36th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition; 83-86, The study was aimed to produce a wet solar cell applying the photocatalytic characteristics of titanium dioxide (TiO2) and copper oxides with seawater electrolyte that can be used in marine environment. Screen printed TiO2 electrode and vacuum deposited copper oxides were designed as the electrodes in this study. The cell voltage of 800 mV was obtained and stable during a 24-hour period in the assembled cell. The power density measurement was performed both for separated and assembled cells. The power density of assembled cell is higher than that of separated cell. From the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis, the Nyquist plot was obtained and the equivalent circuit for the cell was constructed by simple curve fitting. The EIS result showed the impedance values of both TiO2 and Cu oxides semiconductors. The circuit for layers of electrodes and electrolyte was obtained
