While historical geographers and historians increasingly recognise the benefits of and need for participatory research, the rigid structures regimenting academic practice have acted as barriers to successful knowledge exchange. Community involvement and place‐based research come with a number of challenges characterised by miscommunications, frustrations, and failures. This paper reflects on findings that emerged from a three‐month internship investigating public and community engagement activities at the Centre for History, University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI). The internship was the outcome of a collaboration between UHI and the Centre for the History of People, Place, and Community (CHPPC), Institute of Historical Research London (IHR). Based on interviews with UHI academics and heritage institutions beyond the Higher Education sector based across the Highlands and Islands, the paper explores the inevitable pitfalls that comes with community engagement and the ethical questions raised by knowledge co‐production. Background: The use of Cloud-based storage of personal health records has increased globally. The GPOC Series introduces the concept of a Global Patient co-Owned Cloud (GPOC) of personal health records. Here, we present the GPOC Series' international survey on the necessity of a GPOC. Methods: Online global survey with invitations sent to health ministries and major organisations. It received answers from health ministries and affiliated advisors of all 193 United Nations (UN) member states, 2 UN observer states (Holy See & Palestine) and 1 de facto UN non-member state (Taiwan) and from 18 major international organisations. The survey examined a dozen aspects encompassing demographics, privacy, sharing, movability, co-ownership, research, company usage, regulation and the necessity of a GPOC. Results: The GPOC Survey elicited responses from 267 individuals from 214 entities, including all UN member states, and major international organisations. Twelve domains were identified, covering demographics, correctness, privacy, commercial use, medical and non-medical research, co-ownership, data sharing, record movement, ownership centralisation, patient rights, environmental concerns, and foundation creation. Results show high agreement on most issues, including support for co-ownership (89%) and movement of personal health records (84%). Disagreement was prominent regarding centralised ownership by the state (64%) and data sharing without consent (85%). Additionally, respondents expressed interest in a neutral, decentralised foundation for regulation (73%) and the environmental sustainability of electronic health records (84%). Conclusions: A Global Patient co-Owned Cloud (GPOC) of personal health records could significantly enhance patient independence and involvement in health management, supported by the near consensus agreement across various domains identified in our survey. This consensus underscores the potential of GPOC to democratise healthcare and align with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The survey results demonstrate strong support for GPOC's role in promoting evidence-based patient management, reducing information silos, and fostering ethical data sharing. Moreover, the overwhelming agreement on key principles of co-ownership, data sharing, and environmental sustainability highlights the global inclination for a decentralised, patient-controlled PHR platform. This platform stands to empower patients worldwide, advance precision medicine, and contribute to the global development and dissemination of artificial intelligence in healthcare. A wide range of tasks in network analysis, such as clustering network populations or identifying anomalies in temporal graph streams, require a measure of the similarity between two graphs. To provide a meaningful data summary for downstream scientific analyses, the graph similarity measures used for these tasks must be principled, interpretable, and capable of distinguishing meaningful overlapping network structure from statistical noise at different scales of interest. Here we derive a family of graph mutual information measures that satisfy these criteria and are constructed using only fundamental information theoretic principles. Our measures capture the information shared among networks according to different encodings of their structural information, with our mesoscale mutual information measure allowing for network comparison under any specified network coarse-graining. We test our measures in a range of applications on real and synthetic network data, finding that they effectively highlight intuitive aspects of network similarity across scales in a variety of systems. Graph similarity measures are essential for downstream tasks including clustering, embedding, and regression with populations of networks. Grid-Nesting is a common method of local refinement when using structured quadrilateral grid in estuarine models. Nevertheless, various issues need to be improved, such as the Courant-Friedrichs-Lewy (CFL) limitations of external gravity wave and information exchange between two-way nesting grids. Based on the material conservation law, a novel scheme with Implicit, Grid-Nesting Elevation Solution (IGNES) and matched Nesting Boundary Flux Conservation Interpolation (NBFCI) was developed in this paper. The unstructured quadrilateral grid, finite-differencing, estuarine and coastal ocean model (UFDECOM) was update to UFDECOM-i. The gravity wave propagation experiment shows that the IGNES can relax the CFL limitations. Compared to traditional i-j two-direction strip refinement, the new scheme has higher computational efficiency. When the root-mean-square-error of elevation and current velocity increases by less than 0.05% and 0.2%, the calculation time is reduced by 40%. When simulating vortex motion, it overcomes the problem of simulation collapse caused by errors in nested boundaries. When simulating material transport, NBFCI scheme has smaller errors at the nesting boundary compared to quadratic interpolation, the high-order spatial interpolation at the middle temporal level (HSMIT) parabolic interpolation, upwind Advection-Equivalent interpolation, and HSIMT Advection-Equivalent interpolation scheme. The simulation results of the severe saltwater intrusion in the Changjiang Estuary in the late summer and early autumn of 2022 demonstrate that the UFDECOM-i with NBFCI and IGNES has higher computational efficiency and accuracy. AbstractBuilt for Zero (BFZ) is a data-driven methodology that some US homeless systems are using to allocate housing assistance. The ‘by-name data’ that BFZ needs is produced by actors within a ‘data assemblage’: a socio-technical system that people re/create to produce, analyse, and use data. Although BFZ is diffusing across the Global North, little research has examined the barriers that local administrators face whilst upgrading their systems’ data assemblage with this methodology. This paper advances housing scholarship by using interview data from 28 US homeless systems to answer the question: what barriers do administrators face whilst upgrading their data assemblage with BFZ? I delineate four barriers that fray the network ties that local administrators need to produce by-name data: disinterest, fragmentation, noncompliance, and incapacity. My analysis shows how data assemblage theory can be used to understand homeless governance, delineates several factors that prevent or complicate data sharing within homeless systems, and identifies new directions for research on homeless datafication. In addition to examining the factors affecting organizational performance and hotel performance, this research aims to investigate the relationship between knowledge sharing and intellectual assets and hotel strategic human resource management (HRM). To create a robust knowledge culture, strategic HRM and hotel management should collaborate. This can be accomplished by holding team meetings, workshops, employee development programs, and discussion forums to promote cooperation and knowledge exchange among staff members. Maintain a competitive edge in the hospitality sector, while offering visitors outstanding service. This research was done using quantitative methods. In this study, 185 employees served as samples. Structural equation modeling was used in the analysis method (SEM). The findings demonstrated that knowledge sharing and intellectual assets impact the hotel’s strategic HRM. Hotel performance is impacted by knowledge sharing and intellectual assets. Strategic HRM influences organizational performance. Intellectual assets and knowledge sharing affect hotel performance through strategic HRM. By increasing employee knowledge and skills and encouraging collaboration and continuous learning, hotels can improve organizational performance, provide superior service to guests, and stay competitive in the hospitality industry. Strategic HRM should work closely with hotel management to build a strong knowledge culture. This can be accomplished by carrying out initiatives like staff development and training, workshops, team meetings, and discussion forums to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among employees. In view of the crucial role of consumer data concerning low-carbon preferences, a low-carbon supply chain was established, encompassing one manufacturer and one retailer. Both entities employed technological tools to predict consumer demand. This study assessed the profitability of supply chain participants under two strategies, "make-to-order" and "make-to-stock", considering scenarios with and without demand forecast sharing information. Furthermore, we investigated how factors such as demand variability, forecast biases from the manufacturer and the retailer, and the forecast correlation coefficient affect the performance of the supply chain and the benefits of sharing information. Our findings indicate that the strategies of supply chain members remain unaffected by the chosen production models and that information sharing proves advantageous for the manufacturer and the retailer. Especially for manufacturers, profits in a "make-to-order" scenario surpass those in a "make-to-stock" scenario. Our numerical analysis showed that profits for the manufacturer and the retailer were consistently higher in scenarios where information was shared than in cases where it was not for "make-to-order" and "make-to-stock" strategies. Collaborative problem-solving (CPS) involves the interaction and interdependence of students' social and cognitive skills, making it a complex learning process. To delve into the complex dynamics of CPS, previous research has categorized socio-cognitive roles, providing insights into social-cognitive frameworks. However, despite the specific cognitive and social interaction structures employed by roles to engage in CPS interactions, most existing research primarily focuses on individual roles, neglecting inter-role interactions. To fill this gap, twelve triad groups were formed by engaging 36 undergraduate students in online CPS activities to examine differences in social and cognitive interaction structures across different roles and group compositions. Additionally, analyze the differences in CPS processes among various group compositions. The analyses identified five roles (Lurkers, Followers, Drivers, Influential Actors, and Innovators) and three group compositions (Balanced groups, Decentralized groups, and Power Struggle groups). The socio-cognitive structure of Balanced groups, along with other evidence, indicates effective information sharing and negotiation interactions. In contrast, Decentralized and Power Struggle groups exhibited various deficiencies in their socio-cognitive structures, negatively impacting group collaboration processes. These insights provide educators with a comprehensive guide to fostering effective group compositions and role dynamics in online CPS settings, thereby enhancing the overall success of CPS. Point cloud registration is one of the fundamental tasks in computer vision, but faces challenges under low overlap conditions. Recent approaches use transformers and overlapping masks to improve perception, but mask learning only considers Euclidean distances between features, ignores mismatches caused by fuzzy geometric structures, and is often computationally inefficient. To address these issues, we introduce a novel matching framework. Firstly, we fuse adaptive graph convolution with PPF features to obtain rich feature perception. Subsequently, we construct a PGT framework that uses GeoTransformer and combines it with location information encoding to enhance the geometry perception between source and target clouds. In addition, we improve the visibility of overlapping regions through information exchange and the AIS module, aiming at subsequent keypoint extraction, preserving points with distinct geometrical structures while suppressing the influence of non-overlapping regions to improve computational efficiency. Finally, the mask is refined through contrast learning to preserve geometric and distance similarity, which helps to compute the transformation parameters more accurately. We have conducted comprehensive experiments on synthetic and real-world scene datasets, demonstrating superior registration performance compared to recent deep learning methods. Our approach shows remarkable improvements of 68.21% in R R M S E and 76.31% in t R M S E on synthetic data, while also excelling in real-world scenarios with enhancements of 76.46% in R R M S E and 45.16% in t R M S E . Contemporary research and innovation policies and advocates of data‐intensive research paradigms continue to urge increased sharing of research data. Such paradigms are underpinned by a pro‐data, normative data culture that has become dominant in the contemporary discourse. Earlier research on research data sharing has directed little attention to its alternatives as more than a deficit. The present study aims to provide insights into researchers' perspectives, rationales and practices of (non‐)sharing of research data in relation to their research practices. We address two research questions, (RQ1) what underpinning patterns can be identified in researchers' (non‐)sharing of research data, and (RQ2) how are attitudes and data‐sharing linked to researchers' general practices of conducting their research. We identify and describe data‐decentered culture and non‐data culture as alternatives and parallels to the data‐driven culture, and describe researchers de‐inscriptions of how they resist and appropriate predominant notions of data in their data practices by problematizing the notion of data, asserting exceptions to the general case of data sharing, and resisting or opting out from data sharing. This paper describes the implementation and evaluation of RADAR (Response Awareness, De-Escalation, and Referral), a hybrid CIT/co-response program for people with behavioral health issues (PBHI). RADAR emphasized information sharing between police, PBHI, and behavioral health professionals and targeted outreach to PBHI by a police officer and clinician working in partnership. We evaluated RADAR using a quasi-experimental analysis of calls for service and incident data, an officer survey, and interviews with key personnel. While RADAR did not significantly reduce calls, incidents, or physical contact and resistance relative to a comparison jurisdiction, the survey and interviews suggest that it did help to shift the department’s culture and organizational perceptions around collaborative responses to PBHI. The practical implications of our findings for police agencies seeking to implement co-responder programs include the need to focus on sustainability; relationship building between the police, PBHI, and clinicians; and technological solutions to improve data collection and evaluation efforts. AbstractSocial media use has increased worldwide, facilitating social relationships as well as the widespread exchange of information, images, and ideas. However, some individuals may develop a compulsive and unregulated engagement with social media platforms, known as problematic social media use (PSMU), which can result in adverse consequences for personal, social, and professional functioning. This scenario leads to considering which factors are implicated in PSMU and how they can affect the disposition toward PSMU. The present study aimed to explore the mediating role of fear of missing out (FoMO) in the association between both grandiose and vulnerable facets of narcissism and PSMU while also investigating the moderating effect of trait mindfulness. The research was conducted with 208 youth participants from 19 to 28 years old through an online cross-sectional design. Participants completed the Narcissistic Personality Inventory-13, the Hypersensitive Narcissism Scale, the Fear of Missing Out Scale, the Cognitive and Affective Mindfulness Scale-Revised, the Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale, and a short socio-demographic questionnaire. Results revealed that FoMO mediated the association between both facets of narcissism and PSMU, while trait mindfulness moderated the interplay between FoMO and PSMU, dampening the effect of FoMO. These findings provide theoretical insights into the main mechanisms underlying PSMU as well as promising practical implications for the development of mindfulness-based interventions aimed at mitigating PSMU. Knowledge distillation has demonstrated significant potential in addressing the challenge of unsupervised anomaly detection (AD). The representation discrepancy of anomalies in the teacher–student (T-S) model provides evidence for anomaly detection and localization. However, the teacher model is pretrained for classification, while the anomaly scores in the distillation-based anomaly detection method are indirectly derived from the classification scores. The mismatch between the two tasks can hinder the optimization of the model. To tackle this issue, we propose an innovative bidirectional knowledge distillation model. In this approach, forward knowledge distillation is pivotal in bolstering the model's capacity for generalization. Simultaneously, backward knowledge distillation promotes diversity in representing anomalies. This reciprocal knowledge exchange effectively wards off potential performance declines due to target inconsistency. Through bidirectional knowledge distillation, we establish a more encompassing and resilient framework for knowledge transfer. Additionally, we introduce a novel data augmentation strategy to simulate anomalies and effectively eliminate unnecessary noise. In experiments on the MVTec AD, the proposed model achieves competitive results compared to state-of-the-art methods, 97.47% on image-level AUC, 98.23% on pixel-level AUC, and 94.77% on instance-level PRO. This study aims to describe organizational culture, organizational citizenship behaviour, and knowledge sharing in RSPAU Indonesia, and determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational citizenship behaviour on knowledge sharing and staff performance. It analyzes the effect of knowledge sharing on staff performance. The research sample of 167 people were all members of the operational medical, nursing and other health workers of RSPAU in Indonesia. This study uses descriptive analysis and structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The results show that organizational culture can increase knowledge sharing by creating ideas based on suggestions and discussions regarding new things. Organizational culture can also improve organizational citizenship behaviour. When employee knowledge sharing is supported, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behaviour can improve performance, in terms of both quality and quantity of work. Purpose: This study aims to understand how workplace bullying affects knowledge sharing among employees in Chinese scientific and technological enterprises. Methodology: A convenience sampling method was employed to survey 275 employees from scientific and technological enterprises of Yangtze River Delta, China. The survey utilized a general information questionnaire, a workplace bullying scale, an organizational belonging scale, a knowledge sharing scale, and a forbearance scale. A moderated mediation model was set up, and the hierarchical regression and the bootstrapping method were applied. Findings: The empirical results indicated that workplace bullying has a negative effect on the knowledge sharing, and organization belonging has played mediating effect. Furthermore, Forbearance not only moderated the effect of workplace bullying on organizational belonging, but also moderated the mediated effect of organization belonging, and the effect will be stronger when employees are at a lower level of forbearance. Implications: This study offers important implications for scientific and technological enterprises. The findings imply that enterprises should discourage person-related workplace bullying to increase employees' intention to engage in knowledge-sharing behavior. Social media plays a pivotal role in enhancing innovation by fostering interaction, communication, and knowledge exchange among organizational employees. Grounded in social cognitive theory, this study asserts that social media capabilities, characterized as exploration and exploitation, positively affect employee knowledge reuse and green innovation behavior. Additionally, it investigates digital fluency as a moderator in the relationship between social media capabilities and knowledge reuse. Time-lagged data collected from employees and supervisors in China support the hypothesized model. The results indicate that both social media exploration and exploitation capabilities, when harnessed at varying levels, significantly influence knowledge reuse, thereby enhancing employee green innovation behavior. Furthermore, digital fluency was found to moderate the relationship between these social media capabilities and knowledge reuse. High levels of online activity have been linked with lower critical engagement and cognitive ability as well as lapses in attention and memory. This study examines whether individual differences in cognitive styles and abilities relating to the theoretical framework of distributed cognition predict social media behaviour. In this online study, 784 MTurk participants (55% male) completed measures of social media use, online friendships, need for cognition, dissociative tendencies, and vocabulary. They also answered questions about online news-related information sharing (with and without reading the article). Multiple regression and relative weights analysis show that higher dissociative tendencies and lower verbal ability predict social media use, online friendships and information sharing behaviour. Dissociation was the most important predictor, particularly for sharing news-related information without first reading it, with moderate to large effects. Perceptions of information accuracy and source trustworthiness were identified as key factors in driving information sharing behaviour. \nSUMMARYThis research was conducted as part of an action research project supporting intersectoral care experiments in Flanders for minors in residential care. This article details some of the questions the stakeholders in this project had at the start of such a project, as well as the results from a scoping literature review conducted to answer these questions. This scoping literature review was conducted on four databases, returning 23 articles providing information on the effects of, good practices of, or barriers for intersectoral care for looked-after minors. Results show that research on this specific topic for this population is scarce, mostly qualitative, and mostly from the perspective of staff rather than clients. Reports on the effects of intersectoral initiatives seem cautiously encouraging. Many possible obstacles for coordinated or shared care have been identified, with difficulties in communication, information sharing and lack of shared vision as prominent ones. Many potentially good practices have however also been identified in this review that can help collaborative partners overcome several of the barriers. Background: Based on the perspective of social network theory, this study explored the network indicator system that facilitated optimal knowledge sharing effect in Medication Therapy Management Services (MTMS) training teams. The aim was to provide a reference for optimizing MTMS training and improving training quality. Methods: Utilizing social network analysis combined with a questionnaire survey, a knowledge sharing matrix for MTMS training teams was constructed. Knowledge sharing behavior was assessed from three perspectives: individual networks, whole networks, and cohesive subgroups. Results: Individual network analysis showed that the knowledge sharing effect within the training team reached its peak when the out-degree centrality was ≥ 3.5, in-degree centrality was ≥ 2.5, eigenvector centrality was ≥ 0.065, and closeness centrality was ≥ 7.86. Whole network analysis indicated that the optimal knowledge sharing effect occurred when the network density of the training team was higher than 0.0343 and the training size was less than 117 participants. Cohesion subgroups analysis demonstrated that knowledge sharing was more effective when members with similar working years participated in training together. Conclusions: The knowledge sharing indicator system developed for MTMS training teams, based on social network analysis, can assist in optimizing the MTMS training model and improving training effectiveness. Between the crusaders and the Georgians, there were political, military, diplomatic, religious, and social ties. They were reasonably bound by anti-Muslim and (sometimes, anti-Byzantine) solidarity. For instance, the Georgian chronicler associates the success of the First Crusade in Palestine with the strengthening of Georgia. According to Latin and Armenian chroniclers, during one of the prominent wars (at Didgori), where Christian Georgians fought against Muslims, a small crusader detachment assisted the Georgian warriors. The insignia sent to the Latin king, Baldwin I, by King David the Builder should be seen not only as a gesture of diplomatic etiquette, but also as a sign of military cooperation. It is also recognized that King David participated in the liberation of the crusader leaders who were captured by Muslims. It is crucial to note that this kind of military cooperation was not one-sided, as Georgians also assisted the crusaders during the First Crusade, according to Georgian and foreign sources. Other Georgian kings also expressed a strong desire to help the crusaders. For instance, the King Lasha-Giorgi even sent his ambassadors from Georgia to Damietta to negotiate with Cardinal Pelagius. Unfortunately, the Mongols attacked Georgia soon after, which is the reason this military cooperation with the crusaders could not come to fruition. In short, based on the review of the appropriate sources, it can be said with certainty that there was a great willingness from the Georgians to form a military alliance with the crusaders. This alliance was implemented occasionally, although naturally, in all cases, the fulfillment of this desire seemed impractical due to the scarcity of available (naval or nautical) routes. Precisely because of this fact, joint and coordinated systematic military operations were impossible. In recent years, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) has been widely utilized to diagnose neurological disease, by exploiting the region of interest (RoI) nodes as well as their connectivities in human brain. However, most of existing works only rely on either RoIs or connectivities, neglecting the potential for complementary information between them. To address this issue, we study how to discover the rich cross-view information in fMRI data of human brain. This paper presents a novel method for cross-view analysis of fMRI data of the human brain, called Cross-view transFormers (CvFormer). CvFormer employs RoI and connectivity encoder modules to generate two separate views of the human brain, represented as RoI and sub-connectivity tokens. Then, basic transformer modules can be used to process the RoI and sub-connectivity tokens, and cross-view modules integrate the complement information across two views. Furthermore, CvFormer uses a global token for each branch as a query to exchange information with other branches in cross-view modules, which only requires linear time for both computational and memory complexity instead of quadratic time. To enhance the robustness of the proposed CvFormer, we propose a two-stage strategy to train its parameters. To be specific, RoI and connectivity views can be firstly utilized as self-supervised information to pre-train the CvFormer by combining it with contrastive learning and then fused to finetune the CvFormer using label information. Experiment results on two public ABIDE and ADNI datasets can show clear improvements by the proposed CvFormer, which can validate its effectiveness and superiority. • Cross-view transformer is proposed to analyze multi-view fMRI data of human brain. • CvFormer considers diversity and complementary of cross-view information in brain. • A two-stage strategy with pre-training is used to train CvFormer for fMRI analysis. • Massive experimental show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed CvFormer. Aim: To facilitate multisite studies and international clinical research, this study aimed to identify consensus‐based, standardized common data elements (CDEs) for arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (AMC). Method: A mixed‐methods study comprising of several focus group discussions and three rounds of modified Delphi surveys to achieve consensus using two tiered‐rating scales were conducted. Results: Overall, 45 clinical experts and adults with lived experience (including 12 members of an AMC consortium) participated in this study from 11 countries in North America, Europe, and Australia. The CDEs include 321 data elements and 19 standardized measures across various domains from fetal development to adulthood. Data elements pertaining to AMC phenotypic traits were mapped according to the Human Phenotype Ontology. A universal governance structure, local operating protocols, and sustainability plans were identified as the main facilitators, whereas limited capacity for data sharing and the need for a federated informatics infrastructure were the main barriers. Interpretation: Collection of systematic data on AMC using CDEs will allow investigations on etiological pathways, describe epidemiological profile, and establish genotype–phenotype correlations in a standardized manner. The proposed CDEs will facilitate international multidisciplinary collaborations by improving large‐scale studies and opportunities for data sharing, knowledge translation, and dissemination. Purpose: The competition and competitive advantage among firms in various industries have shifted toward a knowledge-based economy. This is particularly evident in knowledge-intensive industries where a company's competitive edge relies heavily on its ability to generate and utilize new knowledge solutions. Knowledge management (KM) is essential for all organizations, but it holds greater significance in specific functional units, such as maintenance. Industrial maintenance is a knowledge-intensive field and knowledge sharing (KS) motivation is low due to the tacit and intricate nature of knowledge. Despite these challenges, sharing knowledge between experienced and novice employees is fundamental to industrial maintenance, and much remains to be examined in this area. This study explores how novices' knowledge and KS with other workers can be improved via "Training by Novices" program in industrial maintenance. Design/methodology/approach: This study adopted an action-research approach within a high-tech company's maintenance department, involving 103 maintenance employees. The research unfolded in three pivotal phases: first, an initial evaluation of KM and KS was carried out; second, training programs by novices aimed at strengthening KS between novices and department members were implemented and third, data were collected to assess changes and facilitate improvement in knowledge exchange and collaboration within the department. Findings: The study demonstrates that involving novices in training programs as trainers within high-tech industries' maintenance departments enhances KM and KS among all employees. The training programs led to substantial increases in knowledge for novices and experienced workers and fostered a culture of continuous learning. Despite the short training duration, participants' overall knowledge increased, and they found the program effective and expressed willingness to continue, indicating potential for long-term improvements in KS practices. Research limitations/implications: This research challenges conventional wisdom regarding KS among novices in industrial maintenance. Showcasing the effectiveness of novices as trainers offers a fresh perspective on enhancing KS practices within knowledge-intensive industries. Practical implications: This study provides actionable insights for maintenance managers grappling with KS challenges. Organizations can boost employees' knowledge and KS practices by advocating for structured training programs led by novices, fostering a more collaborative workplace culture. Originality/value: This study introduces a novel approach by empowering novices to engage actively in KS within industrial maintenance settings. By utilizing novices as trainers, the research demonstrates a practical means of enhancing both their own knowledge and that of their peers. The work carried out by interdisciplinary teams at Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS) involves a collaborative and integrated approach to providing mental health care. These professionals, coming from different areas such as psychology, psychiatry, nursing, social assistance, among others, combine their knowledge and experiences to create personalized and humanized treatment strategies that meet the specific needs of each person in psychological distress. The objective of the present study was to analyze the importance of the work of interdisciplinary teams, working in a CAPS in the south of Ceará. It involved the participation of 23 professionals from different CAPS (CAPSad, CAPSi and CAPS III) in a municipality in the south of Ceará. It was carried out between May 2022 and April 2024. To collect the data, techniques such as observation and work discussion meetings were used. The results led us to believe that teamwork facilitates the exchange of knowledge, enriching care and ensuring broader and more effective care for the patient, always focusing on their recovery and social reintegration. Conclusion: The collective dimension of interdisciplinary work contributes significantly to more efficient management of activities. However, it is essential that work collectives are strengthened, with the creation of more effective group spaces for discussion, exchange of ideas and collaboration. This paper examines how geographical proximity affected interregional co-patenting links in various technologies in the USA from 1836 to 2010. We classify technologies by their complexity and test whether it moderates the impact of distance on collaboration. Contrary to the 'death of distance' hypothesis, distance still matters for knowledge creation and exchange. Moreover, we show that the role of complexity has changed over time. In the 19th century, interregional collaborations within complex technologies were more sensitive to distance than within simple ones. The Internet of Things, smart grids, etc. contain processors, sensors, and communication hardware that exchange information with other devices in the network and act on the acquired information. These generate huge amounts of data which are stored in cloud/edge servers managed by third parties and are exposed to the internet. The data often include sensitive information, and the protection of such privacy-sensitive data is important. Attribute-based encryption is one of the most popular methods to address security and privacy challenges encountered in such cases. However, most of the existing classical attribute-based schemes are not secure against quantum attacks and can be broken using Shor's algorithm. Given this, secure (single-authority) quantum attribute-based schemes have been recently studied. To the best of our knowledge, quantum multi-authority attribute-based schemes have not received much attention and are missing in the literature. Here, we propose a novel construction of a quantum multi-authority attribute-based encryption scheme. The privacy of the encryption scheme is derived using trap codes and quantum secret-sharing schemes. Our construction is based on discrete-time quantum walks and is shown to be portable and usable in several variants of multi-authority schemes. In view of the security and privacy protection issues faced in sharing sensing information data between sensing devices in the internet of things, this study proposes a blockchain based multi domain data sharing mechanism. The mechanism treats the data sharing problem as a data transaction problem and introduces a trusted regulator to guarantee the interests of both buyers and sellers of the transaction. The mechanism provides a data publishing method in which buyers can securely publish data to a cloud storage service and do not disclose information about the data during the publishing process. A ring signature is used to sign and verify the buyer's licence in order to protect the buyer's privacy from being compromised during the data transaction. In addition, the mechanism provides an anonymous evaluation method that allows buyers to evaluate transactions and monitor seller behaviour without revealing their identity. The security analysis and simulation experiments results show that the mechanism is secure and efficient, meets the requirements for secure data sharing in the internet of things. In this study, the aim was to determine the content of thermal accommodation establishments' websites and the levels of sustainability communication covering sustainable practices. Within the scope of the study, the websites of thermal accommodation establishments operating in Kütahya, Eskişehir, Afyon and Uşak were examined in terms of aspects such as information and process, values, relationships, design and usability, trust, and sustainability communication. To intuitively and systematically grasp the development status and trend of safety evaluation research in China's coal mining operations, we consulted relevant literature in the fields of "coal mine" and "safety evaluation" collected by China Knowledge Network, and deployed CiteSpace V software to summarize and analyze research pertaining to safety evaluation in China's coal mines from three aspects: research institutions, authors, and hot keywords. With respect to research institutions, the results show that although many researchers have conducted in‐depth evaluations of coal mine safety, most of these studies were independent, and two‐way information exchange and cooperation between research institutions remains scarce. With respect to authors, most cooperation between authors has been limited to team members, and relatively stable research teams have been formed. However, most of these research teams are independent. With respect to hot keywords, the trends of coal mine safety evaluation studies exhibit continuous change, with an overall increase in richness. According to the frequency burst times of important keywords, "entropy weight method" and "mining with pressure" are expected to remain important keywords in future evaluations of coal mine safety in China. Functional traits offer an informative framework for understanding ecosystem functioning and responses to global change. Trait data are abundant in the literature, yet many communities of practice lack data standards for trait measurement and data sharing, hindering data reuse that could reveal large‐scale patterns in functional and evolutionary ecology. Here, we present a roadmap toward community data standards for trait‐based research on bees, including a protocol for effective trait data sharing. We also review the state of bee functional trait research, highlighting common measurement approaches and knowledge gaps. These studies were overwhelmingly situated in agroecosystems and focused predominantly on morphological and behavioral traits, while phenological and physiological traits were infrequently measured. Studies investigating climate change effects were also uncommon. Along with our review, we present an aggregated morphological trait dataset compiled from our focal studies, representing more than 1600 bee species globally and serving as a template for standardized bee trait data presentation. We highlight obstacles to harmonizing this trait data, especially ambiguity in trait classes, methodology, and sampling metadata. Our framework for trait data sharing leverages common data standards to resolve these ambiguities and ensure interoperability between datasets, promoting accessibility and usability of trait data to advance bee ecological research. Background: The WHO fungal priority list classifies Candida species as critical and high-priority pathogens, and the WHO GLASS fungi initiative seeks to establish a standardised global framework for antifungal resistance monitoring. We aimed to review resistance rates and antifungal resistance patterns across European surveillance systems and studies in response to these recent calls for action. Methods: A systematic review of national and international surveillance systems and peer-reviewed surveillance studies available up to June 2024 was conducted. Descriptive and trend analyses were performed on surveillance data reporting resistance to different antifungals in Candida spp. Results: In total, 6 national surveillance systems and 28 studies from 13 countries provided candidemia resistance data, mostly about the C. albicans, C. glabrata and C. parapsilosis complex. Azole resistance was most frequently reported (6/6 surveillance systems and 27/28 studies) with the highest resistance rate, especially for C. glabrata, in Croatia (100%, 28/28 isolates) and Slovenia (85.7%, 82/96) and C. parapsilosis in Croatia (80.6%, 54/67) and Italy (72.6%, 106/146). Echinocandin and polyene resistance rates were nearly zero. The number of isolates included in the surveillance systems increased over the years, particularly for C. albicans (+40–60 isolates/year), C. glabrata, and C. parapsilosis (+15–30 isolates/year). No surveillance system or study reported resistance data for C. auris. Pooled data from national surveillance revealed a decreasing trend in azole resistance in C. albicans and C. glabrata. The increasing azole-resistance trend in C. parapsilosis disappeared after adjusting for between-country heterogeneity. Overall, echinocandin and polyene resistance trends appeared relatively stable. During the many centuries of interaction and exchange between China and Europe, one of the most complex and ambiguous relationships was that of the Catholic Church and its missionaries in China. On one hand, they contributed to and can be seen as a part of the European imperial project of world colonisation, but on the other hand, they were instrumental in sharing and exchanging knowledge, as well as creating schools and other institutions in the places they created missions. At the same time, attempts were being made within the Catholic Church to promote the development of a Chinese clergy, although this issue remained divisive. This article examines these complex relationships through the eyes of a French Jesuit, André Yverneau, who was in China between 1948 and 1951 and who left a collection of letters back to his family describing these years. His experiences, observations, reactions and attitudes towards China and the mission are presented and analysed in order to re-evaluate some of the main debates surrounding the mission in China in the mid-twentieth century: education, language, indigenisation, and politics, both internal to the Catholic Church and with its relations in China. This study explores the representation of radical and anti-radical ideologies among German Islamic TikTok creators, analyzing 2983 videos from 43 accounts through qualitative content analysis. The results reveal two main content clusters: religious practice involving social/lifestyle issues and political activism around Muslim grievances. Victimization, found in 150 videos, was the most common indicator associated with radicalization and emerged as a source of political activism and subversive discourse. Overall, indicators of radicalism were scarce, suggesting that visible mainstream Islamic creators do not exhibit high levels of radical ideology. However, this also reflects a selection bias in the design of this study, which systematically overlooks fringe actors. In addition, religious advocacy was the most common topic (1144 videos), serving as a source of guidance and motivation, but was occasionally linked to sectarianism and rigid religious interpretations. Male creators posted more religious/theological videos; female creators posted more lifestyle videos. However, gender distinctions are limited due to the low representation of female creators (6). Some topics, such as the hijab, served as an intersection between religious practice and politicized narratives. This study highlights TikTok's role in promoting diverse ideological views and shaping community engagement, knowledge sharing, and political mobilization within Germany's Muslim digital landscape. The growing volume of information available to decision-makers makes it increasingly challenging to process all data during decision-making. As a result, a method for selecting only relevant information is highly desirable. Moreover, since the meaning of information depends on its context, the decision-making process requires mechanisms to identify the context of specific scenarios. In this paper, we propose a conceptual framework that utilizes Situation Theory to formalize the concept of context and analyze information relevance. Building on this framework, we introduce an inference-based reasoning process that automatically identifies the information necessary to characterize a given situation. We evaluate our approach in a cybersecurity scenario where computer agents respond to queries by utilizing available information and sharing relevant facts with other agents. The results show that our method significantly reduces the time required to infer answers to situation-specific queries. Additionally, we demonstrate that using only relevant information provides the same answers as using the entire knowledge base. The real-time data collected by wearable devices enables personalized health management and supports public health monitoring. However, sharing these data with third-party organizations introduces significant privacy risks. As a result, protecting and securely sharing wearable device data has become a critical concern. This paper proposes a local differential privacy-preserving algorithm designed for continuous data streams generated by wearable devices. Initially, the data stream is sampled at key points to avoid prematurely exhausting the privacy budget. Then, an adaptive allocation of the privacy budget at these points enhances privacy protection for sensitive data. Additionally, the optimized square wave (SW) mechanism introduces perturbations to the sampled points. Afterward, the Kalman filter algorithm is applied to maintain data flow patterns and reduce prediction errors. Experimental validation using two real datasets demonstrates that, under comparable conditions, this approach provides higher data availability than existing privacy protection methods for continuous data streams. Work engagement is crucial for organisational success, yet many organisations struggle with low engagement rates. Previous research hints at a potential link between reverse mentoring and work engagement, prompting a deeper investigation into this relationship. Drawing from the Job Demands‐Resources (JD‐R) framework and Social Exchange Theory (SET), this study examines the impact of reverse mentoring on work engagement, with knowledge sharing as a mediating factor and self‐efficacy and perceived organisational support as moderators. Through a survey of 340 middle managers across 10 multinational corporations in Sri Lanka, the study reveals significant effects between reverse mentoring and work engagement, with knowledge sharing playing a crucial mediating role. Additionally, the study demonstrates the moderating influences of self‐efficacy and perceived organisational support on work engagement and knowledge sharing, thus contributing novel insights to the existing literature in the shade of JD‐R and SET perspectives. In crises, people usually experience uncertainty and seek information to solve and share that information. One of the recent crises was COVID-19. The present study aimed to study the information behavior (Information-Seeking, Information sharing, Media Credibility) during the COVID-19 crisis. A descriptive quantitative research design was employed. Data for this research was collected through a questionnaire from 1,073 Iranian individuals. Cluster sampling was used, and participants were selected using snowball sampling. The findings showed that the first three media to access information during the COVID-19 crisis were Internet news sites, social networks, and traditional news media (TV, newspapers, etc.). The first three media for sharing information were phone conversations with acquaintances and friends, groups in social networks, and face-to-face information sharing with acquaintances and friends. Also, TV and social networks are the most trusted media for receiving information among participants who prefer to believe the information provided by the mass media when they have a conflict in choosing between the information received between mass media and interpersonal channels. Generally, during the COVID-19 crisis, participants obtained more information from official and government information sources, but they shared information through social networks and phone calls. Also, when there is a conflict to choose between information channels, they tend to use mass media such as TV rather than personal channels. This research analyzes the criteria of academic staff members of Shahid Bahonar University for valuing information as an asset. The research method is a descriptive survey, and the statistical population of the research is the faculty members of the Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman. The data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire, and the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experienced professors and experts from Cronbach's alpha, which was calculated as 0.764. Data was analyzed using SPSS version 23 software descriptive statistics and one-sample t-tests, and Friedman was used. The findings showed that in the Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, the criteria of the number of scientific productions leading to the development of knowledge, the number of scientific productions leading to the development of the organization's goals, and the number of scientific productions leading to effectiveness using the value of productivity, the criterion of paying the subscription fee to use Databases are valued with the information use value index. No measures of information are valued with the exchange value index. Based on the Friedman test, the criteria of "value of paying a fee to meet information, educational and research needs," "credit value of paying a fee to meet information, educational and research needs," and "value of paying a fee in influential databases to meet information needs, Educational and Research" are in the first to third categories respectively. What is obtained from the results of this research is that in three important and influential areas of productivity, use of information, and exchange value of information, faculty members pay the most attention to the issues related to the production of information for the development of knowledge and organization, as well as the cost of information consumption and the value of information. The topic of this research is to examine the impact of culture on knowledge sharing in Hungary and Sweden. Exploring cultural differences can help the authors to understand which factors influence knowledge sharing in different contexts and how these differences can be used to work more effectively. Their aim is to examine the impact of culture on knowledge sharing from different aspects by comparing the two nations. The authors want to prove that organisations should organise knowledge sharing, taking cultural factors into account. They use the Delphi method for this research. This paper addresses the critical challenge of optimizing power flow in multi-area power systems while maintaining information privacy and decentralized control. The main objective is to develop a novel decentralized stochastic recursive gradient (DSRG) method for solving the optimal power flow (OPF) problem in a fully decentralized manner. Unlike traditional centralized approaches, which require extensive data sharing and centralized control, the DSRG method ensures that each area within the power system can make independent decisions based on local information while still achieving global optimization. Numerical simulations are conducted using MATLAB (Version 24.1.0.2603908) to evaluate the performance of the DSRG method on a 3-area, 9-bus test system. The results demonstrate that the DSRG method converges significantly faster than other decentralized OPF methods, reducing the overall computation time while maintaining cost efficiency and system stability. Collaboration among road agents, such as connected autonomous vehicles and roadside units, enhances driving performance by enabling the exchange of valuable information. However, existing collaboration methods predominantly focus on perception tasks and rely on single-frame static information sharing, which limits the effective exchange of temporal data and hinders broader applications of collaboration. To address this challenge, we propose CoPnP, a novel collaborative joint perception and prediction system, whose core innovation is to realize multi-frame spatial–temporal information sharing. To achieve effective and communication-efficient information sharing, two novel designs are proposed: (1) a task-oriented spatial–temporal information-refinement model, which filters redundant and noisy multi-frame features into concise representations; (2) a spatial–temporal importance-aware feature-fusion model, which comprehensively fuses features from various agents. The proposed CoPnP expands the benefits of collaboration among road agents to the joint perception and prediction task. The experimental results demonstrate that CoPnP outperforms existing state-of-the-art collaboration methods, achieving a significant performance-communication trade-off and yielding up to 11.51%/10.34% Intersection over union and 12.31%/10.96% video panoptic quality gains over single-agent PnP on the OPV2V/V2XSet datasets. In response to the current issues such as low data availability, weak data sharing and service capabilities, and restricted dada efficiency release of joint operation teaching and training, the basic issues of joint operation teaching and training data governance is researched from the perspective of top-level design. Firstly, the concept of joint operation teaching and training data governance is proposed and the status of joint operation teaching and training data is analyzed deeply. Secondly, according to the actual situation of the institution, the model of joint operation teaching and training data governance is built to provide logical structure and action plan for joint operation teaching and training data governance activities.
