The development of the construction industry has generated a large amount of construction waste, and resource utilization of construction waste is an effective means of recycling. However, such recycled construction waste products still lack market competitiveness and recognition. Consumers' psychological activities are often influenced by emotions, and the sense of awe plays an important role in green consumption. This study aims to investigate how the sense of awe affects consumers' willingness to pay for construction waste recycled products. The study used functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) with a willingness-to-pay task paradigm for experiments, which aims to reveal how different types of awe affect willingness to pay for construction waste recycled products. The behavioral results showed that two conditions effectively induced awe and enhanced consumers' willingness to pay, but the difference between nature awe and social awe was not significant. The neural activation results showed significant activation in the inferior prefrontal gyrus and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. In particular, dorsolateral prefrontal cortex activity was significantly enhanced in the social awe condition. The functional connectivity results showed that, compared to the control condition experiment, the awe condition experiment triggered stronger functional connectivity. Therefore, exploring the effect of awe on the willingness to pay for construction waste recycled products can provide a basis reference for companies to develop marketing strategies and corporate pricing and promote the promotion and application of construction waste recycled products in the market. Thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials have emerged as a promising avenue for developing efficient and stable blue organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) without incorporating heavy metals. Among the numerous donor‐acceptor architectures explored, the carbazole (Cz) and benzonitrile (BN) combination has demonstrated exceptional potential for blue OLED applications. Herein, we delve into the recent advances in TADF materials based on the Cz‐BN framework, with a particular focus on design strategies to accelerate exciton dynamics and improve material stability through kinetic and thermodynamic optimization. Eventually, challenges associated with the Cz‐BN systems in blue OLEDs, as well as prospective research directions that could unlock the full potential of this intriguing category of materials, are also discussed. Purpose: This study aimed to compare the clinical and radiographic outcomes of traction to assist reduction in patients with late-detected developmental dislocation of the hip using the Petit-Morel technique versus the Bryant overhead traction technique, and to compare the clinical and radiographic outcomes of these two traction techniques with immediate closed reduction. Methods: A comprehensive systematic search of the MEDLINE/PubMed, EMBASE, and Web of Science databases was performed to identify relevant studies. Studies on Petit-Morel and overhead traction techniques and immediate closed reduction were then screened, selected, and data collected; included studies were assessed using the Methodological Index for Non-Randomized Studies criteria. Results: In total, 22 studies met the inclusion criteria. The Petit-Morel group had a successful reduction rate of 87% while the overhead traction group had a successful reduction rate of 67.1%, and the immediate closed reduction group had a successful reduction rate of 78.4% (Petit-Morel versus overhead traction, p < 0.001; overhead traction versus immediate closed reduction, p < 0.001, Petit-Morel versus immediate closed reduction, p = 0.021). The Petit-Morel group had an overall avascular necrosis rate of 2.7%, compared to 10.6% for overhead traction and 21.5% for immediate closed reduction (Petit-Morel versus overhead traction, p = 0.001; Petit-Morel versus immediate closed reduction, p < 0.001; overhead traction versus immediate closed reduction, p < 0.001). The Petit-Morel group achieved a satisfaction rate of 86.4% according to the Severin classification, as compared to 71.2% in the overhead traction group and 76.4% in the immediate closed reduction group (Petit-Morel versus overhead traction, p < 0.001; Petit-Morel versus immediate closed reduction, p = 0.018; overhead traction versus immediate closed reduction, p = 0.195). Conclusion: Petit-Morel and overhead traction techniques did not outperform immediate closed reduction in terms of redislocation rates, and radiological satisfaction, the Petit-Morel technique, has lower clinically significant avascular necrosis rates than overhead traction and immediate closed reduction. Green‐emission phosphor‐sensitized OLEDs were demonstrated to achieve extremely high performance. SY‐FGD8‐based sensitized top‐emission devices achieved current efficiency of 232.8 cd/A@10 mA/cm2, LT95@50 mA/cm2, room temperature of 71 h and LT80@20 mA/cm2, 85°C of 187 h, which are greatly improved by 28%, 29%, and 65%, respectively, compared to phosphorescent devices. Background and purpose: The penetrance of the RNF213 p.R4810K, a founder mutation of moyamoya disease (MMD), is estimated to be only 1/150–1/300. However, the factors affecting its penetrance remain unclear. Therefore, our study aims to identify modifier genes associated with the incomplete penetrance of this founder mutation. Methods: Whole‐exome sequencing (WES) was performed on 36 participants, including 22 MMD patients and 14 non‐MMD controls with RNF213 p.R4810K mutation. Fisher's exact test was used to assess the presence of genetic variants that differed significantly between MMD patients and non‐MMD controls. In order to exclude false‐positive results, another 55 carriers were included to perform Fisher's exact test for the selected sites in the WES discovery stage. Subsequently, human brain microvascular endothelial cells were transfected with wild‐type and mutant HAPLN3 for tube formation assays and western blotting to explore the impact of candidate genes on angiogenesis. Results: Analysis of variants from WES data revealed a total of 12 non‐synonymous variants. Through bioinformatics analysis, the focus was on the HAPLN3 p.T34A variant with a significant p value of 0.00731 in Fisher's exact test. Validation through Sanger sequencing confirmed the presence of this variant in the WES data. In vitro experiments revealed that silencing HAPLN3 and transfecting HAPLN3 p.T34A significantly enhanced tube formation and increased the relative protein expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in endothelial cells. Conclusions: These results suggest that HAPLN3 may function as a modifier gene of RNF213 p.R4810K, promoting the development of MMD and contributing to the incomplete penetrance of MMD founder mutations. Background: Moyamoya disease (MMD) and moyamoya syndrome (MMS) are rare cerebrovascular conditions with unclear distinctions in clinical presentation and prognosis. Aim: This study assessed potential differences between MMD and MMS patients using real‐world data on clinical manifestations, surgical outcomes, and stroke risk factors. Methods: This multicenter, retrospective cohort study examined patients with MMD or MMS treated at three tertiary academic hospitals in China, with a mean follow‐up of 11.2 ± 3.1 years. Clinical differences were compared between MMD and MMS, and postoperative cerebrovascular events were compared between patients who underwent surgery and those with conservative management. Primary outcomes were postoperative ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes. Risk factors were evaluated via multivariate Cox regression analysis. Results: Of the 2565 patients, 2349 had MMD and 216 had MMS. After 1:1 propensity‐score matching, no significant differences were observed between these two cohorts. Surgical patients had fewer cerebrovascular events than those who received conservative treatment (HR, 0.487; 95% CI, 0.334–0.711; p < 0.001). Preadmission modified Rankin scale scores > 2 (HR, 3.139; 95% CI, 1.254–7.857; p = 0.015) and periprocedural complications (HR, 8.666; 95% CI, 3.476–21.604; p < 0.001) were independent stroke risk factors in patients with MMD. Periprocedural complications (HR, 31.807; 95% CI, 10.916–92.684; p < 0.001) increased stroke risk in patients with MMS. Conclusions: This real‐world study revealed substantial clinical overlap between MMD and MMS. Both groups derived significant benefits from surgical revascularization, suggesting distinction may not be necessary to guide surgical management decisions. Optimizing preoperative status and preventing periprocedural complications may improve outcomes in these rare cerebrovascular conditions. Introduction: Male prolactinomas are uncommon and typically macroadenomas with difficult treatment and management. The purpose of this study was to summarize the treatment and management experiences of 254 male prolactinoma patients at a single center. Methods: This was a 10-year retrospective study conducted at a single center. A total of 254 male prolactinoma patients were included. Clinical data for all subjects were collected using an electronic medical record system. Results: A total of 254 male patients with prolactinoma were studied. Their median age at onset was 28.8 years, and median disease duration was 28.5 months. The median PRL levels were 582.0 ng/mL at diagnosis. Their median maximum tumor diameter was 23.0 mm, with macroadenoma accounting for the majority (76.7%). After treatment, the biochemical remission rate with monotherapy was 36.6%, but significantly increased to 60.6% with multidisciplinary treatment (p < 0.001). Knosp 0–2 patients had significantly higher rates of biochemical remission compared to Knosp 3–4 (all p < 0.05). In addition, the maximum diameter of adenoma (B = −0.110, p = 0.008) and cavernous sinus invasion (B = −1.741, p = 0.023) were negatively correlated with postoperative biochemical remission. The maximum diameter of the adenoma (B = − 0.131, p < 0.001) was a negative correlation factor, while treatment duration (B = 0.034, p = 0.002) was a positive correlation factor for biochemical response to medication. Conclusion: Male prolactinoma has a low biochemical remission rate when treated alone, but multitherapy can improve it even more. Surgery may also be considered for male prolactinoma with a micro, and noninvasive tumor after a thorough evaluation. Objective: Adult growth hormone deficiency (AGHD) is characterized by central adiposity and metabolic disorders. Asprosin, a newly discovered adipokine, plays a crucial role in connecting adipose tissue function with the development of metabolic syndrome. This study aims to evaluate the circulating levels of asprosin in AGHD patients and explore the potential correlation between asprosin levels and various metabolic parameters. Subjects and Methods: Forty male patients with AGHD (mean age: 33.5 ± 9.5 yrs and mean BMI: 25.0 ± 4.5 kg/m2) and forty age‐, gender‐, and BMI‐matched non‐AGHD controls were enrolled. Medical history, anthropometric parameters (weight, height, waist circumference), and biochemical and hormonal investigations were collected from the electronic medical record system. Fat mass, fat percentage, and fat‐free mass (FFM) were evaluated by bioelectrical impedance. Serum levels of asprosin were measured by ELISA. Results: Patients with AGHD demonstrated notably increased waist‐to‐hip ratios, triglyceride levels, and decreased HDL‐cholesterol levels compared with the control group. In additionally, AGHD patients exhibited significantly higher serum levels of asprosin compared with controls (p = 0.039). A notable association was observed between serum asprosin levels and FFM, triglycerides, and HDL‐cholesterol levels in the whole population. Conclusions: Our study highlights distinct metabolic alterations in AGHD patients when matched for BMI with controls and investigates variations in serum asprosin levels for the first time. These findings have significant implications for identifying potential biomarkers for metabolic syndrome risk in AGHD patients and informing future treatment approaches. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) emitters with a high horizontal orientation are highly essential for improving the external quantum efficiency (EQE) of organic light‐emitting diodes; however, pivotal molecular design strategies to improve the horizontal orientation of solution‐processable TADF emitters are still scarce and challenging. Herein, a phenyl bridge is adopted to connect the double TADF units, and generate a dimerized TADF dendrimer, D4CzBNPh‐SF. Compared to its counterpart with a single TADF unit, the proof‐of‐the‐concept molecule not only exhibits an improved horizontal dipole ratio (78 %) due to the π‐delocalization‐induced extended molecular conjugation, but also displays a faster reversed intersystem crossing rate constant (6.08×106 s−1) and a high photoluminescence quantum yield of 95 % in neat film. Consequently, the non‐doped solution‐processed device with D4CzBNPh‐SF as the emitter achieves an ultra‐high maximum EQE of 32.6 %, which remains at 26.6 % under a luminance of 1000 cd/m2. Furthermore, when using D4CzBNPh‐SF as a sensitizer, the TADF‐sensitized fluorescence device exhibits a high maximum EQE of 30.7 % at a luminance of 575 cd/m2 and a full width at half maximum of 36 nm. This study works on the early identification of serious but struggling students in Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), which facilitates a transition to a hybrid learning format. Firstly, we exclusively utilize basic behavior log features that are universally available across all MOOC platforms. Secondly, we encode each learning activity with a distinct identifier, which helps us utilize the current advances in NLP to address our problem. Thirdly, we seamlessly integrate our LSTM model with a Logistic Regression model, configured as a single dense layer with a sigmoid activation function, within the broader framework of deep learning.
