Introduction: Gout arthritis is a type of arthritis that caused too much uric acid in the blood and accumulation of uric acid crystals and causing pain. This pain will interfere with activities. The study aims to determine the effect of warm compresses of Boiled lemon Grass reduce the intensity pain of gout. Method: This research used Quasi Experiment design, pre-test and post-test without control. The research samples were 20 respondents who feel pain gout arthritis and have increased levels of uric acid in the blood. The instruments used were the observation sheet and pain intensity scale measurement sheet with Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The statistical test used the Paired T Test. Results: The results showed that differences in the pain intensity before and after intervention with p value 0.005, meaning there was a significant effect warm compressed of Boiled lemon Grass to reduce pain in Gout arthritis. Conclusion: The warm compresses of Boiled lemon Grass can be used as a non-pharmacological therapy to reduce the pain of gout arthritis.

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi seiring berjalannya waktu mengalami perubahan yang sangat pesat dan siginifikan. Di era yang serba digital ini, karya-karya yang lazimnya berbentuk fisik dapat ini, karya-karya yang lazimnya berbentuk fisik dapat berubah menjadi bentuk digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui cara perlindungan hukum terhadap karya cipta dalam era digital dan peran pemerintah dalam mengatasi terjadinya penggandaan karya cipta di era digital. Jenis penelitian hukum yang dilakukan secara yuridis normatif adalah yuridis normatif dimana hukum dikonsepkan sebagai apa yang tertulis dalam peraturan perundang-undangan (law in books) atau hukum dikonsepkan sebagai kaidah atau norma yang merupakan patokan berperilaku manusia yang dianggap pantas. Berdasarkan UUHC Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 Pasal 4 menyatakan bahwa hak cipta merupakan hak eksklusif yang terdiri atas hak moral dan hak ekonomi. Setiap orang yang melaksanakan hak ekonomi terhadap suatu karya wajib mendapatkan izin dari pencipta atau pemegang hak cipta. Upaya perlindungan hukum juga harus sesuai dengan pemberian sanksi yang tegas dan tepat kepada para pelanggar Hak Cipta oleh aparat penegak hukum sesuai dengan aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

The present article reviews research conducted in the last decade on microaggressions toward transgender and gender non-conforming (TGNC) individuals. In Western culture, overt forms of discrimination have become increasingly less accepted, leaving space for more subtle forms of discrimination. Microaggressions are subtle day-to-day discriminations that are particularly detrimental for psychological health and well-being. After a brief introduction to the key concepts of microaggression theorisation, the present work aims to provide an overview of existing literature that examined TGNC experiences with microaggressions. Implications for psychological work with TGNC people are discussed.

Action Observation Treatment (AOT) has been shown to be effective in the functional recovery of several clinical populations. However, little is known about the neural underpinnings of the clinical efficacy of AOT in children with Cerebral Palsy (CP). Using electroencephalography (EEG), we recorded µ rhythm desynchronization as an index of sensorimotor cortex modulation during a passive action observation task before and after AOT. The relationship between sensorimotor modulation and clinical outcomes was also assessed. Eight children with CP entered the present randomized controlled crossover pilot study in which the experimental AOT preceded or followed a control Videogame Observation Treatment (VOT). Results provide further evidence of the clinical efficacy of AOT for improving hand motor function in CP, as assessed with the Assisting Hand Assessment (AHA) and Melbourne Assessment of Unilateral Upper Limb Function Scale (MUUL). The novel finding is that AOT increases µ rhythm desynchronization at scalp locations corresponding to the hand representation areas. This effect is associated to functional improvement assessed with the MUUL. These preliminary findings, although referred to as a small sample, suggest that AOT may affect upper limb motor recovery in children with CP and modulate the activation of sensorimotor areas, offering a potential neurophysiological correlate to support the clinical utility of AOT.

Although mental health disparities for transgender individuals are well documented, a number of obstacles exist for receiving affirming therapy. To provide an understanding of transgender peoples’ help-seeking experiences, the present study aimed to investigate their positive experiences of identity microaffirmations within a therapeutic relationship. Sixty-four transgender participants answered an open-ended question online regarding their experience of gender identity–based affirmations in therapy. Using thematic analysis, responses were evaluated and four main themes were identified: (1) absence of microaggressions, (2) acknowledging cisnormativity, (3) disrupting cisnormativity, and (4) seeing authentic gender. Implications for therapeutic work with transgender clients are discussed.

Background. Le persone genderqueer affrontano numerose sfide nel corso della loro vita e sono esposte ad un rischio aumentato di violenza e molestie dovute alla diffusione della cultura eterossessista e cisgenderista. Per ciò che concerne le relazioni sessuali e romantiche, negli ultimi anni, le app per incontri sono diventate sempre più popolari, cambiando il modo in cui le persone vengono in contatto con nuovi e potenziali partner. Scopo. Lo scopo di questo studio è quello di indagare le esperienze, le emozioni e le moti-vazioni delle persone genderqueer nell'ambito delle app per incontri. Attingendo alla cornice teorica delle microaggressioni gli autori hanno condotto tre interviste qualitative individuali con individui genderqueer adulti. Analisi dei dati. Per analizzare i dati emersi dalle interviste gli autori si sono serviti dell'analisi tematica. Risultati. Le esperienze dei partecipanti riflettono diverse forme di discriminazione, vitti-mizzazione e oggettivazione ma anche forme più positive di interazione, sottolineando così il potenziale positivo delle applicazioni per incontri. I risultati hanno rivelato tre tematiche principali: 1) utenza, motivazioni e benefici relativi all'utilizzo di app per incontri, 2) self-disclosure, 3) esperienze nel contesto delle app per incontri. L'ultimo tema comprende, a sua volta, tre sotto-temi: a) omologazione e morbosità, b) feticizzazione e oggettivazione, c) delegittimazione e discriminazione. Nonostante i suoi limiti, questo studio potrebbe aiutarci a fare luce sull'impatto psicologico che le diverse esperienze vissute nell'ambito delle app per incontri hanno, sul benessere della minoranza genderqueer.

Background: Poor Infant and young child feeding practices accounts for nutrients deficiency, illness and infections in children that lead to malnutrition at an early age. The objective of this study was to investigate the nutritional status and feeding practices of children aged 0 to 36 months in Thulamela Municipality. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted between September and December 2019 in Thulamela Municipality. A total number of 250 mother-child pair were recruited in the study using a convenience sampling technique. A structured questionnaire was used to interview mothers. Anthropometric measurements of children were assessed using standard procedure. Anthropometric measurements were calculated using WHO Anthro version 3.2.2. The data obtained were analysed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS, Chicago, IL, USA) version 26. Results: The mean (± SD) age of children in months was 10.53 (8.39). Exclusive breastfeeding up to six months was practised by only 7.6% of mothers while 87.5% of mothers introduced complementary feeding before the age of six months. The prevalence of stunting, wasting and underweight were 9.2%, 2% and 3.6% respectively. About 38.1% of children who received water before six months of age were more likely to be stunted as compared to their counterparts (19.9%) (p=0.001). Children who were given complementary foods one week after birth, the odds of being underweight were 9.00 times as compared to those who were given complementary foods after six months (OR=9.00; 95% CI=1.325 - 61.138).

In the past decade, the usage of soft materials, like gels, has allowed for a better control of the water release process into the substrate for cleaning interventions. Agar—a natural polysaccharide harvested from algae—has been used to perform cleaning of stone materials, gypsum works, and paintings with remarkably positive results. Agar presents the great advantage of being cheap, easily available, fast to produce and not toxic, allowing for more sustainable conservation works. More recently, a new type of agar fluid, agar foam, promises further control of the water release and ease of application on delicate surfaces. In the present study, this new type of agar, CO2 and N2O foams, has been characterized and compared with the conventional sol/gel agar system. Moreover, the cleaning effectiveness of the agar foam was tested both in laboratory conditions and in two case studies: a historical gypsum from the porch framing of the Abbey of Nonantola, and the 20th century gypsum cast of the Pietà Rondanini by Michelangelo, located in the Sforza Castle in Milan. The obtained results show that foaming changes the sol-gel transition temperature of the agar gel as well as incrementing its dissipative behavior. When freshly applied, the foams flow with a reduced velocity, thus allowing a better control and ease of application. Once gelified, they act as a soft solid-like material, as shown by their rheological properties. Moreover, it was found that CO2 foam slightly reduces the water release to the surface, while maintaining the moldability and ease of application. The study allows for the conclusion that agar foam offers an interesting alternative for delicate surfaces, with a non-coherent mineral deposit, and with complex geometries that often represent a challenge for the conventional agar applications

Exclusive breastfeeding is breast milk that is given to babies for 6 months and without being given other additional foods such as formula milk, honey, oranges, tea and water and other solid foods. The purpose of this study was to describe the status of breastfeeding for infants in Paluh Sibaji village, Pantai Labu sub-district, Deli Serdang district. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The results showed that the description of the status of breastfeeding for toddlers in Paluh Sibaji Village, Pantai Labu, Deli Serdang, was classified as poor because of the lack of knowledge obtained by respondents in terms of breastfeeding to children whose mothers were dominated by elementary school graduates.

The food waste reduction through an efficient recovery of its valuable building molecules has become an important topic with a positive effect on the economy and the environment. In this work, the revalorization of slaughterhouse calf fleshing meat through its enzymatic hydrolysis is proposed. The proteolytic activity of 11 enzymes was initially screened and the four most efficient enzymes (papain, trypsin, pancreatin, and bromelain) were selected. The molecular profiling of the different protein/peptide fractions by the Linear Trap Quadrupole-OrbiTrap technique showed compositional differences due to the specificity of the enzymes’ cleavage sites. In order to find a potential reuse of these hydrolysates, the analysis of antioxidant and, for the first time on fleshing meat hydrolysates, of anti-tyrosinase activities, was performed. Papain-digested samples were those showing the highest inhibition activity of tyrosinase enzyme (55.6%) as well as the highest antioxidant activity (3.52 g TEAC/L). In addition, the composition analysis of the lipid fraction was performed. The mono-unsaturated fatty acids resulted to be the most abundant lipid in all the samples with the exception of pancreatin-treated hydrolysates in which poly-unsaturated fatty acids were predominant. The present results seemed to support a possible valorization of isolated fractions from calf fleshing by-products, as food or feed ingredients, by the implementation of fraction isolation within the meat-processing pipeline.

The exponential growth of social media has brought an increasing propagation of online hostile communication and vitriolic discourses, and social media have become a fertile ground for heated discussions that frequently result in the use of insulting and offensive language. Lexical resources containing specific negative words have been widely employed to detect uncivil communication. This paper describes the development and implementation of an innovative resource, namely the Revised HurtLex Lexicon, in which every headword is annotated with an offensiveness level score. The starting point is HurtLex, a multilingual lexicon of hate words. Concentrating on the Italian entries, we revised the terms in HurtLex and derived an offensive score for each lexical item by applying an Item Response Theory model to the ratings provided by a large number of annotators. This resource can be used as part of a lexicon-based approach to track offensive and hateful content. Our work comprises an evaluation of the Revised HurtLex lexicon.
