The article focuses on the use of technology for conflict resolution. The authors say that when couple quarrels or when they are physically separated, they need to view the photographs or videos of the time when they were together so that good memories are relived. The use of mobile phones, webcams and short messages called tweets on Twitter.com or with a mobile device can help in resolving conflicts. DNA technology analyzes and compares DNA extracted from blood samples contributed by family members, and can be used for supplying evidences for conflict resolution in cases, particularly, to determine family's matching genetic profiles.
