The neurocognitive and behavioral profile of individuals with 47,XYY is increasingly documented; however, very little is known about the effect of a supernumerary Y-chromosome on brain development. Establishing the neural phenotype associated with 47,XYY may prove valuable in clarifying the role of Y-chromosome gene dosage effects, a potential factor in several neuropsychiatric disorders that show a prevalence bias towards males, including autism spectrum disorders. Here, we investigated brain structure in 10 young boys with 47,XYY and 10 age-matched healthy controls by combining voxel-based morphometry (VBM) and surface-based morphometry (SBM). VBM results show the existence of altered grey matter volume in the insular and parietal regions of 47,XYY relative to controls, changes that were paralleled by extensive modifications in white matter bilaterally in the frontal and superior parietal lobes. SBM analyses corroborated these findings and revealed the presence of abnormal surface area and cortical thinning in regions with abnormal grey matter and white matter volumes. Overall, these preliminary results demonstrate a significant impact of a supernumerary Y-chromosome on brain development, provide a neural basis for the motor, speech, and behavior regulation difficulties associated with 47,XYY, and may relate to sexual dimorphism in these areas.

Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are vital for innate immunity, and they were expressed in various immune cells, tissues and organs. Moreover, TLRs specific expression pattern in different cells, tissue and organs have been confirmed to have correlation with the ability to resistance to pathogenic challenges. The present study aimed to determine the expression profiles and levels of TLR2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 in the lung, trachea, intestine, stomach, liver, spleen, uterine horn and body, cervix, ovary, oviduct and hypothalamus of female rabbits, and whether the expression level of TLR2 and 4 in the ovary, oviduct, uterine horn and body, and cervix were affected by lipopolyasaccharide (LPS). The tissues of the lung, trachea, intestine, stomach, liver, spleen, uterine horn and body, cervix, ovary, oviduct and hypothalamus were collected from four rabbits which didn't be treated as 0 h. 16 rabbits in LPS group were injected with LPS (according to 0.5mg/kg body weight) and 16 rabbits in control group were injected with saline (LPS carrier), hereafter the tissues of the uterine horn and body, cervix, ovary and oviduct from 32 rabbits were collected after 1.5, 3, 6, and 12h (n=4 each group) postinjection. The expression profiles of TLRs were analyzed by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and expression level of TLRs were examined using quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). The results shown: TLR2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 were expressed in lung, trachea, intestine, stomach, liver, spleen, uterine horn and body, cervix, ovary, oviduct and hypothalamus of female rabbits, but their expression level had great difference in the same organs, and each TLR has different expression level in the different organs. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of Psychrobacter sp. strain G, isolated from King George Island, Antarctica, which can produce lipolytic enzymes at low temperatures. The genomics information of this strain will facilitate the study of the physiology, cold adaptation properties, and evolution of this genus.

Here, we report the complete genome sequence of Glaciecola psychrophila strain 170 T , a novel species of the genus Glaciecola , isolated from sea ice at high-latitude Arctic locations. The genome consists of a single chromosome (5,413,691 bp) and 5,363 genes. The genomics information will facilitate the study of the physiology, cold adaptation, and evolution of this genus.

We report the complete genome sequence of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki strain HD73 from the Centre OILB (Institut Pasteur, France), which belongs to serotype 3ab and is toxic to lepidopteran larvae.

The new character brings a lot of new security challenges which have not been taken into account completely in the current cloud computing system. As a consequence, to build a cloud computing data security system is the basis to build cloud computing security system. In this article, the cloud computing technology architecture and the cloud computing data security features are the first to be studied and considered, then the cloud computing data security model is raised. At last, the realization of data security model has been researched. The model adopts a multi-dimension architecture of three - layers defense. First of all, user authentication is required to ensure that user data cannot be tampered. Users who pass the anthentication can get relative operation on the user data, such as addition, modification, deletion. If the unauthorized user use illegal means to deceive the authentication system, the file entered the system encrypt and privacy defense levels. In this layer, user data is encrypted. If key has been got by the intruder. The user data cannot be got valid information even it is obtained through function of privacy protection. It is very important for commercial users of the cloud computing to protect their business secrets. The last is the file quick regeneration layer, user data can get maximum regeneration even it is damaged through rapid regeneration algorithm in this layer. Each layer accomplishes its own job and combines with others to ensure data security in the cloud computing.

We introduce a general iterative algorithm for finding a common element of the common fixed-point set of an infinite family ofλi-strict pseudocontractions and the solution set of a general system of variational inclusions for two inverse strongly accretive operators in aq-uniformly smooth Banach space. Then, we prove a strong convergence theorem for the iterative sequence generated by the proposed iterative algorithm under very mild conditions. The methods in the paper are novel and different from those in the early and recent literature. Our results can be viewed as the improvement, supplementation, development, and extension of the corresponding results in some references to a great extent.
