This study had as objective to identify to the perception of mothers and professionals of health on the attention to the health of HIV-Positive children/adolescents in the city of Natal-RN. It is a descriptive-exploratory study with quantitative and qualitative approach, carried through in the Giselda Trigueiro Hospital and in the State and Municipal Health Councils in Natal - RN, from march to december of 2005. The sample was composed by 56 participants, 33 mothers of children who use specialized assistance and 23 professionals. Data collection occurred with the application of a half-structuralized interview. Quantitative data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and qualitative data were submitted to content analysis. Prevailing categories in relation to the cartography of the attention to seropositive children and adolescents in Natal were: Organization and dynamics of the attention; Institutional management and human development; Control and prevention; other contexts of attention; relationship/communication team-patient and organization and functioning of the services. The profile epidemiologist of the children, adolescents and of the people/mothers, who take care of them with HIV/Aids, followed the evolution of the epidemic in the country and the world. It was verified that mothers need care and information; however they make a positive evaluation of the attendance they receive. It was also observed many gaps in the services of assistance, in which the researched group was attended, beyond imperfections in the communication between health professionals and users. The professionals recognize the advances that the politics represent for the assistance of people with Aids; however feel themselves limited by the precariousness of the system and the partner-economic conditions of the people. According to these data, it can be verified great challenges to go through in the context of integrality of the assistance to HIV positive children and adolescents in the city of Natal and in the improvement of the communication in the institution of reference Este estudo teve como objetivo Identificar a percepção de mães e profissionais de saúde sobre a atenção à saúde de crianças/adolescentes soropositivos no município de Natal-RN. Tratou-se de um estudo descritivo-exploratório com abordagem quantiqualitativa, realizado no Hospital Giselda Trigueiro e nas Secretarias Estaduais e Municipais de Saúde situados em Natal RN, no período de março a Dezembro de 2005. A amostra foi formada por 56 participantes, sendo 33 mães de crianças usuárias da assistência especializada e 23 profissionais. A coleta de dados ocorreu com a aplicação de uma entrevista estruturada. Os dados quantitativos foram analisados através da estatística descritiva e os dados qualitativos foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo. As categorias prevalentes em relação à cartografia da atenção as crianças e adolescentes soropositivos em Natal foram: Organização e dinâmica da atenção; Gestão Institucional e desenvolvimento humano; Controle e prevenção; Outros Entornos de atenção; relacionamento/comunicação equipe-paciente e organização e funcionamento do serviço. O perfil epidemiológico das crianças, adolescentes e seus respectivos cuidadores/mães com HIV/Aids, foi semelhante à evolução da epidemia no país e no mundo. Observou-se que essas mães são carentes de cuidados e informações, porém fazem uma avaliação positiva do atendimento que recebem. Foram verificadas diversas lacunas nos serviços de assistência, no qual o grupo pesquisado foi atendido, além de falhas na comunicação entre equipe de saúde e usuários. Os profissionais reconhecem os avanços que as políticas representam para a assistência de pessoas com Aids, porém sentem-se limitados pela precariedade do sistema e das condições sócioeconômicas das pessoas. Diante desses dados, constatam-se os grandes desafios a serem percorridos no contexto da integralidade da assistência a crianças e adolescentes portadores de HIV no município de Natal e na melhoria da comunicação na instituição de referência

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior In the historical-cultural perspective, the drawing is processed by means of a shared and complex way, under diverse relations with the other and with the immersed signs of the culture. That is, something constituted by the social interactions and that can modify the structure of the psychological functions, therefore as socialized sign, propitiates the incorporation of the functions socially. In this way, the figuration carrier sensitive and established meanings historically disclosing the shared experiences and the ways of the subject to think and perceive the world. Such reflections gave shape to the main problem of this research: how to think over about the drawing at the school to incide in the reconstruction of the childs imaginative language? Under such perspective, this work deals with the interactions in the production process of the drawing of the children in a context of teach-Iearning of the elementary school having as goal to analyze the interactions established in the cIassroom in the process of production of the drawings; to propose situations of learnings that favor the advance graphical expression of the students; and to identify in the interactive games some relations between body expression and drawing. For its accomplishment, it was opted for the construction process based in the collaborative investigation by the fact to propitiate negotiations, sharing and confrontation of ideas, becoming possible a joint construction of the knowledge. For this research, the researcher and the collaborating teacher, as well as the involved children, become themselves into co-authors of the context studied. As locus of the research, it was chosen a first cycle class, with 30 students, from Municipal School Profª. Emília Ramos (Natal/RN - Brazil), whose election took in account the fact of this school to constitute in a promotional space of reflections and professional development of teachers in service and, at the same time, for presentinglimitations theoretic- methodological in the field of teaching for Arts. In the process of the research, it was perceived that the children with the support of the verbal language formulates meanings on the seen and imagined object, printing lines and forms that if overlap to the physiological aspects of the visual perception. That is, the drawing discloses a reality appraised, enriched for the picked up vision of the image, but the meanings established for the author, or observer who becomes it perceivable and identified. In the systemizing situations, it was observed that the teaching-Iearning process of the drawing, implies a co-construction between teachers and learners. And, moreover, the necessity to interlace emotion and cognition by means of plastic-corporal interactions that foment drawing experiences, whose process concurs for the imagenative reconstruct of the apprentices Na perspectiva histórico-cultural, o desenho se processa de modo compartilhado e complexo, sob diversas relações com o outro e com os signos imersos na cultura. Isto é, algo constituído pelas interações sociais e que pode alterar a estrutura das funções psicológicas, pois como signo socializado, propicia a internalização das funções desenvolvidas socialmente. Dessa forma, a figuração carrega significados e sentidos estabelecidos historicamente, revelando as experiências compartilhadas e os modos do sujeito de pensar e perceber o mundo. Tais reflexões deram forma ao problema central dessa pesquisa: como repensar o desenho na escola para incidir na reconstrução da linguagem imagética da criança? Nessa perspectiva, esse trabalho trata das interações no processo de produção do desenho das crianças em um contexto de ensino-aprendizagem do Ensino Fundamental, tendo como objetivos: analisar as interações estabelecidas na sala de aula no processo de produção dos desenhos; propor situações de aprendizagens que favoreçam a ressignificação gráfica dos alunos; e identificar nos jogos interativos algumas relações entre expressividade corporal e figuração. Para sua efetivação, optou-se pela construção metodológica calcada na investigação colaborativa, pelo fato de propiciar negociações, partilha e confronto de idéias, possibilitando uma construção conjunta do conhecimento. Por esse viés investigativo, a pesquisadora e a professora colaboradora, assim como as crianças envolvidas, convertem-se em co-autores do contexto estudado. Como lócus da pesquisa, foi escolhida uma turma do 1º ciclo, com 30 alunos, da Escola Municipal Profª. Emília Ramos (Natal/RN Brasil), cuja seleção levou em conta o fato dessa escola constituir-se em um espaço promotor de reflexões e de desenvolvimento profissional de professores em serviço e, ao mesmo tempo, por apresentar limitações teórico-metodológicas no campo do Ensino de Artes. No percurso das investigações, percebeu-se que a criança com o auxílio da linguagem verbal, formula significados sobre o objeto visto e imaginado, imprimindo linhas e formas que se sobrepõem aos aspectos fisiológicos da percepção visual. Isto é, o desenho revela uma realidade conceituada, enriquecida por uma percepção verbalizada, em que não é apenas a figura em si que define a visão captada da imagem, mas os significados estabelecidos pelo autor, ou observador que a torna perceptível e identificada. Nas situações sistematizadoras, observou-se que o processo ensino-aprendizagem do desenho, implica uma co-construção entre professor e alunos. E, além disso, a necessidade de entrelaçar emoção e cognição por meio de interações plástico-corporais que fomentem experiências de figuração, cujo processo concorra para a (re)construção imagética dos aprendizes

The physiological variations of parameters in situations of laboral stress can function like indicator in the sprouting of disorder. Those conditions have led researchers to investigate alternatives that can favor the quality of life in persons under stress laboral. The present research had as objectives investigate the physiological behavior of parameters (blood pressure, heart hat and respiratory hat) of men and women in condition of stress laboral submitted to the technique Watsu. It was used a experimental methodology with a group formed by men and women in reproductive age, that work as salesclerk in a supermarket net in Natal/RN. The seven individuals selected were submitted to the three phases of the study (dependent groups), that consisted of the phase 1 of obtaining from the measure basal (control 1), in the phase 2 of immersion in the water (control 2), and phase 3 from the application the technique Watsu (experimental phase). It was verified that during the phase basal (condition 1) the physiological parameters (BPS, BPD, HH and RH) of both sexes evaluated showed the medium values of the women (average±detour-standard: BSP = 104.1±7.92; BPD = 70.83 ±7.92; HH = 77.58 ±3.87; RH = 19.83 ±2.58) similar those presented by the men (BPS = 118.75 ±7.55; BPD = 75.00 ±9.91; HH = 71.75 ±14.95; RH = 16.62 ±3.99). The evaluation of those parameters before and after immersion of the volunteers in the water (condition 2) showed a significant reduction (W = 3.0: p≤0.05) barely for the values of BPS presented by the sex females after immersion. In the men group, all of the physiological parameters analyzed did not vary significantly. Regarding the profile of those variables before and after application of the watsu (condition 3), was verified a significant increase (W= 0,0: p≤0.05) for the BPS one and SABP in the women. The Men did not show significant variation for all of the physiological parameters. Faced with the results presented, we are able to conclude that the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were the physiological parameters that are on influence from the Technique Watsu, only for the kind females As variações de parâmetros fisiológicos em situação de estresse laboral podem funcionar como indicadores no surgimento de desordens. Essas condições têm levado pesquisadores a investigar alternativas que possam favorecer a qualidade de vida em pessoas sob estresse laboral. O presente estudo teve como objetivo Investigar o comportamento de parâmetros fisiológicos (pressão arterial, freqüência cardíaca e freqüência respiratória) de homens e mulheres em condição de estresse laboral submetidos à técnica Watsu. Utilizou-se uma metodologia experimental com população formada por homens e mulheres em idade reprodutiva que exercem a função de operadores de caixa, numa rede de supermercados em Natal/RN. Os sete indivíduos selecionados foram submetido às três etapas do estudo (grupos dependentes), que consisti na fase 1 de obtenção da medida basal (controle 1), na fase 2 de imersão na água (controle 2), e fase 3 da aplicação da técnica Watsu (fase experimental). Foi verificado que durante a fase basal (condição 1) os parâmetros fisiológicos (PAS, PAD, FC e FR) de ambos os sexos avaliados mostrou os valores médios da mulheres (média ±desvio-padrão: PAS = 104.1 ±7.92; PAD = 70.83 ±7.92; FC = 77.58 ±3,87; FR = 19.83 ±2.58) semelhantes àqueles apresentados pelos homens (PAS = 118.75 ±7.55; PAD = 75.00 ±9.91; FC= 71.75 ±14.95; FR=16.62 ±3.99) . A avaliação desses parâmetros antes e aos a imersão dos voluntários na água (Condição 2) mostrou uma redução significativa (W=30:p≤0,05) apenas para os valores de PAS apresentado pelo sexo feminino após a imersão. Entre os homens, todos os parâmetros fisiológicos analisados não variaram significativamente. Com relação ao perfil dessas variáveis antes e após aplicação do Watsu (condição 3), foi verificado um aumento significativo (W=0,0: p≤0.05) para a PAS e PAD nas mulheres. Já os homens, não mostraram variação significativa para todos os parâmetros fisiológicos. Diante dos resultados apresentados, pode-se concluir que as pressões arteriais: sistólica e diastólica foram os parâmetros fisiológicos que sofreram influência da Técnica Watsu, apenas para o gênero feminino

Com a criação dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacional (PCNs), a saúde passou a ser um tema transversal que deve ser trabalhado por todos os níveis de ensino em toda a escola, principalmente pelos professores do ensino fundamental, os quais têm uma grande responsabilidade no processo de formação dos valores e de condutas dos escolares. Com o objetivo de investigar a concepção dos professores de ensino fundamental (1ª a 4ª séries) sobre a saúde do escolar, este estudo teve como amostra 45 professoras lotadas em 04 escolas públicas e 04 escolas privadas no município de Natal/RN. Para a coleta dos dados foi utilizado um questionário semi-estruturado, sendo os mesmos analisados por meio da análise temática. A faixa etária com maior prevalência foi a superior a 40 anos, com 58% de professoras. Com relação ao grau de formação acadêmica das docentes investigadas, 47% delas tem o terceiro grau completo e, 40% possuem apenas formação no magistério. No que se refere ao tema transversal saúde, 27% das professoras não realizaram estudos sobre o mesmo e, 40% das docentes não se sentiam preparadas para desenvolver esse conteúdo, apontando como principal fator limitante à falta de conhecimento mais profundo sobre saúde e a falta de material didático adequado. Sobre a importância em se trabalhar a saúde, 29% das respostas referiram-se aos cuidados com a saúde, e 20% em prevenir e conhecer doenças. Pode-se concluir que é necessária uma capacitação específica referente à temática em questão, o que deve ser acompanhada de políticas públicas que incentivem o profissional da educação e ofereça estrutura ao ambiente escolar
