Aims: Anxiety disorders associated with pain are a common health problem. However, the underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood. We aimed to investigate the role of paraventricular nucleus (PVN)‐central nucleus of the amygdala (CeA) oxytocinergic projections in anxiety‐like behaviors induced by inflammatory pain. Methods: After inflammatory pain induction by complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA), mice underwent elevated plus maze, light–dark transition test, and marble burying test to examine the anxiety‐like behaviors. Chemogenetic, optogenetic, and fiber photometry recordings were used to modulate and record the activity of the oxytocinergic projections of the PVN‐CeA. Results: The key results are as follows: inflammatory pain‐induced anxiety‐like behaviors in mice accompanied by decreased activity of PVN oxytocin neurons. Chemogenetic activation of PVN oxytocin neurons prevented pain‐related anxiety‐like behaviors, whereas inhibition of PVN oxytocin neurons induced anxiety‐like behaviors in naïve mice. PVN oxytocin neurons projected directly to the CeA, and microinjection of oxytocin into the CeA blocked anxiety‐like behaviors. Inflammatory pain also decreased the activity of CeA neurons, and optogenetic activation of PVNoxytocin‐CeA circuit prevented anxiety‐like behavior in response to inflammatory pain. Conclusion: The results of our study suggest that oxytocin has anti‐anxiety effects and provide novel insights into the role of PVNoxytocin‐CeA projections in the regulation of anxiety‐like behaviors induced by inflammatory pain. The structural integrity and esthetic appeal of concrete can be compromised by concrete cracks. Promise has been shown by microbe-induced calcium carbonate precipitation (MICP) as a solution for concrete cracking, with a focus on urease-producing microorganisms in research. Bacillus cereus was isolated from soil and employed for this purpose in this study due to its high urease activity. The strain exhibited strong tolerance for alkaline media and high salt levels, which grew at a pH of 13 and 4% salt concentration. The repair of concrete cracks with this strain was evaluated by assessing the effects of four different thickeners at varying concentrations. The most effective results were achieved with 10 g/L of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na). The data showed that over 90% repair of cracks was achieved by this system with an initial water penetration time of 30 s. The study also assessed the quantity and sizes of crystals generated during the bacterial mineralization process over time to improve our understanding of the process. Rapid and correct estimation of driver lane change intention plays an important role in the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), which could make the driver improve the reliability of the ADAS system and help to decrease driver workload. In this study, a method based on the long short-term memory network (LSTM) and Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is proposed. The model consists of a preliminary decision-making label and a final decision-making label. Driver visual information, head orientation, and vehicle dynamics are collected by preliminary decision-making label. Then, LSTM is used to calculate the initial probability of the driver lane change (left, right, and lane keeping) maneuver intention. The outputs of LSTM are normalized and assigned a basic probability by the Dempster-Shafer evidence theory. The final decision-making label analyzes the information and outputs the probability of each lane change intention and the decision is to identify the driver's current intention. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the model is 90.7% for the intention of changing left and 89.1% for the intention of changing right. Echinocandin B (ECB) is the key precursor compound of the antifungal drug Anidulafungin. The effects of the five precursor amino acids on ECB biosynthesis were firstly investigated. It showed that although L-threonine was a main compound of the hexapeptide scaffold of ECB, exogenous addition of L-threonine had no significant effect on the increase of ECB fermentation titer. Meanwhile, the ECB fermentation titer with methyl oleate showed two times higher than that of the other carbon sources. Transcription level analysis of the key genes for ECB biosynthesis indicated that the gene an655543 related to L-threonine biosynthesis showed higher value during the fermentation process, therefore, the exogenous addition of L-threonine had no obvious affection. Furthermore, it indicated that the transcription level of gene ecdA might be the main restriction factor for the ECB biosynthesis.
