Consumer intention and satisfaction are necessary for online businesses in this decade. The fear of crime and perceived risk has emerged as a challenge for consumers. The less focus on consumer intention has become a challenge for Indonesian e-businesses that challenge business stainability. The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct impact of cybercrime and moderating impact of CSR and business law on consumer intention in Indonesian e-businesses. This study is based on the quantitative data collected with a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and a sample size is 560 with a simple random sampling technique. A partial least square (PLS) measurement model and structural model are employed for data analysis of this study. The findings concluded that the direct impact of cybercrime (perceived risk & fear of crime) and moderating impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and business law is significant on the purchase intention of consumers. The unique framework is a significant contribution of this research in literature. This research has extraordinary practical contributions critical for increasing the customer's intention to purchase. The study demonstrates that the Indonesian government should develop a strategic policy for the modern laws of e-businesses because many consumers are purchasing from ebusinesses. The research has significant future directions that are critically important for scholars to explore the further dark areas in the literature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the article, the issue of legal future economist training is updated, because economic theory significantly affects the economic policy of the state and the development of law; it is emphasized that without knowledge of legal norms, experts in the economic field will not be able to perform their official duties at the proper level. The paper aims to substantiate the need for legal training of future specialists in the economic field in the conditions of a modern market economy. A historical excursion on the relationship between law and economy was conducted. It was concluded that these are complementary aspects of the state's life, and these fields cannot exist without each other. It is emphasized that in the conditions of a market economy, the role of the law and other legal influence on economic relations is growing more and more because, in a civilized society, law and commerce are one whole of the democratic process. The work highlights the major forms of legal regulation of the economy in Ukraine: namely: Laws, Decrees, Regulations, etc. The attention is focused on the need to study economic law since future experts in the economic field must be familiar with the legal norms regulating social relations in the field of organization and implementation of economic activities between economic entities. It is also about financial law, which is one of the leading branches of Ukrainian law and, along with others, is adapting to the new conditions of reform during the transition of the state to a market economy, so future experts in the economic field together with business law must acquire the necessary competencies in financial law. It is noted that the legal training of future specialists in the economic field should be a priority in the course of vocational training at a higher educational institution since their quality professional activity in the legal field will depend on the acquisition of the necessary knowledge. Covid-19 is a contagious disease that causes emergencies in the world including Indonesia. This situation causes all activities to be hampered, especially in terms of mobility that is needed to carry out activities. Transportation is an important tool in this regard. The government is demanding that as soon as possible take steps to prevent and control the spread of Covid-19, so a rule or regulation is needed. The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia, which began in March 2020, continued until the Eid 1441 H took place. It has become a culture and tradition in Indonesia when Eid is to stay in touch with relatives and return to their hometown or usually called mudik. This of course requires a mode of transportation. To prevent the acceleration of the spread of the virus, the government issued a regulation on the prohibition of mudik through Permenhub No. 25/2020. The issuance of this regulation is a government preventive measure in handling Covid-19. However, this causes losses to prospective passengers who have already bought tickets for going home and those who hope to meet with their families. Regarding this, regulation must not only contain regulatory matters such as prohibitions and sanctions for those who violate them but also provide solutions to unwanted things such as compensation as a form of liability. However, whether law enforcement and the application of this regulation are effective according to government directives or not.

In a recent study, it might not be possible to refer letter of credit fraud cases to arbitration instead of litigation. Alavi’s research suggested that there could be some obstacles, such as obtaining banks’ response and cooperation; the different and high standards of proof of fraud required; and the difficulty in obtaining an injunction. His study answered a question proposed by Blodgett and Mayer as to whether arbitration would ever take place in letter of credit disputes. This short research paper will answer this question, but from a different angle: whether arbitration will provide more appropriate judgments (award) than litigation regarding letter of credit disputes. This question arises from the writer’s observation that, in the past twenty years, different judgments have been issued for similar disputes.
