The article presents an economic, political and social outlook for Great Britain as of August 1, 1951. Although the country experienced a 42% increase in imports, its export prices increased by only 18%. The author points that many British people have a gambling habit. The gambling industry is valued at 1,000,000,000 U.S. dollars per year. The author further believes that if there will be a Parliamentary election, the Socialistic government will be ousted.
