В русских народных говорах фиксируется большое количество лексем со значением скорости совершения действий, многие из которых обладают образной внутренней формой. В статье на материале севернорусских говоров рассматриваются номинации высокой и низкой скорости, мотивированные обозначениями акустических характеристик звука, особенностей человеческой речи, а также зувкосимволическая «скоростная» лексика. Для звукоизображения высокой скорости используются междометия, образованные от полнозначных глаголов, которые называют краткие быстрые действия, часто — сопровождаемые звуком (лоп, шорк), а также междометия, звукоподражательные по происхождению (жик, фить). Анализ лексики низкой скорости, мотивированной фонетическим обликом производящего слова, показал, что с медлительностью ассоциируются глухие шипящие звуки (шúшлеть, шошéлиться), а также мягкие сонорные согласные и продвинутые по ряду [’у] и [’а] (аляляˊва, тюˊня). Действия с высокой и низкой скоростью сравниваются с произведением звуков с определенными акустическими свойствами. Быстрота связывается со звуками высокого тона (свистáть ‘быстро идти’), краткими звуками (шáркать ‘с шумом, быстро побежать, убежать’), а также звуками, представляющимися свидетельством интенсивной работы (только сбóркает ‘сделать что-либо быстро, сразу’). Низкая скорость ассоциируется с тихими звуками — шорохом, шуршанием. Для описания медленности также задействуется речевой код. В номинациях актуализируются признаки длительности (пыˊкала ‘заика’ → ‘нерасторопный медлительный человек’), отсутствия четкости, внятности речи (мяˊмлить ‘слишком медленно делать что-либо; медлить с чем-либо’); безрезультатности (раздобáривать ‘болтать, вести пустые разговоры’ → ‘делать что-либо слишком медленно, возиться’). In the Russian subdialects, there are many lexemes with the meaning of speed concerning the execution of some actions, and many of them have a figurative underlying form. The article refers to the nominations of high and low speed, motivated by designations of the sound’s acoustic characteristics, peculiarities of human speech, as well as to the “speed” vocabulary, based on the sound symbolism found in the dialects of the Russian North. To represent sounds of high speed, it is common to use interjections, derived from verbs with a meaning of a short and fast action, which is often accompanied by a sound (лоп, шорк), as well as onomatopoeic interjections (жик, фить). The analysis of lexemes of low speed based on the phonetic form of the motivating word demonstrates that sluggishness is associated with voiceless hushing sounds (шúшлеть, шошéлиться), palatalised resonant consonants, and front vowels [’у] and [’а] (аляляˊва, тюˊня). Fast and slow actions are compared with sounds which have certain acoustic properties. Speed is compared to sounds with a high tone (свистáть ‘to walk fast’), short sounds (шáркать ‘to run by with noise’) and sounds which emphasise the intensity of work (только сбóркает ‘to do something fast, at once’). Low speed is associated with quiet sounds, such as rustle or hissing. Speech codes are also used to describe sluggishness. The nominations actualise characteristics of duration (пыˊкала ‘stammerer’ → ‘a sluggish person’), lack of clarity and distinctness in speech (мяˊмлить ‘to do something very slow; to delay something’), and ineffectiveness (раздобáривать ‘to chat, to have useless talks’ → ‘to do something too slow, to dawdle’). The article is devoted to the patterns of sand pits flora of the Ivanovo region. As a result of floristic researches 2012–2017 on the developed sand pits areas was noted 168 vascular plant species, flora of old quarry richer consists of 196 species. 112 species are general for both areas. The specific feature of old sand quarries is a presence of rare and endangered plants among that 5 species (Chimaphila umbellata, Cypripedium calceolus,Malaxis monophyllos, Ophyoglossum vulgatum, Utricularia minor) included in the region Red Date Book. Examples of the alien plant species of sand pits ecotopes are presented. Some of alien plant species (Epilobium pseudorubescens, Erigeron сanadensis, Lupinus polyphyllus, Phalacroloma septentrionale) are invasive.

We study intrinsic motivation for university students' compliance with the requirements of academic ethics. A theoretical model presented in the paper suggests that such motivation is predicated on students' moral norms, on their expectations of rule compliance among their peers, and on their academic performance. We present an empirical analysis which corroborates these hypotheses and measures the strength of the above factors of ethical behavior. Empirical data are generated by an experiment held at the National Research University Higher School of Economics and at the New Economic School, whereby some exams were offered in the "take home" format.

В статье представлены результаты мотивационного анализа русской диалектной и общенародной лексики, называющей медленные действия и медлительных людей. Номинации низкой скорости отличаются многочисленностью и высокой экспрессивностью, что определяет привлечение для выражения соответствующих значений лексем различных тематических групп. Проследив закономерности развития семантики медленности, мы пришли к выводу, что существует ряд «сквозных» мотивов, отражающих представления о признаках, которые препятствуют совершению действий быстро, и позволяющих охарактеризовать специфику восприятия низкой скорости наивно-языковым сознанием. Выявленные признаки были разделены нами на физические и оценочные. Список физических признаков свидетельствует о неоднозначности образа медлительности в русских говорах: с низкой скоростью ассоциируется одновременно твердость как неподверженность изменениям и мягкость, неспособность держать постоянную форму; низкая, средняя и высокая температура. Медлительность приписывается объектам большого веса и крупного размера. Последний признак более других проработан в лексике скорости: значения медленности развиваются у названий громоздких, занимающих большое пространство объектов, а также объектов выпуклой формы, вызывающих ассоциации с толстым человеком. В число оценочных номинаций мы включили случаи соотнесения объекта с медлительным человеком на основании общности их оценки носителем языка. Подобная аксиологическая подоплека просматривается в развитии семантики низкой скорости у названий предметов, кажущихся простыми, примитивными либо свидетельствующими о недостаточно высоком культурном уровне их обладателя; предметов ненадлежащего качества, не соответствующих норме, не выполняющих свои функции. This article presents the results of a motivational analysis of Russian dialect and national vocabulary denoting sluggish people and slow actions. There are a lot of nominations for low speed, and they are characterised by high expressivity, and lexemes of different subject groups are used as designations. After analysing patterns of the development of semantics of slow motion, the author concludes that there are a number of prevailing motives, reflecting the idea about the characteristics preventing people from acting quickly, and defining the perception of low speed by naïve consciousness. These characteristics are divided into two groups: evaluation and physical ones. The list of physical characteristics shows that the image of sluggishness in Russian dialects is characterised by a mixed nature: hardness as durability and softness as the inability to keep the original shape; low, medium, and high temperatures. Sluggishness is associated with heavy or large objects. The latter feature is more widespread in the vocabulary of speed: cumbersome, bulky objects, as well as salient, ball-shaped objects, reminding of stout people, develop the meaning of sluggishness. Comparisons of an object with a sluggish person are included in the group of evaluation characteristics, as evaluation there is similar. Objects that seem simple, primitive, or show their owner’s low culture, have the same axiological motive in the development of low speed semantics. The same can be said about items of poor quality, not meeting the requirements or not fulfilling their functions.
