HFS (High Fructose Syrup) from gembolo tubers is an innovation in to utilize gembolo tubers which so far have not been used optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of substrate concentration and duration of saccharification on the physicochemical characteristics of HFS (High Fructose Syrup). This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors consisting of 9 treatment levels. The factor I was the substrate concentration (15%, 20% and 25%) and factor II was the length of saccharification (24 hours, 36 hours and 48 hours). Data were analyzed using ANOVA level 5%. If there is a difference proceed with Duncan's Test (DMRT) 5%. Based on the results of the study, the best treatment was a substrate concentration of 25% with a saccharification period of 48 hours which produced HFS with the following characteristics: yield of 18.08%; reducing sugar 41, 28%; total dissolved solids 42.00oBrix; viscosity 58.30 cP; fructose content is 14.68% and organoleptic test got the highest score.

Somatostatin receptors (SSTRs) are overexpressed in a wide variety of cancers such as neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), but the expression in normal cells is relatively low. Therefore, SSTRs serve a potential target for molecular imaging and therapeutic applications of NETs. This review presents the development of somatostatin analog-labeled with gamma-emitting radionuclides such as 111In, 99mTc, and 123I for the visualization of NETs via single-photon emission tomography (SPECT). Additionally, the development of somatostatin analog-radiolabeled with positron emitting radionuclide such as 68Ga for the molecular imaging of NETs with positron emission tomography (PET) is also presented herein. Moreover, this review describes 177Lu-, 90Y-, and 111In-labeled somatostatin analogs as peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) agents for the therapeutic application of NETs. These radiolabeled-somatostatin analogs showed promising results with good images quality and high tumor uptake. These results highlight the potential application of radiopharmaceuticals-based somatostatin analogs for the molecular imaging and targeted treatment of NETs.

Kepadatan kendaraan merupakan salah satu masalah lalu lintas yang dihadapi oleh negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. kepadatan sudah menjadi bagian dari ciri khas suatu kawasan tertentu dikarenakan waktu terjadinya yang rutin teruama pada waktu-waktu puncak seperti yang biasa dikenal dengan jam pergi kantor, jam pulang kantor, akhir pekan dan hari libur. Tujuan penelitian ini membangun sistem untuk mengkalkulasi kepadatan kendaraan menggunakan algoritma YOLO yang di implementasikan pada visi komputer. Sistem ini memanfaatkan teknologi komputer vision yaitu menggunakan kamera sebagai alat input video yang nantinya akan diolah oleh komputer dengan algoritma YOLO. .Penelitian sistem visi komputer untuk kalkulasi kepadatan kendaraan menggunakan algoritma YOLO, memiliki beberapa tahapan, dimana setiap tahap memiliki fungsi masing-masing untuk menyelesaikan sistem. Sistem kepadatan kendaraan ini menggunakan metode YOLO sehingga mampu mengkalkulasi kendaraan dengan begitu cepat, Sistem menggunakan bahasa program Phyton dan sistem operasi Linux, Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian kepadatan kendaraan dengan metode YOLO sudah bisa membedakan kendaraan ditandai dengan kotak pembatas pada kendaraan yang berada di frame video

SMKN 11 Bandung kelompok keahlian Manajemen Logistik saat ini belum memiliki mata pelajaran Ekspor-impor. Mata pelajaran Ekspor-impor sendiri merupakan mata pelajaran yang berkaitan erat dengan bidang keahlian manajemen logistik. Penguasaan bidang ajar manajemen ekspor-impor menjadi modal yang sangat baik pada pengembangan kurikulum Prodi Logistik di SMKN 11 Bandung. Hasil survei awal menunjukkan bahwa pihak mitra memerlukan pelatihan terkait materi Manajemen Ekspor-impor untuk mendukung pemahaman logistic yang menyeluruh dalam pengembangan kurikulum manajemen logistik di masa akan datang. Pelatihan berisikan enam topik pada yang berkaitan dengan Ekspor-impor. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang dilakukan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan melalui enam variabel, didapatkan data pemahaman rata-rata guru SMKN 11 Bandung terkait manajemen ekspor impor sebelum pelatihan sebesar 26,5. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan terdapat kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 10.3 atau 39% dari sebelumnya. Kenaikan pemahaman rata-rata guru SMKN 11 terkait manajemen ekspor-impor menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan memberikan efek positif.

Italy is considered a low-incidence country for tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) in Europe. Areas at higher risk for TBE in Italy are geographically clustered in the forested and mountainous regions and provinces in the north east part of the country, as suggested by TBE case series published over the last decade. A national enhanced surveillance system for TBE has been established since 2017. Before this, information on the occurrence of TBE cases at the national level in Italy was lacking. Both incidence rates and the geographical distribution of the disease were mostly inferred from endemic areas where surveillance was already in place, ad hoc studies and international literature.

Background Meningococcus (Neisseria meningitidis) is the causative bacteria of invasive meningococcal disease (IMD), a major cause of meningitis and sepsis. In 2015–16, an outbreak caused by serogroup C meningococci (MenC), belonging to the hyperinvasive strain ST-11(cc-11), resulted in 62 IMD cases in the region of Tuscany, Italy. Aim We aimed to estimate the key outbreak parameters and assess the impact of interventions used in the outbreak response. Methods We developed a susceptible-carrier-susceptible individual-based model of MenC transmission, accounting for transmission in households, schools, discos/clubs and the general community, which was informed by detailed data on the 2015–16 outbreak (derived from epidemiological investigations) and on the implemented control measures. Results The outbreak reproduction number (Re) was 1.35 (95% prediction interval: 1.13–1.47) and the IMD probability was 4.6 for every 1,000 new MenC carriage episodes (95% confidence interval: 1.8–12.2). The interventions, i.e. chemoprophylaxis and vaccination of close contacts of IMD cases as well as age-targeted vaccination, were effective in reducing Re and ending the outbreak. Case-based interventions (including ring vaccination) alone would have been insufficient to achieve outbreak control. The definition of age groups to prioritise vaccination had a critical impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of control measures. Conclusions Our findings suggest that there are no effective alternatives to widespread reactive vaccination during outbreaks of highly transmissible MenC strains. Age-targeted campaigns can increase the effectiveness of vaccination campaigns. These results can be instrumental to define effective guidelines for the control of future meningococcal outbreaks caused by hypervirulent strains.

Saint Paul University Surigao has the main goal of providing a good quality of education. An education in which both school and students can benefit from it by upgrading teachers’ quality of teaching, designing curriculum, and the level of students’ skills to meet the global competencies. In this Covid-19 Pandemic, the education system has faced a great challenge which affects the learning styles of students. Knowing 'why' an activity matters because it is the first step in any individual's self-reflective process, their metacognition, and the development of their personal epistemologies (Atkinson, 2018). This study aims to develop a learning framework that can be used considering the learning preferences of incoming grade 11 students to help in creating activities that will suit their learning style. The study used the 16 Multiple Choice item VARK Questionnaire Version 8.01 ©2019 to identify students’ learning styles. This researcher used purposive random sampling in grade 10 students. The results of the study find that students have unimodal learning and most of them prefer to learn aurally as their highest learning styles in the learning classroom engagement.&nbsp

Background Several SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern (VOC) have emerged through 2020 and 2021. There is need for tools to estimate the relative transmissibility of emerging variants of SARS-CoV-2 with respect to circulating strains. Aim We aimed to assess the prevalence of co-circulating VOC in Italy and estimate their relative transmissibility. Methods We conducted two genomic surveillance surveys on 18 February and 18 March 2021 across the whole Italian territory covering 3,243 clinical samples and developed a mathematical model that describes the dynamics of co-circulating strains. Results The Alpha variant was already dominant on 18 February in a majority of regions/autonomous provinces (national prevalence: 54%) and almost completely replaced historical lineages by 18 March (dominant across Italy, national prevalence: 86%). We found a substantial proportion of the Gamma variant on 18 February, almost exclusively in central Italy (prevalence: 19%), which remained similar on 18 March. Nationally, the mean relative transmissibility of Alpha ranged at 1.55–1.57 times the level of historical lineages (95% CrI: 1.45–1.66). The relative transmissibility of Gamma varied according to the assumed degree of cross-protection from infection with other lineages and ranged from 1.12 (95% CrI: 1.03–1.23) with complete immune evasion to 1.39 (95% CrI: 1.26–1.56) for complete cross-protection. Conclusion We assessed the relative advantage of competing viral strains, using a mathematical model assuming different degrees of cross-protection. We found substantial co-circulation of Alpha and Gamma in Italy. Gamma was not able to outcompete Alpha, probably because of its lower transmissibility.

Kicau Mania is the mention of a group of songbird lovers. The existence of this group will lead to language registers for fluency in interacting within the group. The register is something that is very interesting to study in groups of songbird lovers in Boyolali because special terms often appear in communication between members of the group. The purpose of this study is to describe the form, meaning, and function of the registers for groups of songbird lovers or Kicau Mania in Boyolali district. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the source of the data was obtained from the interaction of members of Kicau Mania and event activities in the form of speech from the Kicau Mania group in bird competitions and in bird markets. Methods of data acquisition through field observations and conducting interviews. The techniques applied are tapping, listening and speaking, recording, and taking notes. After obtaining the data, then analyze the data by identifying the data, classifying the data, processing the data and describing the results of the data analysis. This research produced several vocabulary registers, including resik (the mention of female canaries that are ready to mate), kuningan (the mention of young green cucak), kondangan (the mention of losing the competition). In addition, there are also new meanings and vocabulary such as, ngecuske (breeding birds), anggungan (mention of a type of bird that makes a soft voice and buzzes), banggelan (a reference to the term selling fast at a low price). The conclusion of this study is that several registers were found divided according to classification. forms of words and forms of noun phrases, adjectives, and verbs. Then, some meanings of each register vocabulary are obtained which are different from the registers of other language groups. Several special functions were obtained for registering Kicau Mania in Boyolali is heuristic function, informational function, imaginary function, instrumental function, personal function, and interaction function. Effectiveness against severe COVID-19 of a second booster dose of the bivalent (original/BA.4–5) mRNA vaccine 7–90 days post-administration, relative to a first booster dose of an mRNA vaccine received ≥ 120 days earlier, was ca 60% both in persons ≥ 60 years never infected and in those infected > 6 months before. Relative effectiveness in those infected 4–6 months earlier indicated no significant additional protection (10%; 95% CI: −44 to 44). A second booster vaccination 6 months after the latest infection may be warranted.

Pemeliharaan pesawat udara sangat penting dilakukan. Dimana pada saat ini pesawat udara sebagai salah satu alat transportasi yang digunakan oleh masyarakat. Hal tersebut membutuhkan manpower untuk kegiatan pemeliharaan terjadwal dan tidak terjadwal. Salah satu kegiatan pemeliharaan terjadwal adalah A04-Check yang membutuhkan jumlah manpower cukup banyak untuk pemeliharaannya. Pada maskapai X mempunyai manpower yang terbatas dan harus mengirimkan manpower tersebut ke bandara-bandara pemeliharaan yang kekurangan manpower. Simulasi distribusi manpower dibutuhkan untuk mencari solusi untuk mengirimkan manpower dengan mencari biaya yang minmum. Pusat bandara pemeliharaan pada simulasi adalah Bandara SoekarnoHatta (CGK), Bandara Juanda (SUB) dan Bandara Sultan Hasanuddin (UPG). Simulasi pada penelitian menggunakan data pemeliharaan A04-Check pesawat ATR 72-600 sebagai dasar referensi melihat banyaknya pekerjaan jumlah manhour dan perkiraan jumlah manpower yang dibutuhkan pada saat pemeliharaan. Pada penelitian menggunakan metode transportasi solusi awal yaitu: Metode Northwest Corner, Least Cost, dan Vogel’s Approximation Method. Metode transportasi adalah metode yang digunakan untuk permasalahan pengiriman barang dengan mencari biaya yang minimum. Pada simulasi ini metode transportasi digunakan untuk mencari solusi agar maskapai X bisa meminimalkan biaya operasional pengiriman manpower ke setiap bandara pemeliharaan yang dibutuhkan. Biaya dengan metode Northwest Corner mendapatkan solusi biaya sebesar 4718 USD atau Rp.68.920.779,90, sedangkan pada metode Least Cost memperoleh biaya sebesar 3451 USD Atau Rp.50.412.380,55 , dan pada metode Vogel’s Approximation Method memperoleh biaya sebesar 2884 USD atau Rp.42.129.616,20. Sehingga alokasi pengiriman manpower yang paling hemat adalah metode Vogel’s Approximation Method.
