This study aims to describe the resistance carried out by street vendors on the Boenda Tanjung Pinang page. This study uses a qualitative approach, data obtained from interviews and observations. This study identifies that the policing carried out by Satpol PP against street vendors is a form of implementing local government regulations. To get around the policing activities that the Satpol PP is continuously carrying out, street vendors fight in two forms, namely hidden and open resistance. The two forms of resistance became an alternative for traders to continue selling at the Boenda site and to fulfill their daily needs. AbstrakKajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang perlawanan yang dilakukan oleh Pedagang Kaki Lima di Laman Boenda Tanjung Pinang. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi. Kajian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa penertiban yang dilakukan oleh Satpol PP terhadap pedagang kaki lima merupakan bentuk penerapan peraturan pemerintah daerah. Untuk menyiasati kegiatan penertiban yang terus dilakukan oleh Satpol PP, para pedagang kaki lima melakukan perlawanan dalam dua bentuk yaitu perlawanan tersembunyi dan terbuka. Kedua bentuk perlawanan itu menjadi alternatif para pedagang untuk tetap berjualan di lokasi laman Boenda dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup mereka.

This study aims to determine the importance of social capital in society, especially for followers of Ugamo Malim and to maximize social capital in Ugasan Torop for its followers. This research method uses qualitative methods with a cultural approach. The results showed that the followers of the Ugamo Muslim faith in carrying out their torop duties as a form of gratitude that continues to this day have their own uniqueness. In every use and use of troop duties, it can be used by all households who adhere to the Ugamo malim belief without having to guarantee its use. Its use is also in terms of social assistance to help parmalim households who are in financial difficulty by paying attention to the norms that guide Ugamo malim's daily beliefs.

This research is motivated by the obstacles of BK teachers in providing questionnaires to analyze the needs of students through WhatsAPP Group, students who do not respond and are indifferent in the implementation of the information services provided and the obstacles of BK teachers in determining information service materials to be provided through WhatsAPP Group . The purpose of this study is to describe 1). Planning, 2). Implementation, 3). Evaluation, 4). Result analysis 5). Follow-up in the implementation of online guidance and counseling teacher information services. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The research population was 49 BK teachers who were selected by purposive sampling technique as many as 30 BK teachers samples. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Meanwhile, for data analysis using descriptive statistics with percentage techniques. The results of research on the implementation of online information service programs at SMPNs throughout Padang Pariaman Regency are seen from 1). Planning is in the effective category, 2). Implementation is in the effective category, 3). Evaluation is in the effective category, 4). The analysis of the results is in the effective category, 5). Follow-up is in the effective category. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for BK teachers to further improve the implementation of online information services in order to get even better results.

The problem of poverty in Indonesia is a challenge faced by the government from time to time, poverty is a complex problem that requires special handling and programs. This activity aims to provide solutions for the people of Kampung Bulang of Tanjungpinang City, Riau Island of Indonesia, through empowering family life by providing handicraft training that has a selling value to the community so that it can increase the economy and family income. The program method is a descriptive, qualitative approach with service-based methods or service work procedures in the form of training, discussion and simulation. After implementing the program and analysing it thoroughly, the program is proven to be able to increase the income and standard of living of PKH recipients by developing a business from patchwork handicrafts. Masalah kemiskinan di Indonesia merupakan tantangan yang dihadapi pemerintah dari waktu ke waktu, kemiskinan merupakan masalah yang kompleks sehingga memerlukan penanganan dan program khusus. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi bagi masyarakat Kampung Bulang Kota Tanjungpinang, Kepulauan Riau Indonesia, melalui pemberdayaan kehidupan keluarga dengan memberikan pelatihan kerajinan tangan yang memiliki nilai jual kepada masyarakat sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian dan pendapatan keluarga. Metode program adalah deskriptif, pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode berbasis pengabdian masyarakat atau prosedur kerja pelayanan berupa pelatihan, diskusi dan simulasi. Setelah program dilaksanakan dan dianalisis secara menyeluruh, program tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan pendapatan dan taraf hidup penerima PKH dengan mengembangkan usaha dari kerajinan kain perca.

Perianal fistulizing Crohn's disease (PFCD) is a common, disabling and aggressive phenotype that negatively impacts on the quality of life of affected patients. Its successful treatment is still a struggle for both physicians and patients. Significant advances in the management of this condition have occurred in the last two decades holding promise for a better future. This culminated into the concept of a collaborative multidisciplinary approach using the latest medical therapies combined with modern surgical and endoscopic techniques. Despite this, PFCD management and treatment have not been standardized yet. Thus the gastroenterologist and surgeon have to be familiar with several approaches and/or techniques. The positioning of each therapeutic option will certainly evolve with new data, but for the time being it should be driven by patient's characteristics, physician's preference and/or experience, costs and availability in local practice. Additionally, patient's perception of benefits and risks of treatment may differ from those of physicians and recognition of this difference is a starting point for difficult clinical decision-making. In this paper, a multidisciplinary group of Italian IBD experts explore and discuss current medical and surgical therapeutic options, highlighting areas of unmet needs in PFCD, with particular focus on the optimal patient flow within the Italian clinical reality.

Demokrasi memberikan kesempatan luas kepada seluruh warga negara dalam memenuhi syarat untuk memilih dan dipilih sebagai perwakilan masyarakat tanpa adanya diskriminasi suku, ras, agama dan gender. Hal ini dikuatkan dengan kebijakan afirmasi dari pemerintah yang menetapkan ketentuan kuota 30 persen bagi perempuan untuk menduduki jabatan dalam politik diatur oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2008 mengenai Pemilihan Umum anggota DPR, DPD, dan DPRD, demikian juga dengan UU No. 2 Tahun 2008 tentang Partai Politik. UU tersebut mengatur partai peserta Pemilu menyertakan 30 persen keterwakilan perempuan dalam pencalonan anggota legislatif yaitu pada Pasal 8 ayat (1), salah satunya adalah huruf (d) yaitu: “melibatkan keterwakilan perempuan minimal 30% (tiga puluh perseratus) sebagai kepengurusan partai politik tingkat pusat”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi partai politik dalam meningkatkan keterwakilan perempuan dalam pencalonan anggota legislatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskiptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitiann ini ditentukan dengan purposive sampling, sehingga peneliti mengambil tiga partai politik yaitu, Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS), Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP), dan Partai Golongan Karya (GOLKAR) sebagai informan. Perolehan data lapangan dihasilkan dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan teknik wawancara mendalam. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data hingga tahap kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa peran partai politik cukup besar untuk meningkatkan keterwakilan perempuan dalam pencalonan anggota legislative. Peran tersebut dilihat dari berbagai strategi yang dilakukan partai untuk meningkatkan keterwakilan perempuan. Strategi tersebut dibangun melalui pendekatan berikut: pendekatan organisasi perempuan, pendekatan tokoh masyarakat, dan pendekatan program pemberdayaan masyarakat.

As a result of the research, 37 strains of yeast cultures were isolated. Taking into account the toxicological status, biosafety, antagonistic properties to the native microflora of animals and the protein-amino acid composition, a strain of yeast-like fungi isolated from the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory system of cattle was selected. Based on phenotypic and biochemical characteristics, the strain was assigned to the genus Hanseniaspora. The isolate does not show toxic effects, which is confirmed in experiments on ciliates Tetrachymena pyriformis, and is biosafe in concentration 2,0·108 when administered orally to Wistar white rats. Based on a review of the literature and studies, the isolated yeast strain is promising for use as a probiotic supplement.

Despite the effort and emphasis of Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT) strategies, the rate of Mother-to-child transmission (MTCT) of HIV continue to be high. Selfefficacy beliefs may be very helpful for not only perception and avoidance of risk for MTCT of HIV but also for coping with the disease and empowering health and socio-economic conditions. However, previous analyses of self-efficacy were found to be only partially useful in the context of PMTCT of HIV. The purpose of this paper is to explore the current knowledge about the selfefficacy concept and clarify its theoretical application in the context of PMTCT of HIV research. The Norris method of concept clarification was used as the guiding framework. Literature Review. Literature review was conducted in MEDLINE, PUBMED, CINHAL, and Google Scholar. Six antecedents of self-efficacy identified were perceived risk, challenges, tasks, goals, adversity, and difficulty. High self-efficacy was found to influence the development of cognitive, personal, behavioral, and environmental factors which influence the adherence of PMTCT strategies and prevention of MTCT of HIV. The clarification of the self-efficacy concept will assist nurse researchers, practitioners, and educators in developing interventions and education strategies aimed at promoting PMTCT of HIV.

The purpose of this scoping review was to assess the state of the literature concerning the experiences of new PhD-prepared tenure-track faculty, with a keen interest in nursing faculty. Effective recruitment and retention strategies for new nursing academic faculty need to be found and implemented. A literature review based on Arksey and O’Malley’s five-stage framework for scoping reviews was undertaken. Using the PRISMA protocol, a systematic literature search was conducted in seven databases of studies published in English. Based upon inclusion criteria and relevance, 13 studies out of 90 papers were included in this study. Themes identified from the studies were transitioning to academia, developing a research program, balancing work and life, and perceived inequity. The research was predominately American and Canadian based. Several gaps in the literature were identified. Further research is critical to make recommendations to key stakeholders for recruitment and retention strategies.
