Small, handheld furrow openers using rotary blades usually have limited power, making it necessary to minimise their operating power consumption, which mainly occurs with the soil throwing and movement of rotary blades. To this end, it is necessary to investigate the power consumption of such tillage implements, particularly the relationship between their power consumption and operating conditions based on soil movement patterns. In this study, we performed a field test of a furrow-opening rotary blade using round, physical tracers to monitor soil movement. The total power consumption of the rotary blade was positively related to the operating depth of the blade but was not related to the soil movement distance. The total power consumption peaked at 6.677 kW at a forward speed of 0.3 m/s, which was negatively related to the forward speed, but positively related to the soil movement distance. At a blade rotational speed of 340 rpm, the total power consumption peaked at 4.385 kW and was positively related to the blade rotational speed and soil movement distance. Therefore, it was concluded that by decreasing the rotary blade rotational speed and operating depth and increasing the forward speed, the power consumption of the unit working length can be reduced.

In this paper, aluminium foil with a tunnel structure was used as a cathode to prepare a lithium iron phosphate composite by electrochemical deposition using propylene carbonate as the electrolyte solvent, and lithium nitrate, ferric nitrate and phosphoric acid as raw materials. The results show that the positive electrode composite is composed of a mixture of an olivine structured LiFePO4 and polyanion Li9Al3P8O29. The chemical composition of the mixture is related to the voltage of the electrochemical deposition and the acidity of the electrolyte solution. For a voltage of 1.8 V and pH of 1.0, the composite material deposited in the tunnel of the aluminium foil takes the form of a one-dimensional nanotube, with a particle size ranging from 80 nm to100 nm. The composite material is closely combined with the aluminium foil. The aluminium foil can be directly used as a positive current collector, with a lithium sheet as the negative electrode. After mounting into a battery, an electrochemical performance test is performed. The battery test results show an initial discharge capacity of 95 mAh/g, 79 mAh/g and 59 mAh/g at 0.1 C, 0.2 C and 0.5 C, respectively. After the material is doped with magnesium and cobalt, the initial discharge capacity of the battery is 100 mAh/g and 130 mAh/g, respectively, at a rate of 0.1 C. The cyclic voltammetry analysis of the battery show that after electrochemical deposition of the element, the symmetry between the oxidation and reduction peaks is increased, and the difference between the oxidation and reduction peak potentials is reduced. Element doping improves battery cycle performance. The AC impedance analysis show that the embedding impedance for lithium ions at the SEI interface is reduced from 300 Ω to 250 Ω, 100 Ω after doping with magnesium, and cobalt. And the reaction mechanism of electrochemical deposition is discussed. Resumen: En este trabajo se usó papel de aluminio con una estructura de poro túnel como cátodo para preparar un compuesto de matriz de aluminio de fosfato de hierro y litio por deposición electroquímica usando carbonato de propileno como disolvente electrolítico, y nitrato de litio, nitrato férrico y ácido fosfórico como materias primas. Los resultados muestran que el compuesto de electrodo positivo está compuesto por una mezcla de LiFePO4 estructurado de olivino y polianión Li9Al3P8O29. La composición química de la mezcla está relacionada con el voltaje de la deposición electroquímica y la acidez de la solución electrolítica. Para un voltaje de 1,8 V y un pH de 1,0, el material compuesto depositado en el agujero del túnel del papel de aluminio toma la forma de un nanotubo unidimensional, con un tamaño de partícula que varía de 80-100 nm. El material compuesto se combina estrechamente con el papel de aluminio. El papel de aluminio se puede usar directamente como un colector de corriente positiva, con una lámina de litio como electrodo negativo. Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common malignant gastrointestinal tumors worldwide. Pyroptosis was widely reported to exert a crucial function in tumor development. In addition, pyroptosis was also proved to be associated with the immune landscape. However, whether pyroptosis-related lncRNAs are associated with the prognosis and the immune landscape of GC remains unclear. In the present study, we first constructed a novel risk model by using pyroptosis-related lncRNAs. We identified 11 pyroptosis-related lncRNAs for the establishment of the risk model. The risk model could be used to predict the survival outcome and immune landscape of GC patients. The results of survival analysis and AUC value of a time-related ROC curve proved that our risk model has an elevated efficiency and accuracy in predicting the survival outcome of patients. We also found that the risk model was also associated with the immune landscape, drug sensitivity, and tumor mutation burden of GC patients. In conclusion, our risk model plays a crucial role in the tumor immune microenvironment and could be used to predict survival outcomes of GC patients.

Background: Type 2 diabetes (T2D) is a clinically common cardiovascular disease that can lead to kidney damage and adversely affect male fertility and sperm quality. Resveratrol (Res) is a natural product that has a wide range of effects in animals and cell models. Objective: This research is designed to observe the effect of resveratrol (Res) intervention on renal pathologic injury and spermatogenesis in mice with type 2 diabetes (T2D). Methods: Sixty healthy male SD mice without specific pathogens (SPF grade) were selected, and numbered by statistical software to randomize into control group (CG; n=20), model group (MG; n=20) and research group (RG; n=20). Mice in CG were given regular diet, while those in MG and RG were fed with high fat diet. Subsequently, RG was given Res intervention while MG received no treatment. Biochemical indexes [triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), fasting blood glucose (FBG), 24-hour urinary albumin excretion rate (24h-UAER)] of mice in the three groups before and after intervention were observed and recorded. The effect of Res on oxidative stress, kidney histopathological structure, spermatogenic function, sperm density and viability of mice, as well as spermatogenic cell cycle of testis were determined. Results: Res reduced hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia in T2D mice. By reducing malondialdehyde (MDA) and increasing superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), Res relieved oxidative stress and alleviated kidney tissue damage. In addition, Res improved the spermatogenic function of T2D mice by increasing the sperm density and survival rate and restoring the percentage of spermatogenic cells at all levels. Conclusions: Res intervention in T2D mice can reduce kidney tissue damage, lower blood glucose (BG), and improve spermatogenic function by increasing sperm density and restoring the percentage of spermatogenic cells at all levels.
