According to GB, NEC, ASME17.1, ANSI A10.4 and EN 81.1 standard, there is a danger of explosive gas or dust. And then for elevator explosion protection, we design a device type up to requirements of NEC Class 1, Division 1, Group C&D as well as NEC Class 1, Division 2. It is also a controllable device type working well in highly explosive and hazardous work areas. We keep the GEDA explosion-proof lift fully fixed to protect workers and materials to the maximum extent. In addition, explosion-proof elevators in China must meet the standards of GB3836.1/2, GB50257, GB7588, etc. Combining the engineering practice over the years, the authors put forward in this paper a method of design and development as well as components based on explosion protection combined with traction elevator, which opens a new window for the systematic design and installation optimization of explosion-proof elevator.

In this communication, the electrolyte chemistry in aqueous Zn–S batteries was illustrated systematically. Compared to Zn(AC)2 and ZnSO4, Zn(OTF)2 electrolyte can achieve better electrochemical performance due to the impact of larger CF3SO3− anions on the solvation shell structure of Zn2+. Moreover, a reversible capacity of 788 mA h g−1 in concentrated Zn(OTF)2 electrolyte (3 M) is obtained and shows higher retention due to higher Zn-nucleation overpotential and slower corrosion reactions. Laser polishing (LP) is an effective method to improve the surface quality of an additively manufactured nickel-based alloy. In this paper, the in-situ laser polishing (ILP) experiment is performed on the selective laser melting (SLM) IN718 samples. The white light interferometer is used to test the three-dimensional surface profile and surface roughness of samples. The results show that the surface quality of as-SLMed samples by ILP is improved. In particular, the surface roughness is decreased by 33.5%. To reveal the mechanism of ILP, a three-dimensional numerical model is established based on the finite volume method (FVM). The model can accurately simulate the mesoscopic scale physical phenomena when the laser interacts with the metal. The temperature field, the melt pool flow, and the evolution of the surface morphology during the ILP process are predicted using this model. The mechanism of ILP is revealed based on the dynamics of the molten pool. The contribution of capillary and thermocapillary forces to the reduction of bulge curvature at different stages is studied. Furthermore, the effect of ILP power on the surface quality is investigated, and the mechanism of bulges and depressions on the track surface during high-power ILP is revealed. Multi-axis tool grinding software for complex-shaped tools become one of the bottlenecks needed to break through by manufacturing industries in China. Therefore, the application scenarios and requirements of tool grinding software were introduced, and the main tool grinding software brands abroad and their functional characteristics were summarized. And the key technologies to be broken through in tool grinding software were analyzed from the perspective of key theoretical problems involved in mathematics, mechanics, material science and other software. Then, the intelligent development trends of tool grinding software in the future were proposed, which may provide references for the independent research and development of tool grinding software in China. A facile and ingenious method to chemical etching-coordinating a metal-organic framework (MOF) followed by an annealing treatment was proposed to prepare Co3O4 nanoparticles uniformly dispersed in rational porous carbon nano-boxes (Co3O4@CNBs), which was further used to detect H2O2 released from living cells. The Co3O4@CNBs H2O2 sensor delivers much higher sensitivity than non-etching/coordinating Co3O4, offering a limit of detection of 2.32 nM. The wide working range covers 10 nM-359 μM H2O2, while possessing good selectivity and excellent reproducibility. Moreover, this biosensor was used to successfully real-time detect H2O2 released from living cells, including both healthy and tumor cells. The excellent performance holds great promise for Co3O4@CNBs's applications in electrochemical biomimetic sensing, particularly real-time monitor H2O2 released from living cells. • Monthly long-term 30 m resolution LAI, land surface emissivity, and albedo were derived by harmonizing data from three satellite products. • A 30 m resolution monthly ET model (PML_30) was proposed and used to estimate the ET in an arid region from 2000 to 2020. • The PML_30 model performed well against 42 global flux sites and could effectively captures the spatial variation of regional ET. Accurate high-resolution evapotranspiration (ET) estimates are essential for effective local-scale water resource management. This task is often challenging due to the complexities involved in parameterizing surface conditions, which is crucial for driving various ET models. To address this challenge, we presented a novel approach to acquire long-term surface parameters by synthesizing observations from multiple Landsat satellites, and furthermore integrate the Penman-Monteith-Leuning model, leading to the PML_30 model designed for ET estimations at an impressive 30 m resolution. At the site scale, comparison with observations from 42 FLUXNet sites across diverse arid and semi-arid regions globally showed the reliable performance of the PML_30 model, boasting average coefficient of determination (R 2) of 0.79, root mean square error (RMSE) of 0.52 mm/day, and bias of 0.39 mm/day. At the regional scale, the PML_30 model was applied to estimate monthly ET from 2000 to 2020 over a typical arid region in Northwest China. The mean annual ET estimated by the PML_30 model closely aligned with the reference based on regional water balance. Additionally, the model accurately described the spatial distribution of ET, which showed a notable improvement over existing products. In summary, our proposed PML_30 model emerges as a reliable tool for ET estimations at a specific high spatial resolution, particularly beneficial for arid and semi-arid regions.
