According to the unified arrangement of the State Grid Corporation of China, combined with full service 2022 Zhangjiakou “Zero Carbon Winter Olympics” and the State Grid Corporation of China “ Three types two networks” of the actual work (Ran et al. in Application of self-service analysis tool for data management application, pp 243–249 (2020) [1]), the construction of the power of things put forward higher intelligent requirements, artificial intelligence is the future of scientific and technological progress. Facial recognition technology is the key, and face recognition technology is the leader in artificial intelligence. This paper introduces the fundamental techniques of face recognition, starting from the strategic goal of “Three Types, Two Networks, World Class” of State Grid Corporation of China, and It gives different application directions according to the actual power system and finally puts forward suggestions and prospects for the development of power intelligence.

Along with the growth of data volumes, the improvement of cloud computing power, and the emergence of neural network algorithms, artificial intelligence is becoming more and more popular. The article introduces the concepts, models, and algorithms of big power data, neural networks, and the role of neural networks in current power system information and communication Finally, Jibei Power Company will focus on the “Zero Carbon Winter Olympics” and “One Network One Platform” in the future. The prospect of the application of neural network technology in the field of electric power information and communication is presented.

La instalación en el territorio chileno de la ley 20.958 de Aporte al Espacio Público provocará un cambio significativo en la producción de la ciudad, impactando los instrumentos de planificación, las instancias de administración territorial, el sector productivo y la comunidad, por lo que pareciera recomendable y necesario visibilizar anticipadamente el efecto a fin de que la aceptación, construcción y consolidación sea consecuente y adecuada, permitiendo superar la escasez de dotaciones y oportunidades para la vida urbana, situación generada en el tiempo a consecuencia de los procesos densificatorios que incrementaron la ocupación y diversificaron los usos. El análisis de la evolución de los modos de producción de edificaciones residenciales en altura en la ciudad de Santiago permitió validar la relevancia de la construcción del espacio público resolviendo los requerimientos funcionales, promoviendo la integración, consolidando la vida en comunidad y minimizando el efecto de la densidad, al compensar la aglomeración con espacialidades para la recreación, evidenciando que independiente de los cambios políticos, económicos, sociales y culturales que ocurren en la sociedad, el bienestar social provocado por la satisfacción de las necesidades colectivas se logra con el acceso a los bienes y servicios disponibles para la sociedad en su conjunto. The enforcement in the Chilean territory of the law 20,958 of Contribution to Public Space will cause a significant change in the city. It seems advisable and necessary make visible in advance the effects in order that the public policy acceptance, construction and consolidation would be consistent and adequate, allowing to overcome the scarcity of endowments and opportunities for urban life. Situation generated in time as a result of the urban densification processes that increased the occupation and diversified the applications.The analysis of the evolution and modes of production of residential buildings in height in Santiago city allowed to validate the relevance of the construction of public space that solves the functional requirements, promotes integration, consolidates community life and minimizes the effect density by compensating the agglomeration with amenities for recreation, showing that independent of the political, economic, social and cultural changes that occur on society, the social welfare caused by the satisfaction of collective needs is achieved with access to goods and services available to society as a whole.

Resumen La alta densidad con edificios inmobiliarios de gran altura bloquea el acceso solar al espacio urbano y con ello limita las condiciones térmicas y lumínicas necesarias para la vida del ser humano. La renovación urbanística es parte de la transformación de las ciudades, pero la sobreocupación del suelo debe regularse por los problemas ambientales urbanos generados por el negocio inmobiliario per se. El objetivo del artículo es explorar alternativas de ocupación predial considerando algunos parámetros normativos del plan regulador y los efectos energéticos de proyectos inmobiliarios sobre el espacio urbano, mediante el concepto de acceso solar. La metodología considera simulaciones energéticas de forma urbana para obtener como resultado un método de análisis que relacione normativa urbanística con una cuantificación energética solar. Compara pérdidas y/o ganancias solares para el espacio urbano (calle y fachadas) en distintos escenarios morfológicos. Con este método, se exploran preliminarmente parámetros tales como altura y distanciamientos en una tipología edificatoria residencial (torres) que mitiguen las externalidades solares en vecinos. Se concluye que es factible mitigar el acceso solar en espacio urbano; mediante un ensanche del perfil de calle, y el correspondiente aumento de altura edificada; lo que indica que la relación altura/ancho H/W es más relevante que la altura per se del edificio. Con ello, se pretende avanzar con propuestas conducentes hacia una contribución a la Ley de Aportes al Espacio Público. Abstract Real state high-rise and high-density buildings block solar access and limit thermal and lighting conditions for human life in cities. Urban renewal is part of the transformation of cities, but high plot occupation should be regulated due to urban environmental problems derived from business as usual. The objective of this paper is to explore some alternatives of site occupation considering regulatory parameters of Regulatory Plans and its solar access effects on the urban space. The methodology takes into account energy simulations of the urban form to get as a result a method that relates regulations and solar energy assessment. It compares solar gains and losses for the urban space (street and facades) in different morphology scenarios. The method explores parameters such as height and distance between buildings in high-rise residential quarters to mitigate solar externalities on neighbours. Conclusions show that it is feasible to mitigate solar access through changes on street width (W) and building height (H). In other words, the relation H/W is more relevant than height per se. Thus, this study aims to contribute with proposals to the new Chilean Law of Contributions to Public Space.

Vulnerability is the main cause of the attack. This paper introduces the main vulnerability detection methods and defense methods. Furthermore, two main methods of vulnerability defense are analyzed: program diversity and control flow integrity. Finally, this paper also introduces the future research direction.
