- Abstract
Aiming at the problems of long design cycle and unshakable information of pendulum impact testing machine, the behavior modeling method and parametric design of Pro/E were studied. Based on the pendulum impact testing machine model, the parametric design platform of pendulum impact testing machine was established. Pro/web. Link development tool was used to carry out secondary development of Pro/E, which realized the interaction between web pages and model database, and enabled designers to directly operate the model on the web pages. Pro/E behavior modeling method was applied to model design. The geometric dimensions of pendulum and pendulum rod parts were optimized with the minimum absolute value of the distance between the impact center of pendulum and the center of mass of pendulum assembly as the optimization objective. The results indicate that the online parametric design of pendulum impact testing machine can be realized by using Pro/Web. Link secondary development tool, and the dimension is optimized by Pro/E behavior modeling method, so that there is no additional force at the center of rotation of pendulum.
