Cyber harassment is a form of psychological violation aiming to humiliate victims through the social media by spreading information to the public. According to the Stressor-Emotional Model, cyber harassment is the cause of stress, that can trigger negative emotions and shaping negative behaviours. The effect of negative emotion at work may interfere life at home and causing work-family conflict. This study seeks to examine the effect of cyber harassment at the workplace on negative emotion and work-family conflict. Other than that, this study also examines whether emotional regulation is able to mitigate the impact of negative emotions on work-family conflict. Data obtained from respondents through questionnaires were analysed using PLS-SEM and the finding shows that employees who have the capability to control their emotions may reduce the work-family conflict resulted from cyber harassment at the workplace. This study is able to give input to the organization to strengthen the capability for employees' emotional regulation through motivation and training as the cyber harassment cannot be curbed fully and easily. Theoretically, this study is able to contribute to the body of knowledge on the coping strategy towards cyber harassment negative effect, and will reduce the negative implications to the organisation, family and community. Because of the large number of companies that enter the market on a daily basis and the new business trends, the business environment is always evolving. Companies must develop a flexible management system to respond to quick changes in order to maintain a competitive advantage in the market. To do so, businesses must constantly produce new ideas and suggest innovative ways to keep up with the market. Hence this work aimed to examined the link between management innovation and company sustainability. A case study was undertaken on a local manufacturing company that faces management innovation and business sustainability issues. The needed data was gathered through a questionnaire that was distributed to the company's employees. To extract the conclusions, the questionnaire results were analyzed using statistical techniques. The findings indicate that management innovation enhances organizational sustainable performance and drives sustainability. Pulau Tioman is a famous tourist island off Peninsular Malaysia with beautiful coral reefs. This study aims to assess the health of the coral reefs surrounding Pulau Tioman based on the application of the Foraminifera in Reef Assessment and Monitoring Index (FI). Ten sampling sites around Pulau Tioman were studied with a total of 30 samples. Eight orders, 41 families, 80 genera, and 161 species of benthic foraminifera were identified. The agglutinated type of foraminifera constituted 2–8% of the total assemblages. Calcareous hyaline and porcelaneous groups represented 79% and 19% of the total assemblages, respectively. Symbiont-bearing taxa were the most common foraminifera. The results indicate that most of the sampling sites are conducive for coral reef growth with good recoverability from future stress to the ecosystem. However, several areas with higher coastal development and tourism have reduced water and sediment quality. Therefore, the limit on the number of visitors and tourists should be revised to enable coral growth and health. The FI values in this study showed a positive correlation with good water qualities and a negative correlation with organic matter enrichment. Programs and educational practices that enable gifted students to conduct science activities and develop themselves in engineering fields are rapidly increasing in Malaysia. One of them is the science camp to improve STEM skills. This study investigates the effectiveness of science camp (Junior Science Camp) towards young children's understanding and knowledge about science. One hundred and three children aged four to six years old participated in the three-day camp. Mixed research model was used in this research. Data were collected by Junior Science Camp Scientist Test (JSCST) as pre and post-test, parent evaluation of the camp. Questions in the pre and post-test were on the content in the five camp modules: I am an engineer, I am a scientist, I am a chemist, I am a forensic scientist, and I am a natural scientist. Data from the open-ended question in the survey (parent evaluation) were used to triangulate the quantitative data from the pre and post-test. Findings showed that the camp was effective in enhancing the young children's (preschoolers') understanding about science and increasing their knowledge about science and STEM fields. This study is related to learning styles and technology; for example, the use of telegram in the laptop among Malaysian Gifted Learners (MGL) at Pusat GENIUS@Pintar Negara, UKM. This study aims to investigate the three research questions. The first research question, what is the visual-level of Arabic language learning- style using telegram in the laptop among MGL? Secondly, what is the auditory -level of Arabic language learningstyle using telegram in the laptop among MGL? And Thirdly, what is the kinaesthetic-level of Arabic language learning-style using telegram in the laptop among MGL? The results of the finding indicate the MGLs are a high-level user of visual and kinaesthetic learning styles. As for the auditory-level, they are at a moderate level. This study suggests that MGLs can increase their creativity of learning when they focus on their most exciting subject if teachers can teach MGLs’ subject related to technology that includes visual and kinaesthetic. Research Aims - The process of innovation is complex and involved various stage which required employees to have an innovative behaviour. Underpinned by social exchange theory, this study examines how employee participation in Lean Thinking influence the employees' innovative behaviour. We also examine the possibility that competency moderates this relationship. Design/Methodology/Approach - Measurements from previous studies were adapted in developing the questionnaire and data were analysed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. Research Findings - The results showed that there is a positive relationship between employee participation in Lean Thinking and employee innovative behaviour, and a positive relationship between employee competency and employee innovative behaviour. However, employee competency does not moderate the relationship between employee participation in Lean Thinking and employee innovative behaviour. Theoretical Contribution/Originality - This study enhanced the social exchange theory by proving that employees are motivated to perform more than their duties and results into innovative behaviour when they are encouraging to participate in Lean Thinking. Managerial Implications in the Southeast Asian Context - Managers should keep encouraging employee to participate in Lean Thinking and give empowerment for decision making which could engender employee innovative behaviour. Research Limitations and Implications - The main limitation is the insignificant moderating effect of employee competency. This paper addressed a data modelling and functionality evaluation of traceability system requirements and its implementation for small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The major idea is to convert the data structure and system behaviour arising from traceability requirement into modelling using data modelling techniques in a user-friendly and economical way. Then, based on a case study the paper expounds the methodology by implementing the model to a computerised traceability information system. The system can manipulate operation data as well as quality data dynamically to keep the traceability information up to date and useful. The solution responds to all traceability requirements of integrity, data collecting, linking, and guarantees different types of lists and reports in the support of quick decision making with minimal human efforts. Ismail Process capability indices (PCIs) are appropriate tools to measure the inherent capability of a process, but most of them do not consider the losses of a process, while in today's competitive business environment, it is becoming more and more important for companies to evaluate and minimise their losses. This paper presents a review of loss-based PCIs such as C.SUB.pm, C.SUB.pmk, PCI.SUB.θ, C.SUB.pc, L.SUB.e and L.SUP.″.SUB.e. This paper also discusses characteristics of loss-based PCIs such as reject based, asymmetric, bounded, loss based and target based. Finally, recommendations were made for developing a new loss-based process capability index with more excellent specifications.
