Many restaurant owners believe that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) should be reformed or eliminated because the agency issues burdensome regulations. The Job Creation and Wage Enhancement Act, sponsored by Republicans, would require OSHA to conduct comprehensive risk and cost analysis before implementing any new regulations.
