The authors wish to thank J.M. Torrejón for the organization of the Athena-multi-messenger Workshops, held on November 27 - 29, 2018, in Alicante, Spain and on 5 May 2020 - 6 May 2020 in videoconference., In this paper we explore the scientific synergies between Athena and some of the key multi-messenger facilities that should be operative concurrently with Athena. These facilities include LIGO A+, Advanced Virgo+ and future detectors for ground-based observation of gravitational waves (GW), LISA for space-based observations of GW, IceCube and KM3NeT for neutrino observations, and CTA for very high energy observations. These science themes encompass pressing issues in astrophysics, cosmology and fundamental physics such as: the central engine and jet physics in compact binary mergers, accretion processes and jet physics in Super-Massive Binary Black Holes (SMBBHs) and in compact stellar binaries, the equation of state of neutron stars, cosmic accelerators and the origin of Cosmic Rays (CRs), the origin of intermediate and high-Z elements in the Universe, the Cosmic distance scale and tests of General Relativity and the Standard Model. Observational strategies for implementing the identified science topics are also discussed. A significant part of the sources targeted by multi-messenger facilities is of transient nature. We have thus also discussed the synergy of Athena with wide-field high-energy facilities, taking THESEUS as a case study for transient discovery. This discussion covers all the Athena science goals that rely on follow-up observations of high-energy transients identified by external observatories, and includes also topics that are not based on multi-messenger observations, such as the search for missing baryons or the observation of early star populations and metal enrichment at the cosmic dawn with Gamma-Ray Bursts (GRBs)., Open Access funding provided thanks to the CRUE-CSIC agreement with Springer Nature., This research has been supported by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme under the AHEAD (grant agreement number 654215) and AHEAD2020 project (grant agreement n. 871158). The linear two-dimensional problem of interaction between an hydroelastic wave propagating along an elastic floating ice plate with built-in vertical rigid plate is studied. The fluid under the ice is inviscid and incompressible. The fluid depth is finite. The deflection of the ice plate is described by the linear theory of thin elastic plates. The flow under the ice is potential. The total velocity potential is decomposed into the potential of the incident wave, even potential caused by the vertical motion of the rigid plate, and an odd potential caused by the rotation of the rigid plate. The vertical mode method is used. The third potential is obtained by solving a mixed boundary-value problem numerically using Chebyshev polynomials. The solution is validated by analysis of its convergence. The first and second potentials, and the corresponding deflections and strains of the ice plate, are obtained analytically. The motions of the rigid plate, as well as deflection and strains in the floating plate, are numerically analyzed. It is shown that the rotation of the rigid plate due to the incident wave is the main factor of increasing strains in the ice plate.

The article deals with the issues of tectonic zoning of the Paleozoic and Mesozoic-Cenozoic structures of Kazakhstan. The principles of tectonic zoning are outlined, on the basis of which the zoning and indexation of tectonic units of the territory of Kazakhstan was carried out. For this, various data of complex geological and geophysical analysis of Paleozoids were used, including tectonic, structural, stratigraphic, lithological-paleogeographic, petrographic, geodynamic and other studies. A geological and tectonic scheme (model) is proposed that reflects the main tectonic units that make up the structural framework of the Paleozoids of Kazakhstan, consisting of a crystalline basement on which the formation of sedimentary oil and gas basins took place. The main tectonic units of the earth's crust of the territory under consideration are identified and characterized, and the mosaic-block structure of the complexes is shown. The characteristic of the complex multi-stage evolution of the paleozoids of Kazakhstan and its oil and gas regions is given.

Various genetic and morphological types of voids in carbonate reservoirs make it difficult to diagnose them, which can be seen in the determination of reservoir properties in the northern marginal shear zone of the Caspian Syneclise. A macro- and microscopic study of rocks was carried out by staining carbonates in thin sections with alizarin (determination of the mineral composition, structure, texture, void and fracture spaces, rock genesis). Instrumental methods (X-ray, DTA—differential thermal analysis, TGA—thermo-gravimetric analysis, and probe microanalysis) established the composition of rocks, the nature of their diagenetic transformations, and the formation of void space. The elemental and oxide composition of a number of samples was carried out using the X-ray probe microanalysis method, and mineral formations with intermediate thermochemical properties were found. The results of X-ray, DTA, and TGA measurements and the data of probe microanalysis made it possible to reveal thermally inert formations of oxides of calcium, magnesium, silicon, iron, and other compounds in the composition of carbonates. A relatively low-cost express method was used to determine the material composition and the nature of epigenetic changes and to obtain data on the void space as a result of the development of tectonic fracturing and diagenetic processes of leaching and secondary mineral formation in bedded carbonate reservoirs.

The article goes on to describe a solution to the problem of information support for the synthesis of new technical systems. The method consists in organizing the ontology of the subject area and filling it with data from the Russian-language patent array. An algorithm is presented for constructing a graph of elements of technical object structures from previously extracted primary semantic SAO (Subject–Action–Object) structures. The extracted bundles are preprocessed by searching for homogeneous sentence members and generating additional case forms. This is followed by linking the prepared SAO-objects into a single graph. The mechanism consists in sequentially transforming the subject and object actants into a set of anchor points from a common vocabulary of terms, followed by the memorization of the relation (predicate) for the identified points. The evaluation of data extraction by the system is carried out: the value of the F1 metric for a strict evaluation is 63 % and for a non-strict 79 %, respectively. The non-strict evaluation takes into account the correctness of the extraction of SAO root elements only. The extracted data is then converted into a subject domain ontology. The ontology scheme as a concept includes the structural elements of technical objects and the relationship between them, as well as supporting information on the invention. The initial content of the ontology is based on the processing of 11, 200 patent documents for inventions. The existing scheme already allows retrieving useful information about alternatives of structural components and communications between them. For example, searching for all elements of a structure in a given invention or tracking relationships. The results suggest that the proposed approach is promising. The authors see further research direction in improving the existing data extraction method and extending the ontology.

Objectives. In order to determine the "security" of a special purpose informatization object, it is necessary to calculate the indicators of side electromagnetic radiation generated during the operation of devices with sensor input of information associated with information leakage through technical channels. It is also necessary to develop a list of actions to neutralize potential threats (including the development of an information protection system to protect against this type of threat).Method. The study of side electromagnetic radiation generated during the operation of devices with sensory input of information is carried out using expert documentary and instrumental methods.Result. The results of the study of side electromagnetic radiation generated during the operation of devices with sensor input of information are given and aspects of improving special measures for the protection of information at a special purpose informatization object are determined.Conclusion. The direction of this study is very relevant and requires further development of organizational and technical measures to implement the requirements of regulatory legal documents for the protection of information.

To solve the problem of information support for the synthesis of new technical solutions, a method of extracting structured data from an array of Russian-language patents is presented. The key features of the invention, such as the structural elements of the technical object and the relationships between them, are considered as information support. The data source addresses the main claim of the invention in the device patent. The unit of extraction is the semantic structure Subject-Action-Object (SAO), which semantically describes the constructive elements. The extraction method is based on shallow parsing and claim segmentation, taking into account the specifics of writing patent texts. Often the excessive length of the claim sentence and the specificity of the patent language make it difficult to efficiently use off-the-shelf tools for data extracting. All processing steps include: segmentation of the claim sentences; extraction of primary SAO structures; construction of the graph of the construct elements f the invention; integration of the data into the domain ontology. This article deals with the first two stages. Segmentation is carried out according to a number of heuristic rules, and several natural language processing tools are used to reduce analysis errors. The primary SAO elements are extracted considering the valences of the predefined semantic group of verbs, as well as information about the type of processed segment. The result of the work is the organization of the domain ontology, which can be used to find alternative designs for nodes in a technical object. In the second part of the article, an algorithm for constructing a graph of structural elements of a separate technical object, an assessment of the effectiveness of the system, as well as ontology organization and the result are considered.
