The internet is one of the things that is needed today, especially in social media. Social media is in great demand for exchanging information and discussions. Many millennials are addicted to social media, one of which is Instagram. They experience high sleep disorders, extraversion, and neuroticism. The internet and social media are often used by people in everyday life in fast-changing societies. Technological, psychosocial, and cultural variables (socio-technical system) which influence each other significantly affect individual productivity. This study uses the TAM approach to ensure that individuals are fit in using Instagram technology, optimizing the use of Instagram and its influence on these individuals to be more productive and doing activities to optimize their self-esteem and life satisfaction. The formulation of problems discussed in this study is to formulate a macro ergonomic model composed of technological and psychosocial variables in Indonesia with the TAM approach. This study analyzes aspects of macro ergonomics, modeling Instagram intrusion, internet addiction, self-esteem, life satisfaction and technology aspects with TAM approach to optimize individual self-esteem and life satisfaction and formulate recommendations for prevention addiction to Instagram in Indonesia. This study uses a method of integrating macro ergonomic aspects (socio-technical system), the TAM approach, questionnaires, and Structural Equation Modeling testing. The result of this research is there is a relationship between technological and psychosocial aspect as macro ergonomic aspects. Perceived ease of use variable has positive relationship with perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use variables has a positive effect on the Instagram Intrusion variable. Perceived usefulness, life satisfaction, and behavioral intention to use variables have a positive influence on the internet addiction variable, the self-esteem variable has a significant influence on the life satisfaction. Moreover, the self-esteem and attitude variables have a positive influence on the behavioral intention to use variable. Recommendations for preventing Instagram intrusion in Indonesia include optimizing Instagram to make productive and beneficial things and not frustration/depression. Besides, everyone must think everyone has a good quality of life, is more relaxed in using Instagram so that they are not easily frustrated; they can use Instagram regularly well and stay productive. Moreover, always think positive that everyone has valuable and capable of achieving goals to have high life satisfaction. Everyone can use technology properly for valuable things. The covid-19 pandemic is without a doubt causing multidimensional catastrophic, which include the economic recession. Job losses, health problems, redefining business models, and the options to save money are why people seek alternate income. Entrepreneurship by taking advantage of the covid-19 pandemic becomes one solution for the workers and the fresh graduate students to overcome the economic pitfall. The present research aims to measure the entrepreneurial behavior intention of students in the technological university, which precisely without dominant entrepreneurship background. The famous theory of reasoned action (TRA) extension, including the personality trait dimension, is used as the development model. The model was analyzed by multivariate analysis with a structural equation model. The data was instrumented by questionnaire, and 215 respondents participated. The result showed the suitability of the extension TRA in predicting the entrepreneurial intention among the students in the Technological University. Attitude factor is revealed to be the most dominant influence factor to entrepreneurial intention. The study explains 48 percent of representation factors in explaining the entrepreneurial intention. The chair has become a fundamental workstation for students around the world. The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between chair dimensions, anthropometric measurements, and subjective comfort by utilizing Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach. Fifty-two senior high school students were recruited to evaluate three fixed-type chairs and the anthropometric data were measured. In addition, they were asked to fill the subjective comfort questionnaire and rate the chair by utilizing pairwise comparison. SEM revealed that chair dimension was found to have a significant on effect on subjective comfort. In addition, anthropometric latent variable was also found to have a significant positive effect on subjective comfort. Regarding the indicators, backrest height of the chair dimension was found to be a significant predictor for subjective comfort. Finally, stature height, eye height, shoulder height, and elbow height of the anthropometric dimensions were found to be significant predictors for subjective comfort. This study is one of the first studies that investigated the causal relationships among chair dimensions, anthropometric measurements, and subjective comfort simultaneously. Fisheries worker is constantly mentioned as one of the most dangerous occupations in the world. The purpose of this study was to analyze the pattern of 50 cases of Indonesian fishing immigrant workers in Taiwan from 2013 to 2014 using a cross-sectional study. The cases consisted of occupational injury, illness, fatality, and work-related abuses which were coded up to four causes for each case. In addition, the outcome of each case was also analyzed. The results indicated that 44 cases were coded to one cause, four cases were coded to two causes, one case was coded to three causes, and one case was coded to 4 causes. This research contributes to the determination of important characteristics in the statistics which may be used for prevention measures, especially for fisheries immigrant workers. A constructive dialogue between Taiwan Fisheries Bureau, Taiwan Ministry of Labor, agencies or broker, and Indonesian Economic and Trade Office to Taipei (IETO) is very important to prevent future occupational injury, illness, fatality, and work-related abuses. Human factors and Ergonomics (HFE) is one of the fundamental subjects of industrial engineering. The purpose of this study was to provide a comparative assessment of the ergonomics courses for industrial engineering in the Philippines. Several institutions were assessed and the ergonomics courses were listed and compared. In addition, the courses were also compared with ergonomic courses in one of the best industrial engineering institutions in the United States, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VT), as a benchmark. The result indicated the industrial engineering programs in the Philippines, particularly in graduate school, had a lower variety of ergonomic courses. In addition, the number of professors with doctoral degree in human factors & ergonomics were also very limited which subsequently lead to a limited variety of ergonomic courses and journal publications. Several classes for graduate school were proposed which cover cognitive ergonomics, physical ergonomics, and organizational ergonomics. In addition, a consortium between several universities to enhance the variety of ergonomic courses is highly required. This study contributed to the highlight of the important characteristic that can be useful for future improvement of the industrial engineering program in the Philippines.
