Introduction- The long-term effects of SARS-CoV-2 infection are becoming a signicant burden on society and healthcare systems. Data on post-COVID-19 syndrome in the general population is needed to organise healthcare treatments and resources in a timely manner.(1) In adults hospitalised with severe coronavirus illness, long-term symptom duration and impairment are typical (COVID-19). Understanding the complete spectrum of COVID-19–associated disease and adjusting public health messages, treatments, and policies requires characterising return to baseline health among outpatients with milder COVID-19 illness.(2) Aims and Objectives This study aims to nd incidence and assess progression and burden of long covid among post covid patients. Methodology- A cross sectional interview-based study was conducted for a period of 3 months among post covid patients to nd the incidence of long Covid. The list of respondents was obtained from health departments records listing post covid patients from March 2021 to November 2021. Results- Our study found that symptoms of Covid persisted long after patient was declared Covid negative. Majority of the patients 78 patients reported dermatological symptom of hairfall along with memory loss and muscle weakness. Conclusion- This study will help the public health care providers, clinicians and the policymakers to be prepared for the symptoms faced in post COVID-19 and general public in the coming months and years. It will also throw light into the possible factors which are associated with persistent post-acute COVID-19 infection.

The present study entitled “Marketing channel involve in marketing of Sudha Dairy Milk” was undertaken to study In this study, an attempt has been made to study analysis of Procurement of raw milk for Patna Dairy project is done from the rural areas of five districts of Bihar through one channel only. Marketing of liquid milk is done in the town parts of the five districts of Bihar through two channels. Every producer has their own cattle and buffaloes. Jersey breed of cows are highest in number (52%) while in case of buffaloes, local breeds (72%) still wins the race. About 80 per cent of the producers purchase cattle feed, ‘Sudha Dairy’ for their cattle, which is manufactured by PDP.Only 20 per cent of the producers have used artificial insemination provided by the PDP. Aging reduces women’s suitability as ‘heroines’ in the film industry. The article (a) provides a critical genealogy of female aging in the world of Indian cinema, which was born in the colonial era and (b) assesses the representation of older women in more recent Bollywood movies.

India still has one of the world’s greatest burdens of infectious illnesses, driven by variables such as massive population, significant poverty, subpar sanitation, and impedances in access to basic health care. To overcome this burden, the Integrated Disease Monitoring Project (IDSP), funded by the World Bank, was established by the Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare in November 2004 to strengthen the country’s monitoring and response system. Several challenges in the effective utilization of IDSP and the need for elaborated epidemiological data for quick response led to the development and design of a novel Integrated Health Information Platform (IHIP). This platform’s future impacts include better surveillance coverage, improved continuous monitoring, better-automated analysis, visualization and displaying of near-real-time data, and closed network linkage of various reporting units such as field staff, medical officers, and laboratory personnel. Data collection under IDSP was paper-based and it produced a weekly surveillance report this includes case-centric data with demographic, clinical, and laboratory details, and links it with IDSP’s S, P, and L formats. Developed by the Government of India, with the support from the WHO, this platform integrates the electronic health records of individuals from all parts of India, allowing greater continuity of the treatment, secure and confidential storage of data/records, enhanced illness diagnostics, reduction, and even prevention of medical errors. This paper is intended to study this novel IHIP model of the Government of India, highlight its current challenges, propose possible solutions, and predict future possibilities.

Objective: To comprehend the evolution and spread of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV-2) virus and also to prevent the future spread of the same, sequencing and analyzing the genomic data of SARS CoV-2 are essential. The objective of the present study is to describe the scope of improvement identified by the state of Madhya Pradesh in the data flow chain and the methodology designed to address the identified shortcomings. Methods: The number of sources of sample data collection was altered as well as a series of Google Sheets were formulated as an open-source tool, to implement an efficient sample data-sharing platform. The application of the proposed tool (Google Sheets as a source of data collection and information sharing) was within the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. Result: After utilizing this mechanism, the state was able to trace more than 80% VOCs and 3341 primary contacts and was also able to communicate this result to all stakeholders without much delay. Conclusion: Based on successful implementation and results, the authors suggest widening the domain of the proposed tool to other states.

Whenever a user visits a website, our tool automatically evaluates it and determines if the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)'s data protection guidelines are being followed. Users may use these ratings to determine if a certain privacy policy is in compliance with privacy-abiding practices or not. This approach seeks to narrow the knowledge gap between users and privacy policies, promoting informed choice-making and strengthening online privacy protection.

Cell detachment from the extracellular matrix triggers anoikis. Disseminated tumor cells must adapt to survive matrix deprivation, while still retaining the ability to attach at secondary sites and reinitiate cell division. In this study, we elucidate mechanisms that enable reversible matrix attachment by breast cancer cells. Matrix deprival triggered AMPK activity and concomitantly inhibited AKT activity by upregulating the Akt phosphatase PHLPP2. The resultant pAMPKhigh/pAktlow state was critical for cell survival in suspension, as PHLPP2 silencing also increased anoikis while impairing autophagy and metastasis. In contrast, matrix reattachment led to Akt-mediated AMPK inactivation via PP2C-α-mediated restoration of the pAkthigh/pAMPKlow state. Clinical specimens of primary and metastatic breast cancer displayed an Akt-associated gene expression signature, whereas circulating breast tumor cells displayed an elevated AMPK-dependent gene expression signature. Our work establishes a double-negative feedback loop between Akt and AMPK to control the switch between matrix-attached and matrix-detached states needed to coordinate cell growth and survival during metastasis.Significance: These findings reveal a molecular switch that regulates cancer cell survival during metastatic dissemination, with the potential to identify targets to prevent metastasis in breast cancer. A steady-state thermal analysis is performed on a fully voided channel of an Indian pressurized heavy water reactor (IPHWR) by providing variable heat flux inputs of 800 W/m2, 1500 W/m2, 2500 W/m2, 3500 W/m2, and 4500 W/m2 for evaluating the numerical results of temperature distributions in pressure tube (PT) and calandria tube (CT) at concentric scenarios using a numerical approach. The top to bottom temperature difference of PT and CT is found to be 0.57% and 3.31%, respectively, for 800 W/m2 input heat flux, and this variation decreases to 0.015% and 0.05%, respectively, for 4500 W/m2 input heat flux, thus pointing out that increasing the heat flux leads to the decreased top to bottom temperature difference. Also, the temperature distribution pattern is found to be similar for all the input heat fluxes, and for a particular heat flux, the change in circumferential temperature is found to be negligible. The boiling phenomenon starts at 2500 W/m2, and the volume fraction of moderator vapor increases as the heat flux is increased, the average density of moderators inside the enclosure decreases, and continuous variation in film thickness is also observed with respect to time for a particular heat flux value. The results also showed that the moderator acted as an effective heat sink for higher heat input rates.

The metabolic syndrome, first introduced by Hermann Haller in 1975, was sometimes also known as insulin resistance syndrome, syndrome X, and plurimetabolic syndrome. In 1989 it was rechristened by Kaplan as "Deadly Quartet" based on a consolidation of central obesity, impaired glucose tolerance, dyslipidemia, and systemic hypertension. Metabolic syndrome is positively associated with a pro-inflammatory and pro-thrombotic state, attributed to increased pro-thrombotic and inflammatory markers activity. Moreover, Metabolic syndrome is frequently associated with increased atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, obstructive sleep apnea, and chronic kidney disease. Despite concerted endeavors worldwide, the complexity of the pathophysiology of metabolic syndrome is still not clearly understood. Currently, therapeutic possibilities are confined to individual therapy of hyperglycemia, hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperuricemia, regular physical exercise, and a restricted diet.

The primary idea of this project is to create a waste segregation bin which is equipped with a number of sensors to effectively sense the nature of waste and place it in the correct bin. We are also using a LIDAR system so that it can traverse autonomously from house to house in order to collect the waste sample. The system is also equipped with a RFID module so that it can reward the person who uses it. The waste bin would also be attached with an ultrasound sensor connected to a web application using NodeMCU so that the authorities can monitor the level of waste present in the bin. This would save fuel for them and it would also help the companies requiring those waste products to know beforehand how much waste they will get on a particular day. The companies will pay the authorities some amount for the waste product. The authorities will keep some amount for maintaining the equipment and building more such items and pay the rest to the persons who provide the waste as the data is already available through the RFID card reader. It would be a benefit for the companies as they are getting the waste at a lower cost, the citizens would get a reward for throwing the waste in the proper bin. A stent is a supplementary device used in conjunction with a surgical procedure to keep a skin graft in place. Various materials can be used in their fabrication such as acrylic resins, soft liners and modelling plastics. They can either be intraoral or extraoral, in the maxillofacial region they aid in stabilizing the deformity, prevents scar contracture, stops haemorrhage, and reduce the severity of maxillofacial defect by aiding in fabrication of a better fitting prosthesis. This paper displays the role and application auricular stent in maintaining auriculocephalic angle post-surgery.

This article critically examines the change of mode of education to online during the global distress of the pandemic. Even though India has achieved milestones in innovation and advancement of technology for the purpose of education and has been on the path of growth, there is still a sector of disadvantaged people who are left behind in this whole race. This article then focuses on the digital divide caused to the disadvantaged sector of people and to find out the causes of their disadvantaged state to find workable solutions for improvement of it. It examines the pros and cons of the Online education by reviewing relevant literature as well as through the insights and results given by 82 participants who took part in the online based survey. According to the collected data, the loopholes due to which the online education is deemed less effective are examined. It is a well-known fact that the online mode of education made it less costly and available to a lot of people regardless of their age .
