Abstract To gain a deeper understanding of the metabolic differences within and outside the body, as well as changes in transcription levels following estrus in yaks, we conducted transcriptome and metabolome analyses on female yaks in both estrus and non-estrus states. The metabolome analysis identified 114, 13, and 91 distinct metabolites in urine, blood, and follicular fluid, respectively. The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis highlighted an enrichment of pathways related to amino acid and lipid metabolism across all three body fluids. Our transcriptome analysis revealed 122 differentially expressed genes within microRNA (miRNA) and 640 within long non-coding RNA (lncRNA). Functional enrichment analysis of lncRNA and miRNA indicated their involvement in cell signaling, disease resistance, and immunity pathways. We constructed a regulatory network composed of 10 lncRNAs, 4 miRNAs, and 30 mRNAs, based on the targeted regulation relationships of the differentially expressed genes. In conclusion, the accumulation of metabolites such as amino acids, steroids, and organic acids, along with the expression changes of key genes like miR-129 during yak estrus, provide initial insights into the estrus mechanism in yaks.

Beam shaping is of significance for applications in various fields, including laser fusion, laser processing, and optical manipulation. One conventional approach for beam shaping is using the superposition of eigenmodes, such as the Hermite-Gaussian (HG) modes. However, despite the generation of a flat-top beam by HG modes with identical coefficients, it is challenging to achieve other specific intensity distributions by this method. In this study, we validate the feasibility of the beam patterns modulation by optimizing the coefficients of the superimposed modes using an optimization algorithm. Beyond producing square flat-top spots with controllable size and intensity, this method can also achieve specialized intensity distributions including hollow square spots.

Abstract PARP inhibitors and HDAC inhibitors have been approved for the clinical treatment of malignancies, but acquired resistance of or limited effects on solid tumors with a single agent remain as challenges. Bioinformatics analyses and a combination of experiments had demonstrated the synergistic effects of PARP and HDAC inhibitors in triple-negative breast cancer. A series of novel dual PARP and HDAC inhibitors were rationally designed and synthesized, and these molecules exhibited high enzyme inhibition activity with excellent antitumor effects in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, dual PARP and HDAC inhibitors induced BRCAness to restore synthetic lethality and promoted cytosolic DNA accumulation, which further activates the cGAS–STING pathway and produces proinflammatory chemokines through type I IFN-mediated JAK–STAT pathway. Moreover, these inhibitors promoted neoantigen generation, upregulated antigen presentation genes and PD-L1, and enhanced antitumor immunity when combined with immune checkpoint blockade therapy. These results indicated that novel dual PARP and HDAC inhibitors have antitumor immunomodulatory functions in triple-negative breast cancer. Novel dual PARP and HDAC inhibitors induce BRCAness to restore synthetic lethality, activating tumoral IFN signaling via the cGAS–STING pathway and inducing cytokine production, promoting neoantigen generation and presentation to enhance the immune response.

Abstract Background The NAC TF family is widely involved in plant responses to various types of stress. Red clover (Trifolium pratense) is a high-quality legume, and the study of NAC genes in red clover has not been comprehensive. The aim of this study was to analyze the NAC gene family of red clover at the whole-genome level and explore its potential role in the Pb stress response. Results In this study, 72 TpNAC genes were identified from red clover; collinearity analysis showed that there were 5 pairs of large fragment replicators of TpNAC genes, and red clover was found to be closely related to Medicago truncatula. Interestingly, the TpNAC genes have more homologs in Arabidopsis thaliana than in soybean (Glycine max). There are many elements in the TpNAC genes promoters that respond to stress. Gene expression analysis showed that all the TpNAC genes responded to Pb stress. qRT-PCR showed that the expression levels of TpNAC29 and TpNAC42 were significantly decreased after Pb stress. Protein interaction network analysis showed that 21 TpNACs and 23 other genes participated in the interaction. In addition, the TpNAC proteins had three possible 3D structures, and the secondary structure of these proteins were mainly of other types. These results indicated that most TpNAC members were involved in the regulation of Pb stress in red clover. Conclusion These results suggest that most TpNAC members are involved in the regulation of Pb stress in red clover. TpNAC members play an important role in the response of red clover to Pb stress.

Abstract Background The yak is a symbol of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and provides important basic resources for human life on the plateau. Domestic yaks have been subjected to strong artificial selection and environmental pressures over the long-term. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of phenotypic differences in yak populations can reveal key functional genes involved in the domestication process and improve genetic breeding. Material and method Here, we re-sequenced 80 yaks (Maiwa, Yushu, and Huanhu populations) to identify single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) as genetic variants. After filtering and quality control, remaining SNPs were kept to identify the genome-wide regions of selective sweeps associated with domestic traits. The four methods (π, XPEHH, iHS, and XP-nSL) were used to detect the population genetic separation. Results By comparing the differences in the population stratification, linkage disequilibrium decay rate, and characteristic selective sweep signals, we identified 203 putative selective regions of domestic traits, 45 of which were mapped to 27 known genes. They were clustered into 4 major GO biological process terms. All known genes were associated with seven major domestication traits, such as dwarfism (ANKRD28), milk (HECW1, HECW2, and OSBPL2), meat (SPATA5 and GRHL2), fertility (BTBD11 and ARFIP1), adaptation (NCKAP5, ANTXR1, LAMA5, OSBPL2, AOC2, and RYR2), growth (GRHL2, GRID2, SMARCAL1, and EPHB2), and the immune system (INPP5D and ADCYAP1R1). Conclusions We provided there is an obvious genetic different among domestic progress in these three yak populations. Our findings improve the understanding of the major genetic switches and domestic processes among yak populations.

ABSTRACT: Excessive free fatty acid (FFA) oxidation and related metabolism are the major cause of oxidative stress and liver injury in dairy cows during the early postpartum period. In nonruminants, activation of transcription factor EB (TFEB) can improve cell damage and reduce the overproduction of mitochondrial reactive oxygen species. As a downstream target of TFEB, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator 1 α (PGC-1α, gene name PPARGC1A) is a critical regulator of oxidative metabolism. Nuciferine (Nuc), a major bioactive compound isolated from the lotus leaf, has been reported to possess hepatoprotective activity. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate whether Nuc could protect bovine hepatocytes from FFA-induced lipotoxicity and the underlying mechanisms. A mixture of FFA was diluted in RPMI-1640 basic medium containing 2% low fatty acid bovine serum albumin to treat hepatocytes. Bovine hepatocytes were isolated from newborn calves and treated with various concentrations of FFA mixture (0, 0.3, 0.6, or 1.2 mM) or Nuc (0, 25, 50, or 100 μM), as well as co-treated with 1.2 mM FFA and different concentrations of Nuc. For the experiments of gene silencing, bovine hepatocytes were transfected with small interfering RNA targeted against TFEB or PPARGC1A for 36 h followed by treatment with 1.2 mM FFA for 12 h in presence or absence of 100 μΜ Nuc. The results revealed that FFA treatment decreased protein abundance of nuclear TFEB, cytosolic TFEB, total (t)-TFEB, lysosome-associated membrane protein 1 (LAMP1) and PGC-1α and mRNA abundance of LAMP1, but increased phosphorylated (p)-TFEB. In addition, FFA treatment increased the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and decreased the activities of catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in bovine hepatocytes. Moreover, FFA administration enhanced the activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and lactose dehydrogenase (LDH) in the medium of FFA-treated hepatocytes, but reduced the content of urea. In FFA-treated bovine hepatocytes, Nuc administration increased TFEB nuclear localization and the protein abundance of t-TFEB, LAMP1, and PGC-1α and mRNA abundance of LAMP1, decreased the contents of MDA and H2O2 and the protein abundance of p-TFEB, and enhanced the activities of CAT and GSH-Px in a dose-dependent manner. Consistently, Nuc administration reduced the activities of ALT, AST, and LDH and increased the content of urea in the medium of FFA-treated hepatocytes. Importantly, knockdown of TFEB reduced the protein abundance of p-TFEB, t-TFEB, LAMP1, and PGC-1α and mRNA abundance of LAMP1, and impeded the beneficial effects of Nuc on FFA-induced oxidative damage in bovine hepatocytes. In addition, PPARGC1A silencing did not alter Nuc-induced nuclear translocation of TFEB, increase of the protein abundance of t-TFEB, LAMP1, and PGC-1α and mRNA abundance of LAMP1, or decrease of the protein abundance of p-TFEB, whereas it partially reduced the beneficial effects of Nuc on FFA-caused oxidative injury. Taken together, Nuc exerts protective effects against FFA-induced oxidative damage in bovine hepatocytes through activation of the TFEB/PGC-1α signaling pathway.

Abstract In this study, modified biochar (BRB) was prepared from rice straw by ball milling technique and used for the adsorption of methylene blue (MB) in wastewater. The BRB was characterized by SEM, FTIR and XPS, and the adsorption model and Box–Behnken design were used to optimize the five influencing factors. The results showed that the ball milling technique could increase the content of functional groups (–OH, C=C and C–O, etc.) and aromatic structures on the surface of biochar, thus facilitating the removal of MB. The isotherm model was consistent with the Langmuir adsorption model (R2 = 0.947) and the maximum adsorption capacity was 50.27 mg/g. The adsorption kinetics was consistent with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model (R2 = 1) and the adsorption rate was mainly controlled by chemisorption. The thermodynamic model confirmed that the adsorption process was a spontaneous heat absorption reaction. The maximum adsorption efficiency was 99.78% under the optimal conditions (40℃, pH 8, reaction time = 90 min, dosing amount = 0.1 mg), and the adsorption efficiency could be improved by increasing the pH and BRB dosing amount. The surface functional groups and crystal structure properties of BRB were the main determinants of adsorption, and it was clarified that physical adsorption, electrostatic attraction and π-π interaction were the main mechanisms for the adsorption of MB by BRB. The main mechanisms were clarified. Therefore, BRB is an economic, efficient and green adsorption material with good potential for the removal of dye pollutants in the aqueous environment.

Objective: Real-word data on long-acting luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) agonists in Chinese patients with prostate cancer are limited. This study aimed to determine the real-world effectiveness and safety of the LHRH agonist, goserelin, particularly the long-acting 10.8-mg depot formulation, and the follow-up patterns among Chinese prostate cancer patients. Methods: This was a multicenter, prospective, observational study in hormone treatment-naïve patients with localized or locally advanced prostate cancer who were prescribed goserelin 10.8-mg depot every 12 weeks or 3.6-mg depot every 4 weeks with or without an anti-androgen. The patients had follow-up evaluations for 26 weeks. The primary outcome was the effectiveness of goserelin in reducing serum testosterone and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels. ABSTRACT: When ketosis occurs, supraphysiological concentrations of nonesterified fatty acids (NEFA) display lipotoxicity and are closely related to the occurrence of hepatic lipid accumulation, oxidative stress, and inflammation, resulting in hepatic damage and exacerbating the progression of ketosis. However, the mechanism of these lipotoxic effects caused by high concentrations of NEFA in ketosis is still unclear. Cluster antigen 36 (CD36), a fatty acid transporter, plays a vital role in the development of hepatic pathological injury in nonruminants. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate whether CD36 plays a role in NEFA-induced hepatic lipotoxicity in dairy cows with clinical ketosis. Liver tissue and blood samples were collected from healthy (n = 10) and clinically ketotic (n = 10) cows at 3 to 15 d in milk. In addition, hepatocytes isolated from healthy calves were treated with 0, 0.6, 1.2, or 2.4 mM NEFA for 12 h; or infected with CD36 expressing adenovirus or CD36 silencing small interfering RNA for 48 h and then treated with 1.2 mM NEFA for 12 h. Compared with healthy cows, clinically ketotic cows had greater concentrations of serum NEFA and β-hydroxybutyrate and activities of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase but lower serum glucose. In addition, dairy cows with clinical ketosis displayed excessive hepatic lipid accumulation. More importantly, these alterations were accompanied by an increased abundance of hepatic CD36. In the cell culture model, exogenous NEFA (0, 0.6, 1.2, or 2.4 mM) treatment could dose-dependently increase the abundance of CD36. Meanwhile, NEFA (1.2 mM) increased the content of triacylglycerol, reactive oxygen species and malondialdehyde, and decreased the activities of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase. Moreover, NEFA upregulated phosphorylation levels of nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) and the inhibitor of NF-κB (IκB) α, along with the upregulation of protein abundance of NLR family pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) and caspase-1, and mRNA abundance of IL1B, IL6, and tumor necrosis factor α (TNFA). These alterations induced by NEFA in bovine hepatocytes were associated with increased lipid accumulation, oxidative stress and inflammation, which could be further aggravated by CD36 overexpression. Conversely, silencing CD36 attenuated these NEFA-induced detriments. Overall, these data suggest that CD36 may be a potential therapeutic target for NEFA-induced hepatic lipid accumulation, oxidative stress, and inflammation in dairy cows.

Abstract Hyperuricemia (HUA) is a metabolic disease caused by excessive uric acid in patients. Flavonoids have attracted extensive attention due to their safety, effectiveness, and little side effects in the treatment of HUA and inhibition of xanthine oxidase (XO) activity. In this paper, the studies on the treatment of HUA and the inhibition of XO activity by flavonoids (including flavones, flavonols, flavanones, flavanols, isoflavonoids, anthocyanins, and chalcones) were comprehensively reviewed from the aspects of structure–activity relationship and animal experiments. Results showed that hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions were the two most important forces involved in the interaction between flavonoids and XO. Flavonoids could combine with the hydrophobic cavity of XO to cause changes in XO structure and influence the action of enzyme and substrate, thereby decreasing the catalytic activity of XO. Moreover, flavonoids undergo a series of metabolic reactions in the organism, which plays a role in alleviating HUA by affecting the expression of related genes and proteins (e.g., glucose transporter 9, urate transporter 1, and organic anion transporter 1) in the kidneys, liver, and intestinal tract of the organism and changing the internal environment in organs. In addition, this paper provides new perspectives on the shortcomings of the current research, to promote the in‐depth development and application of flavonoids.

Introduction: Scaffolds loaded with antibacterial agents and osteogenic drugs are considered essential tools for repairing bone defects caused by osteomyelitis. However, the simultaneous release of two drugs leads to premature osteogenesis and subsequent sequestrum formation in the pathological situation of unthorough antibiosis. Objectives: In this study, a spatiotemporal drug-release polydopamine-functionalized mesoporous silicon nanoparticle (MSN) core/shell drug delivery system loaded with antibacterial silver (Ag) nanoparticles and osteogenic dexamethasone (Dex) was constructed and introduced into a poly-l-lactic acid (PLLA) scaffold for osteomyelitis therapy. Methods: MSNs formed the inner core and were loaded with Dex through electrostatic adsorption (MSNs@Dex), and then polydopamine was used to seal the core through the self-assembly of dopamine as the outer shell (pMSNs@Dex). Ag nanoparticles were embedded in the polydopamine shell via an in situ growth technique. Finally, the Ag-pMSNs@Dex nanoparticles were introduced into PLLA scaffolds (Ag-pMSNs@Dex/PLLA) constructed by selective laser sintering (SLS). Results: The Ag-pMSNs@Dex/PLLA scaffold released Ag+ at the 12th hour, followed by the release of Dex starting on the fifth day. The experiments verified that the scaffold had excellent antibacterial performance against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Moreover, the scaffold significantly enhanced the osteogenic differentiation of mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Conclusion: The findings suggested that this spatiotemporal drug release scaffold had promising potential for osteomyelitis therapy.

In this paper, a complementary split-ring resonator (CSRR)-based patch antenna is proposed as a microwave sensor to measure the salt concentration of NaCl solution. The microwave sensor consists of an RF-4 substrate, where a small copper disc is attached on the top as the radiator, a larger copper disc integrated with two CSRRs is attached on the bottom side as the finite ground plane, and a coaxial feeding port is introduced at the ground plane center. During salt concentration sensing, only the top disc is immersed into NaCl solution. The results indicate that the proposed microwave sensor can measure salt concentrations ranging from 5‰ to 35‰ with a maximum sensitivity of 0.367 (kHz/(mg/L)). The proposed microwave sensor is low-cost, low-profile, electrically small, lightweight, and easy to fabricate, and it also can be applied to other solutions’ concentration sensing.

Alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) can fix N naturally within soils, which makes alfalfa cultivation useful for enhancing soil fertility while minimizing environmental impacts from pesticides, fertilizers, and soil pollution. To assess the influence of alfalfa cropping on degraded black soil, we determined the nutrient stoichiometry of the soil and soil microbial biomass under four corn cultivation systems at the Harbin Corn Demonstration Base (Heilongjiang, China), which is located in Wujia (126°23′ E, 45°31′ N), Shuangcheng district, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. The cultivation systems included continuous corn cultivation for more than 30 years (CK), 2 years of alfalfa–corn rotation (AC), three years of alfalfa cropping (TA), and four years of alfalfa cropping (FA). Overall, AC, TA, and FA treatment increased the soil pH, reduced the soil salinity, and increased the organic matter content of the 0–15 cm soil layer. TA and FA presented soil nutrient levels comparable to those of degraded cornfields that were fertilized annually. The TA and FA treatments increased the soil available N:P, soil N:P, and soil C:P ratios. Moreover, TA significantly increased the soil microbial biomass P (SMBP) in the 0–15 cm (surface) soil layer and reduced the soil microbial biomass C (SMBC):SMBP ratio. AC, TA, and FA increased the storage and mineralization rates of soil N and alleviated the microbial P limitations in degraded black soil farmland. Compared with FA, TA resulted in greater improvements in the quality of degraded black soil farmland. The ability of alfalfa to enhance soil fertility makes an important component of sustainable agricultural practices aimed at rehabilitating degraded soils.

Plantation distribution information is of great significance to the government’s macro-control, optimization of planting layout, and realization of efficient agricultural production. Existing studies primarily relied on high spatiotemporal resolution remote sensing data to address same-spectrum, different-object classification by extracting phenological information from temporal imagery. However, the classification problem of orchard or artificial forest, where the spectral and textural features are similar and their phenological characteristics are alike, still presents a substantial challenge. To address this challenge, we innovatively proposed a multi-index entropy weighting DTW method (ETW-DTW), building upon the traditional DTW method with single-feature inputs. In contrast to previous DTW classification approaches, this method introduces multi-band information and utilizes entropy weighting to increase the inter-class distances. This allowed for accurate classification of orchard categories, even in scenarios where the spectral textures were similar and the phenology was alike. We also investigated the impact of fusing optical and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data on the classification accuracy. By combining Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 time series imagery, we validated the enhanced classification effectiveness with the inclusion of SAR data. The experimental results demonstrated a noticeable improvement in orchard classification accuracy under conditions of similar spectral characteristics and phenological patterns, providing comprehensive information for orchard mapping. Additionally, we further explored the improvement in results based on two different parcel-based classification strategies compared to pixel-based classification methods. By comparing the classification results, we found that the parcel-based averaging method has advantages in clearly defining orchard boundaries and reducing noise interference. In conclusion, the introduction of the ETW-DTW method is of significant practical importance in addressing the challenge of same-spectrum, different-object classification. The obtained orchard distribution can provide valuable information for the government to optimize the planting structure and layout and regulate the macroeconomic benefits of the fruit industry.

To predict the role of the MsICE gene family in the response to abiotic stress, in this study, bioinformatics analysis and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR were performed. Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) is one of the most economically valuable crops globally. Inducer of CBF expression (ICE), which is part of the basic helix–loop–helix (bHLH) transcription factor (TF) family, acts as a key regulator of cold tolerance. Despite this, there is little information available about ICE genes in alfalfa. Therefore, we studied the function of ICE TFs in alfalfa. We identified 11 MsICE genes from the alfalfa genome and classified them into two groups. Analysis of the protein motif and gene structure revealed relatively high conservation among subgroups of the tightly clustered MsICE genes. Through synteny analysis, we detected duplication events in the MsICE gene family, suggesting that the ICE gene family was formed through fragment duplications. All the MsICE proteins were located in the nucleus according to subcellular localization predictions. The promoter cis-regulatory elements of MsICE genes are largely involved in light (Box 4), hormone (ABRE), and stress (MYB) responses. The MsICE01/MsICE07/MsICE09/MsICE10/MsICE11 genes contained MYB- and MYC-binding motifs, indicating an association with abiotic stress. The specific expression patterns of MsICE genes in leaves were revealed by examining their expression patterns in different tissues. These findings suggest that these genes may sense external environmental changes through leaves. Abiotic stress can cause striking upregulation of MsICE07 (PCA score: −4.03) and MsICE10 (PCA score: −4.05) expression. In this study, candidate genes associated with cold stress were identified, and subsequent molecular biological analyses allowed elucidation of the biological functions of these genes in alfalfa. This research provides a theoretical foundation for enhancing alfalfa yield and quality under cold conditions.

Purpose: In the present study, we aimed to assess the effectiveness and safety of immune-targeted therapy (IT) with or without transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombosis (PVTT). Patients and methods: This was a multicenter retrospective study that included 265 HCC patients with PVTT (IT + TACE: 82, IT: 183). Overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS), as well as tumor responses and adverse events, were evaluated. Results: Patients in the IT + TACE group experienced significantly longer overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) periods, compared with those in the IT group (OS 19.0 vs. 13.0 months, p < 0.001; PFS 12.0 vs. 7.3 months, p < 0.001). Multivariable analysis confirmed IT + TACE as an independent predictor for improved OS and PFS. Subgroup analysis demonstrated the benefits of IT + TACE in patients with rich PVTT blood supply. Preoperative imaging and DSA offered predictive value. Conclusions: TACE combined with IT provides a safe and effective treatment option for advanced-HCC patients with PVTT, particularly those with abundant PVTT blood supply.

To determine the grasshopper species composition, altitudinal distribution patterns, and their main drivers, we conducted a study in Xizang using 33 sample plots ranging from 600 to 4100 m. Grasshoppers were collected from August to October during 2020–2022 using sweep nets. A total of 1159 grasshoppers from six families, 28 genera, and 44 species were identified, with Omocestus cuonaensis and Aserratus eminifrontus as the dominant species, comprising 30.03% and 10.26% of total grasshoppers, respectively. The results showed that species richness and the Margalef richness index of grasshopper communities decreased significantly (p < 0.05) with increasing altitude, peaking at 1100–1600 m and lowest values at 2600–3100 m. Similarly, the Shannon–Wiener index and Simpson dominance index also decreased significantly (p < 0.05) with an increase in altitude, showing the highest and lowest values at 600–1100 m and 3100–3600 m, respectively. The Jaccard similarity coefficients among grasshopper communities varied from 0 to 0.40 across altitudinal gradients, indicating different degrees of dissimilarity. The results of Pearson correlation analyses showed that the Shannon–Wiener index, species richness, Margalef richness index, and Simpson dominance index of grasshopper communities were significantly negatively correlated with the temperature factors and soil pH, but they were significantly positively correlated with the moisture factors. Hierarchical partitioning identified annual mean temperature–daily difference, precipitation in the coldest season, and driest month precipitation as the primary factors explaining variance in grasshopper community diversity in Xizang. These findings provided greater insights into the mechanisms underlying insect community structure, distribution patterns, and diversity in Xizang ecosystems, including implications for the effects of global warming on insect communities.

A refractive index sensor based on dual-core photonic crystal fiber (PCF) with hexagonal lattice is proposed. The effects of geometrical parameters of the PCF on performances of the sensor are investigated by using the finite element method (FEM). Two fiber cores are separated by two air holes filled with the analyte whose refractive index is in the range of 1.33–1.41. Numerical simulation results show that the highest sensitivity can be up to 22,983 nm/RIU(refractive index unit) when the analyte refractive index is 1.41. The lowest sensitivity can reach to 21,679 nm/RIU when the analyte refractive index is 1.33. The sensor we proposed has significant advantages in the field of biomolecule detection as it provides a wide-range of detection with high sensitivity.
