Using the precipitable atmospheric water vapor （PWV） data of 17 ground-based GPS remote sensing stations， hourly and daily precipitation data of 14 meteorological stations in Tarim Basin and its surrounding areas from July 2018 to June 2022， this study analyzed the PWV distribution characteristics and its relationship with precipitation in the western （region A） and the eastern （region B） part of Tarim basin.The results show that： （1） The average annual PWV is largest in the northern and southwestern plain areas of the basin， and the average annual PWV is inversely proportional to the altitude at stations with over 1300 m， while that concentrated on 10~12 mm at stations with altitude below 1300 m.The average PWV value in summer is twice than that in spring and autumn at all GPS stations.（2） The monthly distribution of PWV in region A and region B presents a unimodal type， with the peaks occurred in August and in July， respectively.On the rain-day and no-rain day in region A， the both peak value of PWV occurred at 23:00 （Beijing Time， after the same）， While， the peak value of PWV occurred at 11:00 on rain-day and 17:00 on no-rain day in region B， respectively.（3） The peak of ΔPWV （PWV minus monhly mean PWV） at most stations occurred at 0~1 h before precipitation start time in region A， and within 1 h before and after precipitation in region B.In spring， the variation of PWV before the precipitation in region B is more severe than that in region A.In summer， there are more weather processes with σPWV （PWV divide monthly mean PWV） reached 1~1.8 times at 1 h and 5~6 h before the beginning of precipitation in region A and region B.In autumn and winter， The peak of σPWV are concentrated in 1.4~2.0 times and 1.6~2.4 times in region B， respectively.（4） At the end of precipitation in stations with altitude below 1400 m， the PWV value was concentrated in 10~20 mm during May to June and in 15~25 mm during July to August.In stations with altitude over 1400 m， the PWV value is increasing from 15~25 mm to 25~35 mm from May to August at the end of precipitation.

Objective To investigate the effects of dual-wavelength pulsed dye laser on the proliferation and apoptosis of hemangioma vascular endothelial cells (HemECs). Methods The isolated HemECs were randomly divided into four groups: pulsed dye laser group (PDL, 595 nm wavelength), Nd∶YAG laser (1 064 nm wavelength) group, dual-wavelength group (595 nm PDL+1 064 nm Nd∶YAG) and control group (no laser treatment). After 1, 3, and 7 d of treatment, the proliferation and apoptosis rate of HemECs were detected using CCK-8 and flow cytometry,respectively. The expression levels of angiogenesis related proteins, VEGF and bFGF, were detected with Western blotting. Results Compared with the control group, laser treatment made HemECs longer and sparser. After one day of treatment, the dual-wavelength laser significantly inhibited HemEC proliferation (P=0.015). However, neither PDL nor Nd∶YAG significantly changed proliferation rate of HemECs (P>0.05 vs. controls). Drunken horse grass (Achnatherum inebrians (Hance) Keng) is a toxic perennial bunchgrass native to Northwestern China. Epichloë endophytic fungi infection could enhance the stress tolerance of drunken horse grass. However, there is a scarcity of literature regarding the effects of intraspecific competition. As a result, we anticipated that the intraspecific competitive dynamics between endophyte-infected (EI) and endophyte-free (EF) plants would become more transparent for four years by planted as the proportions of 2:1, 1:1, and 1:2. The results showed the EI plants exhibited more biomass, seed yields, and survival rates than EF plants. Endophyte infection also facilitated a competitive advantage by enhancing photosynthesis and soil nutrition. Our findings constituted the inaugural investigation into the influence of the intraspecific competitive ability of grass infected with Epichloë endophyte fungi. EI plants caused them to become stronger and stronger, while EF became weaker and weaker by timing and planting proportion increasing, and EF drunken horse grass could be replaced by EI. These conclusions were instrumental in elucidating why the endophytic fungal infection rate of drunken horse grass is 100% observed in natural wilderness. Epichloë endophyte could reduce plant diversity and enhance the dominance of EI plants in intraspecific competition; drunken horse grass may be threatening the persistence of native plant species.

Objective To investigate the effect of growth hormone secretagogue receptor 1a (GHS-R1a) knockout on the expression of microglial cells in the hypothalamus of mice. Methods A total of 12 male GHS-R1a-/- mice, aged 6 months, were selected as GHS-R1a-/- group, and 12 wild-type (WT) male mice of the same age were selected as WT group. The elevated plus maze (EPM) experiment was used to measure the level of anxiety in the two groups of mice, immunofluorescence assay was used to measure the number of microglial cells in the hypothalamus of the mice in the two groups, qRT-PCR was used to measure the gene expression levels of ionized calcium binding adaptor molecule 1 (Iba1), microglial activation protein CD68, and myeloid cell trigger receptor 2 (Trem2) in the hypothalamus of the mice in both groups. Results There was no significant difference in the results of the EPM test between the two groups (P>0.05). Abstract Background Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is the most prevalent complication of diabetes, and has been demonstrated to be independently associated with cardiovascular events and mortality. This aim of this study was to investigate the subclinical left ventricular (LV) myocardial dysfunction in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients with and without DPN. Methods One hundred and thirty T2DM patients without DPN, 61 patients with DPN and 65 age and sex-matched controls who underwent cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging were included, all subjects had no symptoms of heart failure and LV ejection fraction ≥ 50%. LV myocardial non-infarct late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) was determined. LV global strains, including radial, circumferential and longitudinal peak strain (PS) and peak systolic and diastolic strain rates (PSSR and PDSR, respectively), were evaluated using CMR feature tracking and compared among the three groups. Multivariable linear regression analyses were performed to determine the independent factors of reduced LV global myocardial strains in T2DM patients. Results The prevalence of non-infarct LGE was higher in patients with DPN than those without DPN (37.7% vs. 19.2%, p = 0.008). The LV radial and longitudinal PS (radial: 36.60 ± 7.24% vs. 33.57 ± 7.30% vs. 30.72 ± 8.68%; longitudinal: − 15.03 ± 2.52% vs. − 13.39 ± 2.48% vs. − 11.89 ± 3.02%), as well as longitudinal PDSR [0.89 (0.76, 1.05) 1/s vs. 0.80 (0.71, 0.93) 1/s vs. 0.77 (0.63, 0.87) 1/s] were decreased significantly from controls through T2DM patients without DPN to patients with DPN (all p 0.05). Radial and longitudinal PSSR were decreased in patients with DPN (p = 0.006 and 0.003, respectively) but preserved in those without DPN (all p > 0.05). Multivariable linear regression analyses adjusting for confounders demonstrated that DPN was independently associated with LV radial and longitudinal PS (β = − 3.025 and 1.187, p = 0.014 and 0.003, respectively) and PDSR (β = 0.283 and − 0.086, p = 0.016 and 0.001, respectively), as well as radial PSSR (β = − 0.266, p = 0.007). Conclusions There was more severe subclinical LV dysfunction in T2DM patients complicated with DPN than those without DPN, suggesting further prospective study with more active intervention in this cohort of patients.

Abstract As one of the most popular ways to disseminate Internet content in the current era of media convergence, short videos have increasingly become part of people’s daily lives. This paper takes TikTok as the research object, focusing on the study of short video communication process. The research objective of this paper is to improve the international communication effect of short videos through data-driven analysis and strategy research on the law of international communication of short videos. Firstly, the key objective indicator system about international communication of short videos is constructed, the definition, selection and design logic of key objective indicators are introduced, the construction idea of the corresponding indicator system is proposed, and then the key objective indicator system about international communication of short videos and related data set are constructed. Secondly, an international communication network model for short videos is built. The construction of this network model is divided into three steps, the construction of the short video communication network KOIS-PN based on the key objective indicators system, the construction of AT-BiLSTM neural network model to adapt to the research scenario of short video international communication, the construction of an international communication network model of short videos combining KOIS-PN and AT-BiLSTM. The international short video communication network is constructed according to the key objective index system of international short video, and the key objective index system is used as nodes in the communication network, and the short video communication network is constructed by hierarchical relationship. Thirdly, the performance of the core theoretical model proposed in this paper is verified. The experimental results show that, the KOISPN-ATBiLSTM international communication network model of short videos has certain validity and advancement.

Abstract Background Wheat grain endosperm is mainly composed of proteins and starch. The contents and the overall composition of seed storage proteins (SSP) markedly affect the processing quality of wheat flour. Polyploidization results in duplicated chromosomes, and the genomes are often unstable and may result in a large number of gene losses and gene rearrangements. However, the instability of the genome itself, as well as the large number of duplicated genes generated during polyploidy, is an important driving force for genetic innovation. In this study, we compared the differences in starch and SSP, and analyzed the transcriptome and metabolome among Aegilops sharonensis (R7), durum wheat (Z636) and amphidiploid (Z636×R7) to reveal the effects of polyploidization on the synthesis of seed reserve polymers. Results The total starch and amylose content of Z636×R7 was significantly higher than R7 and lower than Z636. The gliadin and glutenin contents of Z636×R7 were higher than those in Z636 and R7. Through transcriptome analysis, there were 21,037, 2197, 15,090 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the three comparison groups of R7 vs Z636, Z636 vs Z636×R7, and Z636×R7 vs R7, respectively, which were mainly enriched in carbon metabolism and amino acid biosynthesis pathways. Transcriptome data and qRT-PCR were combined to analyze the expression levels of genes related to storage polymers. It was found that the expression levels of some starch synthase genes, namely AGP-L, AGP-S and GBSSI in Z636×R7 were higher than in R7 and among the 17 DEGs related to storage proteins, the expression levels of 14 genes in R7 were lower than those in Z636 and Z636×R7. According to the classification analysis of all differential metabolites, most belonged to carboxylic acids and derivatives, and fatty acyls were enriched in the biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids, niacin and nicotinamide metabolism, one-carbon pool by folate, etc. Conclusion After allopolyploidization, the expression of genes related to starch synthesis was down-regulated in Z636×R7, and the process of starch synthesis was inhibited, resulting in delayed starch accumulation and prolongation of the seed development process. Therefore, at the same development time point, the starch accumulation of Z636×R7 lagged behind that of Z636. In this study, the expression of the GSe2 gene in Z636×R7 was higher than that of the two parents, which was beneficial to protein synthesis, and increased the protein content. These results eventually led to changes in the synthesis of seed reserve polymers. The current study provided a basis for a greater in-depth understanding of the mechanism of wheat allopolyploid formation and its stable preservation, and also promoted the effective exploitation of high-value alleles.

Abstract Objectives To assess the effectiveness of HRCT-based radiomics in predicting rapidly progressive interstitial lung disease (RP-ILD) and mortality in anti-MDA5 positive dermatomyositis-related interstitial lung disease (anti-MDA5 + DM-ILD). Methods From August 2014 to March 2022, 160 patients from Institution 1 were retrospectively and consecutively enrolled and were randomly divided into the training dataset (n = 119) and internal validation dataset (n = 41), while 29 patients from Institution 2 were retrospectively and consecutively enrolled as external validation dataset. We generated four Risk-scores based on radiomics features extracted from four areas of HRCT. A nomogram was established by integrating the selected clinico-radiologic variables and the Risk-score of the most discriminative radiomics model. The RP-ILD prediction performance of the models was evaluated by using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curves, calibration curves, and decision curves. Survival analysis was conducted with Kaplan-Meier curves, Mantel-Haenszel test, and Cox regression. Results Over a median follow-up time of 31.6 months (interquartile range: 12.9–49.1 months), 24 patients lost to follow-up and 46 patients lost their lives (27.9%, 46/165). The Risk-score based on bilateral lungs performed best, attaining AUCs of 0.869 and 0.905 in the internal and external validation datasets. The nomogram outperformed clinico-radiologic model and Risk-score with AUCs of 0.882 and 0.916 in the internal and external validation datasets. Patients were classified into low- and high-risk groups with 50:50 based on nomogram. High-risk group patients demonstrated a significantly higher risk of mortality than low-risk group patients in institution 1 (HR = 4.117) and institution 2 cohorts (HR = 7.515). Conclusion For anti-MDA5 + DM-ILD, the nomogram, mainly based on radiomics, can predict RP-ILD and is an independent predictor of mortality.

Abstract Recently, the significant benefits of cancer immunotherapy for most cancers have been demonstrated in clinical and preclinical studies. However, the efficacy of these immunotherapies for gliomas is limited, owing to restricted drug delivery and insufficient immune activation. As drug carriers, exosomes offer the advantages of low toxicity, good biocompatibility, and intrinsic cell targeting, which could enhance glioma immunotherapy efficacy. However, a review of exosome-based drug delivery systems for glioma immunotherapy has not been presented. This review introduces the current problems in glioma immunotherapy and the role of exosomes in addressing these issues. Meanwhile, preparation and application strategies of exosome-based drug delivery systems for glioma immunotherapy are discussed, especially for enhancing immunogenicity and reversing the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Finally, we briefly describe the challenges of exosome-based drug delivery systems in clinical translation. We anticipate that this review will guide the use of exosomes as drug carriers for glioma immunotherapy. Graphical Abstract

Abstract Zavegepant is a novel gepant administered as a nasal spray approved in the United States at a 10 mg dose for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. The cardiovascular safety of zavegepant nasal spray was assessed in both single‐ascending dose (SAD) and multiple‐ascending dose (MAD) studies in healthy participants. The SAD study included 72 participants (54 active/18 placebo) who received 0.1–40 mg zavegepant or placebo. The MAD study included 72 participants (56 active/16 placebo) who received 5–40 mg zavegepant or placebo for 1–14 days. Plasma zavegepant pharmacokinetics and electrocardiographic (ECG) parameters (Fridericia‐corrected QT interval [QTcF], heart rate, PR interval, ventricular depolarization [QRS], T‐wave morphology, and U‐wave presence) were analyzed pre‐ and post‐zavegepant administration. Using pooled data from the SAD and MAD studies, the relationship between time‐matched plasma zavegepant concentrations and QTc interval was assessed using a linear mixed‐effects model to evaluate the potential for QTc interval prolongation. Results showed that single and multiple doses of zavegepant had no significant impact on ECG parameters versus placebo, and there was no concentration‐dependent effect on QTcF interval. The estimated slope of the plasma zavegepant concentration‐QTcF model was −0.053 ms per ng/mL with a 90% confidence interval of −0.0955 to −0.0110 (p = 0.0415), which is not considered clinically meaningful. At doses up to four times the recommended daily dose, zavegepant does not prolong the QT interval to any clinically relevant extent.

Abstract Background The incidence of Post Stroke Depression (PSD) in the Rehabilitation Stage is high, which can bring serious physical and psychological disorders to patients. However, there is still a lack of targeted tools for screening PSD in the rehabilitation stage. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the factor structure and reliability of a measurement instrument to screen for PSD in the rehabilitation stage. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted on 780 hospitalized stroke patients who were within the rehabilitation stage from May to August 2020. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) as well as first- and second-order confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were performed to evaluate the factor structure of the newly developed Symptom Measurement of Post-Stroke Depression in the Rehabilitation Stage (SMPSD-RS). The reliability and validity of the SMPSD-RS were also verified using several statistical methods. Results EFA extracted a 24-item, five-factor (cognition, sleep, behavior, emotion, and obsession) model that can clinically explain the symptoms of PSD during the rehabilitation stage. A first-order CFA confirmed the EFA model with good model fit indices, and the second-order CFA further confirmed the five-factor structure model and showed acceptable model fit indices. Acceptable reliability and validity were also achieved by the corresponding indicators. Conclusion The SMPSD-RS was proven to have a stable factor structure and was confirmed to be reliable and valid for assessing PSD symptoms in stroke patients during the rehabilitation stage.

Abstract Differences in clinical manifestations and biological underpinnings between Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) onset during adolescence and adulthood have been posited in previous studies, implying an influential role of age of onset (AOO) in the clinical subtyping and therapeutic approaches to MDD. However, direct comparisons between the two cohorts and their age-matched controls have been lacking in extant investigations. In this investigation, 156 volunteers participated, comprising 46 adolescents with MDD (adolescent-onset group), 35 adults with MDD (adult-onset group), 19 healthy adolescents, and 56 healthy adults. Resting-state functional MRI scans were undergone by all participants. Large-scale network analyses were applied. Subsequently, a 2 × 2 ANOVA was employed to analyze the main effects of diagnosis, age, and their interaction effect on functional connectivity (FC). Furthermore, regression analysis was employed to scrutinize the association between anomalous FC and HAMD sub-scores. Increased FC in visual network (VN), limbic network (LN), VN-dorsal attention network (DAN), VN-LN, and LN-Default Mode (DMN) was found in both adolescent-onset and adult-onset MDD; however, the increased FC in DAN and LN were only found in adult-onset MDD and the decreased FC in DAN was only found in adolescent-onset MDD. Additionally, the relationship between HAMD factor 1 anxiety somatization and altered FC of DAN, VN, and VN-DAN was moderated by AOO. In conclusion, shared and distinctive large-scale network alterations in adolescent-onset and adult-onset MDD patients were suggested by our findings, providing valuable contributions towards refining clinical subtyping and treatment approaches for MDD.

Based on the formal description of the operational concept capability requirement analysis, a method of operational concept capability requirement analysis based on DRL(deep reinforcement learning) is designed. The key technologies of this method, such as simulation experiment, surrogate model, reinforcement learning, are analyzed and studied. Through the implementation of key technologies,small sample data sets with high reliability can be obtained through simulation experiments; Based on the experience data, the surrogate model of operation concept is constructed, and the model is optimized and trained by using multi-objective optimization algorithm with the high credibility simulation data set as the input; Finally, the surrogate model obtained from the training and the DRL framework are interactively optimized to achieve the reverse exploration of the operational concept capability requirements.
