to examine the effect of Training and Work Environment on Work Motivation with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable on the employees of PT Yamaha Musical Products Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with path analysis research techniques and using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The results show that training affects organizational commitment, work environment influences organizational commitment, training influences work motivation, work environment influences work motivation, organizational commitment affects work motivation. The path analysis result show that organizational commitment can’t be an intervening variable for training on work motivation and organizational commitment can be a partial mediation for work environment on work motivation. Furthermore, PT YMPI in Pasuruan Regency remains consistent to increase work motivation through training and work environment. Although organizational commitment provides a low increase, it is necessary that to further enhance the organizational commitment that can strengthen the work motivation so that it can improve company’s performance in the face up to business competition

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work leadership on organizational commitment to improve employee performance through both direct and indirect influence and to determine the effect of organizational commitment at PT Niki Mapan Surabaya. As many as 102 employees of PT Niki Mapan Surabaya as research samples. Analysis techniques used were path analysis, t-test statistics and F-test statistics. Data analysis was performed with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the leadership style and breadth of work affect the organizational commitment and employee performance, and organizational commitment affects the performance of employees of PT. Niki Mapam Surabaya.

Investor muda merupakan pasar besar untuk dilakukan edukasi melakukan investasi di sector keuangan karena jumlah usia muda cukup banyak. Namun demikian untuk menarik investor tidak mudah, khususnya investor keuangan karena dalam investasi keuangan resiko yang terjadi berdampak langsung pada investor. Investor yang paling potensial untuk mendapat edukasi tentang pentingnya pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan investasi keuangan adalah kalanganmuda. Mengingat jumlah penduduk Indonesia di usia muda cukup banyak maka merupakan pasar besar untuk menarik mereka melakukan investasi di sector keuangan. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan kuantitaf dengan menggunakan kuesioner, setelah data diperoleh dilakukan tabulasi data. Setelah tabulasi data diikutidengan uji diskriptif dan uji asumsi klasik. Tahapan akhirnya dilakukan uji hypotesa dengan uji t dan uji kesesuaian model. Alat analisis yang akan digunakan dalam Analisa iniadalah PLS. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan alat analisis PLS sehingga diperoleh solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi problem yang ada. Ditemukan hubungan antara perilaku keuangan dan kompetensi keuangan serta minat investor muda terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi keuangan. Leuser Adventure Shop merupakan salah satu bidang usaha dibidang penjualan peralatan outdoor dan memerlukan sistem penjualan yang baik. Pada proses penjualan, stok dan laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft office excel sebagai media untuk melakukan proses tersebut. Maka dari itu peneliti ingin membantu membuat suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu proses pekerjaan tersebut menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan langsung dan merumuskan masalah dengan bagaimana sistem penjualan yang sedang berjalan dan bagaimana pengujian sistem informasi penjualan dan pembelian yang diusulkan peneliti. Tujuan yang dilakukan dalam perancangan aplikasi ini agar dapat merancang sebuah aplikasi penjualan yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya, melakukan efisiensi dan penerapan teknologi informasi dalam bidang perdagangan dan sebagai media informasi yang lebih komunikatif dan inovatif secara detail. Metode yang digunakan peneliti untuk memperoleh data dan informasi yang diperlukan, peneliti melakukan riset lapangan dengan datang langsung ke tempat untuk mengamati dan melakukan wawancara serta peneliti melakukan riset ke perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Leuser Adventure Shop yaitu, laporan data penjualan maupun pemesanan dan arsip data yang belum maksimal dan membutuhkan banyak waktu.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Stok dan Laporan.

Dalam mengatasi masalah pada sebagian besar perusahaan menerapkan berbagai teknologi informasi untuk mendukung seluruh kegiatan di dalam perusahaan. Salah satu teknologi informasi tersebut adalah sistem informasi yang terdapat didalam sistem infromasi HR & Payroll yaitu sistem informasi untuk mengolah data absensi karyawan. Sistem informasi ini sangat diperlukan untuk menghitung gaji karyawan yang nantinya berkaitan dengan laporan keuangan sebuah perusahaan. Pada CV Persada Ilmu masih di temukan kendala dalam sistem pengajian dan perhitungan bonus karyawan, seperti perhitungan gaji yang masih manual. maka diperlukan sistem yang terkomputeriasi. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode Grounded Research yaitu suatu jenis penelitian berdasarkan fakta dan menggunakan analisis perbandingan. Dengan metode pengumpulan data seperti studi lapangan (observasi, wawancara) dan studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan data-data dari buku-buku serta mencari informasi dan teori yang berhubungan dari penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini peneliti membuat suatu sistem aplikasi absensi dan perhitungan bonus karyawan di CV Persada Ilmu menggunkan Java dan MySQL.Kata Kunci: Absensi, Gaji, Grounded Research, Java, MySQL

The implementation of this research was motivatedby the low results of student examinations in the Automotive Engine Electricity subject in 2017-2018, namely there were 27 students with an assessment standard of 7.5 after taking the average score of students at a value of 5.17 which indicates the average value of students. is far below the minimum completeness criteria value.Researchersestimatethatthelowachievementofstudenttestscoresisduetolowunderstandingof learning materials, and understanding of this material is influenced by the application of learning mediathatisnotoptimal.Learningmediaisessentiallyabridgeoflearningmessagesconveyedby lecturers to students so that they can be absorbed quickly and precisely according to their purpose. Some of the optimal application of learning media can use Android-based media, especially Unity Media.Researchersstigmatize thattheuseofAndroid-basedlearningmediawithUnitymediacan improve student learning outcomes. The implementation of this study aims to determine whether the use of android-based applications can significantly improve students' ability to read conventional ignition wiring diagrams in the Automotive Engineering course. Retrieval of data in thisstudywastaken fromasampleofautomotiveconcentrationmechanicalengineeringeducation students who are currently taking Automotive Engine Electrical courses. The research design that the researchers used was the Experiment type One Group Pre-test-Post test Design. Based on the research data, the data shows that there is a significant increase in student achievement, which is obtainedbasedonthepretestandposttestscores.TheaverageN-gainscoreobtainedfromthisstudy is 0.41 in the mediumcategory.

This is motivated^by the fact that there are still many students scores^that have not reached the graduation^level which is caused by*dissatisfaction with the services*provided by the teacher when carrying^out learning.The method-used in this study is a quantitative^method with a descriptive approach and a^survey^research^design^with^a^population^of^all students^of^class^XII^TKR^SMKN^6^Bandung^and a sample of 65 students. Data obtained^using a questionnaire distributed-to students using google-form. The result of the^expert judgment indicate that the research^instrument is valid for use. The result*of this study indicate the percentage^of satisfaction of 56,7% is in the*unsatisfactory category. This shows^that there is still a lack of teacher_pedagogical ability in implementing_learning.So, it can be concluded that satudets are not_satisfied with the pedagogical^ability of the teacher*which*results*in*many*students who do not reach the passing level*in productive subject.

The acceleration of national development, especially in the industrial sector, requires an adequate national energy supply. There are various types of energy sources which include conventional energy sources as well as new and renewable energy sources including nuclear energy. The problem is how to utilize these energy sources into energy that is ready to be utilized. BATAN as a research and development institution in the nuclear field has taken the initiative to contribute to the development of technology for providing electricity and other thermal energy, particularly reactor technology as a power plant and a provider of thermal energy. This research aims to analyze the design of the IPWR type SMR reactor cogeneration energy conversion system. The IPWR reactor cogeneration energy conversion system which also functions as a reactor coolant is arranged in an indirect cycle configuration or Rankine cycle. Between the primary cooling system and the secondary cooling system is mediated by a heat exchanger which also functions as a steam generator. The analysis was carried out using ChemCAD computer software to study the temperature characteristics and performance parameters of the IPWR reactor cogeneration energy conversion system. The simulation results show that the temperature of saturated steam coming out of the steam generating unit is around 505.17 K. Saturated steam is obtained in the reactor power range between 40 MWth to 100 MWth. The results of the calculation of the energy utilization factor (EUF) show that the IPWR cogeneration configuration can increase the value of the energy utilization factor up to 91.20%.
